This is the 26th chapter. I don't own the series of My Hero Academia or the series of Justice League.
23debal01: I've been doing some research about Thomas Elliot, AKA, Hush, from the dc website and going some walkthroughs of the 'Batman: Arkham' series. Apparently, the movie 'Batman: Hush' really pegs my interest, which I thought I can use that as material for the chapters of this story.

Hush Part 2
The next day at U.A. High, both Recovery Girl and Thomas Elliot were able to make a successful brain surgery. Recovery Girl uses her Quirk to heal up Ethan's wounds, but she was impressed of his stitching and his peak condition. Dick Grayson even give the U.A. Faculty members an explanation about last night and Thomas Elliot, who's also known as Hush. It got the U.A. Faculty members, except Aizawa, astonished of Thomas' backgrounds and how he became known as Hush. Hound Dog was furious of Hush's actions, but All Might wasn't far behind.
"This is quite troublesome." Nezu said with a ponder. "If what you're saying is true about Elliot, then I'm afraid we have to arrest him."
"No, he's with Recovery Girl, but she's keeping an eye of him if he tries anything funny." Dick told him. "Jason is watching them while waiting."
"And how does he do that?" Naomasa inquires curiously. "The security at U.A. is tight."
"If you're Batman, that is." Dick said with a smirk, crossed his arms. "Both Ethan and Lita were able to get through the securities and hack into your systems no problem with the stealth suit."
Naomasa was shocked of Dick's explanation, but impressed of Ethan and Lita's tactics.
"But anyway, he should be fully recovered by now." Dick said, changing the subject. "After this, Jason will be taking Lita to Tartarus to have a little chat with Isley."
"You mean Poison Ivy? Why?" Nemuri questions curiously.
"Because she knows about Thomas Elliot a while back in Gotham City, along with Bane, the Joker, and Clayface. They've been making a deal with Hush, but failed to realize that he was using the name of the Riddler." Dick explains. "Hush was beaten by Bruce and Selina, but somehow survived from getting burned into a crisp while stayed hidden for decades and secretly getting into the League of Assassins base, using the Lazarus Pit to not only heal his wounds, but making him young."
The U.A. Faculty members were shocked.
"And he's after Ethan, why?" Toshinori inquires.
"Isn't it obvious, revenge and he wanted the fortune." Dick answered simply. "He's right now figuring out his next move in order to get Ethan. Hush may have the strength and mind to beat him, but the Lazarus Pit won't last for long."
"What do you mean by that?" Vlad King questions.
"True the Lazarus Pit can bring someone back from the dead, heal your wounds, and rejuvenate the sick, which it won't wear me and Jason off since we're basically deadman walking." Dick explains. "You guys already get the ideas of Ra's Al Ghul used it longer, despite being in centuries old and granted him immortality."
The U.A. Faculty members replied since they know about the effects of the Lazarus Pit, which Emily, James, and Ethan gave them the vital information about it and the weakness.
"Anyway, it can also make anyone insane because of the side effects of the Lazarus Pit, but it also wear off of the effects for a brief period. Thomas Elliot survived and still lived, but the effects won't last for long because he'll lose not only strength, but also his mind." Dick continued. "Which is why I send Jason Todd to keep an eye on him, but only if Hush tries anything. But when that time comes, I'm afraid Hush needs to be put down...permanently."
They're stunned of his statement and he wanted Thomas Elliot dead when Dick raised his hand.
"Before you ask, hear me out." Dick suggested. "The reason why is because he's been using it twice, and his mind will slowly deteriorate. And if that happens, he'll lose his mind and gone mad. That's why he needed to be out of his misery by ending his life."
"I see." Nezu said, understands what Dick is telling them. "But I don't think that's how a hero behaves."
"No, but it'll be the other way around and I hate to tell you guys, Bruce's code is flawed along with being a Pro Hero." Dick states, crossed his arms with a serious look on his face. "One thing I've learned from Ethan is, some of the criminals don't want to be rehabilitated."
"So, are you telling us we should go down to their level that we should kill those criminals?!" Hound Dog snarled.
"No, that would be breaking the laws of being a Pro Hero and breaking Bruce's code." Dick shook his head. "I thought about it too, but Ethan made a suggestion."
The U.A. Faculty members and Naomasa then listens carefully to what Grayson is about to tell them.
"We give the criminals 3 strikes." Dick suggested, showing 3 fingers. "If they break out of prison the 3rd time, we send either Jason or Tamao after them to take them down permanently."
"I see, so basically, we give them a chance to stay in jail while warn them of '3 strikes', but if they break out the 3rd time, we send Red Hood and Delta to do their thing." Aizawa said with an understanding. "Sounds like those two are the other way around, but there's gotta be a catch."
"There is. We need someone who's willing to make a hard choice." Dick replied. "Jason and Tamao doesn't play by the rules, they could be the other way around. And they show the example of making hard choices. Which it's something a hero, or in this case, a Pro Hero actually need a hard lesson. They just failed to be ready to make the hard choices."
"Hmm...when you put it that way." Toshinori said with a ponder. "The Boondock Saints and the Sons of Batman Motorcycle Club don't play by the rules either, and they're willing to make a hard choice. Still, these guys are bounty hunters and heroes at the same time, which they could also be the other way around."
"They've been making easy when it comes to villains, but killing them is another thing." Nemuri points out.
"It won't easy for us, but it's a harsh reality that we have to face." Nezu states. "The Pro Heroes have already losing their reputations by the bystanders, but mostly Endeavor's. Dabi confronts him and reveals his true identity. Despite all that, Endeavor has lost the trust of the civilians and it cost him to face the truth and reality the hard way."
"There's no doubt about it." Snipe agrees. "Even words have spread all over the media. It got me wondering if we are going to suffer the same way as Endeavor was, not to mention that the people are going on strike against the Flame Hero and HSPC."
"And now this, Hush is on the move, plotting on killing Ethan." Vlad King adds with a ponder. "As if it's not bad enough."
"But what I don't understand is why is he helping Ethan, even he's Bruce's adopted son?" Hound Dog questions with a ponder.
"He has some plans for Ethan, like he did to Bruce." Dick told him.
While Dick Grayson and the U.A. Faculty members are having discussions, Ethan is resting at the infirmary where Recovery Girl and Jason Todd were looking the X-ray of the Dark Knight's brain after Thomas Elliot left because they learned of his criminal identity and his goal which they didn't tell him, but ask of him to leave after finishing the brain surgery. Ethan woke up from his surgery, turns to both Jason and Recovery Girl.
"Hmm, the surgery couldn't have gone better." Recovery Girl states with a ponder. "It's a miracle that you're able to survive from that fall. Not to mention those stitches on your body, it's no wonder Bruce trained you to take care of yourself."
"But not the head injury." Ethan remarked. "How long have I been out?"
"The entire night." Jason answered. "You're lucky we got help."
"But with those injuries, I can fix the head with a little help from Thomas and my Quirk can do the rest." Recovery Girl adds. "But you need to take only few weeks off from hero work."
"I see." Ethan said when Jason showed him the newspaper.
"Thomas got the attention for the publicity, and you're not the first notorious patient he had." Jason told him. "But, we learned more about Thomas Elliot. Want long version or short version?"
Ethan can only raise his eyebrow in response, giving him an 'are you serious?' look on his face. Jason shrugs his shoulders, pulls out a criminal file and extends to Ethan as he grabs it.
"Thomas Elliot goes by as 'Hush', besides his well-known medical knowledge and his PhD license as a brain surgeon, and he's use to be a close friend to Bruce as kids." Jason explains. "But that change when Bruce's parents were murdered and the entire fortune goes to him instead of Thomas. His mentality fuels to seek revenge and planning to destroy Bruce all together, turning into 'Hush'."
Recovery Girl was stunned of Jason's explanation of Thomas' background and how he became Hush.
"And according to the files, Thomas use to have wealth and privilege, but his father and his mother were abusive to him." Jason continues. "He set up a scheme to obtain his own fortune."
"By severed the brake lines on his parent's car. His father was killed in an instant while his mother survived and had the emergency surgery." Ethan points out. "But she died of cancer."
"And it seems that Thomas got what he wanted, but didn't go as planned when the fortune goes to Bruce instead." Recovery Girl adds, earned a nod from Jason.
"That and he became 'Hush', but he didn't do it alone for plotting against Bruce." Jason said, pulls out a sheet of list. "Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Joker, Riddler, and Clayface helped him while using someone else's identity as Riddler."
Ethan and Recovery Girl then pondered for a bit, which Poison Ivy is still in Tartarus along with Riddler, but apparently both Scarecrow and Clayface are probably either hiding somewhere or dead. However, the Joker is already dead after Bruce killed him decades ago.
"We need to find out more about Thomas, Isley should know." Ethan suggested, but Jason Todd stops him.
"Sorry, kid, you just got brain surgery along with your body all healed up, you're staying at the manor." Jason told him. "I'll take Lita with me to Tartarus and get some information from Poison Ivy."
"He's right, you need to take it easy." Recovery Girl adds, turns to Ethan. "Remember, you're not Bruce Wayne, and we're not letting you destroy yourself like he did during his days as Batman."
Ethan couldn't help but growled because he knew that they're right.
"Since I won't do any actions, the least I can do is try and gather information." Ethan told them.
"I was afraid you say that, you're just as stubborn as Knuckleduster." Recovery Girl said with a sigh. "But please try to avoid getting hit in the head."
"And I've got a suit for him to take care of it, so he won't be the 'World's Greatest Vegetable'." Jason said with it got him and Recovery Girl chuckled.
"Very funny." Ethan said sarcastically with a glare.
At the prison called Tartarus, both Red Hood and Catwoman arrived inside of the prison when they entered inside of the interrogation room.
"How's Ethan?" Catwoman inquires.
"He'll live, but he should've stayed inside of the manor to take a couple of weeks off as Batman." Red Hood told her. "Guess it's not happening."
"Just like Iwao and Bruce, stubborn." Catwoman said in annoyance. "But at least he'll avoid the actions."
"But he'll still gather information while wearing a suit that has paddings on the cowl." Red Hood points out. "Good thing Bruce kept it the whole time while making some upgrades."
Catwoman nods, relief that Ethan has some head protection, but hearing the doors opened when the police escorted Pamela Isley inside of the interrogation room.
"You've got an hour."
Both Red Hood and Catwoman nods as the police left the interrogation room, leaving them and Poison Ivy alone.
"I heard you've wanted to talk to me." Poison Ivy said with a smirk, then turns to Red Hood. "Red Hood? Didn't think I see you back from the dead."
"Watch it, bitch!" Red Hood snapped. "You're lucky I didn't shoot you in the head since you stayed in prison!"
"For how long? Only time will tell." Poison Ivy mocks, causing Red Hood to growl.
"Easy there, Red Hood, she's trying to rile you up." Catwoman assures him, then turns to Poison Ivy with a glare. "Cut the crap, Isley! We know you've been working with Hush decades ago!"
"Use to, Catwoman. Or should I say, Lita Kyle." Poison Ivy corrects her. "And I didn't think that Selina Kyle would take someone such as you under her wing. Taking up her mantle and carrying out her legacy is quite cute."
Red Hood have heard enough as he slams the table with anger.
"Cut the crap and tell us about Hush!?" Red Hood yelled. "We want to know how you first met him and how he cut you a deal!?"
"Oh? Is that all?" Poison Ivy mocking questions. "You know, you should've said, 'Please'."
Red Hood was about to pull out his pistol when Catwoman raised her arm, stopping him.
"Or maybe I should tell you that Hush stole Riddler's name as use it for making a deal with you?" Catwoman questions, making Poison Ivy shocked. "Seems we got your attention. Tell us how you met Hush, and what deal did he make?"
Poison Ivy then realizing that Hush is using someone else's name to make a deal with the number of criminals.
"And it's not just you he made a deal with, he made a deal with the Joker, Clayface, Scarecrow, and Riddler." Red Hood told her. "We would start with Riddler, but he'll just stall. Joker is dead. And both Scarecrow and Clayface are probably either dead or alive. So, you're the best option. Now, tell us how you met Hush and what deal did he make?"
Poison Ivy then began to realize that both Catwoman and Red Hood wanted Hush, decided to cooperate as she spoke.
"After Selina took up her end of the bargain by delivering the bag of money at Gotham Greenhouse and having her to leave, Hush arrived after making me use her." Poison Ivy explains with a glare. "He made a deal with not only half of the money from Bane's ransom, but the exchange for the synthetic Kryptonite lipstick, for me to weaken Superman and have him under my control to kill Batman. Now, I realize that...Hush wanted Batman in order to kill him."
"His plans have failed in the end after Bruce figured it out and lured himself into a trap." Red Hood states. "Hush survived from that burning pits back at the metal works at Gotham City. And to tell you this, he's using the Lazarus Pit to make himself younger while healing his injuries."
"I see, well that's disappointing." Poison Ivy said with a glare. "Well in that case, if you ever see him, do one favor for me."
Red Hood was about to kill her, but Catwoman stops him again.
"Name it." Catwoman said, leaving Red Hood shocked.
"Send him to Hell for me." Poison Ivy told them. "After what I've learned of him stolen someone's identity and lied to me, well, I would've killed him personally. But as it turns out, you're gonna do it for me."
Red Hood and Catwoman glanced at each other for a few seconds, then turns back to Poison Ivy as they nodded with an understanding.
While at the city, Red X is currently patrolling to keep an eye on the criminals, but his mind is mostly on the sniper named Hush. Red X was worried about his brother's well-being, hoping to get the news while waiting for the assassin to arrive.
"I was wondering when you get here." Red X said when Batman revealed himself from the shadows. "Shouldn't you be recovering after that bad fall from last night?"
"I'm only staying out of action for a while." Batman points out. "I have some information about the intruder."
"Which is?" Red X inquires, turns to him with interest.
"He goes by the name of Thomas Elliot, familiar about him?" Batman asks, earned a nod from him. "Good, 'cause I don't want to get into details. His criminal name is 'Hush', an archnemesis of the first Batman in Gotham City. He shot the cable of my Batclaw, and he has some plans for me."
"And why is that?" Red X asks.
"That's something I want to know myself." Batman explains. "And as far as I know, he might be making deals with the other criminals."
"I see." Red X said.
"Which brings me to my question, are you going to inform the League of Assassins?" Batman questions.
"Depends..." Red X answered. "But if what you're saying about him is true, then his healing factor coming from the Lazarus Pit won't last for long. Using that is a one-time thing."
Batman was already aware of how the effects of the Lazarus Pit works. Until, they heard a loud explosion that was coming from the street which happens to be a Nomu roaring at the civilians, causing them to panic.
"I guess we'll discuss about it later." Red X suggested. "You're just recovering, I don't want you to get hurt or do anything reckless."
"This isn't the first time, it won't be the last either." Batman remarked as he fires his Batclaw while Red X fires his X-Grappling Hook.
The muscular Nomu was causing chaos in the streets, with people running for their lives and Death Arms was trying to fight against it while Kyouka was evacuating the civilians. Until, the batarangs and the shurikens at the back of the Nomu, explodes and making it stumble when both Batman and Red X arrived which it got Death Arms attention.
"Batman! Red X!" Death Arms called them when Red X drew out his katana. "Could use some help here!"
With that, both Batman and Red X rush towards the Nomu when the Dark Knight fires his Batclaw at the building, launching himself and then wraps the cable around its neck, strangling it. Death Arms then charged after the Nomu as he starts punching it in the chest, which it didn't effect it when Red X leaps in midair, slicing it's head off. Batman then pulls out a bomb and planted it inside of Nomus head, then leaps off in midair. The Nomu starts regenerating its head, but the bomb than explodes, leaving it dead.
Death Arms then walk towards the two.
"Is that really necessary?" Death Arms asks.
"Yes." Batman and Red X answered simply.
"The only way to stop that Nomu is your destroy its head. It'll stop it permanently." Red X told him. "But we've got bigger problems."
"Like what?" Death Arms inquires, crossed his arms.
"A criminal named Hush is here in Japan." Batman explains. "He was an old enemy of Bruce Wayne back in Gotham City."
"And to let you know, he uses the Lazarus Pit to heal his wounds and make himself young. Now, he's back in action and came here to finish what he started." Red X adds, leaving Death Arms shocked.
"I see." Death Arms said, after he regained his composure. "If we find him, we'll take care of it."
"That won't work, it's me he wants." Batman told him. "He knows that I'm still alive after the fall last night. Also, we'll be dealing with him."
Death Arms was about to argue, but Red X beat him to it.
"Just stay out of our business." Red X suggested. "And we might stay out of yours."
And with that, both Batman and Red X then left the scene while the police arrived.
At the abandoned building, Delta, Batgirl, and Red Robin were conducting an investigation. They're able to gather information from Naomasa since Hush was inside of the building, using a sniper rifle to snap Batman's cable and making him fall down to the ground in 19 stories high. Batgirl and Red Robin uses their gadgets, using a forensic spray to spray the area. They then use their goggles, noticing the prints on the floor and managed to find something that contains the element that was used in paint.
"Hush made a mistake." Red Robin states.
"What did he do?" Delta questions. "That's not part of his MO."
"He doesn't know he made it, yet." Red Robin points out. "He used some kind of a compound known as 'Lead' that was used in paints, for a short period years ago."
"Iwao is right now isolating the possible locations of Hush's hideout, but there were too many to check." Batgirl adds, gathering the particles of lead. "Hush may have a PhD license for being a brain surgeon and made of a helluva shot, but he's getting sloppy. If he makes another mistake like this, he's ours."
Until, they heard loud sound of a wall broken through, turned their attention when they saw a Nomu.
"If it isn't one thing, it's another." Delta growled in annoyance, bringing out her Saiga 12 and then fired at the Nomu while both Batgirl and Red Robin threw their batarangs at it, making it explodes.
The Nomu charged after them, causing Delta, Batgirl, and Red Robin to jump out of the way. Delta then brings out the Milkor MGL Mk 1L, fired a grenade at the Nomu in the back, Batgirl and Red Robin fired their Batclaws at the Nomu as they then wrapped around its neck while try to hold it down. Delta then fired the grenade in the head, killing the Nomu in the process.
"Well, that was something." Delta states. "I'm guessing the League of Villains doesn't want us to look for Hush."
"It's either that, or Hush made a deal with the League of Villains?" Batgirl guessed. "And with the particles we gathered, we should be able to find his current location."
Delta and Red Robin nods with an agreement as they left the building.
Soon as both Batman and Red X were out of the scene and far distance, one of the assassins arrived.
"I assume you have the information about the intruder?" The assassin inquires.
"We have, he goes by the name of Thomas Elliot, known as Hush." Batman answered in a brooding glare. "He uses it once to get revenge on Bruce Wayne, but now, he uses it again to get to me."
"I see." The assassin replied, then turns to Red X. "Red X, Talia Al Ghul has given you permission to work with Batman and kill Hush for trespassing our home and use the Lazarus Pit for his own selfish gain."
Red X gave him a nod as the assassin left the scene. Red X then turns to Batman as he spoke.
"Seems we'll be working together." Red X states.
"For now, we still need to find his hideout and hunt him down." Batman told him. "We should head back to the Batcave."
Red X nods as he and Batman head to their vehicles to get to the Batcave.
