Zetsu's death

Zetsu was overjoyed. He had snuck into the west without breaking a sweat. He was going to spy and find the tailed beasts to bring back to Pain. He could then bring his mother back. He knew he could defeat the nins easily. He watched as the pink haired nin and a red haired boy came into view. Zetsu faded into the shadow, watching and waiting.

Kurama and Sakura were chatting about how they were going to unify the west and make it better. Kurama had smiled at that.

"You do not care that I'm a fox demon? Most girls run away." Kurama said. Sakura walked up a gave him a light peck on the cheek.

"Naruto has one in him. I have learned that its the person's heart and soul that make them who they are. And you said your Yoko likes me." Sakura teased.

"He likes the fact that you are kickass. And you knock Hiei out the first time he called you that word." Kurama said smiling. Suddenly a chill swept over him. His face changed only a little but Sakura knew what that meant.

"What is it?" She asked softly.

"We are being watched. Be ready." Kurama said. Sakura smiled nodded. Kurama walked aimlessly towards a cafe. Zetsu was so intently watching them that he didn't see the creeper vines wrapping around him. Suddenly Zetsu was pulled away from the shadows and into a field. Kurama and Sakura were waiting there.

"Who are you?" Kurama said.

"I am Zetsu! I serve the great Pain! Give me the tailed beasts!" Zetsu said, hoping to use his plant like abilities to frighten the duo. Kurama begin to laugh.

"You are a plant based creature yet you do not sense that I am a master of plants! You came here to destroy. Now I will teach you the difference true power and fake power. You will be our message to the East. Kurama said. Zetsu tried to remove the creeper vines with his ability but they didn't budget. He also couldn't split into two separate forms. Kurama spoke again.

"Oh, I forgot to mention that these are demon plants. They do not answer to the likes of you. I'm sure you'll understand soon. Now, you will be the information that we need on this Pain." Kurama said. The creeper vines wrapped around Zetsu even tighter and tendrils entered his mind. All the info he had was absorbed by the plants.

"No! I will use the monsters to bring back my mother!" Zetsu said, fighting the vines. Kurama had all he needed from the creature but Zetsu said the line that sealed his fate.

"I'll have my revenge. THAT PINK HAIRED BITCH WILL BE MY FODDER FOR INFINITY!!!!" Zetsu screamed, thinking that Kurama would stop to protect her. Kurama's calm eyes slid to meet Zetsu's. Zetsu began to laugh until the eyes met. In those calm green eyes, Zetsu saw the world of hurt he was in for.

"No one threatens my Sakura. You want pain I'll give you pain!" Kurama said coldly. Sakura was watching from a distance because of the creeper vines. She knew that the spy had really pissed off Kurama because of the change in the air. She shook her head. Kurama grabbed the two plant like leafs on either side of Zetsu.

"I wonder what would happen if I tore these off?" Kurama said. Zetsu froze.

"You wouldn't..." Zetsu began. In one huge rip, Kurama tore the two leaf like attachments off. Zetsu screamed as his shield was ripped from him.

"AAAARGGGHHHH!!!!!!!" Zetsu screamed. Kurama tossed the pieces to the end of the creeper vines and it ATE them. Zetsu then understood that he was going to die here but he could at least get a small piece of himself to warn Pain. As his blood dripped, he knew it would create a smaller version of him. What he didn't know is that a demon creeper vines needed one thing to grow stronger. Zetsu laughed as he was bleeding.

"I...will...survive." Zetsu said. Kurama smiled.

"Of course you will...as a servant to me. But as for this body Rose whip." Kurama said, turning a rose into a whip. He then proceeded to whip Zetsu. Chunks of flesh fell off as Kurama whipped him. His screams filled the air. Zetsu then understood pain. He was being flayed alive. Zetsu shouted for mercy. Kurama stopped. Zetsu wasn't even a being anymore. His body was torn off in chunks and gone. His face was smashed and ripped. Kurama cast his Rose whip one last time and tore Zetsu apart with the creeper vines and whip. Kurama then recalled the plants. Zetsu looked like a jigsaw puzzle that was missing a lot of pieces. Kurama had only left his shoulders and head intact enough so that his master would recognize him. Kurama made sure to suck all the blood and chakra out of the body. Even if they planted this corpse, it would only fester and rot. Sakura lightly touched Kurama's arm. Kurama smiled at her

"Let's finish our date." Kurama said. The couple headed off to the cafe, a new weapon in Kurama's arsenal of plants.

Konoha

Danzo fumed. He had to halt his plans yet again. Why? The Hokage had tried to marry him off to a old hag of a noblewoman. Thankfully the lady didn't agree. He couldn't believe it. He had those needs attended to. At least he could have tried to marry him into the clans. He was furious as he saw more requests for walls to be patched, gardens to be weeded, and roofs to be built. The teachers had failed the genin in training again. Danzo fumed. His ROOT would do whatever he asked of them. He knew if he started trouble now, the clans would be against him. Time was all he needed to become Kage. A little longer before his dream was realized.

Sound

Orchimaru was mad. Had been for some time. He couldn't find a replacement for Sasuke and blamed Kabuto. Kabuto took his punishment and was now working on locating another body.

"Anything." Orchimaru hissed.

"No sign of Itachi. I should have gotten some samples from Sasuke before he left. We could have bred a new body." Kabuto said.

"Yyyyessss, that's an pity. We simply have to find one. Hehehehehehe." Orchimaru said gleefully from his bed. Kabuto left for his own room. Once there, he sat on the floor. He had to find a body or his own head was going to be on the chopping block.

Rain

Pain told Konan to plant Zetsu. As a plant based entity, he should be reborn. Pain needed him as a spy or his plan would truly fail. Konan planted him in the best soil. They would have to wait for about a year and he would sprout anew. They had waited for years another six months wouldn't hurt. All the tailed beasts were needed for his plan to succeed. Even catching one would be useless. But he had still keep tabs on them.

Cloud

A was worried about his brother. He had heard there was a group after the tailed beasts. He had called Bee into the office.

"Yo, What's up, Bro?" Bee rapped. A grabbed him in a headlock.

"You address me right!" A said. Bee nodded.

"There is a group hunting the tailed beasts. You are not to leave the village unless I leave. Got it?" A said.

"Understood in tha hood." Bee rapped. A sighed an motioned for him to leave. Since Konoha had banished some nins, it had been a storm of problems. Sure the merchants were happy but the Shinobi wanted a bloodline in return. Konoha's Damiyo had refused so the Shinobi backed off. But they wanted blood. Iwa was the same way. That old man was canny and sharp. He knew Konoha was rolling out trouble with their actions. He didn't trust that one eye advisor Tsunade had but he had been removed from the council. Hopefully, he was put on a less powerful position. A knew that these nins were behind some of the disappearances over the years. Perhaps one day he could found out what happened to the nins that went missing in the Attacks after the Second war. For now, he had to protect his people and his brother.

West

Naruto was training when a giggle interrupted him. He saw Hinata standing there.

"Are you laughing at me, Hina?" Naruto said.

"No...I was admiring the view. Besides, we have a date tonight." Hinata said. Naruto smiled. About four months ago, Hinata had bit the bullet and told Naruto how she felt. Naruto responded by grabbing her in a hug. The two had been dating ever since. Naruto smiled as they walked to the camp. Tsunade and Jirayia had went to investigate the fact that little girls have gine missing only to retunred covered in cuts and bruises. Tsunade and Jirayia went because they could act like a married couple. The group didn't like that but couldn't counter their logic. A toad popped into view.

"What's up, Gamakichi?" Naruto asked.

"Trouble. Big trouble." The toad said.

"What happeened?" Naruto and Hinata said.

"Jirayia has been kidnapped. Lady Tsunade sent a slig to tell us. She is going to get him back. Theu found out that the Nomad warriors have him." Gamakichi said. Naruto stood up.

"Ok. Ill tell everyone else. Looks like our date is in hold, Hina." Naruto said. Hinata nodded. The duo ran unto camp, shouting. Naruto quickly told the group. Ryska spoke.

"So it was them. Good thing it was Tsunade who chose to go." She said.

"Why?" Naruto asked.

"Because the Nomad Warriors are descendants from the Ancient Amazons." Ryska said.

"Amazons?" Kiba questioned.

"Women warriors trained to fight. They only keep fertile men around. They have a queen, the strongest of them all. The only way Tsunade can save Jirayia is to defeat the queen. If she can't, Jirayia will become a slave to them." Ryska said.

"And if Baa chan defeats the queen?" Naruto asked.

"Then she will ve their queen. They have one rule." Ryska said.

"What rule is that?" Kiba asked.

"You keep what you kill."
