The next day, after Charlie Brown apologized to Violet for nearly murdering her, he returned to school. And he saw a familiar face. It was a kid with a red shirt, and has a security blanket. And the person shouted his name in excitement after not seeing him for over 7 months. It was Linus.

"Charlie Brown??!!?!!?!!! Is that you?!?!!?!!!"

"Linus?!" Charlie Brown exclaimed.

"GUYS!! HE IS BACK! CHARLIE BROWN IS BACK!!"

Linus ran through the hallways while shouting that Charlie Brown was back in school, causing the students who had cheered for Charlie Brown during the fight to run out of class, and welcoming Charlie Brown back. But of all the people who were excited about Charlie Brown's return, Peppermint Patty would be ecstatic.

Peppermint Patty woke up after hearing Linus shriek that Charlie Brown was back at school.

What the?" Peppermint Patty said as she walked down the hallway.

That was when she saw the kid in the yellow shirt, and she was so excited that she ran like Sonic and charged at Charlie Brown and hugged him.

"Peppermint Patty!!!" Charlie Brown shouted with excitement.

"Chuck? Wait, Chuck?!" Peppermint Patty said as she saw him.

"Peppermint Patty!!! It's me!!!" Charlie Brown said.

"CHARLIE BROWN?!?!" Peppermint Patty shouted as she started running.

"Patricia Everest Reichardt!!! It's Charlie Brown!!!" Charlie Brown exclaimed.

"WOAH!!!!!! CHUCK!!!!! IT'S YOU!!!!!" Peppermint Patty shouted as she ran and gave him a big hug.

"Everest?", Schroeder said.

"How have you been?!" Peppermint Patty said.

"I've been doing great. I'm ready to accept my punishment." Charlie Brown said.

"Was it because of the fight that happened a few months ago?" Jake asked.

"Yeah, I'm sorry for nearly murdering Violet. It was very uncalled for of me." Charlie Brown said.

Then, Patty tapped on Charlie Brown's shoulder, and she had a fist in her.

"Huh?", said Charlie Brown.

"So, I hear you apologized to Violet for nearly murdering her?" Patty said.

"I did.", Charlie Brown said.

"Want to know what I think?", Patty said.

"What?", said Charlie Brown.

Then, Patty lifted Charlie Brown by his shirt, and smacked him in the face so hard that he fell down on the floor.

"That's for nearly murdering Violet, you Fucked Up Jerk!" Patty shouted.

"I may have won the battle, but I know who won the war. And it was Patty, with a really strong punch." Charlie Brown said.

Later, Mrs. Othmar came into the classroom, and was happy to see Charlie Brown back in class, though she was still upset with him for attacking Violet.

"All right, people. I want to welcome Charlie Brown back after serving his suspension for nearly attacking Violet. In which I'm still mad at you about that." Mrs. Othmar said while pointing at Charlie Brown, causing the class to turn their heads in his direction.

"I understand what I did was uncalled for. But I did apologize for what I did." Charlie Brown said.

Then, the intercom crackled to life, signaling an announcement.

"Good morning, students. I would like to welcome Charlie Brown back to school. He has served his suspension for his actions. And I feel that he deserves another chance, as he has redeemed himself. On another note: The carnival will be held at both the upper and lower playgrounds. It will be during third period. First: Kindergarten, then first grade, second, third, fourth, and fifth grade. Those without tickets are to report to the in-school suspension room, where a student from the third grade will be present for the remainder of the day. Please take the time to congratulate yourselves on a job well done, as the carnival for last year was cancelled due to a tornado destroying the school. Thank you, and have a great day. Also, Charles Brown, please come to the main office."

Charlie Brown's eyes widened at the last sentence.

"We'll go with you." Linus said, looking at Charlie Brown, as he, Jake, Laurel, and Mia all smiled.

"I guess I might as well." Charlie Brown said as he was being escorted to the Principal's Office.

"Mr. Robinson?"

"Go ahead.", Mr. Robinson said.

"Charles Brown has arrived at the main office."

"Send him in.", Mr. Robinson said.

Charlie Brown sat down in the chair, waiting to see what punishment he would receive.

"Well, this is it. What would it be? Suspension, In-school suspension, Detention, A parole hearing, mind you. My actions got me into this mess."

"Charlie Brown. I have decided that your punishment is a 3-day in-school suspension, 2 days of after-school detention, and lunch detention for a week. And you will have Saturday detention tomorrow. Your in-school suspension begins today, your after-school detention begins on Monday, and your lunch detention also begins today. Your Saturday detention is tomorrow at 8:00 AM. Failure to attend will result in additional suspension days. The in-school suspension room is in Room 273, on the third floor wing on the northwest side." Mr. Robinson said.

"Yes, sir." Charlie Brown said as he started to walk to Room 273. The students who were walking to the Upper and Lower Playground for the carnival were saluting Charlie Brown and wishing him good luck.

"Well. Room 273. I'm not ready for this. But I got to. I: Charles Monroe Brown, am ready to enter the In-School Suspension Room for the first time in the history of my enrollment as a student." Charlie Brown said as he opened the door to the In-School Suspension Room.

"Good morning."

"Good morning to you." Charlie Brown said.

"Please state your name for the record."

"Charles Monroe Brown." Charlie Brown said.

"So, I hear you're going to be here for the next 3 days. Is that right?"

"Yes, Ma'am. That's right." Charlie Brown said.

"Your desk will be Desk 2. It's right there, by the door."

Charlie Brown sat down at Desk 2, and started to think about what would happen, not knowing that it was Friday.

Then, Mr. Robinson decided to pull Charlie Brown from In School Suspension, letting him know that his In School Suspension would begin on Monday.

"So, I'm not in trouble?" Charlie Brown asked.

"Oh, you're still in trouble. You won't be able to take part in the activities in the carnival, but you're welcome to join us, and watch." Mr. Robinson said.

"I guess that's fair enough." Charlie Brown said as he was escorted to the Upper Playground, where he stood at a distance from Violet because she was at the carnival.

A few minutes later, Linus saw Charlie Brown sitting on the wall, as he was still under a restraining order because of what had happened.

"Are you okay there? I know you were looking forward to taking part in the activities, but you had to do the right thing." Linus said, feeling bad for him.

"I know. But it was for my own good. I bet The Little Red-Haired Girl doesn't want anything to do with me after what happened." Charlie Brown said, regretting the mess he had gotten himself into.

"Now, I wouldn't say that." Linus said as he went to The Little Red-Haired Girl in the bouncy house.

"Hey, Heather. Can I talk to you for a few minutes? Linus said.

"Hold on a minute, Peggy Jean." The little red-haired girl said.

The Little Red-Haired Girl got off the bouncy house, which was in a good mood, after having gotten 8 hours of sleep.

"So, I feel bad for Charlie Brown. The kid in the yellow shirt."

"You mean Charlie Brown? The one who got punched by Lucy? That No Good Bitch?"

"Yeah, I could tell it from the look on his face. And it was Patty. It couldn't be Lucy."

"Man, I think you told me by the look on his face. He's crying, Linus."

The Little Red-Haired Girl told Linus where Charlie Brown was; at the wall at the back of the school, crying his eyes out, regretting every last minute of that fight with Violet.

"Why did I get in that fight with Violet, no, why did I nearly put my student enrollment in danger, No, No! Why did I go and do the Stupidest Thing I Ever Did?!" Charlie Brown said, regretting what he did.

That was when Charlie Brown sang the ending of a song that he listened to during his time.

"I'm a joke!! I'm worthless, I'm miserable!!! I'm a sorry excuse of a student!!!! Mommy why!!!!! God... I fucking hate myself!!!!!! Grrrrr, God help me!! Mother fucker!!!!! I fucking hate this!!!!! Fuck you!!!!! Fucking bitch, you fucked up actions!! My actions ruined my fucking life!!! I want to, die!!!!! I hate my life!!! I fucking hate my life!!!!!! I hate my life!!!!! Piece of shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Charlie Brown screamed at the top of his lungs, finally lifting the last remaining minutes off his shoulders, before crying his eyes out.

There there, Charlie Brown. Let it all out." Linus said as Charlie Brown hugged Linus, crying his eyes out as Linus patted his back, feeling remorse for him.

"Excuse me, I just can't." Charlie Brown said as he ran back inside, crying.

"Charlie Brown? I'm sure you're not crying that hard. Come on, Lucy." Linus said.

"Can't I stay here? You know the Football Toss is about to happen soon. It's always a tradition to pull the football." Lucy said.

"Grrrr... Lucy, you're coming with me to find Charlie Brown right now." Linus said sternly.

"Yes, Sir." Lucy said as she and Linus went back in to find him.

"If I miss pulling the football, it's your ass that turns into grass. And I will be the lawnmower." Lucy said angrily to him.

"And if you think about hitting either of us, I will personally have you suspended." Linus said in a stern voice.

"Okay, Lucy. That's enough. You better cut it out, or I will tell Mom and Dad when we get home."

Linus turned his head, only to see Rerun. The youngest sibling in the Van Pelt family. He tolerated abuse from Lucy and their mother, but not anymore. Rerun stood next to Linus, because of the Oreo Incident that nearly took his life.

"You can tell my mom doesn't want a dog. Which I love. You can boss me around. You can be an abusive sister to me. You can tell my mom that I get in trouble. But you won't hit me. If you even lay a hand on me, then I will barricade my door, which I still do to this day. Because of your abusive behavior. You are out of your mind if you think you're going to hurt me. Like you did when I ate the last Oreo!" Rerun said, putting his foot down.

"But, Rerun. Let me just say this." Lucy said before Rerun cut her off.

"I believe I was talking!! When I said that when I turn 18, I want you out of my life, I meant it. Don't look at me, don't talk to me, don't even be near me. Lucy, you better get this in your head: You are dead to me." Rerun said, looking for Charlie Brown.

After Rerun's speech, Lucy was left speechless.

Then, Linus dragged Lucy by the ear as he searched for Charlie Brown.

"Ouch! Linus, my ear!!" Lucy shrieked.

"Now do you see what you did?! I was mad at you for the Oreo Incident, and I am still mad at you about that. Now, you are going to look for Charlie Brown, or I will tell Mom and Dad that you refused to look." Linus said, putting his foot down.

Yes, Linus." Lucy said, very sad as she and Linus looked for Charlie Brown.

"I think I've found him..."

"What the? What's going on?" Linus asked.

Then, Linus received a phone call from his mother.

"Hello? Oh, hello, Mrs. Brown. What happened to your son? Is he okay?" Linus asked.

"Linus, a person saw Charlie Brown collapse in the hallway near the cafeteria. The ambulance came and took Charlie Brown to the hospital. Me and my husband were there, along with Sally." Maureen said.

"Oh... So, that's why he ran inside the school crying. What caused him to collapse in the hallway?" Linus asked.

"Let me text you, Linus. Because I'm too heartbroken to tell you." Maureen said.

Then, Maureen texted him a photo of a bottle of pills, and a video of him taking multiple pills, which caused him to Overdose.

Linus covered his mouth in horror at the sight of the video.

"Dear God... Does anyone know?" Linus asked.

"Not at the moment. But if anyone should tell the principal, it should be you." Maureen said.

"I'll get to that right away." Linus said as he walked slowly, trying to figure out what had just happened.

At that moment, the bell rang for lunch, but Linus didn't want to go. He decided to tell the principal that Charlie Brown overdosed in the hallway.

"Yes, sir. I would like to talk to the principal."

"Is it a disciplinary issue, Linus?"

"No, Sir. It's not a discipline issue. You might need to call his mom. He's at the hospital."

The secretary called her mother, who Charlie Brown overdosed ined in the hall hallways cafeteria.

"Right... I'll make sure to let him know right away."

"Mr. Robinson?"

"Go ahead." Mr. Robinson said.

"A student named Linus Van Pelt requested that he be talked to. I think something horrible happened."

"Send him in." Mr. Robinson said.

"Yes, Sir. You did know that Charlie Brown is at the hospital, didn't you?" Linus said.

"Wait, what?" Mr. Robinson said.

"Yes, Sir. His mom told me to tell you." Linus said.

"Mind showing me the proof?" Mr. Robinson said.

"Yes, Sir." Linus said as he showed him a picture of a bottle of pills, and a video of him overdosing on the bottle of pills, causing him to pass out in the hallway.

"Oh, God... Did he collapse?"

"Yes, Sir. I think it was too much for him to hear that you told him he couldn't take part in the activities." Because as Linus said, Charlie Brown overdosed on a bottle of pills.

"Hold my calls." Mr. Robinson told the secretary.

"Are you okay? I was surprised when his mom let me know." Linus said.

"Let me see what the video said." Mr. Robinson said, holding back his tears.

"It was taken at 10:35 AM." Linus said.

In the video, Charlie Brown said what appeared to be his last words before Overdosing on medication.

"Well, I can officially conclude that I'm going to be worthless for life. Since this is the case, I might as well do the school a favor and just go to sleep, and never wake up." Charlie Brown said as he held the pills that he poured out of the bottle. Then, without warning, Charlie Brown took the bottle of pills, causing him to be nauseated. He couldn't walk in the hallway without passing out in the hallway from the pills.

"I hope he recovers." Mr. Robinson said.

"I hope so too." Linus said.
