Konoha

Tsunade looked at council coldly. She blamed most of them for Naruto and the others leaving.

"Why this emergency meeting?" Danzo scoffed.

"As of sunrise today, Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, The 2nd generation ino-shika-cho trio, Rock Lee, Neji and Hinata Hyuga, Kurenai, Kakashi Hatake, Guy, Anko, and Asuma have all left the Leaf village due to the mis treatment of their friend Naruto. They have lost their faith in the village and it's people." Tsunade said.

"WHAT?!" The Council yelled.

"Hokage, you must send for them. They are now missing nin that need...re training." Danzo said. Tsunade glared at him.

"No. As Hokage, I have already dismissed them from duty and gave them freedom to leave. If they left, they left." Tsunade said. Danzo grunted his disappointment. I'll send ROOT after them.

"As of today, Danzo is no longer an advisor to the Hokage. He will turn over any and all Hokage tower information as well as his spy organization will be under the Hokage control. Effective immediately." Tsuande said. The civilians were mad but this was only the Hokage. Danzo steamed.

"Who will replace me?" Danzo fumed. Tsunade smiled as the doors opened to reveal Hiashi.

"Hiashi will replace you." Tsunade said. Danzo fumed but said nothing. Tsunade had the upper hand for now. Danzo silently fumed.

"Hokage, letters from Suna and Spring." Shizune said.

"Read them."

"Greetings Hokage of Konoha,

it as come to the attention of Suna that your council has voted to banish Naruto and all involved in the failed retrieval of Missing nin Sasuke Uchiha. Because of such actions, we have decided to allow you to continue to do business in Suna but you will pay 30% more tariffs on imported and 50% on exported goods. We will not declare war but we will not aid unless ordered to do so by our Damiyo.

Gaara, the Kage of Suna."

Shizune read out.

"So, we barely do any business there." A man said. Shizune opened Spring's letter.

"To all Konoha

Any Konoha nin or civilian.is no longer allowed in Spring as of this letter. We will never allow such traitors among our people. Spring will not allow any Konoha businesses. Also, Spring will no longer do any business, buying or selling, with anyone associated with the Konoha village. If you break these terms, you will be killed or imprisoned. This is final.

Kouyki, Damiyo of Spring." Shizune read out. The silence was chilling. The council then busted in turmoil.

"They can't do that!!! We are stronger than them. Launch a war!!!" Was Asana's answer as she had the most to lose. The rest yelled.

"ENOUGH!" Tsunade yelled.

"The Spring Damiyo has spoken and I am sure that the Damiyo agrees to this. We will continue this meeting. As I said before, Naruto is gone and the law stands still unless the Damiyo overrules it. Also, I want to tell you just who you banished. Naruto's heritage. Naruto is the son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki and my relative as well. You have banished the greatest hero that Konoha had son." Tsunade said. The council was quiet.

"You lie." A portly man said.

"And you are stupid. Blonde hair, blue eyes. He's not from my clan so who else could be his father?" Inochi said. The air was thick with disbelief. The council who voted for the banishment had just realized that they had banished Minato's son. A knock sounded on the door.

"Enter." Tsunade said. An ANBU entered with a message from the Tea Country.

"Hokage, this is Uha from Tea Country. He has brought a message from his leader." The ANBU said. Tsunade nodded and the ANBU poofed away.

"Lady Hokage, my leader has decided that these will be the new terms. We will continue to supply tea to Konoha however we want all tariffs and taxes cut to .001% of the profit. We will also allow Konoha to do business with Tea. The taxes and tariffs will be 50% of the profit." Uha said. Tsunade looked around. The dollar signs in the civilian's eyes made her sick.

"We agree to the terms." Tsunade said. Uha presented a document that Tsunade stamped and signed it. Uha left quietly. Suddenly a ANBU rushed in.

"Lady Hokage, the great scroll along with the Namikaze and Uzumaki scrolls!!!! We can't find it anywhere." The ANBU said. Tsunade was on her feet.

"FIND IT NOW!!!! WE CAN'T LET THE ENEMY HAVE IT!!!!" Tsunade yelled. The council was in turmoil again. The ANBU ran out and another ran in, a smaller scroll in her hands. She opened it and a Clone of Kakashi popped up.

"Greetings, don't worry about the scrolls. I have them as they are apart of Naruto heritage seeing as his great great grandfather was the second Hokage and he made the scroll. Also, any and all of Minato-Sensi's contributions to Konoha have been removed as well as Kushina's. Konoha betrayed the Uzu village and now one of its own. You do not deserve this scroll or us. Goodbye." Clone Kakashi said, exploding into white powder. The council was stunned. Minato was responsible for the defensive mechanics around the village and for the powerful seals that Konoha used to protect it's secrets from others hands. Fear was evident on the faces.

"Lady Hokage, we have to..." Asana began. Tsunade smirked.

"Nothing. Those scrolls were Naruto's heritage. As you said, he was banished by the Damiyo so he couldn't come back to collect them." Tsunade said, her voice final. Danzo fumed. I will get that scroll back!!

"Meeting over. I have to find a another defense for our village." Like they deserve it. Tsunade thought as the group left. Shizune walked forward.

"Lady, a letter from Jirayia." Shizune.said. Tsunade opened it.

Tsunade,

WHAT THE HELL?! THE DAMIYO BANISHED NARUTO!!!!! I will not reverse summon him. I will find him and try to stay with him. If I had been there, he wouldn't have left without me. You need to leave to. I will find Naruto and the others and stay with them . I missed the first 12 years of his life and will not miss anymore.

Jirayia

Tsunade smiled. Jirayia was going to find Naruto and the others. He would make sure that Naruto was safe. Tsunade then begin trying to figure out how to keep the defenses up.

Over the wall

Ryska led the group to a small cove that was hidden away from the main path. Once there, she showed them were they can wash the blood and dirt off. They did so quickly and soon were clean and dry. Sakura and Ino checked on the injures-onky scrapes and bruises- and soon all were seated around a same fire.

"Now that everyone is here, I'd like to know your names." Ryska said.

"I'm Sakura, this knucklehead is Naruto, and the one hiding in the shadows is our teacher Kakashi." Sakura said.

"I...I'm Hinata, this is Hanabi, and this is my cousin Neji"

"I'm Kiba, the pup is Akumaru, and this is shino."

"I'm TenTen and this is Anko."

"I'm Guy and this is my student Rock Lee."

I'm Asuma, this is my nephew Konohamaru, and my girlfriend Kurenai." The group said.

"My full name is Ryska Namikaze." Ryska said. Kakashi knew that Ryska was Minato's kin but not how. Naruto looked curious.

"You have the same name as our Yondaime. Namikaze." Naruto said.

"Yes, he and I are kin. You are a Uzumaki?" Ryska cast glance at Kakashi, who looked tense.

"I guess. I'm an orphan so that's the name they found me with. I don't know who my parents were or why they abandoned me." Naruto said sorrowfully. Ryska sent a chilling glare at Kakashi. Kakashi spoke.

"Naruto, I think it's time you learn of you past..Of your parents now that the laws of the village do not apply to us." Kakashi said softly. Naruto looked at Kakashi.

"You know who my parents are and the village laws wouldn't let you tell me? Why?" Naruto said. Kakashi spoke.

"Because of the laws. I tried to help you multiple times but the greedy asswipes on the civil side wouldn't let me. They see you as a demon. And as for your parents...Your father is Minato Namikaze the Yondaime and your mother was his wife Kushina Uzumaki." Kakashi said. The genin were quiet at first until Kiba began laughing.

"Oh boy! The dumbasses banished the only child of the two greatest heroes of Konoha!!!! Boy, they are stupid." Kiba laughed. Sakura looked at Naruto who looked stunned.

"Naruto?" Sakura asked

"The hero I looked up to was my father. All this time, my father was one hell of a man. I can't believe it." Naruto said softly. Kakashi was waiting for more reaction.

"They banished me because of Sasuke. From this day forward, I will be known as Naruto Namikaze-Uzumaki. My parents died so I could live. I will honor their legacy and keep the fires of hope alive." Naruto exclaimed. The group chuckled at the antics. Naruto looked at Ryska who had been quiet.

"If you're kin to my father, you're kin to me. I don't know what to call you." Naruto said.

"Ryska is fine, Naruto. I'm not big on titles around friends. I'm glad that you finally here." Ryska replied. Naruto looked out at the smoke from the camp.

"I wanted to be Hokage to be respected. Now I want to bring peace to this world. This will be our home. I can't ask you guys to take those chances with me but...I hope you will." Naruto said. The genin stood up.

"We are a pack, Naruto, we rise together and fall together." Kiba said. Naruto looked at the genin, their eyes hardened. Naruto smiled. The sensis stood off to one side but Naruto knew they answer.

"Ryska, will you help us? You have lived here the longest and we could use your advice." Naruto said.

"I have waited a long time for those who will aid in getting peace to this land. I will aid you in your fight." Ryska replied. Naruto looked at the moon, his face serene when a toad poofed into view. And on its back were three people Naruto thought he see again.

"Hello, brat." Tsunade said as she slid down. Shizune followed her. Jirayia sat on his road, smiling.

"What are you guys doing here? What about the village? Iruka sensei and Ayame?" Naruto asked. Another toad poofed into view with said people on his back. Naruto jumped to hug Ayame and Iruka.

"Ayame, where's..." Naruto trailed off. Ayame began to cry. Tsunade spoke up.

"Danzo had his members kill him, Naruto. That why I left. Danzo somehow convinced the Damiyo that I'm too incompetent to be Hokage so as soon as Jirayia arrived I left, bringing Iruka and Ayame with me." Tsunade said. Jirayia spoke.

"A village that rewards hate is not a place for me. Besides, I haven't been to the west since I was younger than you." Jirayia said. The group was overjoyed that they had come but Jirayia turned pale when he saw Ryska.

"R...Ryska? You found them?" Jirayia said.

"More or less. And yes Naruto knows we are kin. And Jirayia, my threat of peeking still stands." Ryska said. The group began to laugh as Jirayia scrambled back onto his frog. As the sun set, they hashed out plans and training regimens for the fight ahead.
