The west

Naruto was covered in sweat from training..He was learning to control Kyuubi's chakra. Narito smiled as he remembered when he and Kyuubi made peace

Flashback

Naruto fell asleep after a long day of training. When he opened his eyes, he was in a sewer like place. He walked to the big gate, seeing a pair of eyes and hearing growling.

"Well, its my jailer. Enjoy life while you can brat! Im going to go and destroy thise freaks!!! As sson as i get free." The voice growled. Naruto stated at the figure.

"Yeah, yeah. But you do realize that you would.have to kill me to get out or at least thats what Jirayia sensi told me." Naruto said. The figure walked to the end of the gate.

"Hiw do you know Jirayia, brat?" the fox said.

"He's one of my teachers." Narito said.

"Really? So he is alive? Then that means that the Fourth Hokage did seal me in you brat. Hmph, im unimpressed." The fox said.

"The Fourth Hokage was my father! He xhise me because i was his child!" Naruto said.

"Really, you do resemble him but also...no...she died the night i was freed...Could you be Kushina's son?" The fox asked.

"Kushina Uzumaki was my mom. Both my oarents died the night i was born." Naruto said softly..The fox lowered his ears and looked at Naruto.

"All this time i thought the clan i was supposed to protect died out. I see now there is one survivor..Im sorry, brat. I see the way you were treated because of me now. But why are we not in the village? The fox asked.

"I got banished so we are in the West. A relative of mine, Ryska Namikaze, found us and we are going to unite the west. Do you want to help?" Naruto said. The fox looked at Naruto.

"Kyuubi, my name is Kyuubi. And yes, i will help. But you need to learn to use my chakra and yours together. Jirayia will know how.to teach you that. I can also teach you a few justus that no one else can do." Kyuubi said.

"Really, Kyuubi. Thanks!" Naruto said. He grinned and began to fade

"Hey!! What's happening?" Naruto asked

"You are waking up, kit." Kyuubi said. Naruto woke up and told everyone about what Kyuubi said. Jirayia then began teach Naruto to control Kyuubi's chakra as well as his own.

Naruto smiled as he walked away from the training area. He needed a quick shower and food. He noticed Hinata sparring with Hanabi. The two sisters were closer now and they often sparred together. Naruto had to agree that the banishment was the best thing to happen..He was going to fix the west one warlord at a time. It might take years, but he would bring the west together. He watched the camp as he thought. Sakura and Kurama were walking towards a village going on another date. Who knew that Sakura would fall for Kurama and Kurama for Sakura? They were to ends of the temperament spectrum. Sakura was hot headed and Kurama was cool headed. Maybe that's why they got a long so well. A blast of blue power almost caught him off guard. Naruto ducked as the beam hit a tree harmlessly.

"What's up, Yusuke?" Naruto said. Yusuke grinned.

"Aw man, I thought I had you. Kuwabara and I were going to do some recon. You want to join us? Nothing dangerous but this warlord is trouble." Yusuke said. Naruto jumped up, eager.

"Yeah, maybe we can get a line on how to get in the fortress he uses. Besides, I need to stretch my legs a little." Naruto said. Soon, the three boys were on the way to the fortress. Once they got there, they hid in the trees. A huge central building surrounded by walls dominated the area. People were rushing back and forth, slaves and warriors alike. Naruto shook his head.

"Poor people." He thought. Suddenly, a huge man walked out. He had to be at least seven foot tall and just as broad.

"Master, the dining room is ready. We have some...new entertainment tonight. Of both kinds." a man told the huge man.

"Good! Good! Bring the first one..You know seeing blood run as I eat makes me happy." The warlord Gui said. The man grinned and nodded. The next sight made Naruto's blood run cold and his temper hot.He couldn't believe what he was seeing. It couldn't be...they are safe in the East...what happened? Naruto thought.

"Kit, calm down. We need more help." Kyuubi told him. Yusuke and Kuwabara looked at Naruto.

"You ok?" Kuwabara asked.

"No, those are friends of mine from the east and the other entertainment...I can't wait guys." Naruto said. Naruto made to jump but was stopped by Yusuke.

"If you rush in, they may kill them. I'll send a flare and the others will come. Then we attack." Yusuke told Naruto. Naruto clawed his hands but nodded. Yusuke sent a flare. Hiei had been left behind. He saw the flare.

"Everyone, Yusuke sent a flare. They must have found something." Hiei said. Kakashi and the others immediately took to the trees. Ryska, Demi, Jack, and Kahani were behind them.as they move on the ground. Eric would be the last defense. They made it to the area where the boys were. Yusuke gave them a quick run down.

"Naruto, who is it?" Tsunade asked. Naruto looked at Tsunade, his eyes painfully cold.

"It's..."

The Damiyo palace.

The Damiyo looked at the mistake he made a year ago. He couldn't undo it as they had already left. He had a suspicious idea that he had been coerced into this but had no proof. Setsui told him of the girl's intention to marry into his family so he married her to the prince of the North mountains. She would be kept there as a wife forever. Setsui told him that the village had made a new deal with some of the villages and the others still charged them heavy fees. The Damiyo would personally bow to those he wronged and beg forgiveness. He looked over a few papers trying to ease his mind. Fire country had lost so much that day. Perhaps they were living a happy life. He only hoped to apologize for the wrong that he committed and to seek forgiveness.

Konoha

Setsui finally got a meeting with the Spring Damiyo. She has come here as a favor to the Wave Damiyo.

"Lady Damiyo, it is pleasure to welcome you to Konoha. Please enjoy your stay." Setsui said. Kouyki glared at him but he wasn't the one in charge.

"I'll be leaving after this meeting. Say your piece." Kouyki said coldly.

"I know that the banishment that was issued a year ago caused great trouble. I was hoping for you to allow our merchants to pass through your lands." Setsui said.

"You have some nerve. Your Damiyo BANISHED the savior of the Spring Country! Without a trial, without a chance! And you want to use my country as a stepping stone. Very well, I'll agree to it on one term. For every load of goods that passes through spring from or to Konoha, a tariff of 500 gold per load will be paid. If not paid, the load will become the property of the Spring Country merchants. This is my deal." Kouyki said.

"Agreed. As long as we can get the goods to Konoha." Setsui said, signing the documents that Kouyki's assistant handed him.

"Good. I'm leaving now." Kouyki said, walking out the room. She couldn't wait to be rid of the stink of Konoha. If not for the children, she wouldn't have agreed to the deal. She hurried out with her guards. A messenger awaited her at camp.

"What news?" Kouyki asked the man.

"It's not great news but...rumor has been confirmed. Suna is once again on speaking terms with Konoha. I don't know why Garra would do this but he did." The man said. Kouyki waved him away. Something wasn't right. Gaara would never betray Naruto like that. So what's going on? Kouyki thought as she read other messages. In a tree not far away, a man sat waiting for his chance. She was the target his master wanted and he would get her. The man didn't notice the other figure watching him. Quietly, the figure crept up.behind him and slit his throat. The man died quickly and quietly. The other figure ran back to the village and the Ibara compound. Once there, he removed all the clothing he wore, washed them, and showered. Ginjiu was waiting for him.

"You have done well.. You've proven that you are loyal to the village and the Ibara clan. You may marry Tetra, Karbe." Ginjiu said.

"I served the village and the Ibara family. Thank you, Grandfather." Karbe said. Ginjiu left. He had sameen.the man follow the Spring Damiyo and sent Karbe who they had been training to kill him. The thorn knife already destroyed. Danzo was indeed a monster. Elsewhere, Danzo waited for the nin to bring the woman. He waited as long as he could before sending out a searcher. The searcher returned an hour later, a dead man in a seal. Danzo told the man to destroy the body and left fuming. The Spring Damiyo was out of his reach now and his plan halted. But at least Suna was trading with them again. That was a plus. Now if he could just get to Gaara and "retrain" him his plan would have a true ace in the hole
