Chapter 1: Haise Sasaki
Prologue.
Location: Empty Beach near Tokyo. Time: 3:56 AM
Walking on the beach, was a single individual. He had bags under his eyes both a slight darkish color from the lack of sleep and a bit of pink from crying. He was barely even walking, stumbling from every step he took. His overall appearance was strange, he had pale skin, hair that was as white as snow, his eyes sliver, with a muscular physique, and his face was attractive. His age seemed to be around 19 but looked younger than that.
His outfit on the other hand was different, he had something comparable to a ripped and damaged stealth uniform. There were also blood stains, although it didn't seem like the stains were fresh. In his hands was a bag, seemingly filled with weights.
The man spoke, with a teary but also weak voice, "Guys.. I'm sorry, I.. I failed you all.." he said with despair in his voice. He stood near a large cliff, strapping his body with the weights he had carried. The overall weights were substantial, if it wasn't for his abnormal strength and stamina, he wouldn't have been able to carry them so easily.
Once the weights had fully been attached to him, he jumped down. As he fell, all his memories came to him. All the joy, happiness, and even sadness came to him as fell. Memories of people, loved ones, mentors, and friends came to his mind which prompted him to let out a sad, bittersweet smile.
Boom!
The man and ghoul once known as Kaneki slammed into the water. Some bones snapping on contact with the water, but he didn't scream. The pain was numbing and he had felt worse. As he sank deeper into the water, the weights carrying him down, he soon fell into a stage of unconsciousness.
Little did he know, his mind would soon split into different personalities. Each one is different and with their own motives. But he wouldn't know this, as he wasn't Kaneki anymore. In fact, he didn't even know who he was. Just a nameless, lifeless, and without a home.
Hours this would pass, and this nameless man would soon open his eyes to darkness. Empty, a place void of life and activity, just blackness. He tried to stand up but instead floated up, and as he adjusted his eyes. What he saw surprised him, as it was a giant, red, and menacing Dragon.
"W-What?" The Nameless Man stuttered as he laid his eyes on the creature.
"Hoho, Hello Partner, you've finally awoken. I am Ddraig, the Welsh Dragon!" The Dragon roared with flair and emotion.
The Dragon known as Ddraig looked down at the man with white and black hair. Furrowing his brows with intrigue and curiosity. "And who.. no, what are you?" The Dragon directed to the Nameless Man but didn't seem to get a response.
"Hm.. Yes, you are human but also something else. Something abnormal to this world, something different." The Dragon stated matter of factly.
But still, Ddraig did not get a response which slightly frustrated him. He tilted his head, "Partner, are you in shock? If you are, please speak up and introduce yourself.." The Dragon stated rather impatiently.
The Nameless Man chuckled sheepishly, "Well, haha, I was trying to figure that out myself.." He said with a crooked smile.
Ddraig tilted his head to this, "Interested, do you not know who you are?" The Dragon asked curiously.
The Nameless Man shook his head, but then looked up to Ddraig with a warm smile. "Yeah, Sorry but-" The Nameless Man started but was soon cut off by a voice.
This Voice seemed familiar but also something that caused his skin to crawl. He turned his head to it, and he saw in the distance a white light or rather a white zone. "Ddraig, do you know what that place is?" The Nameless Man asked with curiosity but caution.
This caused The Dragon to frown, "No.. I tried going there myself, but the closer I got, the harder it got to move forward. It was like an invisible wall was blocking my path." Stated Ddraig with slight concern and cautious disdain.
But before The Nameless Man could reply to this, the voice spoke up again.
"Give it back.."
"What..?" The Nameless Man thought out loud.
"GIVE ME BACK MY BODY!
This sent a shockwave through The Nameless Man's body as he shivered and inevitably passed out. But this time, instead of darkness, he awoke through light.
He awoke in a bed, a soft comfortable bed. And when he leaned up, he saw a man. This man had black hair with golden bangs, reddish eyes, and a goatee. The man noticed the awakening and smiled. He took a seat and sat next to The Nameless Man.
"Ah, you're awake, young man. How are you?" The older man said with a smile.
The Nameless Man returned the gesture and smiled warmly, "I'm well, thank you."
"That's good." The Man nodded, "I'm Azazal, you are?" The newly named man introduced himself.
"Ah.." The Nameless Man said under his breath, "I don't remember.. Do you know me? Are you perhaps a relative?" He said with genuine curiosity.
Azazel furrowed his brows in hopes of figuring out whether this man was lying. But he could sense nothing besides genuine curiosity and hope. He also sensed something else, he sensed the young man's Sacred Gear and.. his abnormal presence. There was something inside this kid, something that wasn't devil, angel, or fallen angel. He seemed human but also not. He wanted to contemplate more but when he saw the look in the young man's eyes, the hope and genuine goodness inside him, Azazal made his decision.
"Yes, I am your father." Azazal lied as he put his hand on The Nameless Man's shoulder.
"And you are.." he paused, "Haise Sasaki, my son." Azazal added with a smile.
This prompted a smile to rise on Haise's face, he knew who he was and now he wasn't alone. This sparked joy but also relief. After a couple of seconds, Haise would look blankly at the man.
"Thanks for telling me who I am, Father, but now what?" Said Haise blankly.
Chapter 1: Haise Sasaki
It had been three months, Haise had been told he was 17, given a drivers license and an ID. He also spent time with his 'Father' and found out more about himself and his supposed Father, Azazal. He figured out that he couldn't eat normal food without feeling sick or throwing up. This first concerned Azazel because it meant that Haise could possiboe starve to death so he tried every method possible. And thankfully, he found a somewhat strange solution which was coffee.
Now, Azazel was planning to send Haise away. To a town called Kuoh so he could attend Kuoh academy. What was strange was that he would have to share a house with a roommate. Haise didn't mind though, afterall, it meant he could meet new people and become friends.
Haise was told that his roommate was a girl and her name was Raynare. For some reason, Azazal also said "Play Nice and she will too!" Which made Haise a bit freaked out. But
regardless, he wanted to be on good terms with her and make a bond of friendship. For some reason, he didn't have any friends and he didn't meet with anyone else besides hearing about his 'Sister' Yumma Amano
Haise was in a taxi, driving him to the address in which he would be staying. Once he arrived there, he stepped out and took his suitcase with him. He let out a sigh of tiredness and relief when he saw Raynare standing in front of the house door. She didn't seem intimidating but instead beautiful, with long brown hair, and purple eyes.
He took out his suitcase and flashed a warm smile towards her. He noticed her shocked expression and the turning of her head but he didn't think much of it as he walked towards her.
Once he stood in front of her, he spoke, "Hello, you must be Raynare." Said Haise warmly, emanating an aura of kindness and warmth as he extended his hand.
The girl stuttered slightly at first, "Y-Yes, I'm Raynare and you must Haise, it's a pleasure to meet you!" She said as she took his hand with a smile. She felt the energy he brought with him, and it made her feel somewhat good.
'Azazel didn't tell me he was so..' Raynare thought briefly as Haise soon got her attention. "Uh.. I don't mean to bother you but, can I have a tour?" Haise said sheepishly with a soft chuckle.
She nodded her head, "Of course, Follow me!" The Fallen Angel spoke as she guided Haise inside.
After a couple of minutes of tour, Haise got set up in his room. Almost everything he needed was there and that somewhat embarrassed him. 'Did she go to the trouble of getting this stuff or did Azazel help her?' Haise thought with an embarrassed blush and a stupid smile on his face. After a couple of moments getting settled in, he decided to try to talk to his new roommate and potential friend. He stepped out of his room and downstairs, Raynare was sitting on the couch, watching TV.
"Hello" Haise said with a nice and warm tone that was directed to Raynare. She turned her head to him and smiled. He moved closer to her, situating himself next to her.
"Hello, Haise, do you need something?" Raynare asked politely, slightly tilting her head as well.
"Well.. aha.. No, I just wanted to talk to you." Haise said as he scratched his curly hair.
From Haise's point of view, it seemed that Raynare was pleased by his answer as her smile began a bit wider. "Really, what do you wanna talk about?" She asked curiously.
Haise shrugged, "Since we're gonna be roommates, we might as well discuss our interests and what we like." Stated Haise calmly with his usual warm smile.
"Really? I guess you're right about that but I don't really see why you would be interested in that kind of stuff with me." Raynare said, slightly confused at Haise's statement. But what took her off guard was Haise's reaction to what she said.
Haise chuckled, "Well, I wanna know you so we can form a bond, obviously!" The young man said warmly.
Raynare's eyes went slightly wide as a slight red blush formed on her cheeks, "O-Oh.." Said the fallen angel in a low tone.
Haise raised his eyebrow at her expression, "Hey.. are you okay? Your cheeks are red!" He said with concern as he placed his hand on her face.
Raynare's face reddened even more as Haise touched her face, "Yeah, your face is red, maybe you have a fever!" Haise said as he became even more concerned. "I'll be right back, I'll go grab some medicine!"
As Haise stood up, Raynare stopped him, "N-No, I'm f-fine.." The fallen angel said as she tried to regain her composure with her face a bit flushed.
"Are you sure?" Haise asked with concern still lingering in his eyes.
"Y-Yes, how about we continue our conversation next time?" Raynare suggested as she stood up as well.
Haise expression showed disappointment but he soon waived those thoughts away, "Alright, that's fine with me." He said with a smile.
Haise watched her walk away, her face still a light tint of red, 'Hm, I wanted to learn more about her today so we could be friends. But I guess that can wait..' Haise thought as he raised his watch.
"9:56.. I should go get some sleep for school tomorrow, it'd be a bad impression if I got to school late." Haise said to himself as he proceeded to walk to his bedroom. After putting himself into bed and preparing his alarm. Haise closes his eye and goes to sleep.
"Haise.."
Suddenly, Haise's eyes opened, he was brought back to void where the dragon was. He wasn't as shocked as the first time he met Ddraig. In fact, they had met multiple times in the previous
three months and Haise found himself liking Ddraig. No doubt Ddraig didn't feel the same as Haise.
"Oh, hello Ddraig, why'd you bring me here?" Haise asked curiously.
Ddraig smirked, "I just wanted to discuss how to bring out our power and.. that white void over there.." Said Ddraig as his expression turned sour at the last part.
Haise nodded, "Alright, lay it on me." He said with a smile and a thumbs up
Ddraig scoffed amusingly at Haise's response with a smile, "Well, we've figured out how to activate our power which is from your desires.. but haven't yet figured what desire will help you bring it out." Stated the dragon in a matter of fact tone.
Haise chuckled at this, "Heheh, yeah.. but what does that have to do with the void?"
"Well, perhaps it's has the answers to bring out our powers and of your amensia." Said Ddraig while furrowing his brows at the white void in the distance.
"Would that be wise though?" Haise started, "That voice only wants one thing and it's for 'his body' back." Haise added with a frown.
Ddraig nodded at this, "I do agree, we share an unconsciousness after all and.. I hear what he's saying over there.." The Dragon said with a frown as well.
"What is he saying?" Haise asked worriedly as he turned his head.
"He's screaming in pain, yelling for his body back, and other disturbing things.." Stated the Dragon
"I've been trying to restrain him from trying to reach you but I fear he will soon enter your consciousness, so be prepared." Said Ddraig with concern in his tone.
Haise nodded his head, "Do you still think it would be wise to enter that zone then?" He asked cautiously.
"I will allow you to decide that because I cannot enter that zone, therefore, I cannot garentee your safety." Stated the Dragon with a frown.
Haise hesitantly nodded as he cupped his chin. He knew he had to make a smart choice, if he didn't, who knows what that voice would do to him. After a couple of tense seconds, he looked up to Ddraig. "I'll go."
The Dragon simply nodded as a response. Haise smiled, "Wish me luck.."
Haise proceeded to walk a considerably larger distance for a large amount of time. Haise could still feel the dragon's eyes on him as he walked. But that wasn't exactly a concern to him, Ddraig was a friend and he trusted him. He got closer to the white void, inevitably entering it. Once he stepped foot into it, he couldn't sense Ddraig's presence.
Instead, there was a white haired man sitting down on a decrepit wooden chair. He was pale skinned like him and was wearing ripped, shaggy clothes. The head of this man turned up to Haise. As his head lifted, Haise's eyes flashed with memories he never experienced.
This caused Haise to grab his head as the flashes of memories intruded. He looked at the white haired man one last time before his eyes went wide.
"Ken Kaneki.." Mumbled Haise.
'Wait.. How do I know his name? Why does he look exactly like me? What's going on?!" Haise thought as his eyes set upon the white haired man in front of him.
"Haise.. give it back.."
"Give what bac-" Haise was about to say.
"GIVE ME BACK MY BODY, HAISE!"
In a flash, Kaneki who was sitting down launched at Haise, pinning him down. Haise tried to gasp for air as Kaneki proceeded to strangle him.
"Give me it back.. Haise.. it's not yours.. I don't wanna go away, Haise.. GIVE IT BACK!"
The grip around Haise neck grew tighter and tighter as Kaneki spoke. Haise eyes slowly rolled back as he tried to escape from the grip but it was useless. Haise closed his eyes, preparing to accept his fate..
Suddenly, Haise jumped out of his bed in a cold sweat. He blinked multiple times, trying to figure out what happened to him. Haise put his hand on his neck, but there was nothing. This brought a sigh of relief, what happened there didn't affect him in real life.
'But still..'
'Who was that guy?'
'Why does he keep asking for his body back?'
These thoughts brought another sigh out of Haise and it wasn't one of relief. He checked the time, it was one hour earlier than his alarm. Haise didn't feel tired and he didn't want to go back to sleep. So he stood up and got ready.
He went to the bathroom, brushed his teeth, took a shower, and got dressed in the Kuoh High Uniform. Once he got dressed, he looked in the mirror at his reflection. What he saw brought a smile to his face,
'Hey.. I look pretty go-' Haise began but was cut off by shock. In the mirror, was the man he saw before, staring at him with those eyes of his. He then spoke..
"Haise.."
His words sending shivers down his spine, but what it also brought was anger. This, 'Kaneki' would not interfere and ruin his life. No! Haise wouldn't allow him. These thoughts brought Haise to slam his fist into the glass mirror, shattering it and bringing blood to his fist.
Haise brought his fist back and slowly watched it heal as he grimaced. 'Maybe I shouldn't have done that..' Haise thought in a moment of regret. He sighed one last time before cleaning up the mess. After he was done, he went downstairs.
Haise checked the time one last time, 'Ah.. I still have some time left. It would leave a good impression to cook breakfast for Raynare.. yes, yes, for sure!' Haise thought with joy as he believed it was a good idea. He was confident, he wasn't a novice at cooking. For some reason, he had a talent for cooking. Maybe he had experience from his missing memories that transferred to him? Who knows, all that mattered was breakfast and a good impression to make Raynare a friend!
After 20 minutes, he was done. He had made a basic yet filling breakfast that was composed of Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Milk, and Coffee for himself. It was still reasonably early and since he didn't need to eat, he just left a note and went out to spend some time he had left.
As Haise jogged outside, he observed more of Kuoh's surroundings and land. It was simply.. nice. He cherished everything he saw even if it was basic. After his little jog, he went to sit on a bench, taking out water. He drank it without haste or hurry, only 15 minutes left after all and he could reach there in no time.
As he sat there, he saw a petite girl with white hair. She had a uniform resembling his but more feminine, there was also a cat there, they seemed to be playing with each other. Haise watching them soon came to a conclusion. She was a student from his school, student from his school equals a possible friend so this prompted Haise to gather his courage to talk to her.
As he walked towards the petite girl, she quickly turned her head towards him which caused him to flinch. But this didn't discourage him as he approached her, and when he was at a close enough distance. He squatted down next to her.
She seemed to be somewhat defensive with her eyes furrowed. Her guard would soon lower but some amount when Haise flashed her a warm smile.
"Hello, I believe you are from my school. My name is Haise Sasaki!" He said warmly and genuinely.
This caused the petite girl to express a confused expression, 'Why is this guy so.. nice?' she thought as she stared at him.
"I'm Koneko Toujou.. it's nice to meet you." The Nekomata said plainly and with barely a ouch of emotion.
This plain and emotionless introduction didn't dissolve Haise's eagerness to make a friend. In fact, he extended his hand for a shake, "The pleasure is all mine!" Haise said, his genuine kindness not faltering at all.
The Nekomata took it reluctantly and shook it with a slightly confused expression. She had many thoughts going through her head, and she didn't know why this man was being so kind and genuine to her. Afterall, they were practically strangers.
"Why are you being so overly nice?" The Nekomata asked straightforwardly.
Haise let out a soft chuckle, "Well.. aha, I guess I just want to be your friend." He said with a nervous smile.
She nodded before looking at her phone, "School is about to start, I think we should get going.." Koneko said emotionlessly.
"Lead the way then, Koneko!" Haise said energetically and with a nod.
They proceeded to walk to school, some students giving looks to Haise as he was a new and reasonably attractive student with a bright smile. As they reached the entrance, Koneko asked him a question.
"Are you new here?" The Nekomata asked straightforwardly.
"Yeah," Haise answered warmly, which still unsettled Koneko.
"You should probably go to the student council so you get your schedule, classes start in 10 minutes." Koneko stated matter of factly.
After departing with Koneko, he started to walk to the student council room. He received some strange looks and comments from girls and some concerning comments from boys. This just made him sigh despite telling himself he wouldn't.
Once reaching the student council room, he knocked on the door and answering him was an attractive woman with black long hair, light brown eyes, and light blue glasses.
"Ah hello, I'm Haise Sasaki, the new student." Haise greeted and introduced himself with a warm smile.
The woman nodded and introduced herself as well, "I am Tsubaki Shinra, the Vice President of the Student Council. We've been expecting you, come in." She said politely.
As Haise stepped inside, there was another woman. She was also an attractive woman with short black hair, violet eyes, and crimson red glasses. "Hello, Sasaki, I am Sona Sitri, President of the Student Council." She said with the same amount of politeness as Tsubaki.
Haise smiled warmly but also nervously, "Yes, nice to meet you.. I guess there's no need for me to introduce myself as you already know who I am." Haise said sheepishly but not pulling away his smile.
Sona examines Haise slightly before smiling to herself, "I assume you're here for your schedule?"
"Yeah, I guess that wasn't hard to figure out haha.." Haise said in a bad attempt at joking. The joke was so bad that it brought out a slight giggle from Sona.
"Yes, yes, here you go." Sona said as she slide Haise's schedule on the desk for him to take.
Haise moved closer to her desk and reach out for his schedule, "Thank you, Ms. Sona." Haise said with modesty and gratitude. Not to mention his warm smile that emanated positivity.
As he took his schedule, he extended his hand for Sona which she took. "It was nice meeting you, I hope we can be friends." Haise said genuinely and kindly, as he flashed her a warm but also charming smile.
Sona slightly blushed at this, "Likewise, Sasaki and no need for courtesy." She said, returning the smile.
Haise nodded and slightly bowed before letting go of her hand and leaving the student council room.
As he left, the two girls in the room turned to each other. "What do you think of the wielder of Ddraig?" Tsubaki asked.
"Charming.. and cute.." Sona responded both sheepishly and honestly which brought a smile to Tsubaki.
Haise heard the school bell ring which prompted him to run to class rather effortlessly and without exertion. Once he reached the class, he knocked then entered. The teacher took one look at Haise before smiling.
"You must be Mr. Haise Sasaki." His teacher asked warmly.
Haise smiled back at the teacher which made some of the female students whisper to each other, "Yes, Teacher, that would be me."
The teacher nodded, "Ah, very good, now introduce yourself to class."
Haise stepped forward, presenting himself to the class. "Hello everyone, I am Haise Sasaki, I like reading and drinking coffee." Haise said before flashing them all a warm and bright smile.
This caused more whispers both good and bad from the students.
"He's so cute!" One of the female students whispered.
"That smile, I can't even!" Another female student whispered.
"His hair is unique and makes him look cool!" One other female student whispered.
Now to The Boys.
"Look at that idiot! Taking all the girls' attention!" One male student whispered with scorn.
"Yeah, I just wanna punch his stupid smile off his face!" Another male student whispered.
"I can't believe there's gonna be another one to take the girls attention!" A male student whispered sadly.
The Teacher clapped his hand, gathering all the students attention, "Alright class, settle down!" The Teacher directed the class with authority.
"Ah, Sasaki, go sit in that empty seat next to Akeno." The Teacher said calmly as he pointed to the empty seat next to Akeno.
This direction brought great disruption of weeping noises from the male students. Haise just ignored the male students' reactions, not seeing a problem with it and believing they were being overly dramatic. As he sat down next to the girl named Akeno, he smiled at her. She was quite beautiful, with violet eyes, Long black hair that was tied into a ponytail by a orange ribbon and a reasonable suggestive figure that was abnormal for a girl her age.
"Akeno, I take it?" Said Haise rhetorically and with a genuinely warm smile.
The girl just giggled and nodded, "You would be correct." Akeno said showing him her own smile.
He'd extend his hand, "It's a pleasure to meet you and I hope we can get along and become-" Haise began to say before interrupted by the teacher's call to get the students attention. As Haise turned his hand to his teacher, he felt a warm grip around the hand he extended.
"Ara, Ara, the pleasure is all mine and what do you hope to become with me?" Akeno asked playfully and with a hint of suggestion.
This caused Haise to somewhat become flustered, "Oh- Um- Friends!" Haise whispered somewhat loudly as his face went pink with embarrassment.
Akeno giggled at his reaction, finding it somewhat cute. "Very well, Haise, let's hope you live up to what you hope." Akeno said teasingly and with a seductive smile.
Haise face turned from a pink to red as he let go of her hand. It took him a couple of seconds to settle down as he started paid attention to the teacher.
He listened intently, writing down notes he needed and answered when the teacher called upon it. For some strange reason, Haise found what the teacher was teaching to be easy and very understandable. He would still study the material regardless but with more or less difficulty.
After class was done, Haise was bombarded by a group of girls. They didn't have the opportunity to ask questions and now they were going to.
"Do you go to the gym? You're so well built!" One girl asked.
"Aha, well no, as I grew so did my physique!" Haise somewhat lied as he didn't really know how he managed to get the physique he had.
"Why is your hair like that? Was it bleached?" Another girl asked.
"No no, I didn't bleach it, my hair is just naturally white with a dark bundle of hair on top!" Haise said warmly matching the girls energy which seemed to please the lot.
As each question went by, another final question which brought every girl to silence and even brought the full attention of Akeno.
"Are you single?"
Haise nervously chuckled, "Yeah.. to be honest, I've had a girlfriend before." Haise said somewhat embarrassed and sheepish. He sensed bad was going to happen once he said that so quickly and agilely made an escape making sure not to bump into anyone.
To his relief, he didn't hurt or bump into anyone during his escape- I mean leave. He soon made his way to the cafeteria but stopped when he realized he couldn't eat anything so instead he went to the library. He sat down, took a book he found interesting and read it. To his surprise and relief, there was barely anyone in the library which he assumed was because it was lunch time and no food or liquids was allowed in the library.
As he sat down, reading his book, a blond boy with silver blue eyes approached him. He seemed relatively friendly and outgoing from his demeanor. What brought joy about potentially making this man a friend was that he was a boy. He didn't mind that all the people he met prior was girls, but it meant more in companionship and friendship when two men came together as so.
"Hello, you must be Haise the new student, I'm Yuto Kiba but you can't call me Kiba." He said with a friendly tone.
Sasaki's eyes sparkled at this, "Hello Kiba, it's nice to meet you!" Haise said happily as he extended his hand.
Kiba took his hand with a kind expression and shook it, "So, why aren't you getting lunch?" Kiba asked curiously.
"Oh, I'm not hungry." Haise lied with a bright expression while waving his hand to show his dismissal.
Kiba saw through the lie but didn't really seem all that much, if he had a reason for not eating, Haise could keep it to himself as long as it wasn't concerning.
"So, why are you here?" Haise asked Kiba with a perked brow.
"I came here to read like you." Kiba said with a convincing tone and an even more convincing smile.
"You like to read too?!" Haise asked, his eyes even more sparkly than before and with a big warm smile.
"Y-Yes." Kiba said, a bit taken aback by Haise's bright reaction. "I appreciate literacy and it's interesting stories!" Kiba added truthfully.
This only brought more joy to Haise as he started to yap about his favorite works and what he liked about literacy. Kiba didn't seem to mind and even contributed his own thoughts as well. They became quick friends and chatted until lunch ended.
The school hours were reasonably quick for Haise after these encounters. Everything else was more or less the same, some questions from more girls, jealous looks from boys, and strangely teasing from Akeno which he felt mixed in. Once school ended, Haise walked home with a bright and warm smile.
In the Occult Research Club, there was a beautiful, red haired, blue-eyed woman with absurd and reasonably large sizes in two places. Her name was Rias Gremory and she was the president of the Occult Club. She then spoke, directed to the three who had interacted with Haise.
She first spoke to Nekomata "Koneko, what do you think of him?"
"Too kind and genuine, it's.. kinda weird." Koneko spoke truthfully and still with the lack of emotion.
Rias then turned to Akeno, "How about you?"
"Ara, Ara, very cute and easily flustered.." She said seductively.
"Yes, yes, I've heard but keep yourself under control, Akeno." Rias answered with a sigh.
"I do agree with Koneko though, he seems way too nice, more than he had to. That with his face and body makes him even more desirable to corrupt." Akeno said lustfully which caused looks of slight concern to appear on Koneko and Kiba's faces. Rias on the other hand let out a slight giggle and mischievous smile before turning to Kiba.
"How about you, Kiba? What do you think of him?" Rias asked curiously.
Kiba cleared his throat, "It seems like Koneko and especially Akeno got the surface level of him. I agree with Koneko, he is very nice and genuine but he's also a bookworm and has a good personality." The Blond stated matter of factly.
"Ara, Ara, sounds like someone likes him.." Akeno said playfully. Rias prompted to nod in agreement.
Kiba let out a sigh, "All I'm saying is that maybe we should just leave him alone and not add him into the Peerage. He seems too.."
"Kiba, I understand and consider your thoughts but he's the wielder of Ddraig, that alone should be concerning and enough reason to add him to the Peerage. I won't be changing my mind on that." Rias stated absolutely and without any hesitation.
Kiba simply nodded, he wouldn't argue with his King.
"Now then, we just need to figure out a way to incorporate him into our Peerage. Perhaps as a rook or knight?" She spoke to those present but also to herself.
Haise finally reached the house he was sharing. He entered the building and was greeted by.. Well, no one. It seemed that Raynare was out, which Haise didn't mind all that much. He proceeded to take off his shoes as he entered the home.
Haise then walked upstairs, seeing a sticky note on his door. He took it off and opened his room. He first put down his backpack before reading.
The Note:
'Hey, Haise, I just wanted to thank you for breakfast. Truthfully, I wasn't expecting it and it was quite good despite the simplicity. Next time, I'll make you breakfast or perhaps dinner.
Ps: I wasn't sick or feverish last night so don't worry.
Love, Raynare.'
Haise furrowed his brow at the last words, 'Huh.. strange way to end a note.." he thought, before setting it aside. It has been a long day and he has got.. well, sweaty and he needed a shower. Haise took a towel before walking to the bathroom. After reaching the bathroom, he started a shower and undressed.
He entered the shower, humming to a 凛として時雨 (Ling Tosite Sigure) Song. He first applied his body wash, then he applied all the necessary ointments and shampoos to his hair. After he had done everything that was necessary for his body, he ended the shower and proceeded to blow dry his hair.
By this time, Raynare had returned home from business. She was somewhat tired from the fallen angel work with her allies and wanted to relax a bit. A nice way to blow off some steam for her was taking a nice long bath. So after setting her things aside, she walked upstairs.
As Raynare reached the bathroom door, without a thought or any consideration. She opened it, and what she saw was Haise butt naked. She turned incredibly flustered at Haise Physique, it was lean but also muscular and not to mention the thing between his legs.
Haise himself was extremely embarrassed, covering himself with his towel. His face was blood red with the whole situation. She gawked at him, not saying a word.
Finally, Haise spoke up, "Uhm, Excuse me.. Raynare?" He said, his face still red.
Raynare snapped to her senses as she realized she was starring, "Ah! S-S-S-S-SORRY!" she yelped while stuttering. She soon slammed the door shut, her flustered face red.
"Why is he so.. big?" She asked herself with blush becoming redder.
