Hey there, and welcome back to this lil collection of mine. I feel I need to preface this one. This is a bit special, so if it isn't your taste, that's perfectly fine, but I thought this week would be a fun little time to write a proper introduction for my very own character. Now she was actually briefly mentioned by name in the Rei chapter, but I thought this would be a great time to actually sit down and write a proper introduction for her (at the behest of many of my friends lol) So... with no further adieu, introducing... Naomi! I really hope you give it a shot and I hope you enjoy!

As the ever goofy, ever cheerful protagonists of protagonists lazed about, unceremoniously sprawled out on one of her ever comfy bean bags, she yawned as her eyes glazed over the pages of the pointless article she was reading. Something about a new Lastation release or something. She should probably congratulate Noire later… but she wasn't in the mood. Neptune just wasn't feeling today.

Something about the vibes or something else that just made today feel off. Like an omen of what was to come. Like today was a crucial day in her life; and she couldn't tell if it was for the better or for the worse.

So. Neptune simply did all she could to keep her mind off of it. Idly trying to pass the time, hell she even did all the paperwork for the day! But even then, there was just a feeling in her chest about today she could not shake.

But, as she sat there, flipping the pages, as the day turned to early evening, she soon was brought out of her state by the opening of the door to the private wing of the Basilicom, looking up, her eyes soon lit up for perhaps the first time the whole day as she saw her favorite blonde (don't let Vert hear about that) make her way towards the living room,

"Hey! Nep-Nep! I'm hooome!" The former Gold Third of Planeptune jovially called out as Neptune immediately shot to her feet, skipping over as she threw her arms around the petite woman,

"Ooo my lovely Bae-sha. You always have the most perfectist timing~" She cooed at she gently hugged her,

"Hehe." B-sha giggled as she nuzzled her face into Neptune's shoulder, enjoying the comforting feeling, before remembering something, "Oo! Nep-Nep! Check it!" B-sha grinned ear to ear as she presented her fruits of the day in the form of the newest Nepgeardam model set, "look it, it even has the updated animated FunnyFace Component™ Isn't it so cool!" B-sha showed off the elaborate model,

"Ooo! That's so cool! Now see, this is why I love ya so much, B, you always have the coolest stuff to do~" She cooed, she truly did love the time they spent together. Even amongst her many amazing friends, the sometimes avaricious member of the rag-tag group of friends had managed to worm her way into the most tender part of the goddess of purples heart, and the months since she had finally profused her love for her had been amongst the best in all her many months she had lived.

"Hehehe. Well let's not sit around like a couple of extras! Let's get to it!" B-sha exclaimed as she began tearing at the packaging. Long since had B-shs forgone charging Neptune for any of the activities the two would do together.

And so. The unlikely couple began to organize all the many pieces of the endearing robotic creation, and began to assemble the intricate robot, appreciating the time the were able to spend together, conversing on all sorts of topics

"Ya hear? Apparently all the youngins did this big photo shoot together, Nep Jr is really excited about it. Well… she's really excited to see her friends that is"

"That sounds just like her…" B-sha chuckled as she gently removed a piece from its packaging (not with nail clippers!) "That Rat keeps coming to visit Chuko down at the shop. It might be a miracle, but I think she may be getting through to him" B-sha recanted,

"Oh really~" Neptune cooed at the juicy story.

It was this the 2 truly loved about the other. How natural everything felt, how naturally they could talk, enjoy playing a game, building a robot, the simple joy of just being with the other. And, perhaps, their energy had infected all of Planeptune. Following the announcement of their relationship, it felt like, throughout all of Planeptune the joy and energy was almost palpable. It was truly an unrivaled story in the rich history of Planeptune

A story with yet another chapter to be written. For. As it would appear, a miracle was in the machinations of revealing itself to all of Gamindustri.

"B-sha! Neptune!" A panicked voice rang out from the entrance to the room, looking up Neptune seemed puzzled,

"Woah, don't blow a tiny gasket Histy, what's goin on? Another world ending baddie I gotta go beat up?" Neptune asked with a chuckle,

"No… not quite. But, you two, follow me to the Sharicite room immediately." Histoire ordered, as both women looked even more taken aback,

"The Sharicite? Something happen?" Neptune asked, as next to her,

"Yea… and am I even allowed in there?" B-sha asked, as Histoire took a moment to compose herself.

"Everything will be fine. But you two, follow me at once, you have a right to be the first ones to see this" Histoire explained, before beckoning the two to follow, and after exchanging a confused look, the pair obeyed, and soon, the trio found themselves in front of the door to Planeptune's Sharicite room. Taking a moment, Histoire looked at the two in front of her, "Now. You two, what you will see may be shocking at first, but I will explain everything in due time."

"Ahhh cman Histy. Stop building this up or I'll surely be disappointed! Ya can't just hype up a game's release and just expect everyone to love it!" Neptune bemoaned, as Histoire sighed, opening up the room with the brightly colored crystal hovering in the center of the room, illuminating the mystical space, B-sha had only been here on one occasion, and it was breathtaking. Looking around she soon hitched.

There in the room, right beside the Sharicite, was a small child. Bright peach hair held clumsily into a side tail by an ornate hair tie decorated with red balls with white x's, her bangs being held together with 2 yellow clips with d-pad looking accessories on them. Her vibrant yellow eyes hidden behind pink glasses with an odd design, having the appearance of a famous arcade character that might be seen saying "waka waka". On her she wore a baggy hoodie dress with purple trimmings around the hood and sleeves, which were simply much too long for a girl of her stature. On the center of the hoodie was a yellow character similar to that seen on her glasses. Lastly, she had an orange purse thrown over her shoulder.

Upon seeing the women entering the room, the girl quickly hid behind the Sharacite.

B-sha had to admit. There was no denying the girl was absolutely adorable. But…

"Cute kid. But what's she doing here, Histy?" Neptune asked the question on both of their minds, as Histoire prepared to change Gamindustri as everyone knew it.

"Girls. Neptune, B-sha. This girl here is named Naomi. And she is your daughter. I believe she was born from the collective faith of Planeptune's people. Their faith in your feelings shared between you. That it manifested in the form of Naomi. It truly is a miracle. I have never, in all my many years, heard of something like this." Histoire calmly explained, as it took a moment for the words to accumulate in the minds of the two women.

"Oh. Kid. How cute."

"Isn't that just the bees-knees-sha?"

Before…

"EHHHHHHHHHH!?"

"H-HISTY WHADDYA MEAN WE HAVE A KID?!"

Both women soon screamed, as, further into the room, Naomi began to shake in fear.

"Now. You two. Calm down, I know this may be shocking, but you are scaring her" Histoire presented, as both women looked on, seeing the shaking form of their daughter.

Looking at her, Neptune couldn't help but start to smile. Histoire wasn't one to lie, so she was sure of it; this girl was her daughter. Although… this wouldn't be the first time Neptune was tasked with raising a child. No… this would be the second. Even if Peashy might not have been her actual daughter, it sure felt like it. But…

She had failed Peashy. She failed, she let them take her from her. She let them turn her into a weapon. Even if Peashy would never blame her, she blamed herself.

This time though… she wouldn't let so much as a dogoo ruffle her daughter's hair.

Walking into the room, as Naomi nervously backed away, Neptune crouched down to her level, presenting her arms, she brightly smiled as she cooed,

"Hey there. Come give your momma a big ol hug" She smiled as Naomi looked on, biting her thumb a bit,

"M-momma?" She asked, her voice the sweetest thing Neptune had ever heard.

"Mhm! Now give me a big hug!" She enthusiastically reupped,

"M- M- Momma!" Naomi soon rushed over as she hugged her newly introduced mother with all her strength,

"Hehe. Hey! Get over here, B-sha!" Neptune soon turned to face her partner who still seemed to have something sort of apprehension,

But… just looking on. The woman she had grown to love, hugging the sweetest looking little girl she had ever seen. Everything about this…

Everything about this…

Was she dreaming…?

No. This was real life… she thought.

With tears streaming down her face, B-sha slowly walked over eventually gripping her family to her as strong as she could.

Back then… when she was just an orphan in a no name orphanage.

Unwanted.

Unneeded.

No family. Nowhere to call home.

But now? Now that she had met C-sha, and K-sha, and S-sha.

Now that she had met Neptune…

Everything changed.

"Nep-Nep…"

"Hmm? What is it?"

"I'm so glad I met you" and she truly meant it.

Neptune was a blessing in her life. And now… they had their little miracle.

Their little Naomi.
