Author's Note: Thanks for the review. As requested, I will continue writing. Prepare for some pure fluff! I own nothing. House isn't mine.

It was House's birthday today and Wilson wanted to do something fun with him. He knew that House wasn't big on birthdays, but Wilson wanted to change that. A birthday is a special day. It deserved to be celebrated.

That's exactly what he told House when he presented them with carnival tickets. House smiled widely.

"My first fun birthday! Thanks Jimmy!" House said excitedly.

"Another reason why I wish I was the cause of your dad's demise."

"It wasn't all bad, Wilson. I had a few good memories."

"Well, now that I'm here, you're going to have a butt load of happy memories!"

"Every second with you is a happy memory already." House said tenderly.

Wilson blushed and kissed his fiancee softly. House embraced him in a long hug.

"I will always love you, James Wilson."

"And I you, Gregory House."

"Let's go have some fun!" Wilson said springing up.

They got to the carnival and Wilson led him to a room with an enormous cake in it that said Happy Birthday Greg! on the side.

House eyes widened at the size of it. Then, he saw his teams and Cuddy come out and yell, "Surprise!"

"A surprise party? Really James?" House saided laughing as if it was the silliest thing in the world.

"Do you like it?" Wilson asked nervously.

"Are you kidding? I love it!" House said tearing out a chunk of cake throwing it at him. "Now, it's perfect, Jimmy!"

James threw some cake at him back and soon everyone even Foreman and Taub were throwing cake at each other. When, they presented presents and sang "Happy Birthday" they slowly one by one began to leave allowing Wilson to be alone with his fiancee.

They rode rides and House stuck cotton candy in Wilson's hair.

Finally, they got to the last ride: a ferris wheel.

"Best for last." House said.

When they got to the top, they kissed and House put his arm around Wilson.

"Definitely best for last!" Wilson exclaimed.

All he wanted to do was make these moments last forever.
