Infiltration
At the Watchtower, the survivors of the Justice League and the new generations were training at the training hall. Martian Manhunter was keeping an eye on Earth, hoping to find a new recruits in order to train them. So far, they were able to find the new Batman, Batgirl, Red Robin, and Delta according to Pop Star, Batwoman, and V. They learned that Ethan Wayne is taking up Bruce's mantle as Batman and learned everything from him, but he's related to Tamao and Iwao, who's a vigilante known as Knuckleduster. Emily and James were trained by Barbara Gordon and Bruce Wayne when they're kids and trained together along with Ethan, but Emily takes up her mantle as the new Batgirl while James takes up Tim Drake's mantle as Red Robin. Tamao is the daughter of Iwao, but she has no superpowers when she was 6. However, it didn't stop her by learning hand-to-hand combat from her father and military training from John Diggle and John Wick. It got them surprised that the people are saying that she's the female version of John Wick, but she doesn't play by the rules when it comes to killing a small-time thugs and villains.
"Still looking for the new recruits, J'onn?" The voice of Dabi asked, earned his attention.
Dabi, known as Toya Todoroki, is a fairly tall pale young man of a slim, somewhat lanky build, described to be in his early twenties. He has white hair with a few red flecks at its crown that spikes upward around his head, hanging low over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise in color, and heavily lidded. He wore a darkish blue long leather coat with the white flame patch on the right sleeve, black wings patch on the back of the coat, and a kanji symbols of strength, warrior, and fierce on the left side of the chest coat. He also wore a white shirt underneath of the coat, fingerless gloves, dark blue leather pants, and black boots.
Toya Todoroki is the first son of Endeavor with a Quirk known as Blue Flames which it's powerful than his fathers. Of course, he was energetic and boisterous as a child and being constantly trained by his father, eager to learn his moves so he could become a great hero. Although, none of his siblings bore the same ideals as his and his father was proud that Toya could surpass All Might. The situation changed drastically as Toya's crimson hair began to change to white and his body was suffering burns every time he used his Quirk.
Toya learned that he inherited his father's Quirk, but a different flame, he also learned that he inherited his mother's cold resistance instead of the scorching heat resistance and it would also kill him whenever he burned himself in flames. Because of this, Toya was limited in how far he could push himself with his flames. Enji even deemed him a failure and stopped training him. It didn't stop Toya for trying to become a hero, but Enji told him that it was for the sake of his well-being. Toya even trained on his own, despite his father and his sister tried to stop him, even though he inherited his father's stubbornness. Toya was even at the breaking point after learning that his youngest brother, Shoto Todoroki, was the perfect successor to surpass All Might. He refused to abandon it and try to fulfill his father's dreams, but Enji told him to stop training in secret because he was covered in burns and to look beyond the world of being a hero.
Toya has strong hatred towards his father and Shoto and because of that, he decided to head to the Sekoto Peak to train. His power was developed from red flame to blue flame, which was linked to his emotional state and would get stronger if he's riled up. He tried to get acknowledged from his father, but Enji never shows up which it got him into an emotional turmoil and caused him to lose control of his flames, resulting in a massive wildfire. Toya tried to save himself, but he didn't know how to quell his fire because Enji taught him to increase his heat. Toya was saved by Doctor Fate, Thunderbird, Spectre, and Martain Manhunter. They're able to stop the flames and takes him to the Watchtower in order to save him.
Luckily, Zatanna was able to heal his burnt scars and both Doctor Fate and Spectre were able to alter Toya's DNA to make an addition of not only the cold resistance, but to add a scorching heat resistance, meaning he'll be able to withstand the cold and heat all together.
Toya was grateful for being saved and joined the Justice League in order to learn how to control his flames. Doctor Fate altered his age when he used his time magic and given him a basic training in combat and flame control. After that, a new Firestorm and Sunstorm taught Toya how to control his flames which he was able to get better on how to quell his flames, flame combat, flight, and constructing the flames. He also learned a several martial arts from the new Katana, new Wildcat, and Donna Troy.
As years went by, Dabi was old enough to go on missions to save the world. Toya may not be a Pro Hero like his father, but he's a member of the Justice League to save lives from the villains.
"Yes, but I'm also keeping an eye on the globe in case if there's danger." Martian Manhunter told him. "Were you able to get in touch with your mother?"
"Yeah, after learning about her that she poured the hot water on Shoto years ago." Toya told him, clicked his tongue. "Father should've stopped it from happening, but he's just too busy trying to take All Might's spot. Mom knows that I'm alive along with my siblings, but I abandoned my dad's dream long ago because of you guys. It's better than following that bastards footsteps."
"Do not judge him too harshly." Martian Manhunter said, turns to him. "Enji may have been a foolish hero and a terrible father, but he's still your family."
Toya couldn't help but sigh, knows that J'onn is right about it.
"Well one of these days, karma will come and bite him in the ass." Toya said. "I know I'm the last one I've wanted to hear, but he needs to learn the hard way."
"That's true." Martian Manhunter agrees. "But I've gained some files of the new recruits, besides Batman, Batgirl, Red Robin, and Delta."
"What did you find?" Toya inquires curiously.
"Her name is Lita Kyla, also known as, Catwoman." Martian Manhunter answered as the image of Catwoman appeared on the screen. "She's the adopted daughter of Selina Kyle and a vigilante in Japan. She was an orphan when her parents were killed by a villain when she was a child. Lita lived on the streets on her own after running away from the orphanage, by stealing food and money."
"So basically, Lita was a street rat when she was a kid, and a hero as Catwoman. Good to know." Toya said, pondered with an impressed smirk. "Selina must've taught her everything she knows while Lita takes up her mantle as Catwoman."
"It would seem so." Martian Manhunter agrees. "But I still can't-"
"J'onn, Toya!" The voice of Mr. Terrific shouts, earned his attention when he rush towards them. "I've got a reading from the US!"
Adrian Holt, AKA, Mr. Terrific is an African-American young man with black shaved hair and brown eyes. He wore a Mr. Terrific attire that was a black Fairplay jacket with white and red linings with the added Kevlar protection, black pants, black gloves, black boots, and a black mask that shapes as a 'T'.
And with that, Toya and J'onn were following Mr. Terrific to the monitor section. John Stewart, Hawkgirl, and Flash catches up to them as the screen shows a man frozen inside of ice.
"Um, what are we looking at?" Toya asks, raised his eyebrow. "All I see was a man frozen in ice."
"Yeah, but his lifeforce was faint. No telling how long he's been in there." Mr. Terrific points out.
"I know who he is." John Stewart states seriously. "His name is Jonah Hex, he's a former soldier during the Civil War and a current bounty hunter in the 19th century."
"How did you know about him?" Toya inquires.
"Time traveling." Shayera answered. "We've been traveling through the different timelines to find Chronos."
"We were lucky that some of the past and the future superheroes lend us a hand to stop that wimpy time traveler." Barry adds. "Good thing he won't be going anywhere since his suit is tampered and got him into a spin cycle."
"Good to know." Toya said surprisingly. "But still, messing someone else's timeline is messed up."
"Yes, tampering with time and space has consequences." Martian Manhunter agrees. "Which is why I'm given you a mission to retrieve Jonah Hex."
"And you won't be going alone." John Stewart points out. "You're teaming with Michael Carter Jr., known as Booster Gold. He'll use his gadgets to find Hex and set up a defensive forcefield. And Cheng Khan, known as Ghost Maker. His stealth and martial arts techniques will prove useful in the field."
Toya didn't like the idea of teaming up with someone since he done solo mission on his own for years while learning to control his superpowers. He then turns to the two known as Booster Gold and Ghost Maker.
Like his father, Booster Gold is a muscular young man with blond short hair and blue eyes. He wore a Booster Gold attire.
Ghost Maker has brown hair and brown eyes. He wore a Ghost Maker attire while carrying his twin katanas around his back, throwing knives, and hidden blades around his wrists.
"It'll be a good start for you to learn about teamwork, Toya." Shayera suggests. "Head to the javelin and we'll give you guys the coordinates."
Dabi, Booster Gold, and Ghost Maker nods with an understanding as they head towards the javelin.
At the Musutafu City, Ethan and Lita were informed by Bruce Wayne that they'll be on a tour for next week since the results of the entrance exams were delivering to the new students. They've got plenty of time and they're able to finish making some gadgets earlier. Ethan and Lita were keeping themselves busy by patrolling the city while beating up some villains. And of course, they helped Eri practicing martial arts and her Quirk while homeschooled her.
Now at U.A. High, Ethan and Lita were carrying their suitcase along with her cat, Isis, while making to the entrance to school.
"Before you two start this mission, I want you to take this." Bruce suggested, extended a credit card. "This card is bottomless. Use it to buy lunch and anything else you need on a mission. Do you understand?"
Both Ethan and Lita nodded as he grabs the credit card, placed it on his pocket. Bruce then left U.A. High, leaving Ethan and Lita alone. Midnight then walked out of the school when she noticed them as she walked towards the two.
"I heard you two are here for a tour." Midnight informed them with a smirk. "I'm the Rated-R Hero: Midnight. I'll be your tour guide today."
"Ethan Wayne." Ethan introduces himself.
"Lita Kyle." Lita adds with an introduction.
"Now before we begin the tour, you might want to wear these." Midnight informed them, extends the ID badges. "These badges allows you to access here in U.A. High so we can go on for a tour. So, put these badges on and we can begin the tour."
Ethan and Lita did just that as they follow Midnight to U.A. High and the tour begins.
They started the auditorium room where the new students begin the entrance exam and where Present Mic gives them a presentation about the Battle Centers and the faux villains, which it happened a week ago. Then, there was a Development Studio where the students from the Support Group develop their own inventions, machines, costumes, and other gadgets for the heroes in training and the Pro Heroes can use in the future for fighting against villains.
Though, Ethan and the Bat family make their own gadgets at the Batcave which there's no sense for that, but he's impressed about it and remembered that superheroes can become resourceful. Lita was able to install a mini camera and an audio listener which it was hidden very well.
Then, they went to the Nurse's Office which is basically an infirmary. The only U.A. Staff in charge of the infirmary was the Youthful Heroine: Recovery Girl.
Recovery Girl is a short elderly woman with gray hair styled into a netted bun, a large syringe poking diagonally out of it to the left. She has a notably small nose and eyes which are usually drawn as two little dashes, and a long mouth with defined nasolabial folds. She wore a doctors lab coat and a dress with yellow and red vest-like designs on either side, two yellow buttons, and a belt with a pink 'R' shaped buckle. She wore pink boots and had a helmet around the sides of her head, pink-tinted visor joining it over her eyes.
"Oh, Midnight, I didn't expect you to bring some new students." Recovery Girl said. "We've already have enough students on each class groups."
"They're not new students, I'm just given them a tour." Midnight explains. "This is Ethan Wayne and Lite Kyle, they're here to learn about U.A. High."
"Well, it's pleasure to meet you both." Recovery Girl greets them with a smile.
"Likewise." Ethan said respectfully with a small smile.
"Though, it got me curious. Are there anyone else who worked here in the infirmary?" Lita asked curiously.
"Hmm...Can't say that there is, I'm the only one who works here." Recovery Girl answered, ponders a bit. "But just to let you know, finding someone who has either the same or similar Quirks are hard to find these days."
"Sorry to hear that." Lita apologized.
"It's fine, you didn't know." Recovery Girl shrugs it off with a smile. "I'm the only one with the healing quirk. So, I'll do what I can help the students, just as long as they don't do anything reckless."
Ethan and Lita give her a nod with an understanding, but the former knew who did a reckless move against the giant robot once without formal training. Just as they left the Nurse Office, they continued the tour.
They then went to the Conference Room, where the U.A. staff members gathered for the meeting in case if there were any incidents occurred. Ethan secretly hid the mini camera and an audio listener which it's hidden well.
After a tour, they went to the cafeteria to have some lunch. Lita planted the listening devices since they're able to make some progress since Ethan and Eri did a head start a week ago. Though, it annoys Ethan and Lita very quickly about the school and they totally did not miss doing this because to them, dealing with teens their age and sitting in a classroom 8 hours a day is like a torture. Bruce has always home-schooled Ethan and Lita when they're growing up while trained in martial arts, making gadgets, driving, etc. But just as they're about to go take a walk around campus, two people sit down at their table who're none other than Izuku and Ochaco.
"U-ummmmm, hi Ethan. It's been a while." Izuku greets nervously.
"Likewise." Ethan replied. "Heard you're enrolled in U.A."
"Oh...yeah, I pass the exam because of the rescue points." Izuku said with a nervous chuckle. "Anyway, this is Ochaco Ururaka."
"It's pleasure to meet you!" Ocacho said with a smile.
"Likewise." Ethan replied. "This is Lita Kyle."
"Nice to meet you both." Lita greets with a smile.
Izuku and Ocacho replied with a nod.
"Anyway, do you mind if I ask you two a question?" Ochaco inquired.
"You just did." Ethan told her with a smirk, causing Lita to giggle and Ochaco to roll her eyes.
"Ok, can I ask another question?" Ochaco inquires again.
"Go ahead." Ethan replied.
"What's your Quirk?" Ochaco questions.
Ethan knew he could probably give them a basic answer like controlling an element or something, but he decided to keep the 'quirk' a mystery. Lita decided to do the same neither of the two has superpowers.
"You don't want to know." Ethan answered with a smirk.
"Sorry, we're not telling you." Lita said with a smirk.
"Awww c'mon please!" Izuku pleads. "We know everyone else's Quirk! What's yours?!"
"We're not telling you. That's the last time we're gonna say it." Ethan remarked.
"Ugh, fine." Ochaco sighed in defeat. "Do you mind if we sit here then?"
Ethan and Lita replied with a nod as Izuku and Ochaco sits at the table and they start to have a chat, which they became friends. But as soon as the lunch ended, Ethan slipped a tracker on Izuku and Ochaco, knew where they are and if they're in danger. And when they walk out of the cafeteria, Ethan and Lita went to the bathroom in different sections as they change into the insider suit, activating the cloaking device, and start to infiltrate.
Lita brought Isis out of the bag as they were wandering the school in their stealth suit, started to make their way towards the Principals Office. If they can get there, then they'll have access to everything in U.A. High if they could get there from the schools layout facility to any off-site facilities. They would gain control of everything. Lita uses her claw to lockpick the door. She then able to unlock it, opens the door as Isis went inside to make sure the area is clear while Ethan hacks into the security cameras with the scrambler to disable them from the hallway to the Principals Office.
"All clear?" Lita asks when Isis lets out a meow as she and Ethan entered inside. "Nice finishing touch with those claws, handsome."
"Thanks, did some adjustments to your suit." Ethan said with a smirk, turns to the computer. "Now, let's see what we have here."
Ethan then pulls out a flash drive and plug it into the computer. The drive downloads a program onto the computer, giving him full control over everything in U.A. High. From the security features to the secret hidden training facilities. After getting all the information, Ethan downloaded it onto his phone so he could access to the system at all times.
"How is it looking?" Lita asks.
"I think we've got all the information we need." Ethan states with a smirk. "With this phone, I now control every security system in this system. Not only that, but we now know the location of every U.A. Training Facilities."
"And we can learn about their strengths and weaknesses of their Quirks." Lita adds. "Nice, but we need to wrap this up before Midnight finds out we've been gone for too long."
After getting the information they need, Ethan makes sure it looks normal, and nothing was out of place. Finally, they leave the Principals Office while locking the door from behind and just like that, they have full control of U.A. High. Ethan sent the information to Bruce, letting him know that everything they need before heading back. But before meeting with Midnight, Ethan and Lita changed out of their suit so they won't draw too much attention.
After they got out of the bathroom, Midnight waited for them to arrive.
"Where were you?" Midnight asks. "You two were supposed to stay by my side."
"Sorry, we got lost." Ethan answered. "It's out first time here in U.A. High after all."
Midnight nods as she motions them to follow to continue the tour. Ethan and Lita were able to get what they need, but they're going to collect the information about their Quirks and personalities.
After the tour was over at U.A. High, they can see Bruce sent a limo to come get them. So, Ethan and Lita hop inside while Isis lets herself out of the bag as Bruce takes them home.
Once they're inside of the Batcave, Bruce turns to them.
"Hey, old man." Ethan greets him.
"So, did you get it?" Bruce inquires.
Ethan nodded and show him the information on U.A. High and the information of the Quirks.
"Today is combat training. I think this training should be interesting, knowing that this training would be good vs evil." Lita states. "Knowing them, they'll be duking each other out."
"We should be able to learn about their Quirks and personalities, that way we'll know where their strengths and weaknesses." Bruce points out. "James and Emily are on their way since the both of you got the information."
And with that, Ethan and Lita are waiting for James and Emily to arrive at the Batcave so they'll gain the information about their Quirks.
At the unknown location, Dabi, Booster Gold, and Ghost Maker were in the area that was the forest full of snow.
Dabi was able to get to know them after the flight. Dabi and Booster Gold were fast friends when they've got daddy issues. He learned that Michael's father was the original Booster Gold who was once a football player in college, but got kicked out and thrown in jail because his father made a bet and purposely threw games in order to earn some big money for his grandmother's treatment. His father managed to get a job as a security officer for the Metropolis Space Museum, but the original Booster Gold stole the suit and gadgets and uses the time machine to travel back to the 20th Century. Michael Carter Jr. didn't like his father very much because the original Booster Gold have done a lot of terrible mistake by making a 'quick rich' scheme, gaining attention, and stupidity. Though, the original Booster Gold makes up for what he did by traveling through the different timelines to change history and clean up the mess he made.
Dabi also learned that Cheng Khan's neck was punctured and the vocal cords were removed, meaning he's a mute. Cheng learned how to use telepathy from J'onn J'onzz while learning the assassination arts, martial arts, and stealth from his father in Singapore. Unlike his father, Cheng has shown some empathy. Cheng takes up the mantle of the Ghost Maker and joined the Justice League because he's carrying out his father's legacy.
They then noticed a large chunk of ice as Booster Gold used his X-Ray visor to get a reading, which he's able to get the information.
"Anything?" Dabi asks.
"Well, he's still alive if that's what you're wondering." Booster Gold informed him, turns to Dabi. "But as Adrian said, his lifeforce is faint. We need to get him to the Watchtower to thaw him out."
"That won't be a problem, flames are my thing." Dabi states with a smirk.
And with that, Dabi used his power to melt the ice. The ice begins to melt slowly, and the body of Jonah Hex was able to fall as Booster Gold managed to grab him.
"Let's head back to the Watchtower and inform them." Booster Gold told them.
Dabi and Ghost Maker nods as they head back to the javelin to give the news to the Justice League.
That's it for the 10th chapter. I've been making some alternation of Dabi, I know it's dumb but still, he doesn't deserve for such harsh treatment from Enji Todoroki. Anyway, here are the Bio Characters of Booster Gold, Mr. Terrific, and Ghost Maker.

He graduated high school while learning some robot engineering, gadgets, and his powers. While toning his combat prowess, he became a football player at the age of 19 at college. Michael knew that his father did a lot of terrible mistakes, but he decided to take up his mantle as the new Booster Gold and time travels to a different timeline. Michael joins the Justice League to help protect the world and make up his fathers mistakes.

Cheng also learned how to use telepathy by Martian Manhunter. As he grew older, Cheng takes up his father's mantle and became Ghost Maker as he joins the Justice League. But unlike the heroes, Ghost Maker also carries out in not only as a hero, but an assassin.
