Summary: It was supposed to be a simple glyph, right? How did that simple glyph backfire this badly? Now Luz is stuck thirty years from home in the care of a couple potion track teens.

It was almost midnight and the Owl House's resident Human was making a new glyph combo. It was one that, theoretically, change someone's age. Why is she doing this? Maybe to help Eda look her actual age, maybe to just say that she made a new glyph, or maybe she just wants to see what Amity would look like as an adult. However, none of these are why she's doing this... she just wants to watch an R rated movie that's coming out next week.

"Okay, this... should work." Luz said, almost falling asleep half way through her sentence.

Luz was so tired that she didn't actually remember what it looked like exactly, she just remembered the basic design. Luz pressed it and there was a bright light. Luz quickly knew there was something wrong.

"T-t-this isn't supposed to happen!"

The light overwhelmed Luz, causing her to temporarily lose her vision and blackout. When began to wake up, she felt the sun on her skin, she could hear two people talking, and she felt something poke her cheek.

"Edalyn, would you stop doing that?!"

"Calm down, Lily, I'm just making sure she's alive."

Luz started to calm down, it was just Eda and Lilith. Except, they sound... different.

"Can you believe it, Lily? It's a human!" Eda said, "How in the Titan did she get here?"

That got Luz curious, why did Eda not recognize her.

"Hey, Human, you alive?" Eda asked.

Luz opened her eyes slowly and noticed that Eda... was her age. The glyph didn't change her age, it sent her thirty years into the past!

"Well, she's alive. Not very talkative though." Eda said, "What's your name, Human?"

Luz got up and backed up from the sisters.

"Oh no." Luz said, "This is bad."

"It speaks!" Eda said, "Lily, help me out with her. Who knows how hard this is for her to understand."

"Edalyn, if you would just back way for a few seconds and let her breathe." Lilith said, pushing Eda away, "Sorry about my sister, she lacks a few normal qualities. My name is-"

"Lilith." Luz said, shocked, "I went back in time."

Luz started to panic in Spanish as the sisters looked at each other.

"Uh, how did you know my name?" Lilith asked.

"And what do you mean you went back in time?" Eda asked.

"This is bad! I'm so dead!" Luz said, before trying to calm down, "Okay. Okay, you can do this. Just calm down."

Luz turned to face the sisters and let out a short breath.

"Okay, this is going to sound crazy, but I'm actually Eda's apprentice from the future." Luz said.

Eda looked at her before shrugging her shoulders.

"Alright." Eda said, "Follow me, Human."

"What?! You believe her just like that?!" Lilith asked.

"Lily, she's a human, that knows our names. How else would she know that?" Eda asked, "Now come on, before Mom throws a fit about us being late again."

"One of these days, I'm going to kill you." Lilith said, getting annoyed.

Luz started having flashbacks to the bridge and when Eda was going to be petrified.

"Nah, you don't have a single bad bone in your body." Eda said.
