Chapter 112:Tribal Passengers
As blake and some others were making their way on the side of the ship right now. They had the remaining vessel to halt their positions. Along with that they were heading to some smaller ships they had docked close by just incase they needed to adboned ship. All of them were mainly cargo ships as they were in the hanger bay on the very bottom of the ship. As a few others joined them along the way
"So your telling us were stopping the ship because of some radio broadcast?"yumi questioned for a moment
"Not just any radio broadcast from the sound it. Its an old friend of my husbands actually and she might need help"bastet corrected
"True but are we sure we should do this it could be a trap that someone leading us to."jazmine questioned with her sickles out
Vance shook his head"nah i know who your talking about….arra right?"he asked peeking yumi interest a little as bastet nodded
"Yes a women who is a huntress for mistral if i recall. Though she was last seen in kuchisake helping opal out with the crooks their. Since the hana guild and wave are from their even a few kncukledsuters in the mix"she replied as they soon reach a cargo ship as one of the workers were preparing it for them as they faced them
"So is the ship ready right now for us to fly down and check it out"verona questioned as the worker nodded
"Ship should be good though we'll be the horn if anything happens. If you don't radio back to us in the next half hour then we'll assume the worst. And send a few more ships down to assist you if need be"the worker said as the group boarding it right now mainly consisted of blake, declan, verona, jazmine, vance and yumi. With a few other faunus on their as they volunteered to join on as zoey was their closing the door as the ship was praitcualry empty.
"Okay so anyone here know how to fly a ship?"She asked as no one stood up for a moment as verona and yumi stood up.
"I've flown skyguy ship a few times in his stead as his co pilot. I got some training since he showed each us how to fly one just incase we need to make a quick escape"yumi replied walking to the front
"Same here believe or not we found an old bullhead in the anima. Fly it around for a couple years till it got shot down beyond repiar"verona said as the two got comfy in the pilot seats. As they began flipping the switches on the board as everyone else got buckled up ready for the descent
As immediately the ship began to drop at that moment but the engines came to life in time as they made their way down below to the signals source. As they did blake was up front with them keeping an eye on a radar device installed in the ship. They kept dodging and carefully flying around the mountains and rocks in the area.
Until after some time soon enough verona eyed a clearing out in the opening along with that seeing several light sources hidden underneath a dense fog. As the bat started to become a little cautious now
"Well if she got refugees with her then why the heck are their so many fires. Something aint right…we should turn back i think"verona said about to pull back but blake stopped her eyeing down on the collection of fires underneath the fog for a bit. This might be a trap but her gut was telling her something that this might actually be useful to them in the long run
"Don't land close by but have a few of us stay on the ship just incase. If we have to leave and make a break for it keep the ships engines on"blake ordered as she wanted to argue but nodded as they soon made their descnet
As the engines slowly died down they apporahced the ramp for a moment as it came down. But stepping off leading the charge was delcan with his sword drawn. As jazmine and yumi held the back with their pistol out. As blake was in the middle with verona as she had her sword out while she had her sniper out. Vance had his rope dart out at the ready as they examined their surrounding for a bit.
It was a simply little field with grass around the place along with several rocks around the area. But their was also a very thick fog around the place making it impossible to see anything right now as they kept moving through the place.
"Okay this isn't scary at all…we better not die like in the movies"jazmine muttered
Vance shushed her"shut up jaz….be on your guard for anything down here"he said as they kept approaching a light source slowly approaching them. Until suddenly blake felt someone grab her on the shoulder as isnticts kicked in as she grabbed them before using her strength to toss them over her back then onto the ground with a loud thud.
The person on the other end grutned"ow! Ughhhh mom i think i just broke a rib"a male voice whined as the clicking of hammer could be heard as they all got back to back as blake placed her foot on her attackers head. Until someone spoke up
"Better let my kid go or else!"a female voice warned but it sounded a little familiar to verona
Declan scoffed as his sword gleaned under the small amount of light"try us because we got a while ship of people to deal with you. Now where is arra because if you bandits harmed her your gonna be on my list"he warned as some of the unseen figures began to laugh at being called bandits it seems as their group looked rather confused why they were laughing
"Okay this isn't weird why are these guys laughing at us right now?"jazmine questioned
"I don't know maybe their on drugs or something"yumi replied back until soon enough another voice spoke up sighing
"Okay our little tribe used to be bandits but were more like protectors. Gotta thank my mom and aunt raven on that"a female voice said as verona eyes widden at who she was hearing as she needed to be sure.
"Wait a minute…mai!?"verona called out lowering her weapon as stepping out of the fog with her spear on her back was mai bines. Along with her on her side was iliu along with ryuu as a few people stepped forward with some flashlights lighting the place up around them at that moment.
Immediately verona walked over hugging the girl making them lower their weapons at seeing this. The two held for a bit until she released
"What the heck are you all doing here? I thought rae told you to march toward havan to join us on the assault on havan'verona asked as ryuu sighed rubbing his face
"We were but for the last week we've been stuck here. Since we had to help this women over here who had some refugees in her group"ryuu said gesturing to someone
That being a young women with blues eyes and slightly darker blue hair tied into a ponytail. The women wears a black and blue body suit that reaches just baove her kness along with a brown leather jacket over it. Though the womans most disicttive feature ws that several cat legs with blue fur with three claws on each foot.
Strapped to her back is a large pickaxe
But she went wide eyed seeing one face"Dec? That you old wolf how you been?"the women asked hugging the wolf who returned it as his tail wagged
"Araastra skye! What in the name of remnant are you doing down here with all these guys?'declan asked
"I can explain once we get on board that ship. And i gotta ask why you even are on that big of a ship"arrastra replied but iliu was glaring at blake for some reason as she stared at her
"What?"she asked as the women pointed down
"Kindly get off my son right now because your standing on his throat"ilia said gesutirng down as the person below her foot was jay who waved to her as the cat quickly removed her foot as she helped him while he rubbed his throat that felt sore.
"Thanks for getting off my throat…god…though i wouldn't mind a cutie like you to do that again"jay replied as blake shot a glare back
"I'm taken thank you very much by a great girl."blake retorted as he put his hands up backing off. Though jazmine stared at the branwhen group for a moment then her sister laughing pointing at her for a moment
"Oh…oh you mean their tribe leaders daughter. You and that partner of your that you love to cuddle"jazmine teased pretending she making out with someone as her older sister shot her a look blushing rigth now. Though mai and verona shared a look before the women started to laugh pointing at the cat faunus
"Oh…oh your the one that dating my niece? Oh man aunt rae has been talking about how yang got a girlfriend. But to finally meet her oh man that is just priceless"mai said whipping a tear off her eyes.
Yumi chuckled"yeah though hey arra nice to see you again how you been?"she said hugging the women who returned it
"I've been great though….i see zoey and vance here. Let me guess your siblings on are board fish boy"arrastra asked
'Eh nah sis is with feather right now. Though uh well we can tell you on board later and explain. Because you might need to hear what we gotta say once we get back on board the ship"vance replied since he actually trust the women enough to reveal some information
Soon enough they began to make their way as the fog alot denser to reveal something several tents pitches up with campfires light up to light the way. As branwhen warriors patrol the camp on guard just incase. Though what blake noticed was some civlians who had some luggage with them along with seeing something else
That being some people on stretchers injuried with bandages on their bodies along with some people treating them at that moment. As she looked at it, this might have a been a problem they shouldn't have avoided.
"What happened to these people? Why are you even here mai?"verona asked as the women looked down sighing
"For starters we were passing by through a small village but thing is it was torn to shreds. Like something came through next thing i know we run into skye over here and she tells us how she got about how many refugees again?"mai asked as arrastra thought
"About twenty free of them. Well i'm also not counting rasputin and his family because those guys are hunting something out here or whatever"arrastra said peeking some interest
'Who is rasputin?"vance asked until someone spoke up
"That would be me you vermin"a gruff male voice spoke up as they turned to the direction
That belonging to a tall man about declan height as he was built like a tank with a muscular appearance. Though he seemed to be in his early sixties but spria for his age as he had black hair with mostly grey hair. His eyes were dark blue like the sea.
Along with that he wore a pair of green camo colroed pants along with a orange shirt underneath a brown hunters dredge coat with silver buttons. As strapped to his back was a hunting rifle as he crossed his arms looking at them.
Mai sighed"raz seriously don't be rude because you weren't complaining when we asked you and your group for help"she reminded
Razputin scoffed"i don't care girl. What the hell are you animals even doing out here are you with those thugs that keep attacking the camp?"he asked as they didn't like his tone
"Oh i don't like this guy already seriously hes a prick"jazmine quickly whispered to her sister who stepped forward offering a hand
"Hello i am blake belladonna. Daughter of the chieftain of menagerie we overheard your radio broadcast for help. We thought we make a stop since we were in the area"blake said offering a hand as the man just stared at her hand smacking it away
"Keep your dam hands away from me beast rather not touch you"he rudely said as declan shot the man a glare now.
The wolf pushed him back slightly"buddy i don't know who you are but do that to my friends daughter again. And your dead meat got it"he warned jabbing him in the chest as he stared down at the man until suddenly someone else got involved in between the two
"Dad seriously can you not start a fight with people trying to help us for once"a male voice said stopping the two
As it belong to a man with fair skin as his eyes were also dark blue. Along with that he had brown hair with hints of white throughout it. As he wore a simple pair of black pants and wore a leather jacket colroed brown over a dark blue sweater. With black hiking boots to match.
As strapped to his side was a pair of dual swords though someone scoffed
"Brother dads just being smart right now alright. Because seriously i don't trust these things either"another male voice spoke up but to some surprise the man had the same face like the first. Instead he wore some grey pants with black boots and a crimson red shirt underneath a tan jacket.
He had a pair of axes in hand sheathed on his back.
The first man sighed before turing to them"i'm so sorry for my brother dante and my fathers behavior. My name is vergil…pleasure to meet a celrbated"he said as blake shook his hand as this was a relief
"Well at least one of you is nice though what were you all doing out here anyway?"yumi asked again
"We can explain once we get topside. We got a lot of people hurt right now and they need medical aid like yesterday. We don't wanna burden you but we really need the help right now"mai replied as they thought for a bit as blake nodded to zoey who grabbed a radio on hand
"Saber we need you to send some more airships down here right now. We just found some guys from the branwhen tribe here and….well they might be able to help us"zoey said as their was a pause
"Wells that great to hear hold out their and i'll send some people down their with ships"saber said on the other end as they wiated for the ships to arrive. As some cargo ships came down as the tribememrbs and refugees started to load up onto the ships to take them somewhere safe right now.
Above on the main deck right now summer was their with sienna and ghira. As katherine was standing their since they said they had wounded. The ships were starting to get close to the edge as the crew placed planks on it. As soon enough some opened as people started to come out of it making the faunus on board start to talk.
As they did some people rushed off with people on stretcher with wounds all across their bodies like something attack them recently. As katherine noitced several people injuried looking toward some of her staff she has
"Alright you all go with them to treat those wounds. I want you to keep an eye on them and monitor their condition the entire time for anything that might happen got it."katherine ordered as they rushed off to assist them on that. As blake and the others stepped off their ship with mai and razputin groups erespcitvly.
Though in razputin group some of them measuring in about five shot some wooriing gaze. While they followed off as some stuck close to the man along with dante on his right and vergil on his left.
"Well this is quite a surprise. Though it seems that we have more allies for when we arrive on havan you must be from the branwhen tribe i take it"ghira said as mai froze up as she quickly bowed
"I uh…yes s-sir my name is mai i'm the um one leading our group here. Though uh…i uh…its nice to meet you"mai said neoruvlsy as liliu laughed at her
"Kid don't gotta be nervous infront of this guy right here. Besides he might be a nice guy judging from his appearance."ilia said shaking the man hand for a moment
Ghria chuckled"She is right miss you have nothing to fear. Besides my look i'm actually a very calm and reasonable man. Though i take it you are allies of ours for the coming events in havan"he asked as the women nodded
"Yes our leader sent us here to assist on the attack on havan. But we uh well got lost on the way here"mai said shyly for a moment as ryuu sighed
"She means we got ambushed along the way but a bunch of thugs. Someone this women over here is familiar with apparently"ryuu said gesturing to arrastra for a moment which made them curious who they are dealing with now.
"Who are you guys talking about right now?"jazmine questioned as the women sighed crossing her arms eyeing declan for a minute
"Dec we got a problem that me and my team ran into a while go. Guess whos been roaming around this area and hounding alot of cargo ships lately"arrastra said as the man looked concerned
"How bad is it arra? Because were on a time clock right now and we need to get to havan asap"declan asked as she thought for a moment on how to answer sighing regretting this.
"Abigal pyrre is in the area along with people from her gang"arrastra answered which got concerned looks from some though some of didn;t know who that was. But yumi froze up hearing that part as she slinelty cursed to herself that they had to run into that women of all times today.
"Who the heck are you even talking about right now?"jazmina asked confused as vance groaned loudly
"Are you fricking kidding me?! The leader of the hana guild….here?!"vance shouted annoyed as this made the atmosphere tense up.
"Back up….what do you mean by the leader of the hana guild? Because who are those guys because i'm ready to make fun of yang girlfriend over here. Midney will too wherever she is"jay said stupidly as his mother flicked his tail as he shivered from the touch for a moment.
Zoey groaned as her tail swayed"abigal pyre is the leader of a gang here in mistral from a place called kuchisake"she added
"And shes a very dangerous criminal who group is known to be drug smugglers, arms dealers and thay have a hold over kcuhiskae for years. They even worked with javi pastel leader of the wave anothe infamous gang in that cest pool"summer added though mai glanced at her for a moment before going wide eyed flinching at who she was seeing
"Ummm auntie am i seeing thing or is that dead chick aunt raven has been looking for ten years. Standing right in front of us!"mai shouted in complete shock as ryuu jaw went slack as liliu looked rather surprised herrself right now. Summer stared at the group for a minute avoiding their gaze for just a moment sighing.
'I um…i assume that you know raven…i'm…summer rose…mother of ruby rose"summer said though mai decided to say something else
"Uhh your also married to my uncle qrow too"mai added as this made some of them stare at summer who flinched looking away for a moment. As blake blinked rather surprised because that would mean….ruby and yang aren't sisters.
"Wait…wait…qrow….is your husband?"sienna asked very surprised right now because she didn't even know about this.
Declan tail drooped"how do we not even know about this?! Summer dear is this a lie because wouldn't that make your daughter and her sister…..not sisters at all"he asked as the women looked downa vodiing their gazes sighing heavily holding her head for dear life.
"I…i can explain when we get downstairs. I'm sure most of you are hunger we can show you to your rooms for now. And come up with a plan to drop you and your refugee off somewhere"summer suggested as they agreed to follow her for now it seems.
Although elsewhere walking toward the messhall right now was eden who was with lisa along with aruna right now. As the three were on their way to grab a quick bite to eat but had some casually conversation along the way to pass the time.
"So you guys ready for a boring trip to havan right now"aruna asked annoyed
"Dear come on now i know its long. But were doing something wonderful right now because were ging to stop the white fang from destroying another kingdom. This is a joyous moment"she reminded
Eden chuckled"Same here though i'm well….you know what nevermind"she said stopping as they stared at her
"Dear is everything alright? Because you paused for some reason? Is their something on your midn that is troubling you"lisa asked concerned as the bear thought for a moment as she hugged herself for dear life at that moment sniffing
"I'm…i'm very worried for my baby sister right now. I'm worried their going to try and take her again"eden said with concern as she dreaded the possibilities. Aruna sighed placing a hand on her shoulder to ease her nerves for a moment.
"Relax for a bit bear ears. I'm sure little piper will be fine with your aunt their. Because they aint gonna try anything since their main targets aren't their"Aruna said meaning two certain people
"Ah yes the boy my husband knew apparently and for some reason was very appreciative toward him for some reason"lisa somberly said as the bear shot her a look right now
"Now your gaining sympathy? What not gonna try and suggest killing my baby sister or say we should sell her off to some slavers"eden growled with tears forming as lisa looked hurt from that comment messing with her ring.
Aruna tried to stop this"eden come on she said she was sorry. We all are for how we acted during that week. I…still feel terrible for how i acted"She said as the sabertooth sighed looking at the teen
"And look…dear i am so sorry for what i said about your sister. I just….god i just felt jealous that she and that boy were normal"she admitted to the two surprise as she continued

God…when i heard the result…i just couldn't belvie it"she continuing covering her mouth as tears began to slip as eden soften her gaze
"I should have never acted like that…god..i…suggested to sell a child to slavers. If he was here…he would hate me for what i said…i'm..so sorry…its not like it'll mean anything since im a terrible person'lisa somebrly finished as she rubbed the tears as she tried to whip them away as eden sighed walking over hugging the women for a moment
'I…thank you for saying that…shes all i have right now. I'm so happy she never went through that surgery that almost killed her"eden cried but lisa eyes slgithyl wnet wide because she doens't know about the parasite.
'What are you talking about? What is this surgery…are…are you telling me they cut my husband open? That he could have died?"lisa sked scared as the two girls eyed each other for a moment
"Look we can explain to you later with some others alright. Lets grab some food then we can gather some people to break it down to you alright"aruna said as the women appreciated it.
Once they were in the dinning hall they noticed sombra and the others at a table as some crowded around it at that moment. As they were confused but quickly they grabbed some meals mainly consisting of some stirred fried rice with some vegetables in the mix.
"Heyya guys you have a partying over here or what?"aruna greeted as coco stared at her for a moment but then at eden
"Uhh yeah you could say that were having a grand old time over here right now. Though how you bear ears"coco greeted as eden sighed sitting down closing her eyes
"Fine just worried about my little sister right now since shes with auntie"eden said taking a bite of her food but next to her was piper who still had the jar of honey in hand but eating with a spoon this time as they got all the sticky sap off of her. Then the little uras smiled placing the jar down hugging her.
"Big sis"piper innocently said as she glanced at her
"Oh hi little sister"eden said before eating her food for a bit as she sat their in ignorance for a minute. But then she stared ahead of her for a moment confused right now that she just saw her little sister. Glancing back she went wide eyed to see her little sister hugging her right now as she dropped her utesnil.
"Piper! What are you doing here i thought we told you to stay with auntie on the island. Why are you here? How are you even here?!"eden shouted in surprise as piper slinked back down as calida was their with them sighing
"It seems this little one over here wanted to say hi to someone that she really wanted to say hi too"calida clued in
"Okay and who is that because kinda dangerous for her to be here right now"aruna said as the uras faunus played with a small ball that sun had that he gave to her.

"I think shes talking about my daughter actually. She apparently helped treated miss pearson arm for her and well it seemed to have gotten the little one attention over here. She must like her"calida said petting her head as the girl hugged her nuzzling her as the women squealed a little right now.
"Aww you are so cute"calida squealed hugging her a little gently in her arms
"As for how she got here we found her in the pantry eating a jar of honey. We cleaned her up but seriously we don't even know how she got on board the ship"Sun replied as lisa tapped her chin for a moment snapping her fingers
"Ah she must have snuck on board with someone on the ship when they weren't looking. Probably one of the crew incharge of food which was why she was in their. Though…we should turn back but with how far we are now. It might be too late"lisa stated as eden sighed pulling at her sister cheeks.
"When we get back on land and back home your going to be grounded for a week. No cartoons and games for an entire week"Eden scolded as piper had a fussy face before pouting right now
"I just wanted to see the nice lady and be with big sis"piper pouted smacking her little hands on the table until eventually she cracked it even as this startled them a little
"Okay the little tot has enhance strength….now i am scared ifshe throws a temper tamptrum"sombra said clinging to sun for safety right now. Though eventually blake and the others arrived downstairs as their grouped noticed all the new faces here right now
"Uhhh okay guess we have a bunch of new people joining us right now. Foxy mind telling us whats going on?"akata called out to her girlrifned who sighed walking over taking a spot near her
"We intercepted a radio message from arrastra"she said as arrastra waved to the arctic fox who reutnred it. Though mai, iliu, jay and ryuu joined them but right now blake was being annoyed by someone that being midney who was messing with her
"So your the illusive faunus princess my best friend talked about. Man she is so lucky you guys are in a marriage proposal"midney teased heavily to kali amusement at that moment liking her
"I like you maybe that why we have them dating. To broker peace between out two sides"kali joined in on the teasing to her daughter annoyance
"Can you not do this right now because i just heard something troubling right now mom"blake said sitting down though as they did jazmine glanced toward piper for a minute as her eyes sank far into her skull at that moment

"You are not hurting my only other family that i have left….she…shes not like the rest of them. She doesn't have a spine scar"eden stated as iliu stared her down as verona whsitled at her
"Iliu knock it off and stow that weapon away. That little girl over their is safe because for starter even siler eyes over her confirmed she is safe. "Verona ordered as iliu hesitated for a moment growling sitting back down glaring at her
"Yeah well i don't trust it because of that thing that took my husband away from me"she growled but vance looked rather puzzled at that moment hearing her say xi that wasn't one of the designation
"Hey what do you mean by xi? Because…that wasn't one of the designation we got from the doc. That matches with none of the one he told us"vance said earning some concerned looks as the women stared at him for a moment
"Well the one i saw had giant wings on it back carrying a pair of revolvers on its hips. Dam thing killed a bunch of my warriors and…my…husband"she sadly said as it clued them in on what this might mean their are more of them being made
'Oh..oh do not tell me their are more of those guys being made right now?"Sun asked scared

Who are you talking about the ones that are gone would be the nevermore, beowulf, sabyr and….lancer"blake said as they eyed the women for a moment as mai fought the urge to cry as she layed her head down sniffing choking on a sob. Lisa soften her gaze heavily for a moment as she was in her situation as well.
Kali covered her mouth"oh…so you were that women….daughter. That who you talked about before verona"she asked as the bat nodded somberly as declan sighed exhaling heavily
"So….your mom and my best friend were in the same group as nadia kid huh. I'm sorry for your loss"declan softly said to some confusion
"What….do you mean by that…did…did someone know my mom before i…i..had to watch her die"mai said with tears breaking through as lisa placed a hand on the young women shoulder as she sniffed herself
'I…apperently my husband knew a child that apparently him and your mother watched out. From what i heard from someone they…protected a scared child from getting beaten by someone. 'Lisa softly said as mai swallowed hard composing herself for a minute though turned to piper for a second. She stared at the little girl eyes that were devoid of crimson before cautiously lifting the back of her shirt up seeing no scar on her back relieving her.
"Oh…so…she is normal i…um hi sweetie um i'm sorry for her beahvior before. She just a little scared whats your name"she softly asked as piper turned away from her hugging her sister close scared now.
Eden bounced her in her arms for a moment"her name would be piper…she…she just eight years old. She just scared right now."she softly cried as it startled her and a few others right now. Though ryuu raised an eyebrow
"Wait you mentioned only four of them being gone the news reported five…that one that hayley girl mentioned a bunch. Who also got in spat with anyone talking bad about him"he added as zoey smiled sighing
"Oh you mean my adoptive little brother who actually alive."zoey announced to mai surrpsie as arrastra stared at her for a moment smiling
"So walker got her kid back then….i take it you will be telling us about this more without any prying eyes around here. "Arrastra asked as she nodded though soon the attention was placed on summer who noticed this looking away from them as sienna crossed her arms
"Summer dear…mind telling us what this girl meant by qrow being your husband? And raven and you being with tai?"sienna asked before it turned heads
"Wait…wait hold up! Are you saying that blondie and red arent sister?!"sun asked horrified now as summer sighed

"Hey uh why don't you all show us around the place for a bit. Because our people our hunger but we can come up with a plan in the morning."mai stated as they all agreed at that beginning to all get comfy with their new passengers that may be bringing more trouble to this little voyage of theirs.
It seems that blake found something interesting that being a group of refugees with the branwhen tribe sent by raven.
