Eliza and Jackie were driving back to the house when she had to do a double take at who was standing on the Gilbert front porch.

"Don't hurt him!," she somewhat yelled at Anna as she passed catching the brief nod in the rear view mirror.

When they got to the house Elijah stepped out meeting his sister on the porch pulling her into a tight hug.

They had missed each other and no matter the amount of time passed he wouldn't risk missing taking advantage of this as much as he could.

Heading inside Eliza and Elijah sat on the couch as Jackie headed up to her room, she had been distant lately since Henry infiltrated the tomb vampire house that Pearl had set up in the forest.

"So you're saying you found three daylight rings in a jewelry case in the attic that belonged to your family?,"

"Yep now I'm curious who else was turned besides mom and dad,"

"Good question, I can make inquiries if you would like?,"

"Please do Eli," she smiled knowing that any help would get her closer to the answers she sought.

She knew Damon would still be at the bar with Kelly and Jenna and just hoped he wouldn't do anything stupid.

Eliza's phone buzzed about twenty minutes after she arrived home and was sitting on the couch in the den watching a movie with Elijah.

J - Damon and Kelly hooking up try to avoid the boarding house tonight

E - Thanks aunt Jenna

She knew Elena was with Caroline, Matt, and Stefan and wasn't sure if they would go back to the house themselves and texted Elena to give her a heads up but received no response so she assumed they were busy.

If only she knew that Caroline was telling Elena the same thing she had tried telling her so many times that she was always everyone's first choice and everyone else never compared. She would have hugged her and thanked her cause Elena never listened to her, she never believed it, but hopefully now she would.

Elijah slid closer to his sister wrapping a arm around her shoulders as they watched the original Leprechaun movie. They were so engrossed with the movie they didn't hear the doors in the house open and close.

The first to join them was Jackie who curled up in single chair with her blanket wrapped around her shoulders.

The next was a surprise to all. A body sat down to Eliza's left and stayed silent until she and Elijah looked over.

"Uncle Henry?,"

"Hello child," she squealed as she grabbed him up in a tight hug.

Henry was her father Roman's brother, she had thought him lost like the rest of her family this was the greatest surprise she ever received.

She wept in his arms as he held her tight he knew how much she needed this and was happy that Niklaus Mikaelson had found him and told him what had happened.

"How? When?,"

'Shh child, I was turned a few months before your parent's, and if your asking how now you have your Nik to thank for that," with hearing that Nik had sent him home she felt a huge lift come off her shoulders to know she had someone still in her life from 1864 besides the brothers.

"By the way do you happen to have my ring?,"

"You're one of the three?," she exclaimed as Elijah flashed out returning with her jewelry box.

Seeing his ring he plucked it out of the box and placed it back on his finger. Now he can protect his niece without fear of the sun and this time he wouldn't fail.

They all settled back in to watch the movie the atmosphere a little lighter then it had been lately.

Grabbing his phone Elijah snapped a photo of Eliza and Henry and sent it to Nik.

E - She is happy to have him home

N - Good I am glad I will do anything to keep her smiling. Will be home as soon as I can.

E - Alright brother.

As Elijah placed his phone back in his pocket Eliza sent him a knowing smile at who he spoke to and knew he would thank him for her.

This was all she needed a quiet night no drama, no stress, and family she was truly content.
