I have no idea what this is. But it was fun to write lol.
"I call this meeting of the Gold Third open!" The leader of the rag-tag group proudly declared, smiling as she looked around the table to her fellow members of their group. They held monthly meetings, to discuss the current outlook of Gamindustri, and what they could do to help the goddesses, and the people in general.
Over the last few years, the Gold Third were beginning to become quite beloved in their respective nations. C-sha was a legendary guild worker, forming half of the legendary golden pair. K-sha was one of the most brutally efficient monster killers in all of Lastation, for a nation as focused on efficiency as the smoggy nation, it was a perfect fit. B-sha was the beloved Presto Mask, savior of all of Planeptune's children, her merch line was making bank! S-sha, despite how she might act disinterested, was dragged everywhere by Vert, and Leanbox had slowly acquired a taste for the stoic woman.
"So what's happenin?" B-sha yawned as she asked, she didn't mind their meetings in honesty, but did they really have to hold them at 9? The location of the meeting always changed, and this iteration happened to be held in Lowee, so B-sha had to wake up even earlier and make sure Neptune was awake to give her a lift, despite the complaints of the goddess,
"Hmmm…" C-sha seemed to think it over, before a look of recognition flashed on her features, slamming her fist into her hand, "Oh yea! Lowee's Guild is launching a big mission, a lot of the surrounding areas are beginning to get overrun with monsters, so the guild is gonna do a huge hunt to get them all! Anyone in?" C-sha explained, looking around the table, to see…
"Ohh! Me! Me!" B-sha enthusiastically raising her hand, as C-sha couldn't help the broad smile on her face. Oh how far her friend had come. As the youngest member of the Gold Third, C-sha always felt somewhat protective of her friend, she remembered how traumatized she used to be of monsters. To see how far she had come… warmed her heart.
Of course… she knew who she had to thank for that.
"I'll see if Nep-Nep wants to tag along!" B-sha added, as C-sha softly smiled again, C-sha considered, she never had properly thanked the goddess for how much she had helped her friend. If it weren't for Neptune's encouragement and bright insistence that B-sha help her on her own quests, C-sha was unsure of if B-sha would be where she is now.
"Heh. I somewhat doubt it" C-sha mused, knowing the goddess enough to know, she was not one to relish in work such as this,
"Hey! You'd be surprised!" B-sha defended, "Nep-Nep works when she has to!" She yelled, as C-sha put her hands up,
"We'll see… I'll definitely be sure to drag Blanny out, Lowee can't have only one half of the golden pair go out!" She boldly declared, before looking around the table again, "What about you, K-sha, S-sha?" She asked,
"Sorry… I can't… me and my Noire have something in Lastation we're handling" K-sha sadly explained, receiving a sympathetic nod from the Gold Third's leader,
"That's ok. Your nation always comes first" She relented, before looking towards the silver haired representative, already knowing what she would-
"I think I should be able" S-sha responded, as C-sha's eyes widened, expecting no less than a 'not interested', perhaps, S-sha was growing to…
"Ahhh sweet!" C-sha jovially responded, before seeing a truly peculiar sight play out, as S-sha's red eyes faded, replaced with green as…
"We'll see… if we… can get Vert to join" E-sha repsoned, truly, the only people she was comfortable enough around to speak so regularly with were her fellow Gold Third members, and the goddess of green herself,
"Thank you so much, E-sha!" C-sha kindly thanked her ever shy friend, before S-sha's red eyes overtook the body once more,
"C'mon, E-sha, you know how Vert and Blanc act" S-sha calmly explained,
"Pssshh… C'man! It'll be fine. I can get Blanny to behave!" C-sha reassured, as she heard a soft chuckle beside her,
"Ohhh~ That's why my Noire is the best!~ She doesn't have to be told anything, she's always perfect!" K-sha gushed, ready to drop anything to frankly simp for her girlfriend, next to her yet, the blonde felt her eyes turn to stylized arcade creatures that may be seen saying 'waca waca'
"Yea… but she's no fun…" B-sha mused, blowing air through her lips to blow away the stray hairs covering her forehead,
"There's a thing about being too fun you know? Childish…" K-sha responded, adding the last comment under her breath, but it was, nevertheless, heard by B-sha, as she felt her forehead twitch,
"Hey! Nep-Nep works really really hard! I'll have you know!" B-sha ranted, pointing her gloved hand towards her friend. She was sick of everyone and their mother telling her her girlfriend didn't work hard enough. That was so shallow! They didn't know Neptune like B-sha did!
"Woah calm down you two" C-sha tried to calm her friends down, she knew how petty K-sha could get sometimes to brag about Noire, and how fiercely B-sha felt the need to defend Neptune. But, C-sha knew. Level heads would prevail, as long as-
"Yea woundn't want to have a Napoleon complex about it" B-sha smugly added,
"Yea, that would be flat and shallow" K-sha followed up.
Oh. So that's how they wanted to play.
'Oh c'mon! That's not fair! B-sha! You're as flat as Blanc!" C-sha levied, as B-sha rolled her eyes,
"Yea. But I was 16 before the whole golden crystal making us ageless thing" She replied, "Are you saying your goddess can't even beat a particularly flat 16 year old?" B-sha had long since gotten over her small stature. It was what it was. But before C-sha could even retort…
"A goddess should have a perfect body~" K-sha cooed, as C-sha felt her forehead twitch,
"Yea until she bitches your ear off!" C-sha ranted, having experienced lectures at the hand of the goddess of black many times already, "And you! B-sha! I don't know if you've noticed, but I don't see anyone talking about how Neptune looks! The people of Lowee love Blanny's looks! They like her way more than my body. I should know!" C-sha explained, knowing full well the 'tastes' of Lowee's populace,
"Have you not seen Purple Heart! She's beautiful! And don't discredit Nep-Nep!" B-sha soon yelled, standing up from her chair,
"That's why Noire is the perfect mix! Perfectly balanced!" K-sha stood up as she soon yelled,
"Flatter the chest, the closer you are to the heart!" C-sha soon stood up herself,
"Who cares about looks anyway!? Nep-Nep is the most fun person ever!" B-sha soon presented,
"Have you ever even seen that adorable thing Blanny does when she's embarrassed?!" C-sha added her 2 cents about her wonderful girlfriend,
"Noire's cosplay is super cute!~" K-sha shamelessly spilled her girlfriends hobby,
As the 3 added more and more increasingly petty jabs at the others girlfriends, S-sha felt her own forehead twitch, and even more so in her inner mind, which she felt soon over taking her, as…
"We think… Vert is the best!" E-sha yelled as loud as her voice would allow, S-sha soon taking over, as she embarrassedly look to the side,
"Yea… what she said" She added, as the 3 other members of the Gold Third looked at each other, soon…
"Pretty mid" B-sha started,
"Agreed" K-sha seconded,
"Yup. Pretty mid." C-sha finalized, as…
"OH! So that's how we want to play! Your's is a slacker! Your's is a hardass! And your's has the biggest Napoleon complex! Like really!? The smoking gamer girl anyone would die for is mid?!" S-sha stood up as she ranted, only this expressive around her good friends…
As the 'good friends' devolved once more into petty bickering and childish name calling, outside the meeting room…
"Uhhhh… should we stop this?" Neptune gingerly asked, as she looked to her side,
"Of course not! I have never seen S-sha so expressive~" Vert cooed, phone in hand as she continued to record, blood very noticeably trickling from her nose,
"Why would we? This is fun." Blanc mused, already knowing how she could use this as blackmail,
"Shouldn't we just… uh… let them?" Noire finished, Neptune shaking her head with a sigh, before feeling a smug smile form on her face as she heard,
"Nep-Nep clears that pile of mid!"
