Suddenly, Gunvolt walked up to Copen who then withdrew his gun from its holster. Naomi then got in between the boys and put her arms out. Naomi then turned around to look at Copen, with her arms now at her sides.

"What are you thinking!? He just saved us, and you want to kill him!? You keep saying how Adepts are monsters, well take a look in the mirror because you're reflecting what you think they are!" Naomi argued.

"He's hiding his true nature so you'll think he's innocent!" Copen refuted.

Naomi sighed, seeing as how there was no way she was going to get her brother to see things from anyone else's viewpoint. While Naomi and Copen were arguing, Gunvolt walked off. Suddenly, Naomi got an idea.

"Why don't we head back and see what Nori and Mytyl have been doing?" Naomi suggested.

After a bit Naomi and Copen got back. Unfortunately, Naomi and Copen got caught in a rainstorm.

"That was one heck of a downpour." Naomi stated.

"Yeah, a torrential downpour." Copen retorted.

"Do you want me to add a word to every sentence you say?" Naomi asked.

"No." Copen replied.

"No way." Naomi repeated.

"That's a little rude don't you think?" Copen asked.

"Well, that's how I feel. So would you be so polite as to stop?" Naomi spoke.

"Sure, as long as you'll stop." Copen agreed.

Just then Nori walked in, pushing Mytyl's wheelchair.

"Thank goodness you're back. Mytyl couldn't stop asking when you would get back so she could talk with Lola." Nori joked.

"Hey, what happened to being worried about us?" Naomi asked.

Mytyl smiled while Naomi rolled her eyes.

"Well, I'm going add some intel into the database. Don't damage Lola in any way. No roughhousing, no chemicals, no playing baseball with her, and most importantly, do not roll over her with your wheelchair." Naomi instructed.

"I'll stay in here with them to make sure nothing happens." Nori suggested.

"Thanks, I really appreciate it." Naomi thanked.

Naomi then walked out the room.

"She's worse than I thought." Copen remarked.

Mytyl then started drawing on her tablet. When she was finished Mytyl turned it around. It read 'Why are you so mad at Naomi bro?'.

"She actually believed that traitor." Copen replied.

"I heard that! And just so you know, I think you're the traitor in the family!" Naomi hollered.

"Idiot." Copen growled.

"Jerk!" Naomi remarked.

Copen then walked into the room Naomi entered.

"What's this about me being the traitor in the family?" Copen asked.

"You know how I like to state facts?" Naomi asked.

"Yeah." Copen replied.

"Well, I just did." Naomi teased.

Nori then walked into the room holding a cardboard box.

"Yes! It's here!" Naomi cheered while pumping her right fist in the air.

"What's in that box?" Copen asked.

"Movies for Mytyl to watch." Naomi replied.

Naomi then got an evil smirk on her face.

"I dare you to sit through two hours of movies with Mytyl." Naomi dared.

Mytyl liked this idea.

"Deal." Copen agreed.

Copen then turned and looked at Mytyl.

"So, what movie do you want to watch first?" Copen asked.

Mytyl then pulled a movie out the box. The case had an image of a bird in the top left corner, a frog in the top right corner, a lion in the bottom left corner and an iguana in the bottom right corner.

"Oh yeah, that's the documentary on how animals in different habitats survive and defend themselves." Naomi notified.

Three hours later, Naomi walked into see Copen talking notes and Mytyl watching in awe.

"So, you two enjoying the documentary much?" Naomi asked.

Copen and Mytyl jumped a bit. Naomi then eyed the notes Copen had written down in his notebook. 'Create venom that kills enemies on contact' was on top of the list.

"It's weird how you can turn a carousel ride into math and physics." Naomi teased.

Copen rolled his eyes and went back to watching the documentary. Naomi then closed the door.

"I really can't believe I'm related to Mr. Jerk in there." Naomi growled while pointing to the door.

The door then opened, to reveal a pretty ticked off Copen on the other side.

"Gee, thanks for the moral support." Copen retorted.

"Just so you know, when you try to put that armor on, it'll kill you on contact." Naomi acknowledged.

Copen said nothing.

"I hope you'll live longer now." Naomi joked, hoping to get a response.

Naomi then sat at her desk and started adding the data from earlier into the database. Naomi and Copen then made no eye contact or even dared to talk to each other for the rest of the day. The next morning was quite tense between the two as well. Nori then walked over to Naomi's desk.

"It seems there's a new being around." Nori notified.

"Is this something you or Mytyl made up so we'd forgive each other?" Naomi asked.

Nori shook her head.

"You're serious? Is it an Adept?" Naomi asked.

"They're saying on the news it's a glitch that's turning the power of then it comes right back on afterwards." Nori replied.

"Where'd all this start?" Naomi asked.

"Somewhere in France." Nori replied.

"Perfect, a solo mission just for me." Naomi smiled.

"I recommend you be careful. I've been listening in on Eden radio chatter and I've heard they've positioned Asroc somewhere around Paris." Nori cautioned.

"Got it." Naomi understood.

After getting a few things, getting dressed into her battle gear and packing her suitcase full of clothes, Naomi walked to Nori for a quick briefing about Asroc.

"It seems Asroc is using an abandoned factory on an artificial island on the river Seine to create new tech for Eden. It could take a while to find Asroc, so I hacked into the school nearest to the factory and enrolled you there." Nori informed.

"Oh, I get it now. This is punishment so I'll apologize and take back what I said." Naomi guessed.

"Actually, it isn't, but I also recommend taking Lola and the rest of your gear with you." Nori suggested.

"Will do." Naomi agreed.

"I also think it would be best you take off your battle gear for now, we don't want anyone getting scared or suspicious." Nori recommended.

"But what about my eyes? If someone looks me in the eyes, I'll be dead. And my hair is definitely going to stand out." Naomi worried.

"I already took care of that." Nori assured.

Nori then handed Naomi a brown wig, along with a case containing a blue contact lens in the left of the container and a green lens in the right part of the container.

"Why not a matching pair?" Naomi asked.

"These were the only lenses I could find." Nori apologized.

"Well, I'm off." Naomi informed after putting on the lenses and wig.
