"Brother, please wait for a moment. Vortigern isn't someone you can take lightly." Artoria said hurriedly as she tried to stop him from going to fight her uncle, knowing how fearsome he was. However, she was ignored as her counterpart took up his attention, tugging on his sleeve.

[Brother, how long do you think it will take to go to Londinium?]

[Who knows. It'll depend on how fast Basashi can run. I just hope we can get back by dinner though.]

"He's not listening..."

Meanwhile, Mash and the other knights gathered around Da Vinci as they discussed their next course of actions.

"At this point, the only thing we can do is hope that they manage to defeat Vortigern on their own."

"Sir Tristan, you must be joking, right?" Mash asked, silently hoping it was the case but to her dismay, he shook her head with a dejected expression.

"Sorry Mash but circumstances are against us right now." She then turned to Da Vinci who let out a long sigh, her fingers nursing the bridge between her eyes.

"From what I figured out, the reason why you and Mordred's rayshift didn't work is because of that Bounded field that is erected across the whole country. This is nothing but a conjecture but perhaps it's one that rejects Servants from entering Britain from outside, or else Ritsuka would be by our side by now, so none of us can help her as long as that field is present."

"Then, why don't we just smash it to pieces?" Mordred asked, only to receive some dead stares from the other knights, Gawain shaking his head in disappointment.

"Didn't you hear what Sir Kay said? He did destroy the Bounded field, but it was quickly repaired soon after. And if Vortigern is the same as the one we fought, then he must have become a dragon by now. If so, then I don't believe he would ever run short of Magical Energy since he can generate some merely by breathing, their lungs acting as spiritual reactors."

"O... Of course, I knew that. It was to see if you were following..."

"There is also the fact that dragons are said to be able to grow stronger by absorbing other sources of Magical Energy, and in this era where the transition to the Age of Man didn't happen yet, I fear that the more we wait, the stronger he would become by absorbing the local Magical Energy." Da Vinci said, leaning back in her chair. "In fact, I believe this is what caused the devastated landscape Ritsuka landed when she first arrived and I'm pretty certain that there are many similar spots across the country."

"So that's the reason why the land withered like that…" Mash muttered before she widened her eyes, an idea flashing her mind. "Then what about asking the locals for help? I'm sure that they would be willing to lend their support if they were informed of the situation and knew that defeating Vortigern could bring life back to the land."

"Unfortunately, most of the kings in the country are not as chivalrous or dignified as ours. It's fairly unlikely that they would be willing to help Sir Kay and the others given their lack of background, let alone believe our stories like they did. Also, despite our King and Sir Gawain killing Vortigern, the land never truly recovered from either the war or him absorbing the surrounding Magical Energy." Bedivere solemnly said, much to Mash's growing distress as she could only look down, frustrated that nothing they could think of would work or help Ritsuka.

[Which one should we buy?]

The group turned to the monitor to see Merlin ask Kay as they were standing in front of several carriages.

[It doesn't matter which one, as long as it's big enough to accommodate all of us. Durability isn't a criteria either since we can just reinforce it with Magecraft and aesthetics isn't that important. Well, I guess we could just buy the cheapest on–]

[Hey, Brother, this carriage is much more comfortable than others. Can we buy this one?]

[Excuse me, sir, we'd like to buy this carriage!]

[As always, you're always spoiling that girl. It's the most expensive one in the market.]

"This is bad. They're already preparing to leave the town..."

[I apologize but I'm going to have to stop you there. I can't let you all go to Londinium because you will be heading towards your own death.]

A serene voice was suddenly heard through the monitor, taking the majority of people in the command room by surprise. However, the most shocked among them were Gawain, Mordred and Lancelot as they recognized the owner of the voice.

"Why is that woman here..." Mordred muttered as she glared at the screen, not bothering hiding her hostility while Gawain and Lancelot were more surprised than anything, not expecting her presence at all. And before Mash could ask them for an explanation, the monitor displayed an individual standing in front of Kay, a frown on her face.

'That face... She looks similar to Artoria...'

"That face... She looks similar to Artoria..." Ritsuka couldn't help but mumble under her breath as she stared at the face of the woman standing in front of Kay, unknowingly sharing the same thought as Mash.

"Morgan, is that really you?" She heard Kay say as she saw him fearlessly approach her, a wide smile on his face, while the presumed Morgan shook her head.

"You're wrong. I'm not Morgan, my name is Viv--Hyaa!" She shrieked when she was suddenly lifted into the air by Kay who was beaming with joy as he started to spin around himself, looking up at the blushing woman.

"It's been a while since I haven't seen you, but really, you sure have become beautiful since we've last met. Seriously, the years have been pretty good on you!"

"I... I understand, so can you let me down now..." She then said as she gave him a smack with her fists, but they had no momentum nor strength behind them. From her perspective, they were nothing but love taps.

"Ahaha, sorry about that. I got a bit excited. But I really meant what I said, you sure become gorgeous. I'm sure that if you weren't married to Lot, you'd have a lot of suitors asking for your hand."

"I... is that so? Well, I suppose I should thank you for your kind words... I appreciate them..."

Ritsuka could stare at the scene happening before her with wide eyes when she saw the woman who had shown up with intimidation quickly turn meek just from getting a few compliments from Kay.

'Is Kay hitting on her? And here I thought that he was in a relationship with Merlin, was I wrong? But... she doesn't seem too bothered, in fact, it looks like she's enjoying this...' She thought when she saw the wide smirk on Merlin's face as she watched Kay and the unknown woman's interaction .

[Brother, stop this action now! It's uncouth of a knight to hit on a married woman! And even less that woman!]

Ritsuka barely let out a laugh when she heard the Artoria in Chaldea shout through the transmission. However, what nearly made her laugh wasn't her reaction but the pained grunt she heard from two individuals behind her.

'It seems her remark didn't hit the intended target, but it's not like they are innocent either.'

"Is something wrong? You're making a weird face." She heard Artoria ask from inside the carriage, making her look at the girl to see her rubbing Cavall's stomach.

'Hmm... Should I tell her that her brother is acting all flirty with somebody who got the same face as her... Second though, it sounds a bit interesting...'

And so, without wasting any time, she decided to inform Artoria of the situation and she blinked when she saw her expression suddenly change the moment she mentioned that Kay was flirting with someone. And before she could mention the fact that the stranger looked similar to her, Artoria had already jumped off of the carriage, her eyes narrowed.

"Brother, what's the meaning of this?! Who's the homewrecker?!" She shouted as she walked in the direction of her brother who turned at her, a smile on his face.

"Oh, hey, Artorius, look! Morgan came to visit us!" He said as he gestured to the blushing woman who started to stutter.

"Ah, no... I didn't come for that but to stop you..."

Artoria suddenly froze in place when her gaze landed on the woman, her eyes wide before they quickly softened up, her body beginning to shake.

"Big sister... Is that really you, big sister?"

"Well... I suppose I can say yes, but..."

"Big sister!" Artoria shouted as she suddenly jumped in the direction of the woman.

However, she did it with such force that she left behind nothing but a crater, flying like a missile towards its target. And it only took a blink of an eye for Ritsuka to see Artoria's head collide with the stomach of the one she called her big sister.

"Ghue!"

"I'm so happy to see you again, big sister! I really missed you, you know? Oh yeah, how's your life in Orkney? Is Lot treating you well?" Artoria quickly asked in succession as she rubbed her head against the woman's belly, but when she heard nothing but a faint grunt, she looked up only to see that she had passed out, her eyes white.

"Oh..."

"Well, it looks like she couldn't endure your deadly hug." Kay said as he gave Artoria a little pat on the head, the girl seemingly sad for unconsciously knocking her sister out. But then, she perked up as she looked at Kay with stars in her eyes, her antenna wriggling like crazy on the top of her head.

"Hey, brother, how about we take her with us? Although I think we can resolve the situation on our own, it would be nice to have more hands with us."

"Sure, why not. I'm sure she'd be happy to help us in our little quest to save the country and you'll also be able to talk to her once she wakes up too, so we'd be hitting two birds with one stone." He said as he held the woman in his arms, carrying her like a princess. Even though she looked more like a corpse with her slack expression and limp body.

'Is it me or am I witnessing a kidnapping?'

"Stop what you're doing this instant, you fool of a son!"

Ritsuka flinched when a loud voice was heard in the area, causing her to look in its direction only to see a furious bald old man glaring at the siblings.

"I came to check when I heard that there was a dispute in the market, but I never thought that the two of you were behind this! And what are you doing, taking this unconscious woman into this carriage?!"

As the man stomped towards them, the siblings looked at each other for a few seconds before nodding simultaneously.

"Alright, Merlin, we're taking him too. Can I leave it to you?"

Merlin, who stood silently alongside the siblings, had a wide smile that seemed more wicked than anything else. And without saying anything, a pair of chains appeared in her hands.

At the same time, there was an eerie silence in Chaldea as they witnessed Merlin capture the old man, essentially kidnapping him along with Morgan.

"Was that... Ector?" Artoria could only mutter in shock but also nostalgia as she looked at the face of the man who raised her in her youth. However, she was also bewildered as there was something about his appearance which stunned her.

"...Why is he bald?"

"Hmm... It's a little hard seeing it from the monitor, but judging from his complexion, the bags under his eyes and the wrinkles on his face, it must be because of stress and lack of sleep." Da Vinci answered her question, making Artoria just blink before a look of realization appeared on her face.

Even though she only saw them for a few hours at best, she understood that her counterpart, her brother's and Merlin's are just as crazy as the one she personally knew.

"I applaud you for your dedication, Ector, you worked very hard."

That was the only thing she could say, not knowing how hard it was to tolerate three calamities when she only had to endure a single one.
