While the guys were racing around the island, a magic camera was following them and relaying footage to the others on a large monitor.
"Come on, Humphrey, pick up the pace," said Melody.
"He's too afraid of how high he is," said Hunter while watching Dexter pull ahead by two yards as they began to approach the girls.
"Raven's going to have her work cut out for her to catch up to Faybelle at this rate," said a worried Cerise.
"Go!" said Dexter while handing a stick over to Faybelle.
"Sorry Raven!" said Humphrey who came a minute later.
"It's alright, Humphrey," said Raven as she took off after the young dark fairy. The witch quickly closed the distance on Faybelle, putting her right on the other girl's broom bristles.
"If that's all you have then your team is in trouble," said Faybelle.
"Don't count me out yet!" said Raven who managed to pull up beside her.
"They're neck and neck," said Alistar.
"Who will cross the line first?" asked Maddie who was drinking some tea. Both girls then blew past everyone, a rush of wind following after them as they were going so fast that it created a giant tailwind.
"It's a photo finish!" said Chris.
"Come on, who was it?" asked Melody while the video went frame by frame till it showed Faybelle's broom crossing the line by an inch before Raven's broom.
"Faybelle wins it for team Royals!" said Chris.
"Sorry guys, I thought I had her," said Raven to her team as she flew over to them with a sad expression.
"No, this is on me," said Humphrey who had just arrived with Dexter.
"If I had gone faster then maybe Faybelle would not have had the lead she did so this is all on me," he said.
"Team Rebels, you better decide who you're sending off the island, and I forgot to mention that this is a double elimination so you have to pick two people," said Chris before he and Chef rode off on their own brooms.
"I really hate him," said Melody.
