Petunia accepted the documents and glanced over them. If this was just the trust fund she couldn't imagine all the things she was unprepared to deal with. What could Harry need to spend so much money on before he became an adult?

"I'd like to see a property ledger please." She continued to look over the documents, Harry would have many opportunities to expand on the money and learn financial moves. She saw a clause about investing his trust and the option for monthly meetings with the account manager to discuss any larger purchases. Again she was taken back by the amount of money he was allotted before having to discuss with the account manager. "Also how young do wizards start meeting with account managers, I can see the option in the paperwork, do we just schedule when he turns a certain age?"

Grukrod laughed, "some Wixen never meet with their advisor but for more of our traditional families they start estate lessons at age 5. There are many parts to running a Wixen estate and financial matters are only one of them. It's important for them to have time to really learn the estate that they will one day manage. Mr. Potter is at a true disadvantage since he is the last living member of the Potter family, he'll mostly learn from portraits about the estate I assume."

Petunia nodded along, she knew that royal family started learning young but she hadn't expected Harry to have to start that young. "I didn't think it would be that young, but I can understand. Why didn't Dumbledore put any of this in his letter? He just said he would have a place to go to school when he got older, like Lily. Also, what do you mean Wixen?"

Petunia had never heard the term but she was trying her best to learn and understand. Already she felt like she was drowning in information that she didn't know. Lily never mentioned estates or wizarding investments. Petunia never would have thought from meeting James Potter that he was any type of royalty or estate manager. She knew that is was the right call to come to the bank for help. Harry deserved to know everything she could help with, and since that wasn't very much she would have to hire tutors.

Grukrod folded his hands onto the desk again, "Wixen is the race of people you call Wizards and Witches. They don't often refer to themselves as such as it is a rather old term, but magic doesn't forget and the horde doesn't change often. Just like you and the Wixen call us Goblins but that isn't our race name either, we are Dverger." There was a light knock on the door before it opened and a tall man with dark hair and beard stepped into the room. He held a leather bound book out to Grukrod before giving a slight bow to the room and leaving. Once the door was closed Grukrod handed her the book. The brown leather was worn and soft in her hands. Once she opened the book she saw a moving photograph of a large manor. The floor plan and specifics of the house were listed below the photo.

"All of the Potter properties should be in that book, but we will do an audit on the entire account to make sure everything is correct. As to your earlier question, I cannot say why Dumbledore didn't include any information into the letter, maybe he intended on coming to help the boy closer to time. Wixen are strange creatures and I've never been able to determine motive for them."

Petunia had flipped through five pages of properties and saw there were many more. She was starting to feel even more overwhelmed. "Is there any way I can return tomorrow with a decision of where to live? I'd like to start scheduling tutors and find a property we can stay in as soon as possible. From what it seems I may already be slightly behind and I want to rectify that."

He nodded before pulling a small purple book out of thin air. Petunia gasped at the seamless magic before her, the Dverger hadn't used a wand or anything. "I'm free after lunch tomorrow and we could start making arrangements then." She shook her head and stood with Harry.

"Thank you, I will return tomorrow." Grukrod used the quill from his desk to write in the purple book before waving his hand. The book disappeared. Petunia shook her head before heading to the door. The Dverger escorted her back into the lobby of the bank and left her with a nod of his head. Petunia looked down at Harry who was watching the lobby with wonder, he really was a good child. "What do you say to ice cream?" She vaguely remembered passing an ice cream shop on the way to the bank.
