Wild, Wild Pussycats
Beneath the flashy superhero society lurks a dark underworld. Every time the Bat Family and the future heroes drove them back, they've retreated to the safety of shadows, regaining their strength. Waiting for the right time to strike and tonight is no different.
Night fell on the city, and Tomura Shigaraki is stacking the deck of cards and Kurogiri is wiping the table with the cloth.
"The master is good. I've tried so hard to find out where those idiots were going and he figured me in an instant." Tomura said with a sneer. "Guess he really showed me up."
"It was worth having a team on standby then, wasn't it, Tomura Shigaraki?" Kurogiri asks as the deck of cards collapsed.
"I guess." Tomura replied in reluctance.
Then, they heard the bell rang as they turned when they noticed the door cracked open and the smoke puffed out.
"I heard back from the Union today, you're gonna expect delivery tomorrow." A voice of a man named Giran informed him as he revealed himself. "It was thrown together quickly, so it might not look like much, but quality is guaranteed."
Kagero Okuta, known as Giran, is a middle-aged man of moderate height and slight build, with eyebrows that appear to be drawn up most of the time and notably squinted-looking pink eyes. He has short gray hair worn parted to his right with side bangs hanging above his eyes, along with a small mustache and a goatee on his chin, and one of his front teeth seems to be missing, leaving a gap in his grin. He wears a pair of dress pants and a matching blazer, along with plain black shoes and a shirt which he leaves partially unbuttoned at the top. He has a thick, golden tube-like necklace around his neck that appears to be made up of multiple segments.
"I must apologize for making such an unreasonable request." Kurogiri apologizes.
"Tell me, Shigaraki, do you know why the Union accepted this outlandish order of yours?" Giran questions with a cigarette on his mouth. "'Cause everyone's got high expectations of you. If the League of Villains steps into the light, then the scum hiding the sidelines will follow suit. And if that happens, it means brokers like me will be rolling in hungry new customers. Crime pays!"
"Oh yes, you're gonna be so busy you be able to keep up." Tomura told him with an agreement.
"I'm looking forward to that." Giran said with a chuckle. "Anyway, thanks."
And soon as Giran left the bar, Shigaraki spoke since his plans will soon begin.
"The board is set with my pawns in their pret." Tomura muttered with a sinister smirk. "Finally, time for the real game to begin."
The next day, the Bat Family and the Oguro Family were making preparations for the Summer Camp since they've got a lot of work cut out because the students between Class 1-A and Class 1-B failed the exam. They've also got their gears and their weapons in the vehicles in case if they run into villains. But just as they're about to leave the mansion, they heard a knock on the door as Ethan opens it, revealing to be Commissioner Gordon and Red X.
"May we come inside?" Barbara asks with a serious look on her face.
Ethan can tell it's important because something is wrong as he let Barbara and Red X inside. The rest of the Bat Family and the Oguro Family were being called and they're right now in the room since Barbara and Red X had something important to tell them.
"I've heard you'll be training a bunch of newbies at Summer Camp." Barbara said.
"We were also getting some equipment, in case if we run into some criminals." Emily told her.
"I'm afraid you're about to, because I've been searching through the police files and I only found those criminals identified." Barbara told them, showing the files to the team. "You're already familiar with Goto Imasuji, known as Muscular."
Goto Imasuji is a large bulky, and highly muscular man set wide with short, spiky, sandy blond hair and tiny black eyes. He has a large scar across his left side of his face, his left eye replaced with a prosthetic one and another, smaller scar on the right side of his forehead. He wore a red tank top, a dark jacket that hangs around his waist, dark green pants, and black knee-high boots.
"We remember him, he was after the Water Hose team years ago." James said with a scowl. "We fended him off, and have him arrested, but left his eye missing."
"He somehow breaks out of prison and joins with the League of Villains." Barbara points out. "Now, the other is Moonfish, a criminal who committed such crimes that he was placed on a death row. He escaped to avoid death penalty."
The file shows a photo of Moonfish, who's a tall man. He has fair skin and black eyes. He's later shown to have a large cut on his left ear and a shaven head. He wears a black straitjacket that only leaves his mouth exposed. The suit is held together by black restraints decorated with red spikes. These same restraints connect to metal clamps that covers his head and keep his lips open. Other straps cross his torso, waist, and top of his boots.
"Sounds like a guy I can kill and do them a favor." Jason states.
"Jason, true that Moonfish escaped one time, but he only two more strikes." Dick told him sternly. "If he breaks a third time, he's all yours."
Jason didn't like it, but nods in reluctance.
"Moving on, the third one is Mustard." Barbara said.
The file shows a photo of Mustard who's a skinny, young man with short, wavy, light brown hair, tan skin, and brown eyes. He wears a black gakuran school uniform along with teal gloves and white shoes. He sports a green gas mask that completely covers his face, attached to two oxygen tanks on his back.
"Sounds like a mustard that can use on either hotdogs or burgers." Tamao said which her father chuckled.
"Not that kind of Mustard, 'Mustard Gas', as in a chemical weapon that was used during WW1." Red X told her. "Though, it's a fitting name considering his Quirk that can produce poisonous gas."
The Bat Family agreed to Red X's statement since the name of 'Mustard Gas' has a history during the time of World War 1.
"Moving on." Barbara said, then shows some more files. "The fourth is Shuichi Iguchi, known as Spinner. Apparently, he's the victim of discrimination because of his lizard-like appearance. He lived among the people who thought of him as a freak."
Shuichi Iguchi is a young man with a reptile-like appearance with bright green scales for skin and face shaped like that of a lizard. His hair is relatively long and swept backward and is a desaturated pinkish purple in color. He wears an attire similar to Stain: sleeveless shirt and dark baggy pants, along with black shoes and pale metallic knee guards. He wears a mask for a long, tattered strip of cloth, a red scarf and bandages wrapped around both his arms, partially covered in black wristbands and plain black boots. He wears goggles on his forehead, and also carried an enormous sword on his back that made out of many smaller blades bound together.
"I remember him when we were kids, he even trained with us in martial arts." Emily said surprisingly. "But why is he with the League of Villains?"
"I asked him the same thing, but he learned something from Stain." Barbara told her. "Same for those who wanted to join with the group of criminals."
"But that's his choice for joining with them." Red X adds. "And we need to consider him as an enemy."
The Gordon sibling and Ethan didn't like the idea of considering Spinner as an enemy, but Dick, Jason, Eri and the Oguro Family can tell they've known him ever since childhood and even considered him as a friend. But after recently learned of Shuichi's whereabouts, they have no other options but to accept that he made a choice.
"The fifth is Atsuhiro Sako, known as Mr. Compress." Barbara continued. "He's the great-great-grandson of Oji Harima, a criminal who steals from false heroes and preaching about reforming while given back to the people. He's a full-time criminal and an entertainer."
Atsuhiro Sako is a tall slim man with pale skin and brown eyes that are semicircular and slightly slanted inwards, and he has a notably pointed nose. He wears a combination of a mask, a balaclava, and a hat. Underneath his mask reveals that he has short black eyebrows and a head of curly brown hair, similar in shades to his eyes. He wears a dark orange shirt with the collar left upturned, a green striped bolo necktie with an oval-shaped azure brooch hanging around his neck, a black waistcoat, and black dress pants. He wears knee-high white boots with wedged heels and black toe-caps, plain dark red gloves, a tall brown top hat, a red ribbon tied around it, and a pale feather sticking out on the left. Over his head, he wears a black balaclava with a hole for his mouth as well as his eyes, over which he wears one of the multiple white masks he owns, each with different black geometric designs. He also wears a dark yellow, double-breasted overcoat with button shoulder tabs and high collar, which reaches below his knees, and he additionally carries a silver walking stick with gold handle.
"Then, we have Kenji Hikiishi, known as Magne." Barbara continued. "She committed nine armed robberies, three murders, and twenty-nine attempted murders."
Kenji Hikiishi was a woman with quite wide, muscular build. Her shoulder-length hair was smooth, and reddish magneta color, her rather square jaw was also thinly covered in facial hair. Her lips were notably big, but slightly more pink-tinted in color. She wore a triangular white-framed sunglasses, obscuring her eyes. Along with these, she also wore a dark orange shirt, which was unbuttoned revealing the white v-neck she had on underneath, blue jeans with a belt, and plain dark brown espardilles on her feet.
"Transgender, no surprise here." Jason said with a scoff, crossed his arms.
"Don't let her appearance fool you, her Quirk if called Magnetism. Instead of metal, she magnetizes people around them. Once magnetized, the target will either attract or repel, depending on whether they're on the same sex or not." Red X explains.
"Gotcha." Jason nods in reply.
"But there are two more that most of you are familiar with." Barbara told them as she showed two more files. "The first is Jonathan Crane, known as the Scarecrow. And Gene Morrison, known as Prometheus."
It got the Bat Family shocked in disbelief that Jonathan Crane somehow survived from the fight against the Justice Leage and hid for god knows how long. And now, Jonathan Crane has returned to finish his work by spreading Japan with Fear Toxin. Gene Morrison however is the son of Adrian Chase, AKA Simon Morrison, known as the first villain known as Prometheus. Like his father, he's a district attorney of Star City and an enemy of Oliver Queen Jr., who's the son of the first Green Arrow. After learning of his father's death, Gene was trained by the late Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Assassins and has natural talent of marksmanship, martial arts, and assassination. After he grew older, Gene took up his fathers mantle and swore revenge on Green Arrow.
"No way! Jonathan is back?! How?!" James exclaims.
"That's what I thought also, but knowing him, he had something planning." Barbara told him.
"But we thought Scarecrow is dead from the fight against the League." Emily states. "But it seems that wasn't the case."
"And with Jonathan around, it'll be worse for the Pro Heroes and we need to find out where he'll be striking." Ethan said with a scowl on his face. "And I think I know where."
At U.A. High, the students from Class 1-A and Class 1-B are getting ready for Summer Camp, but it'll be way intense with the Bat Family, Catwoman, and the Oguro Family around. They're currently standing at the main lobby, where the two buses were parked outside. Aizawa and Vlad King approaches to their students.
"Now that you've finished up your first semester at U.A. High, it's time for summer vacation to officially begin." Aizawa informed them. "However, don't think these will be months of rest for your heroes-in-the-making. At this camp, not only you'll be retaking the exams or push you to go beyond your limit, but you'll be learning on how to fight without relying on your Quirk, come up with new tactics, and learn to think rationally."
"That way, all of you will become better in using your Quirks and you'll be able to gain new experience of combat." Vlad King adds, crossed his arms. "Remember, you're aiming to become 'Plus Ultra'!"
"Yes sir!" The students replied.
After finishing their speech, Aizawa and Vlad King let their students talk to themselves before it was ready to got on board of the bus. Izuku noticed that Ochaco was hardly able to contain her excitement for the trip.
"I'm so syked!" Ochaco exclaimed, unable to hold it in as she turns around and got very close to Izuku's face. "I've been looking forward to this camp all semester, Deku!"
"Oh! Yeah! It's definitely close, huh?" Izuku replied when his face heated up, waving his hands. 'So close...'
"Hey, what's the matter?" Ochaco asks curiously.
"I'm just a little hot!" Izuku told her with embarrassment.
It got Ochaco confused, wondering what he means when something clicked on her mind. She remembered of Yuga asked that she liked him, causing her to blush as she backed away.
"Let's hear it for camp!" Ochaco said as she started clapping her hands and chanting. "CAMP! CAMP! CAMP!"
She was soon joined by Denki and Mina.
'Wow! Uraraka and the others are sure excited.' Izuku mentally thought with a smile that she and the other students are excited to go on the trip to summer camp, but that went away when a familiar and way annoying voice spoke up.
"I heard Class A is taking extra courses! Does that mean they actually failed the final exams?! That must be so-"
Monoma didn't finish his sentence when Eri kicks him right in the jewels, causing him to wail in pain while collapsing down to his knees in tears.
"Got you right in the balls." Eri said in annoyance but smiled with a laugh. "One point for me!"
The Gordon siblings, Lita, the Oguro family, Eijiro, Rikdao, Tetsutetsu, and Togaru couldn't help but snicker at the scene, thought it was funny that Eri delivered a nutshot to Monoma which he deserves for being an egotistical loud-mouth.
"Is that how you trained her, Ethan?" Vlad King asks with a sweat drop.
"Sorry about that." Ethan apologizes, sweat drops.
"It's fine, at least she saves me the trouble." Itsuka told him, grabbing Monoma and drags him on the bus when she noticed her boyfriend. "Hey, James."
"Hey yourself, Itsuka." James greets back.
"Monoma sure is scary." Reiko states.
"Nah, he's just all talk and no action." Jason said with a shrug. "And he doesn't even have to balls to back it up."
"That, and last time I check, it was Monoma who should be doing some extra courses since he failed in every subject." Vlad King told him, annoyed of Monoma's antics.
"Still, I'll admit it's hilarious that Monoma just got nutshot by Eri." Yosetsu said with a smirk, then turns to Ethan and the team. "Anyway, it's good to see you guys."
"Same, but too bad we won't go easy on any you on summer camp." Dick told him with a smirk of his own. "Remember, you guys will be in for hellish training during your time."
Class 1-A and Class 1-B remembered, but some of the students are up to the challenge since the vigilante group will be there for training them.
"Time to get on the bus!" Itsuka announces to her class, dragging Monoma up the steps of the bus.
"Okay!" Class 1-B replied.
As he watched, Mineta was given the perfect view of the girl's skirts flapping as they ran to the door.
"The girls of Class A and B?" Mineta said with a perverted grin, leered at the girls as he hungrily sucked on his arm which is soaked with drool. "It's like a buffet of bombshells."
Jason then shot right at the ground next to Mineta's feet, causing him to yelp in panic and steps back as he looks at the anti-hero with his face pale.
"Sorry, my hand slipped." Jason said in a deadpan look, causing Aizawa and Vlad King to snicker.
"Attention, Class A, our bus is here!" Tenya announced, waving his arms robotically around, as if it's normal for him. "Everyone, line up in seating order!"
The students all went into the bus and took their seats. The Bat Family, Lita, and the Oguro Family drove their own vehicles as they followed the buses. Aizawa is sitting in the front, looking over the pages of a report he was given. It's a list of everyone's Quirks, along with the notes of how to improve them, getting them to learn combat and strategies, and retaking the exams.
"Here's the deal. We'll be on this bus for about an hour before our first stop. Make sure you stay focused." Aizawa told his students as he turned to look at them.
However, the bus was bustling with the rambunctious kids playing and talking to one another loudly. Mindlessly chattering about how excited they were and how they would have so much fun. All while not paying attention to their teacher at all. Tenya was standing up, yelling at Yuga for yelling and how it's dangerous. Aizawa stared at his students with a deadpan expression and simply sighed.
"Why do I bother?" Aizawa said. "Well, I guess this is the only time they'll have to fool around."
After about an hour, the two buses came to a stop and Izuku climbed out of the bus with everyone else. As he walked out into the sun, he stretched his arms over his head and groaned.
"Finally, I needed off the bus!" Denki said with a sigh.
"Let me get through! I've gotta pee!" Mineta yelled, pushing past a broccoli boy and starts running around to a find a bathroom.
However, to his horror, and the students confusion, they weren't at the gas station. Instead, the vehicles had stopped at a random cliff overlooking a large and dense forest. The only thing with them and the vehicles was another car that's parked there. As Mineta ran around the cliff looking for a bathroom, Izuku joined the other students and looked around the area.
"Huh, this isn't much of a rest area." Eijiro states.
"No, and where are we?" Jiro questions.
"You don't really think we stopped her just so you can stretch your legs, do you?" Aizawa asks to the students.
The students turned to him, Vlad King, Lita, the Bat Family, and the Oguro Family with confusion as Mineta ran up to him, his hands grab his crotch.
"Please, sir, the toilet." Mineta begged.
All of a sudden, the doors of the car opened, and a woman's voice from the inside spoke.
"Heya, Eraser! Vlad King!"
"Long time, no see." Aizawa and Vlad King said, bowed.
At that moment, three figures stepped out of the car and stood before the class.
Two of them were young women wore identical outfits that consisted of a sleeveless, collared top decorated with three straps and a bell, a large ruffled skirt, a tail, an orange belt with pockets, a silver buckle resembling a cat paw with blue pads, large white cat gloves with retractable claws, boots with vertical stripes lined with white fur and communication devices designed to resemble cat ears.
"Your feline fantasies are here! Say, meow!" A woman named Shino Sosaki, AKA Mandalay shouted as she did a pose.
Shino Sosaki is a young woman with brown eyes and red hair styled into three bangs going across her face. She wears a red version of the Pussycats costume, she wears a red markings beneath her eyes, which resemble cat whiskers.
"Purrfectly cute and catlike girls!" A second woman named Ryuko Tsuchikawa, AKA Pixie Bob adds as she also pose.
Ryuko Tsuchikawa is a woman with blue eyes and long blonde hair that's mostly combed back save for her bangs. She wears a light blue version of the Pussycats costume. She draws two blue dots on her cheeks whenever she wears it. Her costume also includes a tinted visor.
"You can call us...WILD, WILD PUSSYCATS!" The two women yelled as they posed together as they said final line.
'Definitely cheesy...' Dick, Jason, Ethan, the Gordon siblings, and Lita mentally thought with a sweat drop.
Class 1-A and Class 1-B looked at the women in confusion.
"These are the Pro Heroes you'll be working with at the summer training camp." Vlad King explains. "And in the addition, they'll be helping the Pussycats for combat and learning tactics."
"There are 4-person hero team who specializes in mountain rescues!" Izuku exclaims, gone fanboy while turned to his classmates. "The Pussycats we're founded when we were kids like forever ago! This marks their 12th year working as a-"
Before he could continue, Izuku was grabbed in the face by the clawed paw of Pixie Bob, who's not too happy about the decade part of his explanation.
"I think your math must be off!" Pixie Bob shouts, gripping his head. "I'm 18 at heart!"
"Understood!" Izuku exclaims in a muffled tone.
'That's so sad.' Eijiro and Denki mentally thought with a cringe as Pixie Bob's immediate defense reaction to her age.
Then, Pixie Bob noticed the Bat Family, the Oguro Family, and Lita, mostly the males.
"Oooh...what do we have here~?" Pixie Bob said in a seductive tone. "We were told you'll be coming to help out, but they never said anything about someone as handsome as these boys~!"
They however barely fazed of her seductive tone, and Lita stands in front of her boyfriend with angry look.
"Hey, back away from my man!" Lita growled. "Ethan is off the market!"
"Yeah, and same goes for James! He's mine!" Itsuka adds in annoyance.
But that's not going to stop her as she licked her lips.
"Too bad, because...I called dibs on one of these men~! I'll choose one as my mate~!" Pixie Bob shouts as she suddenly leap towards them, but earned a knockout gas as she crashes down to the ground.
Aizawa and Vlad King along with the students couldn't help but sweat dropped. Though, it was Eri who throws the knockout pellet at Pixie bob, which she whistled innocently.
"Anyway, students, say hello." Aizawa told them while changing the subject.
"Hello, nice to meet you." The students greets politely.
Pixie Bob then groans as she stands up while rubbing her head, wondering what happened. A boy named Kota however, couldn't help but feeling amused when Pixie Bob is knocked out.
Kota is a small boy with short spiky black hair who stands at a height comparable to Mineta. His style of clothing consists of a short-sleeved collared shirt with buttons and dark shorts. He also wears a red hat with two golden spike-shaped horns on the front and black boots.
Kota then turns which it got something caught in his eyes who happens to be Eri, who's responsible for throwing the knockout gas at Pixie Bob. He quickly glanced away with a blush on his face. Seeing that Ethan was looking at him, he noticed that look on his face which it didn't take long to figure it out. He decided to turn back to the Pussycats while try to find out what was on the agenda for the students.
"We own this whole stretch of land out here, everything you see here." Mandalay informed the students as she walked to the edge of the cliff. She then turned to the students and pointed toward an area far off in distance that's hidden by a forest. "The summer camp you're staying at is there at the base of the mountain."
'That's far!?' The students mentally exclaims.
"Okay, but if it's there, then why are we...Oh no!" Hiryu said with horrified look on his face.
"What? What's wrong?" Ochaco asks curiously.
"I think I know why we stopped here." Tsuyu said, tapping her chin with her finger.
It got the rest of the students realize what that means.
"That can't be right." Rikado said nervously.
"Um, back on the bus...quick." Hanta suggested, chuckled nervously as he started to back away. "Let's go."
"Good idea...Load up." Denki agrees as Mina and Koda turns, whom nodded.
However, as they attempted to leave, Mandalay snickered mischievously in amusement as her tail wagged slowly.
"The current time is 9:30 in the morning." Mandalay told them with a smirk. "If you're fast about it, you'll might make it there by noon."
With that, everyone's worst fears were realized. They're going to be thrown into the forest and made to fend for themselves.
"No way! Guys!" Eijiro exclaims with horror.
"Holy crap!" Mina adds.
"Save yourselves!" Tetsutetsu, Shihai, and Sen yelled.
Class 1-A and Class 1-B turned as they tried to run for the bus, but it's already too late. They were already in for a trap, and there's no way out. Shoto and Itsuka however, ran towards the cliff as they leap down to the lower ground to the forest since they figured it out.
"Kitties who don't make it there by 12:30 won't get any lunch!" Mandalay called them.
"You should've guessed, students." Aizawa warned them as they ran past him, Vlad King, the Bat Family, the Oguro Family, and Lita. "The Training Camp..."
Pixie Bob landed in front of the bus, blocking the path of the students from their salvation. The students gasped and freaked out as she grinned at them with her claws shined in the sunlight.
"...has already begun."
Pixie Bob places her hands on the ground. The ground under her started to emit a blue light glow as she activated her Quirk, Earth Flow. It grants her to freely manipulate the earth for a variety of effects. And she used it to great effect now to start the training camp. The ground began to shift into quicksand and crashed into the students like a tidal wave. It pushed them off the cliff, and the students started falling towards the ground below as they yelled in fear. Luckily, Pixie Bob softened their landing by manipulating the ground to be softer, but it's still a hard landing.
Mandalay then looks down at the students from the railing.
"Good news! Since this is private land, you can use your Quirks as much as you want to!" Mandalay called them as the students got back up from being thrown off the cliff. "You've got 3 full hours! You should be able to make it to the facility in that time! This is if you can get through the Best Forest!"
The students turned and noticed their in front of the Beast Forest.
"The Beast Forest?!" Izuku, Shoda, Juzo, and Kosei exclaims in panic.
"That sounds like a name right out of a fantasy game!" Denki states.
Standing up with Ochaco and Tsuyu, Jiro grumbled as she brushed the dust off her skirt.
"Why do we always fall for Aizawa's little tricks?" Jiro asks with a groan.
"I guess there's no use complaining." Eijiro said, dusting off his uniform. "Might as well get going."
"Yeah, let's-"
Tetsutetsu was cut off when he's almost knocked over by a small grape blur. Mineta has been holding on, and now he's at the end of his rope. So, he ran into the dorest to find a secluded spot to let it all out. But before he could do his thing, he's stopped when a giant monster stood in front of him after rising from the dirt. It looked down at Mineta and roared at him.
"WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!?" Hanta and Denki screamed in terror as the others gasped at the sight of the monster.
Though, Mineta was able to find a relief which...he wet all over himself.
The monster roared and lifted its front claw into the area with the intent of killing Mineta. Ibrara and Shihai are working together when they uses their Quirk to bind the earth monster with the combo of shadow and vines while Pony and Kiryu began firing her horns and his scales at the monster, and Reiko uses her Quirk to telekinetically pull the pervert away from it. Itsuka then enlarge her fist, smashing the earth monster into bits.
"Nice! Impressive work!" Tetsutetsu said with a smirk.
"It's not over." Itsuka told him. "Also, that monster is made of dirt, meaning Koda's power won't work."
"Dirt?" Eijiro and Tetsutetsu asked when Momo thought about it.
"It must be Pixie Bob's Quirk. She could be controlling the earth and making the monster." Momo points out, but feared when the new form of a monster is behind her.
Now, five of the students rushed in.
Back on the cliff, Pixie Bob was watching the students as she controls the earth monster. This was accomplished with the use of a built-in navigation system in her goggles, giving her the bird's eye view of the forest. While she's playing with the students, Mandalay pulled Aizawa and Vlad King aside to talk to them. Mainly about the intensity of the Training Camp.
"Don't you think you two have got them on a pretty crazy schedule?" Mandalay asked.
"Yeah." Aizawa answered bluntly, though showing no signs that he's against it. "We're planning we have them re-take the exam before the second semester since they didn't do too well on the Practical Exam."
"And we were hoping we get an entire second semester's worth of knowledge in them here." Vlad King adds. "That's going to take an intense amount of work, but the rewards will be worth it in the end."
As Aizawa and Vlad King continued with the explanation, the five students faced the earth monster as it loomed over them.
"They'll get permits to use their Quirks if there's ever an emergency." Aizawa explains. "And Provisional Licenses that will allow them to work as Heroes. Most importantly, with all the villainous activity we've been tracking..."
Pixie Bob gasped when she saw high-energy signatures being detected on her visor.
"...They need to be able to defend themselves."
That high-end energy signature came from Izuku, who activated his Full Cowling. But before he could attack, Shoto used his ice to freeze the earth monster to the ground. Togaru uses his Quirk to produce blades from his knuckles, making it into claws as he slices the monster at the other leg.
"RECIPRO BURST" Tenya kicked the body of the monster, destroying the large part of the arm.
"ROARING STRIKE" Jurota turns himself into a monster as he leaps in midair and swipes it with his claw.
"I'LL KILL YOU!" Bakugo shouted, blasting the monster, breaking off the other arm.
"SMASH!" Izuku finished it off, punching through and out the other side of the monsters head.
Completely destroying it as the monster collapsed into a pile of dirt.
"I trust that I can count on you, Pixie Bob." Aizawa said as she watched the billowing cloud of smoke from the edge of the cliff.
"Leave it to me!" Pixie Bob exclaimed with excitement. "Oh, wow, my fur's standing on end!"
"Aizawa, Vlad King, we got something to tell you. It's important." Ethan informed them quietly which both Aizawa and Vlad King got the message.
"We'll go on ahead." Aizawa told her, earned a nod from Mandalay as they went on ahead to the summer base camp.
Few minutes later, the Bat Family, the Oguro Family, Lita, Aizawa, and Vlad King are inside of the Mess Hall at the Beasts Forest. Both Aizawa and Vlad King sat at the table in front of the vigilante group, which they can tell the look on their faces that something serious is going on.
"Okay, we're all here. Would you mind tell us why we're here?" Aizawa inquires with a serious look on his face.
"And by the look of your faces, it must be serious." Vlad King said as Jason tossed the files to them.
"Commissioner Gordon and Red X came by at the Wayne Manor this morning." Emily told them. "She informed us of those villains and where will they strike."
Both Aizawa and Vlad King are going through each of the files of 8 criminals, which they're familiar with only 6 of them and not 2 of them who are Scarecrow and Prometheus.
"Do you where they'll be striking?" Vlad King asks.
"We thought they'll be striking here." Ethan answered.
"Impossible, no one knows the location here." Aizawa points out. "Not even the villains."
"We thought so too, but All For One somehow figured it out and tipped those criminals off while given them a clue to get here." Lita states, leaving Aizawa and Vlad King shocked. "This time, he's sending only minimum criminals."
"Last time at USJ, Shigaraki sends most of small time thugs and Nomu, which it's too bold for that." Aizawa told them. "And it didn't end well because all of you came and thwarted his plan."
"Yes, but All For One sent small group of criminals, which he's a few steps ahead." Ethan said bluntly. "Unlike Tomura, All For One is cunning and resourceful enough to formulate a plan."
Aizawa and Vlad King agreed to his statement since Ethan made a valid point between the difference of two criminals.
"But there's some questions we like to ask, we're already familiar with these 6, but 2 of them is new to us." Vlad King told them. "Mind telling us who they are?"
"The first one is Jonathan Crane, who goes by as the Scarecrow." Ethan answered. "He's a former university professor of psychology in Gotham City, he specializes in phobias. He developed in obsession with his goal and became a psychologist to experiment on his students, using his Fear Toxins to cause the victims to hallucinate about their worst fears."
"It comes to a breaking point that the directors booted him out of Gotham University and become a threat to Gotham City by adopting the alias, Scarecrow." Dick adds, crossed which Aizawa and Vlad King were stunned.
'I see, that explains everything and how Nigma use that Fear Toxin on Grayson after resurrecting him.' Aizawa mentally thought with a ponder.
"A mad scientist to a craved lunatic and a psychopath." Vlad King said with a scowl. "And with him and those 6 criminals, he'll be using the Fear Toxins to spread the entire forest and cause our students to hallucinate."
"Which they've got the advantage." James muttered. "And they'll complete their goal, which is different...yet common."
"That could be trouble." Aizawa states. "And what about the other criminal?"
"His name is Gene Morrison, he's the son of the original Prometheus, Simon Morrison." Emily explains. "He's born at Star City, a district attorney, and a serial killer. Gene is trained by Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Assassins after learned of his father's death while swore vengeance on Green Arrow and carrying out his mantle."
"But according to the files, Simon Morrison died by committing suicide which he doesn't know and being manipulated by Ra's Al Ghul." Jason adds seriously. "I guess that was before Talia sent the assassins to kill the old man."
"In other words, Gene is leading himself to blind rage and became an agent of bloodshed and vendetta." Vlad King clarifies.
"Yeah, basically." Lita replied. "And with these two around, we're in for a real fight whenever they strike."
They agreed in respond, which they're fixing to be in for a fight when the group of criminals arrived at the forest.
Few hours later after the serious discussion, the sun was setting on the horizon. The Bat Family, the Oguro Family, Wild, Wild Pussycats, Aizawa, Vlad King, and Lita stood in front of the building that'll be the students home during the course of the training camp. As they stood off to the side, Pixie Bob stood alone near to the edge of the forest. Kota hung back near the wall, looking at Eri which it got him blush as he quickly turned away.
Pixie Bob faced the forest, looking through her headgear to monitor the students position.
"The litters almost here." Pixie Bob said with a smile.
"That took a lot longer than I've expected it to." Mandalay commented with a smile.
"Probably because she puts them through a ringer, big time." Jason states as he, Dick, Iwao, and Tamao snickered.
There was a rustling coming from the treeline, before Shoto was the first to come out, wiping his mouth as a patch of ice formed on his left cheek. Bakugo followed after them, clenching his arm in pain as he gritted his teeth. Then Tenya dragged one leg across the dirt while Izuku followed them with exhaustion. The others followed suit, and like the others, they all had scratches and scruff marks, and their uniforms were filthy. Panting from exhaustion dealing with Pixie Bob's earth monsters. Soon, they were all out of the forest, each one showing signs of fatigue and was likely going to drop any moment. Most of them did drop to their knees.
"Who the hell thought it's gonna be 3 hours?!" Tetsutetsu yelled.
"Yeah, I thought you said it would only be like 3 hours!" Hanta complains.
"I guess we timed it based on how long it take us, sorry." Mandalay said.
'No she's not...' Dick, Lita, the Gordon siblings, and Ethan mentally thought.
"Now you're bragging about how much better you are?! That's so mean!" Rikado whines.
"We told you this training would be hell." Jason points out.
"I'm starving...This is hell!" Eijiro groaned when Pixie Bob started chucking by meowing like a cat.
"I thought it would take you kids even longer, but you did much better against my dirt monsters than I thought you would." Pixie Bob praises them. "You guys were seriously great. Especially..."
Pixie Bob pointed her claw at Izuku, Tenya, Shoto, and Bakugo, who're all standing together.
"...the four of you! It seems like you've had quite a bit of experience." Pixie Bob said as she licks her lips seductively.
But just as she's about to jump on them, the knockout gas knocked Pixie Bob out as she collapses down to the ground...again.
"Hey, Mandalay, has she always been like this?" Aizawa asks, turns to her and points at the unconscious Pixie Bob.
"It's gotten worse lately." Mandalay told him. "She's at the age to take a mate."
"Better them than us." James muttered, but earned an elbow to the rib from his sister. "Ow!"
"Uh, speaking of people's ag-"
Before Izuku could finish his sentence, Pixie Bob somehow recovered from the knockout gas as she grabs him in the face.
"Choose your words carefully, boy." Pixie Bob said in a low, whispering tone.
"I've just been wondering since we got here, who is that kid? What's he doing here?" Izuku asks in a muffled tone as he pointed at Kota.
"Oh, this little guy?" Mandalay inquires as she motioned to the little boy. "He's my cousins son, he lives with us now. Don't be shy, Kota, say hi to everyone. You're gonna be around them for the next week."
The Bat Family, the Oguro Family, and Lita noticed the look on Kota's face, they saw that he's not shy at all. In fact, he stared at the students in silence with a scowl look on his face. Ever since Ethan and the Gordon siblings saved Water Hose and having Muscular arrested, they're grateful for them. Though, they can tell that Kota doesn't like the Pro Heroes very much. Izuku decided to take the initiative and walked up to him.
"Hey there, my name is Midorya." Izuku greets him. "I'm from the U.A. High School Hero Course, it's nice to meet you."
But instead of accepting his handshake...
POW!
...Kota punched him in the balls instead.
Izuku whimpered as his face turned white as a sheet of paper and held his family jewels in pain, fell on his knees.
"What a low blow!" Tenya yelled as he rushed to his friend's side and caught him in his arms before Izuku fell over. "You fiend of a child! A punch to the scrotum is unforgivable!"
"I'd rather see the Bat Family and the vigilantes than some wannabe Heroes!?" Kota snarled and turned to Tenya, given him a stink eye.
"Wannabe?! How old are you, kid?!" Tenya exclaims.
"So much for first impression." Lita said with a sigh which Kota turns to Ethan as he walked to him.
"Ethan, I'm...sorry about what happened to Mr. Wayne." Kota told him with sympathy which Ethan appreciates him with a nod.
"The brats got spunk." Bakugo said with a smile of approval, praising Kota's boldness and ensuring to remember this moment.
"He's like a mini version of you." Shoto said, causing Bakugo to get angry when Jason shot a bullet between them.
"Stand down, Bakugo." Jason warned him with a serious glare. "This not the time or the place to pick a fight."
"He's right, enough playing around. Get your stuff off the bus." Aizawa suggested, agreeing to Jason's statement. "Once your bags are in your rooms, we'll have dinner in the cafeteria. After that, you can bathe and sleep. Tomorrow your training starts in earnest, you better get a move on."
After the students got their bags inside, they were in the cafeteria as they began to dug into their dinner. Eijiro, Denki, Togaru, Jurota, and Tetsutetsu started inhaling their bowls of rice while the others were scarfing up the food after the intense fight against the earth monsters.
"I've seen pigs have manners than this." Lita muttered in annoyance.
"Can you blame them? They've been through some hellish fight in the middle of the forest in over 3 hours and neither of them had any lunch." Dick told her with a smirk.
"I'll admit, it's hilarious that the grape boy pissed his pants after seeing that dirt monster." Jason states, chuckled. "What a greenhorn..."
"Well, their training is just getting started, because tomorrow morning it'll be more intense." Ethan points out which they agreed with him.
"So, you girls got stuck in that tiny little bunker room, didn't ya?" Hanta asks.
"Why? Is the guys room really big?" Jiro inquires, turns to him.
"Oh yeah? So like, can I come check it out later or what?" Mina asks when she turns to Hanta.
"Sure, whenever you want." Hanta replied when Pixie Bob walked past them.
'It's so good! I can't get enough!?' Eijiro, Tetsutetsu, and Jurota mentally shouts.
'My stomach is so happy right now! It's as good as Lunch Rush's food! I think I might even eat until I burst!' Denki mentally adds, but smells something good. "I smell beef!"
"Hey, wait! You got meat over there?!" Togaru, Eijiro, Tetsutetsu, and Jurota exclaims with their mouths full.
"Yeah! Geez, it's like you guys hadn't eaten in a week or something." Pixie Bob said with a sweat drop. "Anyway, today is the only time we'll be doing this for you. So, make sure you kids enjoy it."
"THANK YOU!" Eijiro, Tetsutetsu, and Denki thanked her as she left.
Then, the Water Hose team arrived, helping the Pussycats serving up the food for the students. Kota was being asked to bring the box of vegetables to his parents, which he complies but not in a friendly way which Ethan and Izuku noticed it.
After the students were done eating, they proceeded to the hot springs for their bath. The guys happily soak their bodies with water, but not all of them.
"The food and stuff are fine, but to be honest, I'm hungry for something else." Mineta said with a towel covering below his waist.
He looked up at a large wall as it were his next big challenge and that might be the case for Mineta, as if it was the only thing that separated the boys and the girls bath.
"Just one little wall. A few pieces of wood. And heaven's waiting on the other side." Mineta continued. "A bath full of boobs and babes, ready to be seen by yours-"
Before Mineta could even finish his sentence, Dick threw the batarang next to the wall. It got Mineta's face pale as a sheet of paper, turns to the Bat Family and Iwao, who gives him a dark glare while the dark aura surrounds them.
"If you ever try to peek at them, you'll be thrown inside of the caves at the mountain." Iwao warned him with a low, threatening tone.
"And you can forget about peeping on those girls, 'cuz this place will be your tomb." Jason adds as Mineta shut his mouth, quickly get inside of the springs.
"You guys sure put him on a short leash." Togaru states with a smirk.
"Yes, it saves me all this trouble." Tenya agrees with a nod.
"That's what happens when a certain grape boy isn't kicked out of school for being a pervert." Jason points out, but decided to change the subject. "But anyway, there's something we need to tell you guys."
It got the male students attention while the female students were also getting the attention from Lita, Emily, Eri, and Tamao as they began to listen carefully as they give the students an explanation of why they left hours ago.
After a few minutes of an explanation, the students were shocked that All For One was about to figure out the location while bringing the minimum group of criminals.
"You serious? They're on their way?! Right now?!" Denki exclaims.
"And just when we were about to get stronger, too!" Mina complains.
"But what's bothering me is this Scarecrow, he's trouble if he's planning to turn this area into a living nightmare." Tokoyami states, crossed his arms. "I fear we're at a serious disadvantage."
"Wouldn't say that, because luckily for all of you, we've been working on making the antidote along with gas masks few hours ago to kill time and to be ready in case Jonathan uses the Fear Toxins." Lita points out. "But we only made enough for you students and the Pros, but I don't think it's enough."
"But still, we won't know when they'll be striking." Momo states.
"No, but we have to ready for them in case they're coming here in this forest." Ethan told her from the other side of the wall. "I told Aizawa and Vlad King about it, and they're taking both the gas mask and the antidote with them."
"And what leaves us?" Jiro questions.
"Relax, you'll get yours, but not tonight, we'll get your things ready whenever they arrive." James informed her. "Right now, focus on your training since all of you will be starting tomorrow morning."
The students not liking the idea of training since they wanted to help the vigilantes fight against the criminals, but they decided to reply as they finished their baths, heading to their rooms while dragging Mineta with them. However, Shoto has other plans after learning from the vigilantes as he brings his communicator, calling his brother.
"This is Dabi." Toya said.
"Toya, this is Shoto." Shoto told his brother.
"Shoto? It's the middle of the night! Do you know what time it is?" Toya questions with a groan.
"Toya, it's important. I have something to tell you." Shoto said as he starts given him an explanation of what he learned.
"I see. Alright, I'll see what I can do." Toya replied, after hearing his explanation. "But Shoto, you better be right about this."
Shoto nods, ending transmission as he heads to the bedroom to get some sleep.
Everyone got up when the sun appeared over the horizon the next morning. Still waking up, they're dressed in their gym clothes and walked outside to meet Aizawa, Vlad King, Lita, the Bat Family, and the Oguro Family. Many of them yawned, their hair uncombed, and having only had to time to eat a small breakfast before going outside.
"Good morning, class. Today we begin the training that will increase your strength. Our goal is to not only increase your skills, but also get you to learn combat and tactics that will exponentially so that each of you earns Provisional License. This will allow you to face the dangers that continue to fester in the darkness, proceed carefully." Aizawa informed them. "Look alive, Bakugo."
Aizawa then pulled out a familiar-looking baseball and tossed it to him, who caught it.
"I want you to try throwing that for us." Aizawa suggested.
Bakugo looked at the baseball and saw it was from the Fitness Exam.
"Yeah, sure. This is just like in the fitness exam." Bakugo muttered.
"That's right. When you first started school, your record was 705.2 meters." Aizawa explains. "Let's see if you've improved."
"Oh, I get it!" Mina exclaimed. "We're checking our progress."
"A lots happened to us in the last three months." Hanta said as he and the others watched Bakugo getting ready to throw the ball. "Maybe he can throw it a whole mile now!"
"I wouldn't be so sure if I were you." Ethan warned him, crossed his arms with a serious glare. "Lets just see if he's really making progress or not."
The students then looked at Bakugo, who's grinning as he got ready to throw the ball. To show everyone just how much better he was and that he's only getting stronger. Doing a windup, he brought his arm back and then...
"GO TO HELL!" Bakugo yelled, used his own strength and the power of his Quirk to send the ball flying across the sky and over the forest.
It didn't surprise the Bat Family, the Oguro Family, and Lita of Bakugo's reaction as the baseball continued to go for a long distance before descending into the trees. Bakugo had his eyes closed, waiting for Aizawa to tell him his score. More than confident that his score was much higher than it was last semester.
"That was 709.6 meters." Aizawa told him, leaving Bakugo shocked.
And as proof, Aizawa held up his phone to show the distance the baseball traveled.
"That's it? Kind of disappointing." Hanta said.
Bakugo was dumbfounded, unable to believe how little he's improved over the last three months and it got him angry.
"You've had a single semester at U.A. and due to your various experiences, all of you have definitely improved. But those improvements have mostly been limited to mental prowess and technical skill. With a slight increase in stamina thrown in along the way. As you can see, your Quirks themselves have not improved much on a fundamental level. That's why we're now going to focus on improving everything you've lack." Aizawa explains as he shows his sadistic smirk on his face. "This will be so hard, you'll feel like you're dying. Lets hope you all survive."
"Class, welcome to Hell." Dick, Jason, and Iwao adds with a sadistic smirk on their faces.
