Part 2 - Arriving And Laws In US
Hermione's flight landed a day later in Seattle, and after gathering her things, she was met up by Jared and his parents, and it was an emotional reunion as they knew of Jane and Eric's death of the plane crash and that she had removed herself from their memories to keep them safe.
After that, they drove off towards La Push, and her new start there. While driving, she told them everything that had happened since last letter, and it shocked, angered and saddened them alot for her sake, as she told them about Ronald need to have her as his wife or rather slave to do what he says towards her, just for he thinks he is in love with her.
Jared was pissed about that part, and told her that she can find love on her own, and his parents agreed on that too, and that made her very happy, and she told them that she had no hurry to find the one, but if it happens, then so be it. As she knew that Jared had imprinted a very sweet, shy girl Kim Connweller one day in school. It was such sweet story for her to read and hear about, and to see how much he really loved Kim, that her hopeful but also happy to maybe one day have that too.
Meanwhile, the three stooges to idiots arrived in New York's grounds and before they could make a move, they were all stunned and bound, then taken to Ministry of Magic in USA or MACUSA, and set infront of the Minister of Magic, Minister Maria Sweets.
And one by one, they were questioned by her and her aurors of their usage of an Illegal Port-Key.
First was Harry, and after he was taken off the charm to be petrified but still bound to the chair. Just like his two friends were aswell gagged to be kept quiet, then he was asked;
"What are your business in our country, Mr?"
"I am Harry Potter, ma'am, and we are here for our friend is here too as she ran off after leaving Ronald at the altar of their day to get married."
All lies though, and she could see and hear that as he was dosed by truth serum, and it made him go blue-er as he spoke of his business here in US, and she said
"First of all, do NOT lie to me, Mr Potter, you are not important or really famous here like you think you are, and also Ms Granger is not here illegally like yourselves are, which is a deep troubling issue with us. Secondly, Ms Granger came to us when she was 12, just before she began at Hogwarts, and she was given a dual citizenship, which she just few days ago made to be only US citizen, as she gave up on her British one, as she felt there was nothing left for her there, so she is a citizen of US. Something you three are not, and with your way to get here, you are not ever to become either."
Harry looked shocked but angered of being outed that easily of his lies, that he knew they were, how did they know that, but before he could say or react, he was petrified and gagged again, now the woman before them, took Ronald out of his and asked him the same questions;
"Why are you here illegally, Mr Weasley?" Ronald was redder than before, and he yelled
"Hermione is my wife to be, and she is to be brought back to me,right now."
"First of all, Mr Weasley, do you know who I am, boy?"
"No why?!" At that the woman then said in hard, cold tone;
"Watch your mouth, Mr Weasley, and I am Minister of Magic here in US, Maria Sweetin, and you are in very deep trouble of your lies, boy. Ms Granger is not your wife to be, as she told us days ago in a letter of your issues of hearing the word NO and that she does not love you like you think you do with her, boy. Like with Mr Potter, you are to be sent back to Britain as soon we have spoken to your sister's business here in US. And all three of you are to be banned after this, for next 10 years, if you break it for any stupid reasons, it will be Permentally set for ever entering our country. Even if you become an Auror, you and Mr Potter will not be able to ever enter back here, for you will not be allowed in. As we speak, we have sent a message to your Minister of Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt of both your idioicy and our desicion of banning you three from ever entering our country ever again."
He was then bound, gagged and petrified in his angry state of mind and manner, while Ginerva was then asked:
"Why are you here in US, also in a ILLEGAL way of a portkey, Ms Weasley?"
"How do you know my name, and what is your business to know, Ms?"
"You will watch your tone with me, Ms Weasley, and we know for we got messages of your illegal arrival in US, and I am the Minister of Magic here in US, Ms Weasley."
At that Ginerva paled abit more and but also were angrier than ever, and the minister woman then said
"You are not to be allowed back, even if you are to become a Quidditch Player in the future not that you are good one either, MS, then the team has to know that you are not allowed in ever again after today to our country, Girl. Now like your brother and friend, you are to be sent back to the Ministry of Magic in Britain, and there your minister of Magic will be waiting on you, for his own punishment, as not even being the Boy Who Lived, Mr Potter, will get you out of the trouble you set yourselves onto being in right now. That is on your own shoulders, and not on Ms Granger. Your minister will give your fair but harsh punishment of your crimes, and believe me if you were part of our community, and it was vice versa, you would be sent to a working house, and be working for years of harsh punishment and work scheulede."
And with that she too was petrified, bound and gagged, as the woman before them then let Aurors come inside, and they were hauled out of the room, and thrown into a fireplace, and before they could react or try to say or yell anything, they were flooed back to a very angry looking Kingsley Shacklebolt before them, and he had also Remus, Sirius, Mr and Mrs Weasley, only Mrs Weasley looked indifferent but also disappointed that they didn't come back with Hermione in tow with them.
Arthur was so angry that he was shaking in his spot, so did Sirius and Remus, and before any of them could react, Kingsley said in very cold, angry voice;
"Neither of you are ever allowed to have any jobs within Ministry of Magic, as you are not reliable to be here if this was what you do to get to the said girl, that has told you, Ronald off many times since the war ended, that she does NOT love you, never will either. And as I have told your mother and father, love potions is illegal, and if found you are to be sent through the veil. No not even your famous status, will help you out of it either, Harry. I am so angry and disappointed in you three. How the fuck dare you do this?! HUH?!. Well then, since you can't control yourselves around each other, your punishments over not only what I just said that you are not reliable to work here in the Ministry, you are also forced to be apart from each other for the rest of your lives, as I will placed a restraining order on the three of you, to stay away 10 feet, so therefore your relationship if even a real one with Ms Weasley, is ending today, Mr Potter. And do not say a thing, Ronald, you are not ever to be allowed to be around Ms Granger nor getting back to US ever. You are also all three of you sent to Hogwarts for your last year there, but seperated by my restraining order spell, so you are never to be around each other or in the same room. Minerva has accepted this, and your scheulede will be changed to be that way too. QUIDDITCH either for any of the three of you either will happen, as you are to do your school work in your OWN handwriting. So no scouts will see you play, Ms Weasley, and that is your own fault in this mess you and these two idiots made happen. And also, Molly is not to have any contact, as she has been found guility of attempted line-thief of your line, Mr Potter, as she with her daugther and son has used love potions on you and tried to use them on Hermione aswell. That is why you are being seperated from each other from today onwards for rest of your lives. Hermione like yourself are to be flushed out of those foul, illegal potions. Molly will be sent through the veil later today, and no none of you are allowed to say goodbyes or try to stop it, it was her own stupidity and you three will be punished the way I just said. Arthur has also disowned the two of you, and Bill of your status in Prewett as you were to become part of that family when Arthur disowned you from the Weasley, so of today you are known as No-Names with no status or family to rely on. Arthur also divorced Molly, aswell had her removed from the Prewett Family. SO she will die as No-Name."
At that most were in shock, except the ones who knew all about this, and Ginerva was ugly crying, and Ronald had only anger on his ugly face. Harry had shock, worry and fury on his, and Sirius and Remus didn't even look at him, they had their backs against him. They were so disappointed in him, and also very angry with him.
With that they were placed with the spell, and that made Sirius and Remus take an arm each of Harry's shocked form, and take him back to their house, and Arthur left the three left sitting there in the room. Ron and Ginera was given a very small amount of money to get to two rooms at the Leaky Cauldron, and sent off.
Kingsley then took a stunned, but angry and pale at the same time Molly towards the room where the death veil was in, and she was thrown crudely into it, and she was no more after that. Kingsley then went back to his own doings that he was doing before all of this had happened today alone.
