Part 1 - Going To La Push
After the war was over with, the mourning, burials and work began all over the English magical and mundane/muggle world, as it had spread its ugly wings into the muggle world. Luckily the muggles who didn't know about magic, was still oblivious to what had happened, while the clean up happened during the night hours.
First to be buried was Fred Weasley, then Lavender Brown and Colin Creevey, which was the saddest as he was so young at only 16 years old, the same age as Ginerva was at this point. Later it was also Parvati Patil, Severus Snape and few more that had died. The remaining Death Eaters were taken to the veil after confessing for first time under Verita Serum used on them, and they were sent to their death instead of Azkaban.
Only thiefs and alike would be sent there, if murders and rapes including attempted to successfully line-thieves were also sent through the veil, as they were not able to change their ways if they went that far in things like that. Any and all marriage contracts were destroyed and not allowed to ever happen, so those who had one or was thinking of one, would need to do it elsewhere or not at all in England. Also laws on marriages were also removed from ever being known and upcoming to be run.
You were afterall to find love on your own, not by such heinous backwards ways like that, and also Love Potions aswell Fertility Potions were also banned and forbidden to ever use aswell. A law on when to be pregnant was set at 20 or above, no teenage pregnancies were allowed to happen, if it did, then they were considerated as Rape, and the person who got the women pregnant, would be punished like a Rapist were, by sent into their deaths of the Veil.
It scared many of hearing those new laws and rules of their new world after the war with Voldemort. But it was what it was and the peoples were to follow weither you want to or not. One or two peoples that had issues with that was none other the youngest Weasleys' and even Harry Potter, but Hermione felt it was rightous and very well made laws. It pissed Ronald off with her alot more than ever, and she told him one day;
"You and I are not even together, Ronald, so why you are so pissed about those laws and rules I don't get but I feel it is right thing to do, as the Love Potions doesn't create real love and that is what caused Voldemort to be who he became, as he was not created out of love, but faked love. It is well known if you read his history nowadays."
And Ronald like Harry and Ginerva were shocked, like Molly but also the others of the Weasleys' as she said that name but also her thoughts and opinions on those things.
She then turned around, walked back up to the dorms of Gryffindor, as they were staying at Hogwarts for the time being, and she laid down onto her bed, and began to plan her way to get to her cousin in US, so she could not only get away from here but also she misses him alot too.
Especially as she knew her parents were dead from plane crash getting to Australia last autumn, when she removed herself from their memories. It hurt, but she knew she had done the right thing in the end. She then stood up, and took her beaded bag, and she then placed her things in it, and then she walked back down, and Ronald said in harsh tone;
"And where are you going, Herms?" Hermione turned and glared at him;
"First my name is not Herms, Ronald, it is Hermione or Mione if you need to call me by a nickname, and where I am going, well I am off to see my cousin in US, as I need to get away from all of you and this country for a good while, for there is nothing here that holds me back. And before any of you say anything, you are not my family, never will be nor are you my guardians, as I am off age since 2 years back almost 3 years back. Secondly, you have no business to tell me what to do, Ronald, nor you, Mrs Weasley. As I said, you are not my mother or anything like it."
With that she turned with her hair flying around her, and walked out of the common room, before anyone of them could react or try to stop her. She then found Kingsley, and told him the same thing, then flooed away to nearby fireplace of the airport of London. She then walked on inside of the airport, and got a ticket for today's flight to a layover flight towards Seattle.
While waiting, she took her phone out, and texted her cousin, Jared of her plans, and he answered back by "Alright I can't wait to see you again, cuz. I missed you, like mom and dad has."
And that made her smile wider, and while waiting, she saw none other Ronald, Harry and Ginerva walking into the airport, luckily she was sitting against a pillar, and away from their eyesight, and they were told off and told to leave as they had no business of being here in first place. Ronald tried to yell her name, and that made the muggles get hold of the guards, and they were none other roughly thrown out and told that they were banned from ever entering again for next 10 years of their behaviours.
Hermione took a breath of relief, as her flight was called to be boarded, so she took her bags as she had charmed her bag into a carry on, backpack while the others were in the hold of the airplane already. She got onto the flight, while she did that, the three idiots went to Kingsley to ask for a international portkey, but due to things going on still, they were told no, and to leave as he was busy with other things.
They then went the illegal way to get a international portkey, but they didn't know where exactly Hermione were going to in the US, so they had to go around the states, to find her, and that itself would take months if not years to accomplish, but also being jailed when arriving for the illegal usage of the portkey, as the Aurors there knew when a legal to illegal was used to get into their country, and were alot more tougher and better than any other countries in the world on the laws and rules.
