Music was playing when Dipper opened his eyes, finding himself standing at an altar…
An altar with flaming blue torches and decorated with human skulls.
And there was a band of demons playing with Bill Cipher himself as the singer.
Today's just so wonderful, I feel like chuckling
Cipher picked up the large microphone and began singing to the audience of demons, monsters and kidnapped humans. Dipper didn't recognize most of them but he was too preoccupied on what was happening to him right now.
Ha ha ha
Bill let out an exaggerated chuckle as he danced and twirled his cane.
I feel all fuzzy inside like a duckling; full of tarantulas
He conjured a stuffed duck in his hand and tarantulas started pouring out of its mouth before vanishing in a flash of fire.
And now that I'm here, tonight, it's gonna get weird!
Bill spread his arms out, his voice raising as he sang the word 'weird' and all of the monsters and demons assembled began cheering.
Ah-ha-ha-ha!
Bill laughed with his minions as he stood up, pointing his cane at the humans that had been kidnapped.
Especially the three Elementals.
Ice-Head.
Candy-Girl.
And Slime-Boy.
Too bad he couldn't get fire but she was with Sammy at the moment and he could do anything about that.
As powerful as Nyx had become as a Lady of Chaos, there was no guarantee even she could take on Sammael who had experience against magical entities like her.
Oh well, a problem for tomorrow.
Today was all about kicking off the weird wedding ever!
Look at these creatures, not enough features
He was of course revering to the humans that had been forcefully brought to attend this wedding. Nothing wrong with him and his buddies.
Cats should breath fire, bears should sing choir!
To emphasize his point, Bill conjured cats with bat shaped wings, breathing fire and a choir of singing bears.
(Very nice)
The demons and bears in the background sang as Bill did a little dance.
Look at this tower under my power
He gestured to the main interior of the tower he had created upon arriving before pointing his cane down on the wedding 'guests'.
Look at these people, puny and feeble!
Almost everyone was shaking in terror and for some reason they made a song-like scream.
(Ooooooo hoooo!)
Bill laughed and knelt down in front of them.
Look, I'm just a triangle trying to save you
He conjured a rule book and burned it away in a flash of blue fire.
From the delusions society gave you
He waved the ashes over the crowd, earning many coughs.
Gravity's a lie and so is the sky
He pointed down at the ground and then up the sky.
Trust in the all-seeing, all-knowing eye!
Then Cipher pointed to his own eye.
Look at this money–who's that, honey?
He dropped a pile of techno bills on the crowd.
Look throughout history, how could you miss me?
He conjured and waved images of pyramids, eyes resembling his own and various symbols similar to him.
(Seriously, I'm all over the place)
Bill laughed, waving all the images away.
Look at this weather, I could do better
He conjured a thunder cloud, followed by a sun and smushed them all together, making a storm with the sun in the center. He then conjured a rainbow that was…
Flat.
Or two dimensional.
Mandelbrot rainbows, screaming tornadoes!
He then conjured a tornado with a mouth that screamed, causing many people to cover their ears.
Look at this loser, drinking coffee
Next was a man with a…coffee mug for a head that Bill picked up and his eye morphed into a mouth.
*Sips*
He sipped the coffee in the man's head and then tossed the man away. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
…Now it's decaf!
Bill shouted and spat out the coffee on everyone.
*Spits*
The demons in the background laughed.
(Mwahahahaha!)
Bill then conjured images of the townspeople.
Look at these people, calling me evil
He gestured to the throne, where many statues of those unlucky enough to be outside the town when Bill arrived where petrified and made into parts of the chair.
Right back at you, now you're all statues!
Bill landed on his thrown, conjuring a single sun glass over his eye, with an umbrella appearing over him and an ice cream cone appearing in his hand to finish the look.
Now everything you know has disappeared
He stood up, the sun glass, umbrella and ice cream disappearing as he jumped and slid down the path, coming to a halt in front of the audience and that altar.
It's gonna get weird...
Dipper was trembling now, dressed in the tuxedo and waiting as the doors opened and into the grand hall came Pacifica, wearing a golden yellow wedding dress with a train behind her, held up by two one eyed bats. She made her way to the altar, grinning at Dipper with burning yellow eyes.
"Dearly freaks, weirdos, demons and all sorts of things I can't even begin to describe." Cipher opened up a black book that blazed with fire and demons flew out.
It certainly was not a bible.
"We are gathered here today to shackle this kid," He pointed to Dipper. "To my own daughter in the blissed carnival we call marriage. He of course promises to love, honor and obey or take option B, free brain lobotomy to skip past going insane."
Dipper gulped.
"And now-" Bill was cut off as a music started to play. "Who left their music app on?!"
It wasn't coming from inside the grant hall.
It sounded like…
"La Cucaracha?" Bill asked as his top hat become a sombrero. "I didn't call for that kind of party! That's after we break all of reality!"
Everyone looked up at the window see…a giant blue colored robot coming straight at the castle.
"Them again?" Bill raised an 'eyebrow' as Megas crashed through the walls.
CRASH!
The wedding guests all jumped and ran, taking cover while the demons were too distracted by the sudden arrival.
"Guess who's back!" Coop's voice shouted from the top of the robot.
Pacific snarled, her hands blazing with blue flames as she took a step forward. "Interrupt my big day, will you?"
"I'll give you meatbags this much, your persistent but that's about it." Cipher commented, floating off the ground. "I just trounced this walking garbage heap once and you come back for more? Buddy, if you want to die so much you don't have to make a spectacle out of it. I'll throw in the killing for free."
"Just try it you oversized dorito!" Coop taunted.
"All right. You asked for it." Bill said before his eye glowed and fired a beam of purple light at Megas.
However, much to his shock and to the shock of everyone else watching, a barrier surrounded Megas and actually negated Bill's attack.
"What?!"
"Looks like it worked." Coop commented as someone behind him leaned forward.
"Yes, Megas is now Bill proof." Ford said with a smile.
"FORD?!" Bill's eye narrowed.
"Don't be too surprised, Bill. You went through all this trouble just to lure me to you but you didn't say I couldn't bring a few guests with me to the big wedding." Ford taunted.
"Nice." Coop nodded. "Okay, you top hat, bow tie wearing Dorita shaped freak. You weirded out this whole town, brought a bunch of monster freaks here to kill everyone, kidnapped a kid to make him marry your demon kid which is beyond creepy and worst of all you CALLED MY ROBOT A WALKING GARBAGE HEAP! YOU WANTED TO COME OUR TO DIMENSION WELL NOW I AM SENDING YOU TO A DIMENSION OF PAIN CALLED ULTIMATE BEATDOWN!"
(Chicks Dig Giant Robots Starts)
Before Bill could even blink, Megas shot forward and slammed right into and they both crashed out the other side of the fortress. Coop didn't stop until Megas had slammed Bill right into the Weird Field surrounding Gravity Falls, earning a scream of pain from Bill who helplessly flailed his arms and legs against both fields. Megas then shot up, dragging Bill with as they flew up to the top of the field and back down.
"Ultimate Combo!" Coop called out.
Megas grabbed Bill with both hands and began somersaulting straight down to the ground, building up momentum until the last possible second until Megas slammed Bill right into the ground with the force of a comet.
BOOOOOOOOOOM!
Megas shot up, avoiding the dust cloud made from the impact.
Living here in Jersey
Kiva's screens beeped. "Coop, incoming!"
From Bill's fortress came his gang of monsters, demons and all around weird creatures, all rushing to attack Megas.
Fighting villains from afar
"Quantum blasters online!" Ford called out.
Wrist panels popped out, revealing modified cannons that aimed and fired beams of blue light, blasting right through the monsters, piercing their bodies.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!"
"RRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!"
You gotta find first gear
One by one, Bill's gang plummeted to the ground, their wounds burning and not regenerating from being hit.
"Nice!" Coop commented with a big smile.
"YOU!"
In your giant robot car!
Megas spun around to see Bill back in the air, his signature yellow replaced by angry red, his eye now black with a yellow slit and his two arms were now six.
"YOU THINK YOU CAN GET THE DROP ON ME LIKE THAT?! NO ONE GETS THE DROP ON BILL CIPHER AND LIVES TO TELL ABOUT IT!"
You dig giant robots!
With that, Bill shot at Megas, trying to pummel it into the ground. Only Bill's fists could not breach the anti-Bill field around the futuristic robot, protecting it and the people in the command module from his wrath.
Which Coop had no trouble taking advantage of as he had Megas deliver a single slug right to Bill's eye.
"GAH!" Bill flew back, covering his eye. "Do you have any idea how long it takes to regenerate?"
I dig giant robots!
"Good to know." Coop said before he had Megas attack, pummeling Bill into the ground.
POW-POW-POW!
POW-POW-POW!
POW-POW-POW!
POW-POW-POW!
POW-POW-POW!
"ENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYYYYYYYGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Enraged, Bill let loose a shockwave that even though it didn't damage Megas it still was enough to knock the robot off of him and sent it flying into the sky.
Megas flew up past the energy field surrounding Gravity Falls but Bill, in all his rage and arrogance had forgotten then as he flew up to attack and slammed into the very top of the field. "OW!"
We dig giant robots!
"Coop, he can't leave Gravity Falls. The Weird Field keeps him and his monsters trapped but Megas is immune." Ford quickly said.
"Gotcha!" Coops grinned and had Megas rocket right back down, slamming into Bill again and grabbed him by his pointed top.
"What are you-"
POW!
Chicks dig giant robots!
With one hand, Megas was holding Bill's pointed top while the proceeded to pummel him, stretching his body out with each punch before it attempted to retract but Megas continued with the beat down.
Nice!
POW-POW-POW!
POW-POW-POW!
POW-POW-POW!
POW-POW-POW!
POW-POW-POW!
"YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Coop then had Megas spin Bill around and around before letting go and watched as Bill slammed into the weird field yet again.
"OUCH!" Bill shouted as he slammed into the field but didn't have time to recover as Megas attacked again, it's knee slamming into his back and would have assuredly broke his spin if he had one. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
All in all, it was not a good day to be Bill Cipher.

INFINITY TRAIN ARC
Opening File: Simon Laurent
Simon Laurent was a passenger aboard the Infinity Train. His notable presence is established as the second-in-command of a former raider group: The Apex. Very little information is known about Simon's life before the train, thus it is difficult to pinpoint why he ended up on the train in the first place. The only clues about his past are references to his mother being responsible for his clothing and his knowledge of how funerals work, suggesting he at the very least attended one.
Simon boarded the train when he was 10 years old, with his number relatively low in the fifties (presumed with not much change). On board, he met The Cat, also known as Samantha, and the two traveled together. When Simon and Samantha were being hunted down by a Ghom, Samantha ran into a small pathway, unaware that Simon could not fit through and follow. Before the Ghom could harm Simon, a girl of the same age named Grace sprung from the bushes to his rescue and escaped with him.
The event of Samantha abandoning him, coupled with being 'kidnapped' from his family in an unknown world of predatory creatures, was what severely impacted his mental health that drastically worsened as time went on. When M.T. confronts him after members of the Apex try to stable Alan Dracula, however, he quickly shows a much colder side, hinting at a deep-seated hatred of denizens, before ordering members of the Apex to wheel her and Alan Dracula when the two refused to leave the mall car without Jesse. When Jesse is sent back home, he declares Jesse was weak for leaving the train, a clear demonstration of his belief in numbers as power.
In the early portion of Book 3, Simon was intent on being logical and factual in solving or addressing any problems, although he showed clear anxiety with how the information he came up with was received. This implies early on that behind his obsession with logic (possibly related to an inferiority complex), his true mind was emotionally broken by the trauma he had suffered through for almost the majority of his life. He has a clear fear of abandonment and paranoia about being betrayed, stemming from the incident with Samantha. Because of this, he had panic attacks when around Samantha and was prone to emotional outbursts, such as when when Amelia called him a child.
Due to his trauma and Apex beliefs, Simon believes any affection from denizens is finite and they will eventually abandon their human friends in the end. His actions also suggested he had become over-reliant on Grace for emotional and psychological support, and she is the only person with whom he could confide his worries and insecurities too. Nevertheless, he was protective feelings with the children of the Apex and worries about them at several points. It was heavily implied by Simon's behavior; he didn't want other children to go through his trauma.
This directly tied into his and Grace's eventual fallout. His obvious affection for Grace diminished as he gradually becomes (somewhat reasonably) paranoid about her keeping the truth of him. After his suspicions that Grace was lying came true, Simon's mental health took a significant fall, as in his mind Grace had 'turned' on him just like a denizen would. He then referred to Grace as a void, which was incredibly like null as both have concepts to do with nothingness, further proving the connection he saw with Grace and his trauma. This was made clear when he then wanted to wheel Grace, just like what he'd do to a denizen. When Grace saved his life, he at first showed signs of a change of heart, but ultimately could not accept her explanation of 'I don't know' as to why she saved him.
These actions suggest Simon's time on the train made him paranoid about being betrayed by those he cared about and lowered his ability to understand others' emotions or actions. At first, this mainly involves denizens. After the incident with Samantha, he has deeply ingrained in his mind the idea that they are not human and will betray or hurt him: this is how he rationalizes his choice to murder Tuba despite her having previously opened up to him. It is also clear through his interactions with the increasingly distant Grace that he is highly resistant to change in his life.
His Paranoia over being lied or betrayed reached the point that he was willing to invade the boundaries of others, choosing to go into Grace's personal memories and trap her in them for revenge for lying to him, along with invading her personal space physically. Indeed, the 'Void' title appeared to be his way of extending the 'Null' philosophy to Grace and to separate the friend he idolized vs the leader that 'betrayed' him. When he believed he has killed Grace, he briefly cries at losing his best friend, only to start laughing, then crying and laughing at the same time, having completely descended into madness.
He was very stubborn about his beliefs about the Apex, when presented with evidence that he and the Apex is wrong about the train, its denizens, and why he is onboard, Simon often immaturely rejected them, claiming they were lies or part of a conspiracy, and instead irrationally focused on his own beliefs.
He put the Apex's rules above his own opinions and conceded his point when it contradicted a rule of the Apex as shown in The Canyon of the Golden Winged Snakes Car where he backed down from his initial thoughts of working with Amelia when Grace pointed out the Apex law to "never trust adults." That said, Simon at one point confided to The Cat, he was unsure about whether or not running from Amelia was the right decision, even though he was aware she was working for One-One, this showed to some degree, Simon is capable of questioning the rules of the Apex.
Ultimately, it was this inability to accept changes or new ideas that lead to his downfall: had he (like Grace) accepted the possibility that denizens were actual living beings, had he accepted he was wrong about the train, and most importantly, had he accepted Grace's choice to save him, Simon may have found himself on the path to getting his number to zero and leaving the train. But his trauma, his lack of empathy, and his inability to accept he was wrong all led him directly into the path of a Ghom, ironically leading to his death at the hands of the very thing that caused him his original trauma.

Opening File: Lake
Lake, formerly known as Mirror Tulip is a former denizen of the Chrome Car, she began as the mirror version of Tulip. Being a cracked reflection, a reflection that chooses to pursue their own life instead of reflecting their prime, Lake has developed her own personality. As a reflection, she needs to always be connected to a reflective surface, which Tulip was able to solve by using the metallic side of her Swiss army knife. This allowed Lake to stay in the "prime world" without trapping Tulip in the mirror world.
Lake looked very similar to Tulip in the Mirror World, while in the Prime world, she was metallic as the Chrome Car, where she came from. Her hair, once long, was cut shorter after a narrow escape from the sanders of the mirror agents who threatened to kill her. Unlike Tulip, she doesn't need glasses to see properly. She also has a portion of Tulip's Swiss-army knife on her arm, allowing her to move freely in the prime world by having the mirror reflect on itself.
Later, Lake made further changes to her appearance. Upon removing her mirror clothing, she wears a bracelet that she created from a pen chain from the Pencil Bank Car. spray-painting it black to prevent the Flecs from finding her. She also wore grey jeans that stop above her ankles, a black shirt, she ripped off the sleeves and a heart-shaped hole below the torn collar, and brown work boots, the right side is where she hides Tulip's Swiss-army knife mirror inside for safekeeping. She drilled piercings into both of her ears, and by using one of the train car's wheels, shaved off all her hair and a small part of her right eyebrow.
Lake tries to distinguish herself as much as possible from her Prime World counterpart. She is at first bitter about having to spend her life reflecting everything Tulip does, and has a dislike of coding (and onions) to completely contrast Tulip's love of them. She's also much more open about needing help than Tulip is, a trait which she calls Tulip out on. She also finds the Pencil Bank Car incredibly interesting, in contrast to Tulip finding it boring.
It is during her journey through the train that Lake maintained a strong belief that everyone should be free to make their own choices. This is displayed when Lake becomes angry after Jesse tries to come up with a name for Alan Dracula, without his consent. Lake is noted to be the first denizen to ever leaver the Infinity Train.

Opening File: Jesse Cosay
Jesse Cosay was a passenger on the Infinity Train who went on the train after him and his friends hurt his brother, Nate. On the train, he met Alan Dracula and Lake, where they explored the Train together and became friends. Jesse was born as the oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Cosay. He claimed he was friends with everyone in his school. He eventually got on his school's swim team and was pressured into swimming the butterfly.
When his team made state, he did not go because he was forced to sit it out due to not needing someone skilled with the butterfly. One day, Jesse and his brother Nate were hanging out with Jesse's friends when they had his brother go through a 'man test' that involved sliding down a steep hill on an old, wheeled box. He edged his brother on despite the boy's nervousness and he got hurt and cried. When Nate ran away, Jesse yells at him not to tell their mother.
Jesse is a quirky, kind-hearted teen who claims to be friends with every clique in school, especially the ones that aren't familiar. He does his best to be friends with everyone and to resolve issues. He is shown to be annoyingly funny. He can be a pushover and be pressured into doing things that he doesn't want to do, like the butterfly stroke on the swim team.
He gradually becomes less of a pushover and starts having his own independence and assertion. Jesse eventually left the Infinity Train but returned to save his friend, now girlfriend Lake from Agent Sieve. Lake realizes she can reflect Jesse's number and, due to them both in a way having numbers, the paradox is fixed and they both leave through an exit door. Jesse is unique as a passenger who has boarded the Infinity Train twice in a short amount of time and was able to help Lake, a denizen leave the train for the very first time.

"Oh man…What now?" Kevin mumbled, taking a step back.
Rolf sniffed the air and stiffened. "A great evil has befallen Pine Tree Dipper Boy."
Ed's own senses were flaring, screaming 'danger!' to him as he rushed over to Mabel, moving her behind him as she stated in open mouthed horror. "…Dipper?"
In the meantime, Ford's mind was racing as he took in the form Dipper had taken and stared at the eight glowing red eyes.
"The Spider…" Ford whispered with horrified eyes.
The Spider that was the enemy of the Turtle.
The being that devoured while Turtle would regurgitate.
The Spider that stalked its prey while the Turtle only watched.
The Eater of Worlds.
Ford could hardly believe it.
In the last twenty-four hours he had seen his prototype armor Armatae in the hands of a child, boarded the infamous Infinity Train and was now witnessing his grand nephew become possessed by one of the most dangerous entities in the Multi-Verse. The Spider was practically just below Bill Cipher in terms of sheer wickedness simply for the fact that the Spider was a predator while Cipher was the definition of the word 'insane'.
"Dipper!" Ford was shaken from his thoughts from the sound of Mabel's shouting and looked to see Dipper marching past everyone. "Dipper where are you-"
"MABEL, DON'T GO NEAR HIM!" Ford shouted, making everyone look at him. "He's been taken over by the Spider!"
While most of the group had no idea what he was talking about, those that had been in the Darklands such as Ed, Eddy, Jonny and Rolf had an idea of what he was talking about.
For like Dipper, they too had become Avatars of animal spirits:
The Wolf, the Fish, the Bear and the Rat Guardians to be exact.
"You mean like a Guardian of the Beam?" Jonny blurted out, causing Ford to stare at him.
"Ye-Yes." Ford answered in a stunned tone. "How do you-"
"I was an Avatar for one of them." Jonny gestured to himself with a big smile. "We got to wear this cool armor and we were like half-animals. Not like Faunus or Mobians but literally half animals. And I was the Knight of the Rat."
"Yes, Rolf remembers. Rolf became the knight for the noble Navius, the Wolf spirit." Rolf recalled with a fond smile. "He proved to be a noble spirit, unlike the evil Wolf that hunted and killed Rolf's livestock in the old country."
"I was a knight of a giant fish." Eddy spoke next.
"And Ed was knight of the mighty Bear!" Ed finished for everyone.
"Can someone just tell me what is going on?" Stan demanded impatiently as Dipper continued walking away. "What's happening to Dipper?!"
"There is a legend of a tower that helps the multi-verse together." Ford answered. "I am not sure how accurate it is but given all I've seen it's possible. This tower was designed to keep all worlds safe from the dangers of what lurks outside the multi-verse, an ever-expanding force of darkness and evil. This tower has twelve guardian spirits, taking the form of animals that protect the tower. These animal spirits can grant a portion of their powers to mortals, making them Avatars or Knights representing the animal spirit they have bonded with."
"And you four were bonded with these spirits?" Double D asked skeptically to his fellow Peach Creek kids.
"Not just us. Nazz was too along with the other kids we met up with." Eddy answered. "But I don't remember anyone being a Spider-Knight…That does sound like a cool name for a comic book character though, so we have to look into that when we get home. Pat and pending for everyone here."
"Not interested and there wouldn't have been because the Spider is not a force for good. It's more or less, a malevolent spirit that seeks only to kill and consume its prey." Ford replied and continued. "It's more or less a demon and an enemy to the Guardians of the Beam, that is the title of the animal spirits. More specifically it was an enemy to Maturin the Turtle, the Twelfth Guardian. In times like these, the Turtle would offer its power to help people fight against the Spider much like the other animal spirits apparently did."
"Good. So we just wait for one of us to have a vision of a giant turtle." Eddy crossed his arms.
"I'm afraid it's not that simple. Maturin the Turtle apparently died centuries ago, apparently while choking on a galaxy." Ford sighed.
Double D raised an eyebrow. "Choking on a galaxy? Galaxies are hundreds of millions of stars and planets. How does a turtle choke on them?"
"He wasn't just a turtle, Eddward he was a deity that existed outside the physical universe and it's hard to tell if it was this galaxy or another he choked on." Ford rubbed his head. "Maturin would have had the info we needed to expel the Spider's influence from Dipper."
"But there is a way to free Dipper, right?" Mabel anxiously asked.
"The only for that to happen is for Dipper to end the contract he must have made with the Spider but that may be next to impossible because of the Spider's corruptive influence. It's the same as making a deal with Bill, you don't realize you are being played until you're too deep in to get out." Ford shook his head.
Ed was silent through the conversation, his mind seemingly flashing to something…
A memory buried deep in his subconscious…
A man in a dark coat facing another man in armor similar to Dipper.
Ed used his power of the Slime Elemental to dig underneath the armor and rip off the helmet, revealing the hideous spider face underneath and the man, Alaric Henry Deschain fired a revolver at the Avatar's head, killing it and causing them to revert back to their human form.
"…I think I just thunk." Ed suddenly said, making everyone else look at him.
"…Was that English, Ed?" Double D asked.
"We must save Dipper by making him let go of his contract with the Spider!" Ed exclaimed pointing his finger into the air. "And we must hurry before it is too late, and he can't let go."
"What happens if he can't?" Frida asked.
"The alternative will be to kill him." Ed then said, causing the group to gain shocked looks. "I won't let it come to that."
"What?!" Mabel exclaimed with widened eyes.
"Ed, what are you talking about?" Eddy asked.
"Ed has seen this before, through memories of other Slime Elemental, working with Gunslinger to kill a guy like Dipper." Ed answered, gaining a very serious look on his face. "Ed won't let Spider have Dipper like it the other one."
Xxx
The Avatar of the Spider, formerly Dipper Pines exited the previous car and jumped up onto the roof of the next one. Starring ahead, its eight red eyes narrowed as its vision allowed it to see all the way up to the conductor's car.
And the one standing atop of the car behind it.
Snarling, the Avatar of the Spider shot forward with speed no mortal, aside from Living Bullet was capable of and arrived on the end of the second car, staring down the person on the other end.
"What's this?" Xavier turned around, smiling and waving at the Avatar of the Spider. "Well, hello there. Aren't you a sight for sore eyes? All eight of them in fact."
The Avatar snarled. "Wretched abomination…"
"You are one to talk." Xavier shot back. "Becoming the Avatar of one, especially one whose physical form was killed by a member of my master's race. It's almost amusing how highly you think of yourself despite all the times you have been brought down by a so-called lower being."
"I am eternal…The Eater of Worlds." The Avatar snarled.
"You're a puppet on strings, letting a sore loser direct you from outside reality where it hides." Xavier waved a finger. "What did It offer you exactly? Immortality? Money? Perhaps even trying to bring a loved one back from the great beyond?"
"Silence, abomination! Do not speak to me so lightly! You are made from the corpse of one of my vessels, a puppet yourself of that disrespectful wretch Sammael!" The Avatar snarled.
"As if there is anything about you to respect." Xavier chuckled. "The fact you think you stand over us in any way…It's almost comical to imagine."
"We'll see who is laughing when I feast on your organs!" The Avatar of the Spider snarled before lunging forward.
Xavier held up a hand and there was an invisible pulse of energy and the Avatar of the Spider stumbled just a few feet from him. "Did you know what my Semblance is? Sammael named it Solidify. It allows me to immobilize anyone I see but thanks to my…upgrade, I am now able to freeze even Avatars of Cosmic Deities."
The Avatar of the Spider grunted, struggling to break free.
"Did you really think I would face down an Avatar of the being whose vessel's corpse was given to me?" Xavier snickered. "Or that Sammael wouldn't anticipate the great and powerful Spider sending someone after me?"
The Spider Avatar's eyes flowed red and to the surprise of Xavier, broke free of his paralysis spell. It lunged forward, aiming to stab Xavier with its pincers but the young man somersaulted back, jumping through the air and cast another paralysis spell on the Avatar, freezing it momentarily. "Freeze!"
'I have a short amount of time.' Xavier made a gesture and several Geist shot out from the train and landed in the ground. 'If I can hold him until Geist return with their bodies, I will gain a distinct advantage over him.'
The Spider Avatar broke free again, lunging at Xavier with a roar. Across the top of the car, the two dash, spun, jumped and somersaulted as Xavier struggled to keep his distance from the Avatar of the monster deity seeking to kill him.
"Freeze!"
The Avatar froze again but easily broke the spell.
"Freeze!"
"Freeze!"
"FREEZE!"
"FRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
With each time the spell was cast, the Avatar seemed to break free faster and faster and each time it did, Xavier became more and more desperate. His movements were faster and more agile but he was becoming fearful as the Spider Knight was able to close the distance between them faster and faster.
His Semblance was becoming ineffective, and he was running out of time.

POW-POW!
"We don't have time for this!" Stan shouted, trying to punch his way through a maze in the next car. "Every second we waste, Dipper run's out of time."
"We can't fly, Stanley." Ford pointed out.
"You can't-" Frida started.
"But we can." Zoe finished as she, Frida and Double D activated their armor. "We'll go on ahead and find Dipper."
"Wait a sec-" Stan started but was unable to finish as the three took off into the air, heading out the way they came in. "They can't just off on their own!"
"I'm afraid there might be no choice, Stanley." Ford put a hand on Stan's shoulder. "Trying to take us along will slow them down and like you said, Dipper doesn't have a lot of time."
"So, we have to work our way through all the cars? We'll never catch up to them in time." Kevin complained.
"We'll have to if we want any chance of saving them." Rolf replied.
Eddy however was just watching as everyone, including Ed continued their journey to the next car…
"…Forget it. I'm out." He said, making everyone stop and look at him.
"…Eddy?"
