Chapter 4: Charlie Brown Is In The Juvenile Detention Center.

For those who do not know what happened. Charlie Brown beat Violet up so hard that she got sent to the Hospital, resulting in a 7 day suspension.

After the hearing, he was sentenced to a record 193 days of Suspension. How will Charlie Brown react to being in the halls of the Juvenile Detention Center?

Will he listen and accept the fact that he won't be able to return to campus grounds, or will he get a greater punishment, which will lead up to 15 years in Prison?

And now: Chapter 4 of Charlie Brown Gets Suspended.

"I got a new inmate. The name is Charles Monroe Brown, a 8 year old from Birchwood Elementary School. He has been sent here for 193 days, plus the 60 days at GIVE Center North, which is a few miles from where he will be staying." Officer Casey said.

"Alright. Let me check him in right now."

Charlie Brown was very nervous, because he never went there before.

"His cell will be in Juvenile Hall. D201 will be the room."

As Officer Casey escorted Charlie Brown to his cell, some inmates were confused.

"Hey. Who's the new kid?" Jackson said.

"You mean the kid with the yellow shirt?" Andrew said.

"Yes. That kid right there." Jackson said.

"Sleep tight, Charlie Brown. Your official sentence starts tomorrow. And your time at the Give Center will start on Monday." Officer Casey said.

"Hey, Brown. Are you new here?"

"Who are you?" Charlie Brown said.

"I'm Tim. You?" Tim said.

"Charles Brown. Call me Charlie, though." Charlie Brown said.

"Drugs?" Tim said.

"No thanks." Charlie Brown said.

"No. I meant are you here for drugs?" Tim said.

"No. What are you in here for?" Charlie Brown said.

"Drugs. You?" Tim said.

"A few hours ago, I got in a brutal fight with Violet at school. I got sent here for 193 days. I won't be released until October 10th of 2023." Charlie Brown said.

"Really?" Tim said.

"Yeah. I actually broke down at a discipline hearing. I did not want to go, but my mother and dad made me. You?" Charlie Brown said.

"I've been here for 7 months. I have to stay in here for 10 months to 3 years." Tim said.

"That is horrible. What is it like?" Charlie Brown said.

"You mean here? Horrible. Ask a friend I know. He was sent here for 5 months for Vandalism. Trust me, kid. It is not fun. First, they make you change into an approved uniform. Like an Inmate Uniform. Next, you'll be closely monitored every single day. 24/7. It ain't fun having someone escort you. And finally, when a sentence ends, like mine will in 3 months, you'll have a probation officer. The maximum sentence a kid can get probation is 3 years. It ain't fun being on probation. Where is the GIVE Center at?" Tim said.

"How did you know?" Charlie Brown said.

"A friend I know well told me. What grade are you in?" Tim said.

"5th. Along with Linus, Lucy, Peppermint Patty, Marcie, and a few friends I know. I have to go to the GIVE Center for 60 Days. 2 Months." Charlie Brown said.

"It's Closed!"

"What the? You mean The Hennepin County Home School?" Tim said

"Yes! The place is closed for good!"

"This kid with the yellow shirt is new here." Tim said.

"I'm Mike." Mike said.

"Charles Brown." Charlie Brown said.

"All right, everyone, it's about to be 7:00 PM. 3 Hours before Curfew."

"Curfew?" Charlie Brown said.

"Ohh God.. Not Curfew.." Mike said.

"Is he Okay?" Charlie Brown said.

"Mike over here hates Curfew." Tim said.

"Will Charles Brown please come to the Kiosk, please? Thank you."

"Hey, Brown. You have a officer waiting." Officer Casey said.

"Really?" Charlie Brown said.

"I am Officer Spinks. I was originally from the Odessa Police Department. I will be your Probation Officer. Officer Spinks said.

"The courts decided that you will be serving Probation for 5 months." Officer Casey said.

"Anyway, The Hennepin County Home School has been closed." Officer Spinks said.

"So, am I off the hook?" Charlie Brown said.

"You're not off the hook for the GIVE Center, Sir." Officer Spinks said.

"There's the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program in Fort Worth, but that's closed until 9 AM Tomorrow."

"I think Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center will be the best GIVE Center for Charlie Brown." Officer Casey said.

"What's the phone number?" Officer Spinks said.

"(214) 698-2200." Officer Casey said.

"I will also be recommending Tim and Mike go to the Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center too.

So, Officer Spinks decided to call the phone number for the Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center.

If anyone does not know where, it is in Texas. Anyway, on with the script.

"Good evening, this is Officer Spinks with the Hennepin County Juvenile Detention Center. I am letting you know I have 3 inmates who will be sent to the Juvenile Detention Center on Monday. Do you think you could check them in?" Officer Spinks said.

"Will do that, sir. What is your name again?"

"Officer Brandon Spinks: Former member of the Odessa Police Department." Officer Spinks said.

"Alright. The 3 inmates are checked in. The 3 will start on Monday at 9 AM CST."

"Alright. Thank you very much. Bye." Officer Spinks said.

"Alright, guys. Lights Out." Officer Casey said.

It will have either 10 or 15 chapters. So, it might take some time before it is complete. I'll see if I can't keep working on the Fanfiction.

And everyone can't know about the fanfiction, also know as spoil it. Because people might want to read it before they give a review.

Anyway, Peace out, people.
