While Naruto and the others left for the west, Tsunade drank herself into a stupor. She had failed her adopted grandson and her friends. She had tried to protect them by someone was one step ahead. Shizune walked into the room, her face sour.

"Lady, we have reports that all of Konoha 11 and their sensis have left with Naruto. The council is sure to find out." Shizune said. Tsunade smiled.

"He'll be protected then. Gotta find Jirayia. Tell him. Also the Konoha 11 and their sensis are no longer Shinobi of Konoha per my order. They are free to leave if they wish." Tsunade said. Shizune nodded. Asana stormed in her face red.

"My daughter has been kidnapped by the demon brat!!!! Send ANBU to bring them back!!!".Asana screamed. Tsunade rubbed her temples.

"Asana, Sakura left because she knows Naruto is her friend and teammate. And because you tried to shove the Uchiha at her. She has made the decision that she has and there is no return." Tsunade said. Asana screamed until Shikaku knocked her out. Tsunade rubbed her temples again.

"Hokage, a message from Wave has arrived. Shall I read it?" An ANBU asked.

"Yes, Dragon." Tsunade said softly.

"We, the citizens of Wave, have decided that any Konoha Shinobi, caravan, or businesses that wish to enter Wave will have to pay a 20% toll fee along with a 10% entry fee. If the business wishes to do business within the Wave country, they will pay a tariff of 30% per load on imports and 50% on export goods. Also, no Konohaians may enter via the Great Naruto Bridge unless they pay 1000 per head. Signed

The citizens of Wave." The ANBU read off. Tsunade grimaced. Wave Damiyo wasn't as strong as fire country's so he couldn't outright refuse but the citizens could make it a living hell. Tsunade couldn't waiting to watch the money hungry bastards begin to sweat. Soon, word for around and the merchants came up with an idea. They would raid the abandoned Namikaze estate. Minato would understand if they took the money and things that they denied Naruto. The group went to the estate finding it unguarded. They entered and begin looking for anything they could find. One man found a scroll that said "Inheritance." on it. The group quickly gathered around the scroll as the nin opened it. A letter with Tsunade's name popped out as well as...A pile of banknotes(hehehehehe)

and the merchants jumped up for joy as they grabbed the money up, greed in their eyes. The nin gave the letter to an ANBU to deliver to Tsunade. Tsunade, somewhat sober, read it and her eyes went wide.

Lady Tsunade,

I have removed everything of Naruto's inheritance and the Uzumaki and Namikaze names and contributions from Konoha. Konoha is no longer the home of Naruto Uzumaki or any of the Konoha 11 nor myself and the other jonin sensi. We have decided that to clean out the rotted ROOTS, we will train the children elsewhere. Please don't look for us. Also, Konoha is about to have a huge problem if the greedy bastards took the money as they are counterfeit notes. Please take care. Kakashi

Tsunade laughed. Kakashi had beaten the greedy asswipes to the punch. But she also knew that once the sun set, anything that belong to the estate and was apart of Konoha would be useless. Kakashi had learned seals from Minato and Jirayia so he had probably planned for this madness. Tsunade smiled as the sun began to set. Soon, the true repercussions of the council would be in full force.

Over the west wall

Kakashi walked point with the genin and sensi spread out to allow for better range of motion. Sakura was bouncing along beside Ino, making small chit chat, when an arrow landed in front of them. The group stopped. Kakashi looked up, not revealing his eye.

"Who are you and why are Eastern Shinobi here?" A voice said.

"We are here due to being banished from the country in which we lived. We seek nothing more than to build a new life here." Kakashi answered. The voice was silent then a man jumped from the trees. He was talk, slender, and carried a long, black bow. His eyes were green as was his hair. He looked to be about 20.

"I believe your words but this is no place for children. There are those who would kill just for fun and as for the women..." The man trailed off. Naruto was going to speak until Sakura spoke.

"So? Blood and guts? Rape? We'll go
