MHA: New Justice League

U.A. is a school to help students to be heroes, but there heroes before All Might or the Pro Heroes, they're called the Justice League. The Legion of Doom picked off the Justice League one by one. Some of the heroes survived and Bruce Wayne was one. One day, a boy named Ethan was raised and trained as the new Batman.

18. Chapter 15

This is the 15th chapter. I don't own the series of My Hero Academia or the series of Justice League.

Task Force X

At Washington D.C., the military commanders were having a meeting along with the new Director of A.R.G.U.S. named Nikita Waller.

Nikita is an African-American with black short afro and blue eyes. She wore a black business suit with white shirt and black tie underneath, black pants, and black shoes. She also wore a watch, and carries a pocket pistol around her wrist and a Glock 19 from her gun holster.

Nikita Waller is the daughter of Amanda Waller and the sister of Leota, who's the former Director of A.R.G.U.S. which she and her mother were never on good terms because of the methods Amanda have used. Amanda tried to get her to follow in her footsteps like she did with Leota, but Nikita never agreed to use her underhanded methods and her becoming ruthless when dealing with others. So, Nikita followed her own path when she was trained in military school at the age of 6, started her military career between the US Navy at the age of 17 and US Special Ops at the age of 28. Nikita have also booted her mother out of A.R.G.U.S because of her dark secrets and became a new Director of A.R.G.U.S. while became part of the United States Government and a CIA. Nikita joins in the meeting with the military commanders, holding the files.

Of course, Madam President arrived at the meeting in D.C. as well.

"Madam President, this is the first time you got out of Japan and came for a meeting in D.C." A Brigadier-General of the US Army named Jay Carville said, shakes her hand. "Nice of you to join us."

Jay Carville is a middle-aged man in the early 40s with bald head and hazel eyes, he also has a brown mustache. He wore a midnight blue military uniform with gold braid, white shirt and black four-in-hand necktie underneath, midnight blue trousers, and black leather shoes. He also had military badges and military ribbons on the left side of his uniform, a Brigadier General patch on both sleeves, and the US Army patch on the right side of his uniform.

"Thank you, Brigadier General." Madam President thanked him. "Now, I assume this is something to do with those villains and a vigilante group?"

"Yes and no, Madam President. You see, these 'vigilantes' you recall were able to get the job done for fighting against criminals from around the globe." A Major General of the Air Force named Rupert Thorton informed her, showing the screen of the vigilantes called the Justice League fighting against criminals, terrorists, drug dealers, and thugs. "These are called the Justice League, who're a group of heroes traveled around the globe, saving lives and taking down those criminals who are deemed as threat."

Rupert Thorton is a middle-aged man in his 40s with brown hair with gray streaks on a side and brown eyes. He wore a dark blue military uniform with white shirt and dark blue neck-tie underneath, dark blue military trousers, and black leather shoes. He also had military badges and military ribbons on the left side of his uniform, a Major General badge on both of his shoulders, and the Air Force patch on the right side of his uniform.

Madam President doesn't look very happy after watching the Justice League fighting against the villains illegally without a Hero Provisional License. Of course, the military have been on good terms with the Justice League years ago and they fought alongside against the aliens and the Legion of Doom, but after learning that many of the Justice League members were killed during the fight, some of them survived and the new generations of the Justice League were carrying out their legacy. Nikita Waller couldn't help but smirked at the look at Madam President's face.

"Something you want to say, Madam President?" Nikita questions smugly.

"There are several things I'd like to say, Nikita." Madam President answered bluntly. "While it's commendable that the Justice League were able to save lives and beat those criminals, but what they're doing is illegal."

"And what so illegal about it, Madam President?" A Sergent Major of the US Marines named Wade Eiling Jr. asks with a scowl, turning to Madam President.

Wade Eiling Jr. is a middle-aged man in his late 40s to the early 50s with grey hair and blue eyes. He wore a dress blue US Marine uniform with red lines, gold buttons, gold and red line patches on each sleeve, dress blue pants, white gloves, and black leather shoes. He also had military badges and military ribbons on the left side of his uniform, a Sergent Major patch on each sleeve, and US Marines pin on each side of the collar.

"Madam President, you would know that the Justice League have been saving lives longer than your so-called Pro Heroes in the past decades. They even fought aliens in worldwide." Rupert informed her seriously. "Surely, you would've known that."

"And yet you have the gall to call that saving lives 'illegal'?!" Wade adds with a snarl.

"Sergent Major, that is not what I..."

"These 'vigilantes' are called Justice League. They're the most respected heroes ever since decades before you and your Pro Heroes ever arrived." Wade interrupts. "While your Pro Heroes are busy trying to gain attention while competing on who gains popularity, we worked our asses to save our people and the Justice League were saving lives."

Madam President can tell the military and Nikita were glaring at her, which of course they respect the Justice League more than the Pro Heroes.

"Madam President, if you have nothing to say about the Justice League, then you should have your Pro Heroes shape up and focus on protecting the entire nation instead of having them gaining something that we're not interested." Jay suggested, turns to Nikita while changing the subject. "Director Waller, we've been informed that you're recruiting your own units in order for given the Justice League a set of extra hands."

"Yes, Brigadier General Jay, as in matter of fact, after learning about the dark secrets of my mother and the Government, it's up to the point that I've revealed the information to each of you and formed a new team of the Task Force X, known as the Suicide Squad, while cleaning up the mess. I've only recruited several of my own teams." Nikita informed them as she showed the screens a new heroes called the Task Force X. "This is Chris Smith, known as Peacemaker, he's the son of Christopher Smith who's the original Peacemaker. He was trained the same method as his father. Despite his brutish appearance, Chris is a gifted tactician, a formidable combatant, and can use any weapons he can get a hold of."

Chris Smith is a muscular young man with shaved brown hair and hazel eyes. He wore a Peacemaker attire while carrying a tomahawk on the left hip, a IMI/ Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX on the right hip, a sword leaning against his right shoulder, and a shield.

"The second recruit is Aiden Chase, known as Vigilante." Nikita continued, showing the image of Vigilante. "Aiden is the son Adrian and nephew of Gut Chase. Both he and Chris were trained together by their fathers, but in the same method of his father in weaponry, combat, and marksmanship. Though, Vigilante also specializes in stealth and thievery when it comes to information or something he could get his hands on."

Aiden Chase is a leaned muscular young man with long black hair that reaches down to his shoulder blades, tied into a ponytail, and brown eyes. He wore a Vigilante attire while carrying a sword on his back, and knife on the back of his waist.

"The third is Tye DuBois, known as Bloodsport." Nikita continued, showing the image of Bloodsport. "Born in London, England. He lived with his father and trained by him as well. Tye took part of the British Armed Forces at the age of 17, which he made an accomplishment. Discharged at the age of 22, he became a mercenary for hire and an assassin. His fighting skills are deadly along with his arsenals and his tactics of assassination."

Tye Dubois is a brown-skinned young man with black shaved hair and brown eyes. He wore a Bloodsport attire.

"The fourth is Zane Lawton, known as Deadshot." Nikita continued, showing the image of Deadshot. "Son of Floyd Lawton, and a gifted sniper when joined the US Army at the age of 16, but the cost is the loss of his eye at the age of 22. However, with his new eye, he can shoot any enemy with a long-range weapon, no matter how far they're at or hiding. Zane is like a predator waiting to strike."

Zane Lawton is a young man with short brown hair, hazel left eye, and a cybernetic laser eye on the right. He wore a Deadshot attire with a wrist magnums on his wrists and a Customized AR-15 on his back.

"The fifth is Miku Yamashiro, known as Katana." Nikita continued, showing the image of Katana. "Born from Osaka, Japan. She has three sisters and two brothers. Tatsu have trained both she and Kenshin in martial arts, assassination, and weaponry. However, Miku took up her mothers mantle."

Miku Yamashiro is a slender teen with short black hair and blue eyes. She wore a Katana attire while carrying a katana on her back, wakizashi on her waist, kunai knives, and shurikens.

"The sixth is Kenshin Yamashiro, known as Ronin." Nikita continued, showing the image of Ronin. "Also born from Osaka, Japan. He also the siblings of the five while trained by Tatsu, but he chose the name of 'Ronin', meaning that a samurai with no leader."

Kenshin Yamashiro is a young man with a lean muscular build, short brown hair and brown eyes. He wore a Ronin attire while carrying a katana on his back, twin wakizashi on the back of his waist, and kunai knives.

"And last, but not least, Kaimana, known as King Shark." Nikita continued, showing the image of King Shark. "Despite his sheer size and his intimidating aura, he's a metahuman that has a form of a humanoid shark. Born from Kailua, Hawaii. Kaimana makes up for his size by learning martial arts and he can do like any other sharks can."

Kaimana is over 7' 2" humanoid muscular shark with black eyes. He only wore a black pants. He also has a Hawiian tribal tattoo sleeve on both of his arms and chest, and a Hawaiian shark tattoo on his back.

"These rosters of the Task Force X are the group of whom I recruited because they'll make a promising career as heroes." Nikita finished her sentence. "Thus, keeping the world in peace."

"Now that's a finest recruits you've got there, Director. But we have some addition of our own." Jay told her, showing the image of Rick Flag Jr. "This boy right there is Colonel Rick Flag Jr. He's the son of Rick Flag, born in Dallas, Texas. After learning about his father's death, Rick decided to follow in his footsteps when he's in the US Army at the age of 19, worked his way up to Colonel at the age of 29. And now, he's promoted a year ago. He'll be the field commander of A.R.G.U.S."

Rick Flag Jr. is a muscular man in his 30s with shaved brown hair and brown eyes. He wore a black sleeveless tank top shirt, camouflage cargo pants, black boots, fingerless gloves, and a bulletproof vest.

"Our best agent of NSA and a deadly Spy is Agent Emilia Harcourt Jr." Rupert informed her, showing the image of Emilia. "She's our top Spies of the NSA. She joined the CIA at the age of 16 after learning martial arts from her mother, and later joined the DEO at the age of 19. She'll be your intelligent agent and an assassin."

Emilia Harcourt Jr. has a tomboy appearance with blond bob-hair and brown eyes. She wore a leather coat, a black shirt underneath, fingerless gloves, black leather pants, and boots.

"And my unit of the Marines, Bryan Durlin." Wade adds, showing the image of Bryan. "He's a Staff Sergent of the Marines Intellects and Infantry. He joined the Marines when he's 16 after the graduation at military school, worked his master's degree of Law and Justice in Mississippi University. Bryan became our tactician and a combatant."

Bryan Durlin has a lean muscular appearance in his 30s with long blond hair reaches down to his shoulder blades and blue-grey eyes. He wore a black tight shirt with dark blue cargo pants, black combat boots, and fingerless gloves. He carries two Heckler & Kock P3oL around his gun holsters, and Colt Python on his left waist.

"With these three, they'll be able to help you and your command." Rupert said. "And with that being said, we'll be needing the help we can get if we're going to face a terrible threat."

Nikita nods with a reply, but Madam President just watches the discussion with a scowl on her face. Madam President couldn't believe that the military were letting Nikita Waller recruited her own team and formed a Task Force X, which it's something she's not been told about it. Even though, Nikita has kept it a secret from her and Hero Public Safety Commission in order to recruit her own team of Task Force X while try to form an alliance with the Justice League.

After a long meeting, the military, Madam President, and Nikita were dismissed. Nikita was about to head for Belle Reve, Louisiana to meet up with the team along with Rick Flag, Emilia Harcourt, and Bryan Durlin.

"I don't know what you're planning, and I don't know who do you think you are, but I don't take kindly for anyone disrespecting me or the Pro Heroes." Madam President told her with a glare.

"Last time I check, you haven't earned my respect when I didn't even agree to your opinion of your Pro Heroes." Nikita remarked, turned to her with a scowl. "To me about these Pro Heroes, I find it a spit in the face and an utterly disrespectful when they have forgotten what being a hero is about. The Justice League has done much more hero work than your Pro Heroes, and they did it on daily basis from around the globe. Hell, they even fought against aliens."

"I find it hard to believe, Director Waller." Madam President said, crossed her arms. "And yet, you didn't inform me about your own team?"

"I kept it under wraps because you couldn't agree with it, either. Which is why I've been having discussions with the Government about having the laws against vigilantes abolished." Nikita told her.

"I'll have you know I'm still the current Hero Public Safety Commission and it's my decision whether it'll be abolished or not." Madam President informed her. "And that law will stay as it should be."

"That's bullshit and you know it. The Bat family, Sons of Batman Motorcycle Club, Boondock Saints, Delta, Catwoman, Justice League! They've done it outside of the laws, yes, but they did it for the people, the world, not some BS popularity, money, or any bullshit details you've given us!" Nikita retorted. "Not many would agree because of that!"

"And you took matters in your own hands by forming a Task Force X?" Madam President inquires.

"Before me, my mother formed a Suicide Squad decades ago, she used those criminals to do her dirty work in order for them to commute their services. My sister, revealed the dark secret of the Task Force X which it gets to the point that I forced mom to leave when I got promoted as the new Director of A.R.G.U.S." Nikita told her. "After that, I kept the criminals in prison while recruiting my own team, which is why the vigilantes and I took matters into our own hands."

Madam President couldn't help scowl at her.

"And as far as I can tell, Pro Heros aren't the only ones that needs to shape up." Nikita said with huff. "Maybe it's you who should shape up."

"And what's that supposed to mean?" Madam President demands, feeling offended.

"You should try look in the mirror and ask yourself." Nikita told her as she left, leaving Madam President alone.

Madam President just glared at Nikita while watching her leaving the Pentagon.

At outside of the Pentagon, Nikita Waller was about to head out for Belle Reve from Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana.

Belle Reve Federal Penitentiary is a name of a prison for powerful criminals and a black site for A.R.G.U.S., which was housed many metahumans and other dangerous criminals. It's also where Amamda Waller chooses the criminals to serve as her expendable soldiers with powers and capabilities to defend the world against superhuman threats. However, some of the prisoners like Harley Quinn, managed to escape and causes a riot decades ago. The dark secret of the Task Force X and Amanda Waller were exposed by Leota and to the point that Nikita Waller became a new Director of A.R.G.U.S after having her fired and arrested for using underhanded tactics, forgery, and human rights violations.

Nikita was about to head for the car when her phone rang.

"Director Waller." Nikita said, answered the phone.

"Nikki it's me, Leota." Leota said to her sister. "I'm calling to check if you're doing the same thing as mom did."

"Leota, if I did, you'll be first to know. But to answer that question, no, I've been recruiting a new candidates for the Task Force X after informing the Government." Nikita informed her. "The criminals are staying inside of the Belle Reve and I'm not using them as expendables."

"I figured you're not, you're still cleaning up the mess after mom got fired and imprisoned for becoming a new Director of A.R.G.U.S." Leota said. "Guess Madam President didn't take it well, huh?"

"Did you hack into the security system again?" Nikita asks with a glare. "You know damn well if the US Government found out..."

"Will you calm down, I haven't hacking shit! You know me, I'm not mom!" Leota shouts with an interruption. "I was just asking."

"Well, in our personal opinion, no, she didn't take it after informing them of the Justice League and the candidates for the Task Force X." Nikita told her with a sigh. "And Madam President is already pissed. She has negative opinions about the Justice League and the vigilantes, but it got her biting in the ass."

"I bet." Leota said with a chuckle. "Anyway, I should let you know that Keeya and I are going to have something to eat. I was wondering if you can come."

"Leota, you know I can't. I'm heading to Belle Reve to have a meeting with the new candidates." Nikita told her. "I've already met the new recruits, but not entirely. You'll have to eat without me."

"Nikki, you've always work and never get to spend some time with me and Keeya. Why can't you at least take a day off for once and spend some time with your own sister?" Leota questions.

"There are times when I get a day off, Leota. Right now, I gotta go. And tell your wife that I won't make it." Nikita said as she hangs up her phone, getting in the car and drive to the airport.

Nikita and Leota have been on good terms with each other after having Amanda imprisoned years ago, but after Nikita became a new Director of A.R.G.U.S., she never spends some time with her sister because of her cleaning up the mess Amanda made and forming a new Task Force X. Nikita have kept those criminals prisoned and not using them as an expendable soldier.

At the Belle Reve Federal Penitentiary, Nikita made it to Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana after spending her day at the hotel last night for the trip at the airport. Nikita went inside of the prison to visit Amanda Waller. Nikita and Amanda glared at each other with a scowl on their faces as they grabbed their phones.

"After you sent me in prison for 10 years, you've got some nerve to talk to me." Amanda said.

"You and I both know it's bound to happen because of your underhanded tactic." Nikita retorted. "Hell, you even tried to use Leota, your own daughter, as your subordinate for her to follow in your footsteps!"

"I was doing this in order for her to work with me." Amanda told her.

"You're doing this for your own fucking goal! A goal to cover up the incidents and never to reveal the world!" Nikita shouted angrily. "You violated the laws of human rights and using those inmates as leverage!"

"I believe in leverages and I use them in order to get what me and the Government want!" Amanda shouts back. "I was doing this to protect this country!"

"And how exactly do you think that using leverage protect this country?" Nikita questions. "The only thing that cost you to lose your career is your damn arrogance because of your judgment!"

"Don't talk to me about my judgment..."

"I can say whatever the hell I want!" Nikita interrupts. "Your judgment and your arrogance have led to your downfall. Your actions in Midway City were also your downfall when you murdered your agents."

"What are you talking about?" Amanda asks with her eyes widen.

"After I learned about the Midway City along with the number of your actions, it comes to the point that the US Government and Mr. Wayne decided to shut down the Task Force X, your Task Force X." Nikita explains which it got Amanda angry. "Which is why the US Government promoted me as a new Director of A.R.G.U.S., Mr. Wayne made an agreement, and appointed me to form a new Task Force X."

Amanda Waller begins to realize why her daughters revealed the dark secrets between her and the US Government.

"The criminals will remain in prison along with you, and it's going to stay that way." Nikita continued. "And yes, the nano-bomb detonator is implanted on them. So, does yours, and if you try anything that involves trying to escape, I'll be having no problems exploding your damn head off."

Amanda Waller now realizes that Nikita is making sure those criminals remained in prison until their sentences are fully done. However, Amanda Waller was sentenced in a life prison with no chance of parole. Nikita then hangs up the phone and left to the meeting room, leaving Amanda Waller alone. Amanda is starting to realize that her daughter wasn't joking about blowing her head with the nano-bomb that's inside of her head, meaning if she either try to escape or going after her daughter, Nikita will kill her.

At the meeting room, Nikita arrived when Rick Flag Jr., Emilia Harcourt Jr., and Bryan Durlin were waiting along with Peacemaker, Bloodsport, King Shark, Katana, Ronin, Vigilante, and Deadshot.

"Sorry I'm late for the meeting, it's something that needs to be taken cared of." Nikita informed them which they understood. "And thank you all for coming for short notice."

"It's no problem, ma'am. We just got here ourselves." Rick told her. "But what got us wondering, why here of all places?"

"Yeah, couldn't this be anywhere but the Belle Reve?" Vigilante (Aiden) adds. "Our parents told us about the prison that can only hold metahumans and used as expendables."

"Believe me, I would pick a better place for a meeting, but as it stands for the current location, there's no option." Nikita told him. "But as of right now, you all well-aware of what your parents told you, correct?"

The members of the Task Force X confirm with a nod since they knew of the dark history and dark secrets. Nikita can tell that their families told them about the first Suicide Squad and Amanda Waller, which she's not going to full details.

"Well that's going to change, because instead of criminals used as expendables, they'll be kept inside until their sentences are done. In other words, the Task Force X will be the group of soldiers, or in this case enforcers, to fight against the dangerous threat and helping the Justice League to save lives." Nikita explains.

"Hold on, back up, are you saying we're making an alliance with the Justice League?" Bloodsport questions skeptically. "Look mate, in case you forget, some of us are mercenaries. And we don't do it for free."

"He's right, I even got discharged after losing my eye." Deadshot agrees. "I needed the money to keep supporting my family. Dad sacrificed himself when he buy his group some time to get out alive before the damn building explodes."

"I am well-aware of the both of your military backgrounds, and yes, the both of you will get paid after the job is finished." Nikita replied. "The information will be accurate along with money. I know some of you are here because of your families messes."

"Dad did it for peace, but he goes about it the wrong way since he killed many." Peacemaker told her.

"Same with mine." Vigilante (Aiden) adds with an agreement.

"My dad tried to kill Superman, but was caught after being apprehended and taken to ICU." Bloodsport adds.

"Mine believed he's a descendant of a shark god and turned to crime at some point." King Shark said in a deep voice tone which it got their attention.

"Jesus, no wonder Roy Scheider didn't kill King 'Jaws'." Peacemaker quietly muttered, causing Vigilante (Aiden) to snicker.

Nikita can hear him which it caused her to glare at him.

"Our mother was hired by Amanda, but after learning of the dark secrets, she no longer works with the Suicide Squad and retired." Katana said while her brother nods with an agreement.

Nikita then nods as she then spoke.

"As I'm here to let you know, there's gonna be some changes. I'm not mom and I don't believe in leverage or any of her bullshit, but I'm going to say this. If I see any one of you try anything or try to backstab, I'll be having no problems of sending one of your asses in prison." Nikita told them. "And not only that, but the nano-bombs will be implanted on to your skulls. Now I know it's something I shouldn't, but only if any of you try to turn against me."

"Director, we're not doing like they do. We're us, they're them." Emilia points out. "I mean, what makes you think that we're gonna do something like that?"

"It's because of her mother using her tactics to get her way. However, Amanda got overconfident and it cost her to lose her recruits when the 'Project Starfish' is finished." Savant explains. "Robert DuBois blackmailed her with the data from the hard drive into his and the first surviving Task Force X and his daughter go free. He'd rather use it to blackmail Amanda than the press."

"Which is why I'm making sure it won't happen." The voice of Captain Jake Wilson, AKA Deathstroke, said when he arrived at the meeting room. "However, since none of you are planning for backstabbing or blackmailing, it's enough reason to trust each and every one of you."

Jake Wilson is a muscular man in his 30s with blond short hair and blue eyes. He wore a Deathstroke suit while carrying his Deathstroke mask. He carries a katana on his back, three smoke grenades and ammunition strapped on his chest, a tactical knife on his left leg, throwing daggers on the back of his pocket, and a pistol on his right thigh.

"Colonel." Jake greets him.

"Captain." Rick greets back.

"Who's this and why is he here?" Vigilante (Aiden) inquires.

"That's Captain Jake Wilson, known as Deathstroke." Rick answered. "Like me, he's enrolled in the US Army to a Task Force X when he's promoted."

"Whoa, whoa, you mean to tell us he's the son of Slade Wilson?!" Deadshot exclaims.

"Grandson, actually. I'm his grandson." Jake corrects him. "I'm the son of Grant Wilson, who's also known as Deathstroke."

"Captain Jake learned from Slade, Grant, Rose. and Joe. At the age of 18, he's enrolled in the US Army while extends further of his combat prowess along with weaponry and tactics." Nikita adds. "And at the age of 29, he's ranked at Captain and promoted in the A.R.G.U.S. at 33."

"I came here after hearing of a certain Director forming a new team of the Task Force X, which is why I'm here to see if you're trustworthy." Jake told them with a serious glare.

Bloodsport and Deadshot responds by flipping him off, but Jake doesn't care. Nikita had a feeling that this is going to be a long meeting since the new members of the Task Force doesn't trust Jake Wilson, because he's the grandson of Slade, the son of Grant, and the nephew of Joe and Rose which all four of them are Deathstroke. In other words, Jake Wilson took up the mantle as the new Deathstroke.

And with that, Nikita decided to continue the meeting and hoping they get along while working as a team.

'This is going to be a long fucking day...' Nikita mentally thought.

That's it for the 15th chapter. I decided to skip the long meeting part which I hate meetings. Anyway, here's the BIO Character of Jake Wilson, AKA Deathstroke. Along with Emilia Harcourt Jr. and Bryan Durlin, known as Savant.

As he at the age of 18 after graduated in high school, Jake is enrolled at the US Army while learned that his family were criminals and trained killers known as Deathstroke and ranked at Captain at the age of 29 while taking up the mantle as the new Deathstroke. At the age of 33, Jake was promoted as part of A.R.G.U.S and took part of the Task Force X.
