We open at South Park Elementary school, where as of right now, a class of 1st Graders were enjoying their recess. Many were laughing and playing with each other... except for one girl who was walking around by herself.
Said girl being Karen who was wandering around to try and see if she could find some kids she could join in with. However, each person declined because of her, well, status, so she was left with just her and her doll, the one Kenny had gotten her.
She sighed sadly and sat down at a bench while looking around and playing with the doll. "Guess it's just you and me again."
As she looks at her doll, she sees a small bottle with a pink liquid in it near the bench. Interested, she picks it up and looks for a label, but doesn't find anything.
"That's weird. Did someone forget it here?" She looks at the other children and it looks like none of them were missing anything. Then, she felt a small thirst and looked back at the bottle. "One little sip couldn't hurt. No one would even notice."
She drank a bit of it, and her eyes widened at the flavor. She couldn't tell if it was cherries or strawberry, but it tasted so good! Then downed the rest of it. She emptied the whole thing and looked inside, disappointed it was all gone.
Then, thoughts and images started rushing through her head all at once, all of them about one person. Kenny. She rubbed her head from the sudden sensation and groaned, caught off guard. Then, she starts to get the urge of wanting to see Kenny as soon as possible.
"I wonder where he is?" She gets off the bench and looks around to see Kenny and his friends talking with each other. When she spots him, her heart skips a beat. She smiled and made her way over. But as she was going over, something that the boys were talking about got Cartman to start singing his "Poorest Kid in School" song at Kenny.
"Kenny's mom's so poor, she wears Cheerios as earrings!" He quips.
"Cartman knock it off." frowned Kyle.
"Fuck off, Jew." Cartman remarks. "Besides, it's true and you and Stan both know it!"
"Doesn't mean you have to go and rub it in his face. You're not exactly rich yourself."
"Compared to Kenny I am!" He says with a smirk. What the boys don't know is that Karen overheard their conversation, especially Cartman's parts.
She frowned while noting Kenny looking down and moved over, making him notice and look happy. "Cartman, you wanna say that again?"
He turns and sees Karen coming over. "Who the fuck are you?" He asked.
"I'm Kenny's sister."
"Oh, hey look guys!" He points at Karen. "Looks like we got 2 poor kids at this school!" He goes into a laugh before something hits him hard in the nether regions. "Ahhhh!"
Stan, Kyle, and Kenny all went wide eyed seeing Karin hit Cartmen in the balls.
"Oh god! You bitch!"
"You wanna make fun of us because we're poor? Then suck on this fat ass!" She knees him in the gut and then leaps onto him, punching him in the face, all the while Cartman yelled out in pain, causing other kids to be drawn to it.
"Holy shit, Cartman's getting his ass kicked."
"About fucking time."
"Ha, and by a 1st Grader too!"
As the comments go on, Kyle looked at Kenny and said. "Dude, remind me never to anger your sister!"
"You said it, this is the first time I've ever seen her get like this."
After a bit, Cartman was on the ground bruised and beaten.
Karen then grabbed him by his hair and said. "If I hear you talking about me or my brother like that again, it will end a lot worse for you. Got it?"
"Ugh..."
Karen growled before decking him in the cheek, making blood land out on the snow along with a tooth. "I said, got it?!"
"Yes! Yes! Got it!" Cartman yells.
Karen crosses her arms at him and says. "You better."
"Damn. I've been waiting for someone to do that forever." remarked Stan.
"Yeah, but... I didn't expect my sister to do it." Kenny muttered as Karen came over to him with a smile.
"Hey Kenny."
"Uh, hey Karen." He says, still a bit shocked from before. "Uh...since when could you do that?"
Karen shrugs and says. "I dunno. It just came up when that fatass was talking shit about me and you."
"If you do that more I think we could all get a laugh out of it." spoke Kyle.
"I don't know...what do you think Kenny?"
"Well, honestly, with the way Cartman is... yeah, it is pretty funny to see him get it."
"Screw you Kenny."
Karen shoots a glare at Cartman, causing him to back off. "What was that fuck?"
"Nothing!" The fat boy said, putting his hands up. "Nothing at all."
"That's what I thought."
So school ends for the day and we transition to Kenny and Karen walking home, Karen holding Kenny's hand with a big smile.
Kenny himself let her, but had a nagging feeling that something was off.
They finally got home and when they entered, they noticed their parents weren't home.
"Hey, where's mom and dad?"
We cut to a scene where both of them were getting wasted on beer.
"Oh fuck is that the good stuff."
"Yep, you think the kids'll be alright?" Mrs McCormick asks in a drunk haze.
"Ah I'm sure they're just fine."
Back at the house, Kenny's about to head to his room, but Karen grabs his arm to stop him.
"Wait Kenny."
He turns to her. "Is something wro-" he's cut off by Karen hugging him and saying, "I wanna be with you."
"Uh, I wanna be with you too." he replied back awkwardly.
She smiles and the two sit on the couch, Karen starting to snuggle up with Kenny.
"Karen? You feeling ok?"
"Yeah, I feel great, Kenny. Just Great."
"You sure? You're acting differently."
She looked at him and said, "It's just... I think that we're together and I... like being with you."
"Well I'm usually pulled into some insane or random stuff that...keeps me busy." he spoke while avoiding talking about him dying.
"Yeah, but..." she snuggled a bit closer, "Can't we just be like this for a bit?"
"Well...sure."
So they stay like that for about an hour, and in that hour Karen falls asleep next to Kenny.
Said boy looked at her and rubbed her head softly. He then noticed what time it was and went to his room.
A few hours later, Karen wakes up. She looked around confused and sad. "Kenny?"
She got up and goes to his room to see if he's there. She knocks. "Kenny? Kenny, are you in there?"
Silence.
She opens it a creak to find it empty. However, before she goes to look around the house, a figure enters through Kenny's window. Her eyes widened with her closing her mouth to try and stay quiet as the figure looked around to make sure the coast was clear. She tries to look at the figure through the Darkness and then notices the question mark on his hood. She then realized it's her Guardian Angel. "Oh my god..."
Right before Mysterion can take off his mask, his door bursts open and he's tackled in a hug by Karen. "Guardian Angel!"
"K-Karen!?"
"It's great to see you!" She says with a big smile.
"Karen, wh-what are you doing up this late?"
"I woke up after falling asleep with my brother, but now I can't find him." She then stops and raises an eyebrow suspiciously at Mysterion. "Wait, what are you doing here?"
"Uh...I was...just resting." he spoke up cautiously. "I got injured and needed a spot to stop and catch my breath, but I'm good now, which means I better get going."
Right as he's heading to the window, Karen grabs his hood and shouts, "Wait!" From her pull, his hood fell down, revealing familiar blonde hair.
It all went silent as Kenny and Karen's eyes widened.
"Kenny?" She said surprised, "Y-You're my Guardian Angel?"
"Uh...no. You're dreaming." he spoke up while looking away.
She gives him a look that basically says, "Really, bitch?"
"It's all in your head, which is why you should go to bed so you can wake up and not lose any sleep."
"Kenny, stop." She says, "I know I'm not dreaming."
"Uh...shit."
So Kenny proceeded to explain that he's been using his Mysterion Persona as a way to make sure Karen was safe. All of which made her gasp and cover her mouth while staring at him in silence.
'All this just so he could keep me safe.' She thought as a smile started to come to her face.
"So, I'm sorry I had to lie to you Karen."
She uncovered her eyes and showed her smile to Kenny. "No need to apologize, Kenny."
"I figured if I pretended to be a superhero, you'd be more safe. I mean, I can't really do much as Kenny, so I thought being Mysterion would be better."
"Mysterion?" She asks. She only really called him Guardian Angel.
"Yeah, it's the name for my superhero identity."
"Wait, superhero? Then you help other people?"
"Well, in a way yeah." he nodded with her looking curious with a frown.
"Do you happen to help any girls from school?"
He thinks and says, "Well, I did save some girl from being molested. I don't think she was anyone I knew though."
"And did she thank you in some way?"
"Well, she just hugged me while muttering 'Thank you' over and over, but besides that, no."
"Good."
Kenny raises a brow and asks, "What is this about?"
"Just wanted to make sure no other bitch had her eye on you."
His eyes widen and he says, "Whoa, Karen. Why are you acting like this?"
"Like what?"
"You're acting like one of those obsessed girls in an anime, that's what!"
"I am so not."
"You literally said you wanted no other girl with me!"
"What's wrong with a little sister wanting her favorite brother safe?" she asked with a pout.
"Well, nothing, but, you do have to lay off just a bit."
"You mean...you don't like it when I care?"
"Whoa, I'm not saying that! I'm just saying that I can handle myself sometimes." he spoke up quickly seeing her sniffle and look close to tears. He rubs her back and says, "Look, I appreciate your concern, but I promise you, I can keep myself safe."
"...you swear?"
He grabs her hand and smiles, "I swear."
She smiled back and gave him a tight hug.
After a few minutes, they break the hug and Kenny says, "Well, I think it's time we start heading to bed."
"Good idea."
Kenny expected Karen to go back to her room, but instead, she did something that shocked him: She kissed him. And we don't mean on the chin or cheek, straight on the lips. Kenny backs away. "K-Karen?! What are you doing?"
"Giving you a kiss to show how thankful I am."
Kenny sputters before saying, "B-But were brother and sister!"
"So what?"
"Well, th-that's not allowed! It's incest!"
"After all the crazy, insane, and batshit nutty stuff that happens in this town, why would something like that bother you?"
Kenny tried to reply, but realized she was kinda right. Karen then kissed him again. This time he didn't try to stop her as much, but didn't kiss back.
They stay like this for a few minutes before both fall asleep in Kenny's bed.
(Next day)
We see the brother and sister enter school. There they see Cartman, still bruised from yesterday.
"Hey Cartman, hope you're not TOO banged up." teased Kenny.
"Oh, fuck you, Kenny." He said, before withering back at Karen's glare.
"What was that?"
"Uh, nothing! Nothing at all!" he spoke up quickly as she raised a fist up.
She puts her fist down... before kneeing him in the junk.
"AHHH! FUCK! Shit!"
The two siblings then walk away with smiles on their faces, leaving people to laugh at the fat boy.
"Fucking bitch."
She immediately stops and turns her head back at Cartman. "Excuse me?"
"Fuck you...bitch." groaned Cartman, flipping her off.
She looks at Kenny and says, "One minute, Kenny." Before running to go kick his ass. "YOU'RE DEAD LARD ASS!"
As she beats the fuck out of Cartman, students cheer and Kenny smiles at his sister.
"I'm gonna fuck you up until you shit your guts out you bitch!"
From outside the school, we can hear Cartman's screams of pain. Any teacher or student who saw this either laughed, pointed, both, or just acted like they didn't see it.
For instance, Mr Mackey saw it and was about to break it up, but after remembering stuff that Cartman's done in the past, he just walks away with an "Mkay."
