In this chapter, we take a break from the main story to do something fun this season, we hope it's to your liking :) with that said, enjoy the first Christmas installment and have a happy holiday :D

Omake special: Christmas...

The time of Christmas was a joy shared by everyone in the Eostia, people celebrating with their families, parties were brewing, and...there were many drunkards about...however in the monster city, the same could be said for its citizens, lights were out in abundance covering the buildings. For the residents of the House of Wings, they too were preparing to celebrate...

Inside the home, the food was being cooked and prepared by Yuriana and Inigo, the finished products were already on the table and ready, along with the punch... Lucien walked around there with the list, with a grin. As for the rest of the house, decorations were being taken care of by the Recorder and Erik, who had just finished setting up the tree and the lights around the house.

"And that should take care of the main decorations, the TV and movies are also ready," Record hummed with a grin.

Erik nodded, "I can't wait until this part kicks off, the only thing we need now is the food to be finished and for those invitations to go through..."

"I think the boss said he was handling that portion, even took the griffin to some places, he should be back soon...has been gone for a couple of hours," She pointed out.

And as if spoken up like a curse, there was a knock at the door, getting their attention.

"And speak of the dragon, I believe this is him now..." Record grinned, going to the door and opening it, letting him in.

Traysek wore a Santa hat, with a crimson long coat matching it, peppermints holstered in his dagger belt in place of the real ones, "Thanks I just got done delivering the last invitation, how's things coming along here?"

"The decorations and movies are ready to go, followed up by the food that's still being prepared, so we're still early..." She nodded.

"Very well, now all we have to do is wait on the cooks back there to finish, speaking of that, I'm going to go check on them, let me know if we get some early guests," The Redguard said, before leaving towards the kitchen.

"You got it, boss man!" Record saluted, going back to setting up decorations.

Traysek reached the dining room, finding most of the food and pies finished, taking a good whiff, "Not bad guys, how the rest coming along?" heading into the kitchen.

Inigo looked up, pulling out something from the oven, "Oh you're back my friend, we're just about done cooking, Yuri is still deep frying the turkey in the back, so once that's finished we'll be ready, did you manage to get those invitations out?"

"Of course, and managed to invite a few...some took...convincing to accept the invitation...others were more than happy for it...like the bard Jenelica, so we'll be seeing her soon, Ethan for sure," glancing at the large barrels of alcoholic eggnog, a tube coming from it, "Okay, I'll leave you guys to it, it's pretty early so we shouldn't expect too many people around this time and-"

There was a ringing at the door, putting a frown on his face, "Or not...I'll get that..." making his way to the door.

When he got there, he opened it and found only a large present there, covered in gold and silver bows with a tag on it... Traysek picked up the present and brought it inside, confused about what could be this heavy in it... once he sat it down, he read the tag with a frown...

"To Traysek from, your greatest fan..." He finished with a harder frown, "Okay then, let's see what's in here..." untying the golden bows, however when he did and opened the box, and burst of light shot out, a figure with a gold Santa hat and robe stepping out.

"Merry Christmas!" Rey greeted with his arms out, "And a happy new-Arrgh!" getting punched.

Unfortunately, though, the reaction he was expecting came out as the opposite...as he was now getting stomped out, throwing his hands up in defense with an already blackened eye.

"Wait wait! stop! I'm not here to arrest you!"

The Redguard ceased his stomping but his glare remained, "What in the seven hells are you doing here?! how did you even get here?!"

"Oh that, yeah I had myself put in a box and sent to the caravan that led here, don't worry, once I'm done hanging out, I'll be leaving..." Rey casually waved off.

Traysek grabbed him by the lapel on his golden coat, "You need to leave, now Rey, go celebrate with your family...you have no idea who's all coming here! I'm not trying to have that kind of chaos at this party!"

"It's fine, this is an omake, it's not like they can actually hurt me...whoever's coming anyway..." The young knight assured.

The Redguard shook his head, "You know what? It's your damn funeral...I'm done caring..." harshly letting him go.

"Like I needed your protection, your advice was already bad enough," Rey murmured.

"Don't push it, rookie..." The Redguard warned, narrowing his eyes on him, "Or should we start talking about "mission reports"...?"

A knock was heard as childish voices could be heard.

Lucien sighed upon returning and spotting Rey, "Well there goes the party, welcome back, sir, it seems we've already got people at the door...might as well let them in,"

The Redguard groaned, "If it's who I think it is, by all the gods, Please don't say anything to him...I'm serious, I'll punt you back to Feoh!"

"Yeah yeah..." Reynold waved off, watching him head to the door.

Recorder came around the corner, "Okay Lucien, the boss handled the invitations and-" froze when she saw Rey there, "Oh my god...WHY ARE YOU HERE?!"

"It's fine Record, it's his funeral if he wants to stay..." Inigo called back, "I'm down for a good show today anyway!"

At the door, Traysek took a deep breath and opened it, finding Dargo and his siblings there with him holding a pan of something, "Dargo buddy! Welcome to the party, you're early!" he greeted with a friendly smile, "I see you brought your siblings, those are some lovely coats, welcome and happy holidays to you both as well, please come in~!" stepping aside with bow.

"It would have been rude of me to be late." Dargo pointed as his siblings stormed to the house, "Also, here's a Daruga Stew, made of elk meat, some spices, and some medicinal herbs."

The Redguard took a deep whiff, "It smells divine, can't wait to get into this when the party starts," closing the door behind them after, "How's look for Endra and his family? Are they on the way?"

"Since the story events didn't have you a chance to meet their eldest daughter, you'll meet her now." Dargo pointed, "And they're bringing a gift from the Harpy Queen-" he stopped mid-sentence when he noticed Rey.

Traysek sighed when he noticed what he was staring at, "Ah yes, and here's our UNINVITED guest...he let himself in here by coming in that box over there," turning to Dargo, "I know you want to freeze and shatter him, but please don't destroy our house...it took so much time setting this up and we still have more people coming over..." he pleaded.

"Why are you pleading to-" Rey started off with, only to duck from an ice spike.

"Shut your whore mouth!" Traysek barked, holding the ice spell, "You already weren't invited, don't make it worse!"

"I second that, seriously man, you're lucky this is an omake," Lucien added in, before turning to Dargo, "Greetings Dargo! I see you've made it and you've brought food," taking the pan, "I'll put this over with the rest, please help yourself, we have punch and Eggnog..."

"Out of respect for you guys, and because it's Christmas... I won't turn his spine into a powder..." Dargo said after taking a deeeeeeeep breath, "Also, this is for you." he then handed Traysek six cards, "They're poems I wrote for you and the crew."

The Redguard took the card with a smile, "Thank you, I'll check that out when it's time, and I believe we have something for you too, or more importantly, Recorder picked it out, even the wrapping tape for it," he chuckled, leading him over to the gifts pile, "We're also handing out gifts to those we've invited once the party starts, she even went got something for your siblings too, she won't tell us what it is, but it should be nice,"

Recorder walked from the living room, spotting Dargo, "Dargo! I'm glad you made it, happy holidays!" giving a squeezing hug.

Once Dargo noticed what she was wearing, he froze.

"Uh Dargo...?" Recorder asked, getting no response until she looked at him, finding him passed out, "Dargoooooo!" dramatically.

Traysek chuckled, shaking his head, "Great job you broke him, you should probably let him go before something explodes," as the doorbell rang again, "On that note, tend to this..." heading to the door.

"Yeah...sure..." Record nervously chuckled, "Come on D, wake up!"

The Redguard once again made it to the door and opened it, finding Endra and his wife, Theyls, along with their children and another large harpy there, "Endra! I was just askin' Dargo about ya, almost decided to come looking, glad you made it!"

"Had a few things to deal with." Endra sighed, "There are rumors that a Holy Knight found his way into the city, so the Dark Blades are on the move. And going to the Harpies' nest isn't that fast. Thankfully, we found a teleporter to get us here."

Traysek gave a frustrated groan, "Yeah...I probably know who that holy knight is...we got ourselves an uninvited guest that came as a present, either way, I'm glad it didn't take you long... Theyls, kids, good to you guys again, and..." turning to the other harpy there, "I don't believe we've met..." frowning.

"Right, this is the elder sister of this flock." Endra answered, "But I don't know if it's a good idea to spoil the readers about her name..."

The Redguard nodded, "Good point, don't wanna spoil too much, regardless, I see you've brought your pan here, come on in~" motioning them in, "Dargo and his siblings have already made it here,"

"That's good, I've been wondering if-" before he could continue, Endra noticed Rey and his expression became an unamused one.

Traysek groaned deeply, looking back up and clasping his hands together, "So you know that uninvited guest I was talking about, yeah...came in that gold and silver box there, "From your greatest fan" So now we have this..."

Rey shot them both an unamused look, "You make that sound like it's a challenge...it's the holidays...and you guys throw some wild parties,"

"THAT WE DIDN'T INVITE YOU TO!" the rest of the crew shouted.

"Just so you know, if he gets close to anyone from my family... I'll turn him into a target practice for the rest of my life." Endra smiled, but not in a good way.

Rey sweated at the dark aura coming off him, but held his ground, "But, humans don't live as long..."

"That's pretty much the point, Rey..." Traysek said facepalming, before coming back up, "You know what? Endra, Thelys, I'll show you where the platters are, kids please help yourselves, we've got plenty of stockings full of candy and eggnog, and I believe Erik just put on a movie in the living room,"

"Be sure to ask if you need any help," Thelys said as she smiled at Traysek.

At that moment, Traysek's phone began to ring.

"If I need anything I'll be sure to ask, thank you, I need to take this, Lucien, could you show them to the kitchen, my phone's going nuts," The Redguard asked, getting a nod.

"Sure, right this way please," Lucien ushered, guiding them into the dining room.

The Redguard made it to the ringing phone and answered it, "Hello? Traysek speaking,"

"Kid! How're you doing." It was Niall's voice, "Hope that you weren't busy."

"Commander! I was wondering if you'd get my invitation or call, and No, not really... we're just getting things set up for the party," with a bright grin, "We've already got a few people here now, both invited and...uninvited..." with a deep sigh.

"Been wanting to ask if you're okay with someone coming with us," Niall stated.

Traysek frowned, "That all depends, who's all coming?" raising an eyebrow.

"Despite the bard and my wife, a knight who appeared in some of the recent chapters," Niall answered.

"You mean the one who kicked Reynold's ass in that test? sure why not, go ahead and bring her," Traysek laughed, "And also IF possible, after the party, can you drag him back with you? he's got the dark blades looking for him,"

"How in the name of the Deathblight did he get there?" Niall's voice showed how confused he was.

The Redguard sighed deeply, "He came as a Christmas present, in a gold and silver box no less, it was nicely wrapped, but that's how he got in..."

"I'm not going to save him if they lock on to him." Niall stated, "I don't want to fight characters based on the Black Knives." he shuddered before adding, "Well, I'll be on my way." he then hung up.

Traysek sat the call stone down, "Right, I'll see you guys soon," hearing something shatter, "Oi what was that?!" heading to the other room.

He was witnessing Rey trying to impress Thelys by trying to lift the axe Traysek got from his last job... only for the Harpy to not recognize his existence.

"What in the hell are you doing?!" The Redguard swore, taking the axe from him, holding it with one hand, "Who are trying to impress? I pray isn't the harpy in the room, she's not even looking at you!"

"What? no! Where'd you get that idea, haha, I just wanted to see if I could even lift this," Reynold defended.

Traysek rolled his eyes, "Right...you pick right "Now" to do that...Look I already feel like I'm breaking several violations by letting you breathe here, but because it's the holidays, I'm just going to tell you once...stop while you're ahead, Endra's nicer than Dargo, but he will not make light on his threat, he was serious!"

"Alright, fine I'm sorry, I'll lay off," The holy knight assured.

"You better, because if he was here in place of me...you've caught an arrow already, now stop messing with our weapons, and go back to the guest lobby, there's plenty of minty mead go indulge yourself, please..."

Reynold nodded and made his way to the kitchen, leaving the Redguard in a facepalm...

Another knock was heard this time, a more gruff and even some barking was heard.

Traysek grinned, hearing that familiar bark, as Erik shouted...

"I've got it!" rushing to the door, opening it, and finding Ethan, Baldur in a cute Christmas coat, Bruk'daz, Keelia, and Heltia at the door, "Guys! Welcome to the party, and I see you've brought...your platter..." nervously chuckling at the Boar they had with them, "I can help you guys out with that, you're just on time,"

"Got a bit lost on our way here." Ethan laughed, "Without Baldur, we would be more late than now."

Erik nodded, "I can understand that, we're not exactly on the map," going up to the boar, "You ladies go ahead and head on in, I'll help you guys get this in," helping them get it into the house.

"Ha, you youngsters are so full of energy." Ethan laughed again but stopped when he noticed a certain someone.

Erik glances up, finding Rey at the mead barrels, "Oh yeah, our..."Christmas present" No one invited him, we're still trying to figure out how he got past security...they had to have been drunk themselves, even the box was obvious, gold and silver,"

Rey finished pouring the mead in his tankard, "I'm here to celebrate, I'm not looking for trouble..."

"There's going to be, the longer you stay here..." The Nord groaned, "Anyway, let's get this to the dining room..." his smile returned.

"I'd better get away from the cowardly lying filth." Heltia had an empty stare as she walked away.

Rey frowned deeply, "What did do to her? I don't know her..."

"Oh Rey...trust me, you'll know in a few chapters trust me...it'll come back to you..." Inigo groaned, coming out of the kitchen with an unamused stare.

Traysek spotted Heltia entering the room, "Ah Heltia! Glad you made it, welcome to the party! I hope our...uninvited guest hasn't soured the mood?" with a raised eyebrow.

"The moment I laid my eyes on him my mood soured." she said with an unamused tone, "And because it's an Omake and Christmas, I won't get my frustration out."

The Redguard was slightly sweating from her leaking bloodlust, "T-thank you for that...Really, and thank you for coming, Heltia, I'm sorry he's here, just ignore him if possible...everyone already is...or is trying to for the most part...if he starts being a pain in the ass, do let me know..."

Back in the other room, Rey was looking at Keelia as she was playing with the children.

That was until he was interrupted when Recorder and Dargo walked into the room, clearing his throat...

"Keelia! it's been a while, I see you made it, saw your dad, Ethan, and Erik dragging in that huge boar!" Recorder said, hugging her.

"Both father and uncle Ethan hunted it last night!" Keelia said with a smile, "By the way..." she then handed her a dreamcatcher, "I made this one for you!"

While the girls were chatting, Dargo stood in front of them, glaring at the knight with cold eyes.

Reynold gave him a frown back, stopping himself from taking a sip, 'What's this guy's problem? is he the one Traysek was talking about? Maybe I should give him a picture, it'll last longer...' going back to drinking his tankard.

Another knock was heard from the door... louder than usual.

Traysek once again answered the door after ushering Heltia to the dining room, finding Greil and Gronik along with his family, smiling at them, "Gentlemen! I bid you both welcome to the party! Good to see you as well Kurenai, and you too little one," he greeted.

"Greetings, captain." Greil greeted with a smile as Gronik's daughter rushed inside to hug Keelia.

"We just finished some paperwork to stop the Dark Blades from getting in and ruining the party." Gronik pointed with a sigh as Greil handed Traysek five cake boxes.

"These are cheesecakes made of a layer of strawberry under a layer of chocolate." Kurenai then showed a freshly baked pie, "And this is an orange pie."

"Oooooh~ you guys went all out with these, thank you, and happy holidays, please right this way," The Redguard grinned, ushering them in, "So with that paperwork, I take it, they know he's over here then...alright, something tells me I'm gonna have to talk to Udemi about this later, but regardless, thank you," leading them towards the dining room.

"I spoke to her." Greil assured, "She'll turn a blind eye for this time... but next time, they'll take him to test poisons until the end of the organization. Also, the city sent him this card." he handed Traysek a cursed-looking card while smiling, "Everyone in the city poured their emotions of him in it."

Traysek took the card leaking so much toxicity and dark aura, "Talk about a cursed card, I'm almost scared to give it to him, alright, when we start passing out gifts, I'll make sure he gets it," he chuckled, carrying the cakes into the dining room, setting them down, "Make yourselves at home, the food just got done and we've got plenty to go around, we've got mint mead, I'm sure Gronik is more than familiar with that, and we have eggnog for the kids and us adults, there's rum in ours...So do sip carefully," he chuckled.

As time passed, the people gathered began to chat among themselves while the children were playing in another room... except for one person who was alone...

Rey was bitterly drinking the mead he poured himself while watching the crew mingle with everyone there, 'I came for a good time, but it seems like everyone doesn't want anything to do with me...what's with that?'

More minutes went by, and the doorbell rang once more, making the Redguard excuse himself from the group he was talking to, heading to answer it, finding Niall and his wife, along with Jenelica and Sylla, "Well Well, we've been waiting on you, welcome to the party Niall, Ladies!" he greeted with a bow.

"We've been searching for a way to get here... but it wasn't that simple. Wish we've arrived earlier." Niall replied.

"Nice place!" Jenelica complimented, "Everything's good... but one thing is out of the decor..."

Traysek laughed, "Yeah, we're not exactly easy to find, but then again that's a good thing, right?" turning to Jenelica, "And thank you for coming Jen, the kids are gonna be ecstatic with you performing, the guys will help you get set up and ready for it...as for the decor what do you mean? if it's our uninvited guest...you hit the nail on the head..."

"It's not like he had a brain to think with, to begin with." Jenelica pointed with a laugh.

"Happy holidays to you too, Jester..." Rey sarcastically greeted, "Commander good to see you!"

The Redguard sighed deeply, "And that might be his third tankard, I told him to indulge but...if you can't tolerate him, just ignore...most of the guests are already doing that,"

"Well then, let's get the party started!" Jenelica said with a jovial tone.

"Nice to meet you." Sylla walked to the Dragonborn, "I'm Sylla, a Tarnished from Elden Ring."

Traysek shook her hand, "Nice to meet you, you're prettier in person, can't wait to meet you in the main story later~" he winked, "Regardless, I bid you welcome, I do hope you enjoy yourself today~"

"I was waiting for the approval from you." Sylla pointed, "After all, only a rude idiotic person would barge in unannounced like he owns the place."

Traysek sighed, "You mean Reynold? honestly, I don't mind if he's behaving, but after midnight, yeah I'd want him gone... because that's as much time as he's got until then..."

"Until what exactly?" The golden robe knight questioned, frowning at the Tarnished "Oh no...you're here too...great, beating my ass the first time wasn't enough..."

"Ah ah! not telling, all you need to know is that if you're not gone by midnight, there will be consequences and none I can keep you from," The Redguard warned, narrowing his eyes on him, "And you've been a little shit in these past few chapters, be glad that's ALL you got out of that..."

Rey snorted, "Whatever...you aren't around, remember? so you don't know anything about it,"

"Not officially yet, no, but when we do, it'll be worse..." The Redguard sighed.

"That is if he doesn't do something else stupid." Sylla pointed with an unamused look, "Anyways, time to enjoy the festivities. I hope that our meeting in the official story would be on... better grounds than the one I met...him..."

Traysek laughed, "Oh for sure it will, it all just depends on the timing of that, is all, but if I and the commander hit off pretty well, I have no doubts we will," he concurred.

"Anyways, I'll enjoy the party." Sylla said before giving him a box, "Here's a pelt of a Runebear."

Traysek took the box with a smile, "Thank you~ no idea what a Runebear is, but I'll find out when we start unwrapping them, enjoy the party!" taking the gift to the tree.

More people showed up after that, such as Swain, Celestine, and Olga, who both had come with him, and were now mingling with the partygoers, as the stage for the performance was being set up, Jenelica directing Inigo, Lucien, and Erik on working with the amplifiers.

Another knock was heard on the door.

The Redguard made it to the door and opened it, finding Ashar with Razzfang and a few of her mates, giving her a grin, "Lady Ashar, I didn't think you'd show, welcome~ you too Razzfang!"

"We were forced by the Co-writer." Ashar pointed, "From what I heard; I should be more open." she shook her head before adding, "Anyways, here's the offering that we're supposed to bring." she then handed him a necklace made of various gems.

Traysek took the necklace, "It's beautiful, thank you Packmother, please right this way~"

...

Rey was in the back chilling, or at least trying to with the occasional glares being shot at him, until he spotted Traysek guiding Ashar and her people in, frowning, 'Seriously the Gnoll queen...? Just how many people have they invited?!' he mentally cursed, while going up to Erik who was setting up the wiring, "Hey, what's with this gathering, you guys invited Celestine but none of the shields or other knights? should I be expecting Volt to show up?"

The Nord gave him an unamused stare, "Yes we did, because Celestine's welcomed here, unlike you and other holy knights... if you don't like it, there's the door, now if you excuse me, I have work to do..." going back to the wiring, hooking things up, until the amps glowed, calling out to Jenelica, "Hey Jen! I got the amplifier hooked up and ready to go! The guys should be done with their part!"

"We are Erik, we were waiting on that, thank you!" Lucien called back.

"Thanks, tank warrior and mage scholar." she smiled before taking the microphone and testing it with two taps, "Seems good." she cleared her throat before saying out loud, "Alright folks! Welcome to the first. Ever. Song. Of. Christmas!"

The partygoers gathered around the stage, as the lights dimmed down, the music starting up...

In a land of yore, when snow adorned the ground,

Lords and ladies gathered, joyous sounds abound.

Candles flickered bright, casting their golden light,

Beneath the starry night, in Yuletide's glow so white.

Sing, oh sing, with voices bold and fair,

Songs of love and cheer, fill the icy air.

In this ancient season, hearts embrace delight,

Starry night in Yuletide's glow, shining so bright.

Minstrels' harps rang out, melodies of old,

Stories told anew, a tale to be retold.

Jesters danced and played, merry laughter spread,

As the weary world slept beneath a starry tread.

Sing, oh sing, with voices bold and fair,

Songs of love and cheer, fill the icy air.

In this ancient season, hearts embrace delight,

Starry night in Yuletide's glow, shining so bright.

The hearth fire crackled, warmth against the cold,

Feasting on the bounty, precious tales were told.

Hopes were whispered soft, dreams of peace and mirth,

Joyous tidings shared upon this sacred earth.

Sing, oh sing, with voices bold and fair,

Songs of love and cheer, fill the icy air.

In this ancient season, hearts embrace delight,

Starry night in Yuletide's glow, shining so bright.

Through the ages, echoes of this night,

Traditions handed down, filling hearts with light.

May the spirit linger, every year anew,

A medieval Christmas, filled with love so true.

Sing, oh sing, with voices bold and fair,

Songs of love and cheer, fill the icy air.

In this ancient season, hearts embrace delight,

Starry night in Yuletide's glow, shining so bright.

As the moon ascends, and stars serenade,

May this medieval Christmas, never fade.

Let it live forever, in our memories so dear,

Starry night in Yuletide's glow, throughout the years.

The audience loudly applauded, clapping and whooping as the performance came to an end, even Rey was slowly clapping with a smile, enjoying the song... with his sixth tankard, feeling the effects kicking in, 'Dammit...how many have I had now...I feel...great...!' watching the Redguard get on stage.

"Thank you Jenelica, and to everyone who showed up today, thank you as well!" Traysek thanked, "Now after that lovely song, I do believe it's time to eat and enjoy all that's been brought here, please all of you help yourselves, you've earned it!" he announced, getting loud cheers.

As people began to take plates of food, they began to talk about various topics; Swain and the present members of the Birds of Prey were enjoying talking about possible canon events in the story, Ashar and some girls were talking about finding the right soulmate, even Razzfang was talking with the present members of the Kletzkrieg and Traysek about potential fighting styles and cultures that could be added to the canon events... all of that lest one person alone.

At this point, the knight was drunker than a retching Netch, watching in envy as everyone kept to themselves, 'jerks...everyone acts like I don't exist...well, I do!' cutting his eye at Dargo who was glaring at him while drinking some of the eggnog that was served, "Do you need a *hic* picture of sumthin? or my autograph maybe...? You've been giving me that *hic* look all night!"

Inigo's ears picked up on that, "Oh boy...someone's trying to start something..." informing the group he was with.

Traysek nodded, "I think that would be a good call Razzfang, we do want to learn more about your history and its culture, and if Ashar does become a representative, you'll have that chance and our city will be better for it and-" he went to finish until Erik came up and whispered something to him, turning that smile into a frown, "Really? You've gotta be fucking kidding me... he picks now to do this shit?!" turning around to find him, "Thank you, Erik, try to diffuse this if you can if you cannot please call me over, I'll be there with swain and Niall,"

"You got it, sir," Erik bowed, heading over to Dargo and Rey...

At this point, the Dark Elf was holding the knight in a painful position as his hands were locked behind his back.

"Ow ow! What the hell?! let go!" Rey swore while being held.

Erik quickly marched up to them, "Hey, hey hey! Guys, Come on!," getting their attention "Dargo man, I get it, I heard him talking shit earlier, we're just now starting to get the plates out, they'll be plenty of time to beat on that milk drinker later and you..." Cutting a narrowed eye on the knight, "Why is it when something goes down, you're at the center of it?"

The young knight took his glare off Dargo and put it on the Nord, "Why do you *hic* care? you've only been friends with them for literally two weeks-OW!"

Dargo stared at the knight for some seconds before letting him go.

Rey shook both his arms out, "Brute...!" walking away.

The Nord sighed, shaking his head at his departure, "Lightweight..." turning back to Dargo, "Are you good, Dargo?"

"That was one of the simplest defensive grabs that I had." Dargo pointed, "Next time... I'll remove his arm."

Erik sighed, "Defensive grab...so he struck first, good to know..." narrowing a glare on the knight, "Don't worry, you'll get your chance to hurt him...but first let's eat, I'm dying to try out those cheesecakes," slapping a hand on his shoulder, leading to the dining room.

More time had passed, and the guests were enjoying themselves as Keelia was playing with the children, showing them some tricks using her fire magic... but someone wasn't enjoying her making the children smile.

The completely drunk knight watched with jealousy, the kids there reminding him of the ones back in Erdora, wishing this was them he could spoil, taking a bite of food with narrowed eyes, too afraid to voice his opinion with her father and Heltia around.

While this was happening, the crew also had joined the partygoers in eating, and chatting, having a good time, despite what almost occurred earlier...things seemed to have gotten better... at least for that moment.

When the celebration died down a bit, The table was getting emptier and emptier, Sylla was seen talking with Traysek on some friendlier terms and both Jenelica and Recorder were talking about assassination tactics and other stuff related to it, Eric was enjoying his chat with Zephyr, both Lucian and Ethan were remembering the events of the catacombs... and the air was so full of positive energy that everyone forgot about the uninvited knight.

'Look at them all...celebrating without any care in the world...and it's rather odd how the commander knows anyone on this side of the fence...or Sylla, but then again...' Rey mentally sighed, taking another bite of the boar meat, 'This is surprisingly good boar though...'

"Eating by yourself, my holy friend?" Inigo's voice called out to him.

He turned around to find Inigo holding a plate, "Ah, Inigo...yeah I am, it seems either someone has a problem with me or just doesn't want anything to do with me...I don't get it...I was drunk earlier but even that's worn off,"

The khajiit took a seat at his table, despite the looks he was getting, sighing at those but glanced back at him, "I wonder why that could be...? Maybe your actions thus far have led to this?"

"What actions?" He frowned, "I'm not the one who deserted humanity here, that was all of you...! and yet..." glancing at Celestine and Olga laughing about something, "And yet, I'm treated like the pariah..."

Inigo took a deep breath, "Well, I won't say you're not, there's a been a few people here tonight we've had to calm down, because of your presence...but..." glancing at everyone having a good time, "I think, they're here to celebrate like we are...maybe the souring of the mood is coming from you, Rey...you are brooding right now,"

Reynold sighed deeply, taking another gulp, "Inigo...I appreciate what you're trying to do...but with all due respect, I'd like to be left alone, everyone else is already doing it..."

The khajiit nodded, "Understandable, merry Christmas Rey, we start unwrapping soon, maybe there's a gift in there for you," taking his plate and rejoining the table.

"Yeah, Yeah Inigo, you too..." The holy knight waved, with a slight grin.

"Oh my, I didn't know that you'd be here." Celestine noticed him as she was with two other Elves; Olga and Ophilyana.

Rey glanced up, his expression lightening, "Lady Celestine! Happy holidays to you, I'm surprised to see you as well," with a slight blush and smile, "As for how I got here...the means were...unconventional..." nodding his head towards the opened gold box.

"Ich weiß nicht, ob er ein Idiot oder einfach nur dumm ist ... (I don't know if he's an idiot, or just plain stupid...)" Ophilyana commented with an unamused expression.

"I don't know if I should laugh, or cry," Olga added as Celestine laughed nervously.

He sighed, "Holiday greetings to you, Queen Olga...I already know how you feel about us, I'll be gone before midnight..." turning back to Celestine, "Either way, I'm glad to see you enjoying yourself, milady...I only wished that my brother didn't do what he did when he was your aid, I apologize on behalf of that..."

"Warum habe ich das Gefühl, dass es gerade gesagt wurde? (Why do I feel like it was just said?)" Ophilyana asked as she raised an eyebrow.

"Perhaps that's because all the knights are the same," Olga answered.

"C-Come on you two, there's no need to be like this." Celestine tried to defend him.

"Meine Dame, bitte sehen Sie sich an, was er in den letzten Kapiteln getan hat ... (My lady, please, go watch what he did in the last chapters...)"Ophilyana deadpanned as Celestine began to sweat.

Rey sighed, taking a sip of his drink, "Still on that Rhetoric...? If I was I would've drawn my sword upon seeing you...since I haven't that says a lot"

"You can't blame anyone on this side of the fence when you look at monster folk the same way..." A voice shot out, belonging to Traysek who was approaching them, smiling at the elves, "Ladies Celestine and Olga~ Thank you both for coming tonight," giving a regal bow, "I know it probably got in the way of your busy schedules, regardless, it's good to have you here~ even lord swain in a good mood today,"

"Thank you again for inviting me!" Celestine said with a joyful expression, "Also, thank you for allowing me to bring Ophilyana around."

"Well, Uncle Swain does need to rest from time to time..." Olga nodded, "Well, he isn't the type to host parties... unless it's for political gain..."

"I agree, he works pretty hard from where he is, I admire that," The Redguard complimented turning to Celestine, "And it's no problem, out of all your bodyguards, she's been the best looking out for you, I have no complaints there~" turning to her, "It's nice to meet you Ophilyana, and hopefully it goes as well in canon as tonight~ looking forward to working with you later," with a hand extended.

"Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir einen guten Start hinlegen würden. (I'm sure that we'd kick it off in a good way.)" Ophilyana said as she shook his hand, "Schließlich habe ich einen bekannten Kampfstil, den Sie vielleicht gern sehen würden. (After all, I do have a known fighting style that you might enjoy seeing.)"

Traysek chuckled, "Oho? It'll be something to see for sure, I'll even be honored to spar against it," getting an eyebrow raise from Reynold.

"You can understand her?" He asked with a hard frown.

"In a way, I can and those over there, help with that," The Redguard said, pointing at a strange floating box in the air.

[Subtitles on]

"Oh...that's rather convenient..." The young knight blinked, not believing what he was seeing...

"Du siehst wirklich aus wie ein netter Mensch. (You do look like a nice person.)" Ophilyana nodded, "Ehrlich und tadellos Ihrem eigenen Ehrgefühl folgend ... Sie sind das, was viele Menschen anstreben sollten. (Honest and following your own sense of honor without a fault... you are what a lot of people should aim to be.)

The Redguard laughed, "Well...I wouldn't go THAT far, but I'll take the compliment, thank you~" with a wink, "That said, we're about to start handing off gifts, figure I let everyone here know," glancing at Rey, "I even have something for you...despite recent chapters..."

"Really? What'd you get me?" The young knight asked, with a surprised look.

"Ah ah! you'll find out in time, I'm not spoiling anything..." Traysek smirked.

As everyone gathered, presents were being distributed.

The crew was at the tree, as the Redguard had the first gift in hand, a long one, "Okay, first on our list, Dargo!" he called out to him, "This is for you, Reco went above and beyond picking out gifts for you and your siblings," with a grin.

The Dark Elf blushed a little before accepting the long crate, "T-Thank you."

Recorder blushed as well, rubbing the back of her neck, "I figured...it's the least I could do...after everything...you did for me..."

"Aww...that's sweet..." Yuriana's voice rang out, making them both blush even harder.

"Well? aren't you gonna open it, big guy? it's on the house and he almost kept it," Inigo chuckled.

Traysek gave a playful snort, "Could you blame me? Wait until he sees 'why'" he laughed.

When Dargo opened the box, his eyes widened at what was inside.

The Redguard smirked, "That right there, is a katana made entirely of compressed magma, no steel... I gave this sword a few test swings myself and nearly kept it because," he chuckled, "But...Recorder and others did make a point, you are the katana specialist and we couldn't think of anyone better to have it, so enjoy~"

"I... I don't know what to say..." he turned and gave Recorder a warm smile, "Thank you..."

'H-H-He smiled!' a lot of people were shocked by that

"Sounds like my Meteorite Ore Katana." Sylla pointed as she drew her weapon to show it to Traysek.

The Redguard whistled, nodding, "Nice~ can't wait to see what that does later," before turning back around, "Also she had something for your siblings too," handing him another box, this one a bit smaller.

The two children snatched the box and opened it.

Inside were two handcrafted bracelets made of glowing stones and wooden charms that had an ember glow showing the etched seals...

"We got you kids matching bracelets with charms on them, they're supposed to bring good luck and fortune, as well as keep evil spirits away, made from Ulak," Traysek grinned, "They're also able to track each other, meaning if any of you ever get lost, the other can find you...behind those two is another one and that's also for you Dargo,"

Dargo took the third one and began to look down in shame, "Thank you, for everything... I don't know how to repay this kindness..."

Recorder sighed and walked up to him, " It's okay, Dargo, don't worry about it, you done plenty for me, I just figured it was time I returned that kindness," with a warm smile.

"Meaning we are not expecting anything back from this, it was for you, my friend, your reaction was enough," Inigo added in, getting nods from the rest of the crew.

"Such friendship is priceless." Sylla sighed with a smile.

"Indeed." Jenelica nodded, "Unlike a certain someone who won't be this lucky."

Rey had to keep himself from vomiting, swallowing the bile, 'I wanna hurl...I wanna hurl so bad...'

"Next up, Endra and his family!" Traysek called out, "Get up here, pal, got something for you guys too," beckoning them.

"C'mon, we didn't do anything to deserve that." Endra pointed as he was pushed by Thelys.

The Redguard grinned, handing him a large package, "Here, this is for you, I think you'll like this one, and you'll find the irony funny,"

"You're goin' to make me blush," Endra said with an embarrassed tone as he opened the box, revealing a bow... but not any bow...This one had lunar designs, with a blue glow as well as the arrows with a moon symbol on the quiver.

Lucien chuckled, "Well, since you're the solar archer, We thought it'd be cool and ironic if you had a Lunar bow too, even comes with those arrows which are easy to craft, there's a small book inside that'll tell you how,"

"Even so... I'd rather ask that Salamander Runemaster to make them." Endra pointed with a sweatdrop, "Still, it's a really good bow; light, powerful magic in it, and the compatibility with my element is actually high."

"I would hope so, they are on the same coin after all, just different sides," Traysek smiled, "I'm sure you'll have your fun with it" Turning to Thelys, "And for you Thelys, I got you and kids something too, went to the nest for this one, friendlier this time around, but there's still that distant hissing," handing her a large squared box.

"W-Well, it's just a question of perspective for them." The Harpy nervously chuckled and he opened the box.

Inside were gold and silver jeweled necklaces, each stone in it shining to a glow. Seven of the smaller ones had cute animals made of gemstones hanging off them, while the two larger ones had larger gemstones in the form of medallions with smaller diamonds around them.

"I wanted to thank you for your help with that situation and I thought of the kids too, merry Christmas~" Traysek smiled.

"It wasn't that much." Thelys waved down.

"Regardless, we still hope you appreciate it," The Redguard nodded, "Okay, next...Zephry! Step up please!" he called out.

"M-M-Me! But I didn't help in anything!" the Kletzkrieg was frantically waving her arms as she was blushing.

The crew chuckled along with the partygoers, as Traysek waved her down...

"Aww...don't be like that~ Erik went through quite a bit to get you a gift today, and to be fair, your help during the rescue mission is appreciated, more than..." Traysek complemented, handing her a thin square box.

Meanwhile, Said Nord was already blushing in anticipation, "Gee sir...thanks..." getting some chuckles from the others.

At that, she looked more embarrassed as she opened the box.

Inside was a dress made of fine silk, changing color when she touched it...

"Now that dress is quite special, not only is made of the finest spider silk there is, but it can react and change color according to temperature and season, if it's hot it'll be an ember color or ice blue if it's cold and if the temperature is fair..." Traysek paused turning to Erik.

"It uh...changes to a spring green, that I know...would go well... w-with that lovely hair of... yours," The Nord stammered out with a bright blush and smile.

Zephyr's face turned bright red as she tried to avoid any eye contact.

Inigo smirked widely, "Smooth Erik~ very smooth my friend, she looks like she's going to pass out," snickering, "You know we do have mistletoes set up here just in case..."

"Okay! Inigo! we get it! Enough man!" The Nord retorted in high pitch, cutting him off with his face completely red, turning to Zephyr, "It's no problem, Merry Christmas, Zephyr..." rubbing the back of his neck.

The Crew chuckled, while Traysek went back to the Tree, coming out with a very large box, "Next on the list, General Greil, I've been waiting for this, come up here big guy!" The Redguard called out.

"Thank you, captain." Greil laughed as he walked as he had a small box, "Well, I forgot to hand you this earlier. All the paperwork was a little tiring."

Traysek took the box, "Thank you and don't worry about it, I already know the reasoning there," cutting a quick glance at Rey, "But despite that, I'm glad you came...and this is for you," handing him the large gift.

"Why thank you, captain." Greil thanked with a smile as he opened the gift.

When he opened it, there was an earthly-looking staff inside with a tip that glowed green along with the vines wrapped around it, surrounded by boxes of incense from the earth-mother's temple.

"Choosing your gift, was difficult, I thought of getting you an armor set with a battleax or mount, but those didn't resonate well...and then I remembered, besides the fact that you're the Earthmother's champion, you're also her greatest shaman...so I decided to do something there," The Redguard smiled, "That Staff is purely made of the Earthmothers magic and the incense is blessed by her...I had that made at the temple near Ulak, took a few hours, so I had to come back for it...but it should help out with your shaman practices,"

"Well, I'm more of a Warrior than a Shaman." Greil pointed before adding with a smile, "But, this surely proves that your heart only has pure intention in it."

"A respect between two warriors, so good." Jenelica commented, "Despite the origin and the race, a fraternity is blooming."

Sylla nodded before saying, "There's no doubt about that."

Meanwhile, Rey had a hand over his mouth to keep himself from vomiting, 'By Celestine...you could just kiss him...you look like you already want to!'

The Redguard laughed, "Only on a good day like this one, and..." His smile turned warm, "You really came through for a Dovah during these chapters and I thank you for it, even before we joined forces you tried to look out for us...we'd be fools to overlook all that... So consider this, my gift from me to you," with a nod, "Merry Christmas big guy, you've earned it~"

Greil laughed, "Well, I hope that you'll enjoy the gift that I prepared for you. Just make sure that you're outside before using it."

"I'll make sure to be, knowing you it's probably something huge...and living..." Traysek chuckled, before grabbing another large gift, holding it by its wrapped handle, "Master Gronik," smirking, "You're next, come on up here,"

"Well, that's strange. I don't think that I got something." the Imperial stated as he walked forward.

The Dragonborn's smirk widens, "Are you sure about that? I don't know...my big wrapped friend here says otherwise," handing it to him.

"Why, thank you, Dragonborn." Gronik smiled as he opened the box.

After he unwrapped it, it turned out to be a thick greatsword with blue runes going down the blade, along with a golden handle with a crimson gem in the center.

Traysek smiled at his surprise, "Now, that sword I'm sure you're familiar with it...this is THE legendary Chrysamere, a blade used by the Nerevarine and said to be an artifact lost to time, I had met said person and got this blade for helping him out...I couldn't think of anyone better to have this, than you, merry christmas..."

"I heard of it... said to be blessed by gods, while others claim that it's blessed by Daedra..." the Imperial snapped from his trance, " Right, I forgot." he then handed him a Blade Dai-Katana, "This was my first weapon, enchanted to drain the abilities of your opponent while strengthening yours."

The Redguard took the blade with awe, "Your first blade... I'll treasure it and it's nice to know what the numbing feeling was now...I know I'll have some uses for it, thank you, Master Gronik," getting a yawn from Rey.

"Oh, so you can show submission, when you want to that is..." The young knight, "Never heard you call anyone "master" before, what is this development?"

"It's called respect, something you've been lacking since being here and these last few chapters," Traysek spat back, unamused.

"Not only respect but also discipline." Sylla added, "Can't even know his wrongs, nor the limits."

"What else is new with him?" Jenelica shrugged before taking another bite of the cheesecake.

"Probably the golden coat he's got on," Erik snorted, getting some laughs from the crowd.

The Redguard waved them down, "Alright alright, we can roast him later, but first, Lord Swain, we have something for you," holding a medium-sized box.

"Really now?" Swain raised an eyebrow before advancing toward the Dragonborn.

"Of course, I do owe you after all and I think you'll come to like this gift," He said, handing him the box.

"I do wonder what would it be," Swain said as he opened the box.

Inside seemed to be a bundle of feathers, until he pulled it out, finding it to be a two-toned cloak made of raven feathers, glowing when he held it.

"Ah, that is an enchanted cloak made from raven feathers, two-toned, it's meant to respond and work with your magic, reversible, and can act as armor should danger come your way...It was custom-made too, but we figured everyone's favorite raven king, should have his very own raven cloak, we...hope it's to your liking," Traysek smiled.

"Well, I do have something like that in a Skin. Although, I don't remember which one." Swain pointed before reaching for a medal, "This will be in your hands in the future chapters; a sign of leadership of a unit of the Birds of Prey under my care. Well, we can discuss the details in a later chapter."

The Redguard raised an eyebrow, accepting the badge, "Thank you, I'll ask what that entails in the future, for now, happy holidays," giving him a bow, "Next! Commander Niall! Get on up here, old man!" with a bright grin, holding a long strange present.

"Ha! Like you can command a commander!" Niall laughed as he walked forward.

Traysek chuckled, handing him the gift, "Of course not, but I do have something here that adds to that authority, enjoy!"

"Oh. Now you got my attention." Niall smirked as he opened the gift.

Once unwrapped, there was a dragon bone halberd with a golden flag wrapped around it, identical to his old weapon...

"That halberd is made of dragon bone with a fire enchantment that burns endlessly and the flag...maybe you should open that up too, I won't spoil that either," The Redguard grinned.

Waving it like his own halberd, Niall revealed the standard to be one of Feoh.

"What kind of commander would you be if you didn't bring your own city's flag into battle? Now you can kick ass with style~" Traysek smirked.

Niall laughed before saying, "I never thought that I'd be surprised!" he spun the weapon, folding the flag before taking a great Curved Sword, "This blade is called the Dismounter, and boy is it strong with the Heavy affinity. As for the Ashe of War, I asked Sylla to add Storm Blade to it."

The Redguard took the blade, nearly stumbling, "Heavy is right! But thank you, I'll check out that ash of war later," leaning the blade next to the blade dai-katana, "Okay, on our list next, Celestine! Got something here for you..."

The High Elf blushed a little before Ophilyana caught her hand and helped her to walk toward Traysek.

Traysek gave her warm smile, "Hi Celestine~ First of all, Thank you for coming~" in a low charming tone, "Secondly...Thank you for trying to be good to us when those around you weren't...with the exception of Lord Swain..." giving him a quick smirk, "It wasn't your fault back there, but we couldn't stay, and I'm sure you understand...that said, even if we're on opposite sides, there's no bad blood between us," handing her gift box, "For you~"

"D-D-Danke. (T-T-Thanks.)" she stumbled as Ophilyana helped her to open her gift.

When she opened it, there was an elegant crown made out of elven steel with a large gem in the center surrounded by diamonds...there were flower designs crafted into it, the golden glow illuminating the room.

"Hehehe, now this one...I personally crafted, took a lot of time too...but it was worth it... for an elven queen, you should have a decent crown to match that, and I think you'd set a statement with it, Merry Christmas Celestine~" The Redguard said with a sweet smile.

Celestine tried to word some phrases but fainted before she could.

"She will never change..." Swain shook his head as Ophilyana took the unconscious Elf to a couch, "Well, taking her to sleep won't be that hard now."

Traysek nervously chuckled, "For the record, I was NOT trying to make her pass out, I'm glad she liked it though," Going for another gift, "Lady Olga~ our famed and favorite dark queen, we've got something for you as well~" with a grin.

"Oh my, how thoughtful of you." Olga smiled as she walked forward.

"Of course, we have to thank our main benefactor for letting us into this gorgeous city, after all," He regarded with a warm smile, "Seriously, thank you for giving us the chance...you weren't warranted to, especially how we met initially... but you did anyway...because of it, we've met and made friends here that we can't and wouldn't replace...hoping to make more, and that includes you too," in a genuine tone, handing her the present, "Here you go~"

"Well, I can't say no to that, right?" the Dark Elf queen chuckled slightly before opening the gift.

Inside was a large grimoire with purple glowing stones and chains with a ring in the center of it with the same gem, held by those chains.

"For your gift, that was tricky, I had to talk to Cloe about this one and she had told me that there was a certain magic series you've been collecting...took a while to find, but I finally found it and it was the last copy of that volume...but there should be over 135 dark spells in there, along with 40 summons you can conjure, that ring will make controlling it easier from what I hear," The Redguard explained, "I hope you enjoy it, merry Christmas Olga~"

"Really now?" Olga smiled, "You do want to get something in return... maybe in one of the next chapters."

Traysek raised an eyebrow with a smirk. "Oh~? well, if it's something coming from you, I won't say no to that, I'll be looking forward to it~" Turning to the others, "Now then, who's next?"

Time went on as more presents were dealt out to the remaining partygoers, from Bruk'daz and his family to Ethan and Buldur, they even had something for Jenelica and Sylla, who were ecstatic about their gifts, with only two remaining, it only came down to one...

The Redguard sighed deeply, knowing the reactions he was going to get, "Lastly...Reynold, please come up here..."

When they fell silent, he walked up there, meeting an unamused smile from Traysek and the crew, before the former's softened, "Hey kid...I've two things for you...the first is a... well-written card from the city, I think you should peek that one first..." handing him the wrapped card.

The young knight gently took it, "I...wow...thank you, and to those who wrote the card...I...wasn't expecting it,"

"Yeah...uh...maybe read it first my friend," Inigo said, nervously chuckling.

Rey frowned hard, shrugging it off and opening it...

On the card... there were... many signs of anger, hate, disgust... as well as some colorful messages...

Go away.

Never walk in this city again.

Liar.

Loli lover.

Murderer.

Hypocrite.

Come near us and I'll beat your ass to your racist church.

Extremist.

As well as others that shouldn't be said.

Rey had his jaw to the floor when reading these, while Traysek did as well, gulping with a small sweat bead...

"Um...ah...that's unfortunate..." The Redguard nervously chuckled, "Oooh~ um...okay then...wow...quite colorful...beautifully colorful...magnificently colorful~" getting some chuckles.

"I get it, it's fine, it's all good..." Rey said with his eyes shadowed over, "I almost felt bad about giving this to you, but after this lovely card, why not?" handing him a golden card, "For you, Captain, from Claudia and the holy knights, they thought about you all this season too since you did used to be on our side, hope you find the same warming feeling from this card," handing it to him.

Traysek stared at him for a moment, slowly taking the card, "Thank you...that was...nice of them..." opening it.

Traitor.

Elf Lover.

Heretic.

No better than Volt.

The Redguard blinked twice at it, cutting an eye at him, before putting the card away, "Give them my Regards, that said, the next one," handing him a decent-sized wrapped sack, "This one's from me despite your shortcomings and your lack of learning from them...I'm not petty... I know you're going through rough times and I just hope it gets better for you...Merry Christmas Rey,"

"T-thank you Captain, I wasn't expecting this," giving it a shake, hearing gold coins in there, "Is this...?"

"A decent sum of gold, as well as a letter from me... you'll need that later, more than you think, but it's better than nothing, enjoy~"

"A noble receiving money, what a normal sighting," Jenelica commented, causing some giggles.

The Redguard waved down with a chuckle, "Yes I know the Irony is rich in flavor there, but he's about to be an Ex-noble soon, if he isn't already, just let him have this,"

Rey gave her a scowl and a headshake, going back to his seat, 'Wish he'd take care of you, that would be a better Christmas present than what I just got...here's hoping in canon he does...'

"Not to mention that he failed at so many levels, that fighting Malenia would seem like a better idea than you trying to get on this city's good grace." Sylla pointed.

Rey scowled at her, "said the Tarnished trying to impress him..."

"Even if she was, she's already done that with a better attitude...might wanna check yourself there," Erik remarked in a bored tone.

The young knight scoffed, "Whatever..."

Traysek cleared his throat, "So with that said, I do believe we've reached the end of handing off gifts, thank you, everyone, for coming today, and thank you for the gifts, we hope you all enjoyed what you all got today~ feel free to mingle, party or head home, I know many of you busy schedules, don't wanna keep you from that...speaking of which," turning a cold look to Reynold, "I do believe it's time you vacated the premises, holy one...we tolerated you the entire night until this point, you have your gifts, now begone..."

"Unfortunately, we can't just let him go like that with the knowledge of our city, Omake or not." Greil walked forward, "We'll have to modify some memories using a spell."

At that, Udemi was behind the knight with a 100t hammer, ready to knock him out.

Rey went wide-eyed at that, "What?! wait! No no no no no!"

"Don't worry, you'll keep the memories of the party, but not how you got here." Greil assured, "Better safe than having to deal with subsequent visits from an enemy." Udemi raised the hammer and brought it down.

*KABOOOOONG!* the hammer rang out, following him dropping to the floor unconscious...

The Redguard chuckled, tapping him, "Hah! The cartoon method...works every time!"

"Now, all that's left is to send him home." Greil began to think, "But how..."

"Don't worry about that, leave it to me..." Traysek smirked, heading over to him...

A few hours later...in Feoh...

Rey awoke back in his bed at Niall's camp, clutching his head, 'Ugh...was that...a dream...? no...it was real, but I have no recollection on how I got there...' until he spotted the wrapped coin purse and card next to him. He sat up and grabbed the sack, unwrapping and opening it, finding an impressive amount of gold and gems in there...however there was something else hidden in it, a scrap of paper...upon removing the coins, a note came out, prompting him to grab it and open it...

Hello Reynold, if you're reading this, then this means that you came to our party unannounced and probably don't remember how you got there...if so, it's for the best...but Kid, I know the struggle you're going through, every warrior before and after you has had to go through this...and made to answer for all they did and that includes me...I know you aren't perfect, but you aren't a lost cause either...I do see someone who has the potential to do great, to be even better than where you are now...I know this because I used to be like YOU at your age...blindly following orders...others already say you can't be changed, and that it's too late... but I think differently...I think once you've had your fill, you'll come around...and when you do, when you TRULY do... I'll be waiting...

Signed, Traysek Dovahkiir...

After he finished the letter, his eyes shadowed over while holding the note, he started to tremble a bit, as something dripped down to the paper, wiping his eyes, "F-fucking T-traitor..." he quietly sobbed.

From outside of the tent, Traysek stood against his tent wall, giving a smile before turning and walking away from it, heading back home through a portal...

Omake End...

After credits...

Traysek sat in a chair in a crimson robe next to a fireplace with a tankard of scotch, looking up at the readers...

"Hello everyone, Traysek here, no Author note this time, but I wanted to thank and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Readers...thank you for sticking with us all year long, some of you left, but many of you remained...we hoped as well as the authors that you enjoyed our little special today...and to apologize for getting it in so late...we hope to see you all in the future...we've got one more chapter before the war arc starts and I know many of YOU can't wait, I can't wait...also expect new characters to come rolling in as well...especially from the Skyrim side...more friendships and bonds will be formed, until then...stay safe, stay healthy and may the gods...watch of your stories my friends!" waving...
