For clarification in the last chapter, Luz only has mastered Firebending and only knows the basics of the other three. That being said, everything in these ideas can be changed between now and a final story. Now, on to the next idea.
Summary: It was just going to be a normal day, get picked up from school by her mom and dad and be dropped off at her mother's. Amity was wrong. Her mother was inside talking to a... Human. That's not the problem, the problem was... the Human was cute.
"Welcome to... The Owl House!" Eda said, snapping her fingers.
The roof lit up and random brooms started sweeping. Luz looked on in amazement, the past ten minutes proved to her, that everything she believed... magic, witches, fantasy, it was all real.
"Wow, this is amazing! Do you live here all by yourself?"
"Actually, I do have my children that come over."
"You have kids?" Luz asked.
"Yeah, my wife and husband typically drop them off when they-"
"Wife and Husband?" Luz asked.
"Yeah, it's weird, but we all have caused each other to become better. Anyway, they typically drop the kids off when they have to go somewhere for business." There was a knock on the door, "There they are now."
Eda opened the door and a green haired witch and a younger brown haired witch were on the other side.
"Hey, Doli, no Al?" Eda asked.
"Unfortunately, he had to leave early- who is this?" Odalia asked.
"Oh, this is Luz, the Human. Owlbert accidently took something from her and she followed him through the portal."
Odalia looked at the girl and smiled. She reached her arm out.
"It's a pleasure to meet you. Apologies for my wife Palisman. He doesn't always collect things he's supposed to. I'm Odalia Blight and this is my daughter...Um, Amity?"
Luz looked at the brown haired witch, Amity as Odalia called her, and saw her staring. Amity grabbed her mom's arm and pulled her outside. The door closed behind them. Odalia looked at her daughter with a confused look.
"What is it, Amity?"
"Mom, I think I might be coming down with something. My stomach hurts, my hands are sweaty, I can't think straight, and my heart is beating fast."
Odalia smiled.
"I think I know what the problem is. You've fallen for the Human. Oh, my baby is growing up."
"B-b-but... A human?"
"True love doesn't discriminate. Just look at your mom, dad and I. Some would say that our marriage isn't normal."
"Mom... what do I do?"
"That is only something your heart can answer."
Odalia brought her back inside and Amity sat on the couch.
"Be good for your mom, Amity. You dad and I will be back in a few days." Odalia kissed Amity's cheek and turned to face Eda, "The twins should be here in an hour, they have detention."
"They make me so proud." Eda said, wiping a tear from her eye.
Odalia and Eda shared a kiss and she walked out the door. Amity looked to her left and saw the Human. There was just something about her that drew Amity in. Titan, what was she going to do?
