"Welcome Back, Minato and Kushina"

"How? We were in Shingamis stomach. Did the nine tails break free?" Minato wondered aloud. Ryska promptly bonked bim on the head.

"Ooowwwww! Oh, Ryska, its you. Wait, you brought us back, didn't you?" Minato said.

"Yes. You were stupid using a death seal like that." Ryska scolded.

"Well, I had to think of something. Konoha was in danger of being destroyed." Minato said. Ryska quirked an eyebrow at his words.

"Why aren't we in Konoha?" Kushina asked. Ryska held her staff in the air. As it glowed, all of the events from the past years of Naruto's life was shown. Minato was silent as he saw his son banished. Kushina was furious.

"Those bastards!!!!!!" Kushina yelled. Minato was quiet.

"The village betrayed him because he has the nine tails. I never meant for him to be...I was a fool." Minato said. Ryska spoke gently.

"You did what you believed to be right. The village was taught to fester hatred and fear against Naruto. I believe Danzo was responsible for most of it." Ryska said..Kushina was fuming.

"I will kill that sorry..." Kushina said with clenched teeth.

"No...his life belongs to others. You two are going to have to stay here for the night until your bodies have adjusted to having the soul back." Ryska said.

"Until tomorrow?" Minato said.

"Yes, I'll explain to the others." Ryska said.

"Do...they know about your powers?" Minato asked.

"Of course they do." Ryska said as she made a safety barrier so Minato and Kushina could rest.

"Ryska...Thanks." Minato said.

"You're welcome. I couldn't let my family member be in the abyss forever now could I?" Ryska said with a smile. She closed the barrier so no one could enter. As she walked back to camp, Demi appeared.

"Sakyo and Toguro have dealt with the two targets they were after and they have something of interest. The red sand puppeteer Sasori is still alive although he has no body. Maybe he can be questioned?" Demi asked. Ryska was thoughtful.

"Indeed. I think that this Sasori will need a special interrogation. Perhaps he will tell us what his leader's master plan is." Ryska said as she walked to her tent. She sat down and opened a letter.

Queen,

It is as you thought. The One eye has launched some sleeper ROOT to attack the nins. They should reach the burned out fortress in one days time. Do you want me to handle them?

Ryska read the note and quickly penned her reply.

Ryska wrote and sent the note. Demi spoke.

"You think that Sasori will talk to you?" Demi asked.

"As a human, no. But as a soul, he won't have a choice. Sasori has information and we need it to see what this leader has planned for the world. And once he talks, we will know the plan and be able to counter act." Ryska said softly. Demi nodded softly. Ryska was right. Word had spread of the outlaws trying to create a "perfect" world over the wall so when Itachi and Kisame showed up here, they offered all the information that they had.

West-A month after Sasuke's return

Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto were training with Kakashi when they sensed someone watching them.

"Feel that." Kakashi said.

"Yeah, someone's watching." Sasuke said. Naruto tossed some kunai into the trees. They were blocked by the duo hidden there.

"Itachi? What are you doing here? If you are after Naruto, you'll have to go thru us." Kakashi said. Itachi held up his hands in defeat.

"I have come to the West because my job is finished in the east." Itachi said.

"Job? Killing our clan wasn't enough." Sasuke said coldly.

"Sasuke, i was entrusted with the safety of Naruto and you. I killed some of our clan but not our parents. Father found out that some of the ckan were going to stage a coup and ordered them dealt with. As inwas finishing up the job, I walked in on our parents slaughtered. Mother told me to protect you and the others always. I did what i did to make you hate me so those who killed our family wouldn't kill you. I know its too late to ask for forgiveness but inwould like the chance to be your brother again." Itachi said. Sasuke looked at Itachi. Then he walked to him and grabbed him in a vicious hug.

"Why didn't you tell the Hokage?" Sasuke said.

"I had no proof abd the word was already given. I spied for Jiraiya from then on. Kisame came with me." Itachi said. Suddenly, Itachi started coughing and doubled over in pain.

"Itachi!" Sasuke said. Kisame spoke.

"Its that damn disease." Kisame murmured. Sasuke saw blood on Itachi's hand.

"Itachi, let's get you to Lady Tsunade. Maybe she can help. Or Lady Ryska." Kakashi said, grabbing Itachi under his good arm and jumping towards the camp.

"Lady Tsunade, got a patient for you." Kakashi said as he laid Itachi down on a bed

"Kakashi, this is Itachi. What happened?" Tsunade asked, hands glowing. Kakashi told her what happened.

"Disease?" Tsunade said

"Doctor back east said it was incurable. That was last year." Kisame said.

"I'm sensing it. Its not curable by chakra healing but a skilled surgeon who knows how to treat this can cure him." Tsunade said. Itachi's coughing had subsided and he was now asleep. Tsunade walked out the tent tonsee Sasuke standing there.

"Is he..." Sasuke said.

."He is very sick. I need to talk to Ryska and see if she knows someone who can help." Tsunade said. She walked to Ryska who was watching some of the kids sparring.

"Ryska, do you know anyone who can do very delicate operation on the lungs?" Tsunade asked

"Why do you ask?" Ryska asked. Tsunade told her of Itachi abd her discovery.

"Hm, yes I do. He is a excellent doctor abd specializes in difficult operations." Ryska said. Tsunade sighed.

"How soon can he be here because the more we wait, the worse Itachi gets." Tsunade said. Ryska smiled.

"He shoukd be here in two days. I actually sent for him about a week ago." Ryska said. Tsunade quirked her eyebrow.

"I'm going to have him check Jiraiya after I release the spell so he should be here soon." Ryska said.

"Good. I didn't know the West had such a doctor." Tsunade said.

"You should know who I'm talking about. He was a renowned Doctor in the east until he wouldn't harvest a boys heart to save an evil man. You actually treated some people with him."

."You mean...He made it here?" Tsunade said.

"Yes. Now lets go see what these newcomers have to say about this outlaw group." Ryska said

end flashback

Kisame told all he knew of Pains plan. The doctor, Black Jack, quickly went to work on Itachi woth Tsunade's help. He removed the diseased flesh and Tsunade healed the cuts using chakra. Itachi woke up the next day with no breathing problems. He then allowed his body to adjust and heal before training. He was as strong as he was before the disease took him and was getting stronger. Ryska smiled as she entered her tent to sleep.

Konoha

Danzo was once again in front of the Hokage. Setsui was furious.

"You sent a messenger to Suna without my permission. Do you think that you can just overstep my authorization? Jonin or not, you are told what to do by me. As punishment, the marriage is cancelled and you will receive some education on how to obey the law. Ibiki has already been notified of your "stay" with him. 48 hours should be fine " Setsui raged. Danzo opened his mouth to weedle his way out of this punishment.

"Hokage, I was only trying check on a shipment of supplies from Suna nothing more. I didn't think that my messager would get caught going where she shouldn't go. I am truly sorry." Danzo said.

"It's done. Ibiki, teach Danzo lessons on obeying the laws and what happens when you don't." Setsui said to the large bear like man. Danzo was going to activate his "asset" but quickly thought against it. Iniki had two assistants drag him out.

"Ibiki, only use psychological torture on him." Setsui said.

"Of course, Hokage." Ibiki said, a vicious grun on his face. A hood was placed over Danzo's head and he was taken to Ibiki's area in the IT department. Danzo was then put in a cell without lights. Danzo scoffed at the treatment. Just wait, I'll get my revenge. Danzo thought. Suddenly the door was swung open and Ibiki walked in a nasty looking syringe in his hand.

"Grab him boys." Ibiki said. Danzo was grabbed forcefully by his shoulders. He forgot that the cells here prohibited the use of chakra so his assests were useless. Danzo was forced to his knees by the men.

"Now, Danzo, a little something Lady Tsunade made for me. Never tried it out but i guess now is thebest time." Ibiki said

"What is it supposed to do? Make me laugh." Danzo quipped.

"No, Danzo, its gonna make you scream." Iniki said darkly as the syringe was injected in Danzo's arm. Danzo felt a searing pain then darkness claimed him

Danzo Mindscape

Danzo realized in was in his mind. The images of the past coming back to haunt him. Women with no heart were tearing his flesh. Danzo was trying to escape. Men with weapons were stabbing him over and over. His arms were being stabbed where the eyes were causing him to cry out. Danzo ran and ran bit there was no escape. He rhen realized that the drup was one that trapped his self conscious inside his mind. He could only avoid the attacks for however long the drup lasted.

Real Time-Danzo cell.

Ibiki watched as the old fart drooled on himself. The drug locked the person in their own body for 48 hours. Ibiki jad saved that torture for his guest.

"Lock the door boys. He ain't going nowhere." Ibiki said laughing. The clang of the metal was music to Ibiki's ears.

Setsui smiled at Karbe.

"Thank you for telling me about the Suna messager. I have already sent word to Suna that they are no longer a nin of Konoha. You did well." Setsui said.

"I only did as needed. Tetra and I are very happy and we owe that to you, Hokage." Karbe said. The Hokage handed Karbe a bag of money

"A reward." Setsui said. Karbe bowed and left. Setsui smiled as he knew the torture that Ibiki had planned for the old fart.

The next day- West

Ryska was talking to Demi when a duo came into view. Ryska smiled as they neared them.

"Hello, my Lady. We have returned with an item of great interest." Sakyo said.

"Indeed. Let me see it." Ryska said. Sakyo produced a long metal cylinder. Ryska wrapped her hand around it, feeling the soul within. A chilling smile was on her face.

"Now I get to have some fun." Ryska said. She walked with the cylinder in her hand towards her tent. Demi followed as did Jack.

"Jack, make sure that no one bothers me for a while. I have something that I need to do. Demi, come woth me." Ryska said. Jack smiled as he knew what she meant. Once the tent was closed, Ryska chanted words that no ordinary man could hear. The landscape changed from the tent to a throneroom with purple and black hues. Ryska sat on a black throne with purple pulsing gemstones. On her head was a crown of purple stones in black metal, pulsing in time with the throne.

"Come forth, Soul." Ryska spoke. Sasori's soul cane out of the cylinder.

"So, you are the one responsible for destroying my body. No matter I'll simply take yours." Sasori said, trying to use his chakra. Sasori was taken aback when he couldn't use it.

"Souls cannot use chakra as chakra has to be bound to something. Your body is technically alive but your soul is separated from it making chakra useless." Ryska said, her eyes glowing purple. Demo stood to ger right. Sasori realized that they were not in the real world.

."Ah, I think he has caught on that he is no longer on the same plane of existence." Demi said. Ryska looked at him.

"Now, for everyone whose lives were taken or destroyed by you, I will personally deal out that punishment. Unless they cry for mercy for you." Ryska said. Sasori then got an a chilling feeling in his soul. Ryska only sat there, her smile icy.

"Let's begin." Rysjasaid. Sasori suddenly saw his parents in front of him.

"Mother, Father." Sasori said. The spirits were crying.

"How could you!!!!!!! You killed us!!!!!!!!" Mother said.

"No, war killed you." Sasori said.

"No, you killed our souls!!!! You turned us into killing machines." Father said. Sasori turned on Ryska his eyes cold.

"You bitch." Sasori then rushed Ryska who sat still. Suddenly, Sasori was impaled by Ryska's sword. Sasori looked down at the sword. Ryska had moved so fast that Sasori didn't register it.

"You forgot one thing, Soul. This is my domain. You are a soul without body. And you dare attack me?" Ryska said, each word like ice. Sasori then felt a paralyzing fear as he felt the power growing. Ryska ripped the sword put of his body, tearing a scream from Sasori. Ryska then stood over him, her eyes cold.

"Don't worry, little soul. Your punishment has inly just begun." Ryska said stabbing her staff into Sasori's soul body. Sasori was so scared that he would have wet himself if he had a body. Her power is stronger than the freak that tore my wood body apart! What is she?! Sasori thought as he was pinned to the ground. He was truly terrified as he had never faced such an opponent. He was powerless and weak now. Sasori then realized something. Pain said to never go to the west? Are these the western fighters? If so how are they so strong? Sasori thought.

"Your fear was so thick I can smell it in the air. Now, let me show you what a real warrior can do." Ryska said, grabbing Sasori and ripping him off the staff. Sasori screamed as pain he had never felt before ripped him apart. He was trembling with fear now. Ryska smiled again.

"You aided in the destruction of so many yet you can take a little pain. Hahahahahahahaha!!!!! What a joke you are! Puppet master? No, just a little maggit playing with toys." Ryska said walking over to Sasori and ripping his arms off one at a time. Sasori screamed again as his arms were ripped off. Ryska set them down and then sat on Sasori's chest. Sasori was so shocked and scared that he was mewing like a baby. Ryska then reached for his eyes.

"I'll take these too. You won't need them." Ryska said as she dove her hand into Sasori's left eye, ripping it out. The howls of pain go louderas she then ripped out the other eye. Sasori roared in pain now. Ryska the attached his arms.

"If you can find your eyes in this plane before your mortal body dies, you can go free. If not, you will remain locked here forever." Ryska said as she walked away from Sasori. Sasori heard nothing as she left. I'll find my eyes abd then I'll kill you, bitch Sasori thought as he began to feel around for his eyes.

Real world

Demi looked ar Ryska.

"Why didn't you kill him? If he finds his eyes, he'll go free." Demi said. Ryska smiled.

"I did say if he found his eyes as long as his mortal body is alive. Seeing as his mortal body has now become his soul body, he'll have plenty of time." Ryska said.

"So he'll find his eyes?" Demi questioned. Ryaka smiled again, her chilling smile, as she pulled two bloody orbs from as bag.

"Now, how is he going to find them there when i have them here." Ryska said, tossing the bag to Demi.

"Send them to the east. I have a warning for this Pain."
