Notes: Um, okay. I came up with this when I saw a video about badass anime characters that had retired only to come back and kick ass. For this story, I wanted Izuku to be like Yagi (All Might), and be a teacher but he was a badass and still is. He didn't retire, he's doing it part-time. If the world needs him he'll go out and do what he needs to do.

Does he have 'One for All'? No, everything will be revealed in the story please be patient. He doesn't have a quirk either, all will be explained.

Chapter 2

(Yuuei Academy, next morning)

Izuku was in his homeroom talking to the students about being a hero and how it isn't all that it is cracked up to be. "Yeah the glory is good, and helping others is fine but once you get your rogues, that's when stuff goes down." He said, he put on the board pictures of his rogues and more than half of them were women. Mineta raised a hand, "yes Mineta?"

"Are all your rogues female?" He asked.

"No, just deadlier ones." Katsuki just scoffed.

"So, you are afraid of some dumb bitches?" He said the girls glared at him.

"Kid, you want to meet my most dangerous opponent?" He pulled out a picture of a gorgeous woman, she had long auburn hair with bleached white bangs, lightly tanned skin, and green eyes and was around 1.73 meters, she was dressed in a green and gold full bodysuit, gold boots with green trim, gold gloves, and a green and cream trench coat.

"This 'bitch' right here, can take your powers. If she gets her hands on you, you're fucked. If she holds on to you long enough, you're dead!" He said, "So don't take females lightly." Ochaco raised her hand, "Ochaco?"

"Who is she?" She asked.

"An old girlfriend, we still see each other now and again." (She didn't get married, free cyber cookie: who is she? This should be easy.) Then he pulled out another picture, she was a very elegant-looking blonde woman, with blue eyes. She was dressed in a gold spandex bird strapped onto her, boots, gold shoulder armor, and white sleeves with a cape connected to them. She looked naked in it, the guys just stared and the girls blushed. "This one will mess with your mind while you're lusting after her."

"Oh man, I wish she was in my rogues' gallery." Said Mineta, who was hit about a second later.

"Is she an old girlfriend too? Kero." Asked Tsuyu.

"Meaning 'lover' or a friend who is a female?"

"Lover."

"No, because my ex would have killed me."

"EX?" Said the class.

"You were married or had a lover?" Said Momo.

"Yeah, I'm a young widower."

"WIDOWER?"

"Yeah."

"Sorry, for bringing up old memories Izuku-sensei." Said Kyoka.

"It's alright, things happen."

Later, Izuku was eating lunch and a young woman went over to him. She had quite a mature build and has salmon pink hair, which is generally shoulder-length, although it does vary, which is styled into thick dreadlocks and side-swept to her right. Her eyes are wide and sloped upwards with some notably long upper eyelashes, their irises yellow with a cross in the center, making them look somewhat like scope lenses. She wears a plain black tank top with workshop coveralls tied casually around her waist, with goggles on her head. "Hey, Izuku-sensei." She said as she sat down in front of him.

"Hey Hatsume-chan," he said. They started to eat lunch and talk. She was telling him about her inventions and what she was doing. Izuku listened to her intently, showing that he cared, he was talking about his adventures as a hero and what happened to his wife. He felt like he could confide in her.

"Do you still have it?" She said.

"You know, I don't know."

"Sensei, that's one of the most powerful forces in the entire universe. How could you not know?"

"Well, it could be weak and dormant."

"Are you going to tell someone if it activates again?"

"That's the plan."

"Well, let me know if you need any help getting control over it."

"I don't know if you'd be of any help but, alright."

(America)

A young woman flew into Stark Tower, she had blonde hair, and blue eyes and was dressed in a blue, red, and gold bodysuit with a gold star on her chest, gold boots and gloves, and a golden sash around her waist. She landed as a man walked over to her, he was in a black T-shirt, jeans, and loafers. He had walked up to her. "Hey Carol," he said. "Long time," just then it hit him she was going to be asking about Izuku, why he wasn't there, and oh yeah, HOW IS SHE ALIVE?!

"What's wrong Tony?" She said, "Where's Izu?"

"Uh…"

"I mean, I just can't wait to see him and get one of his deep tissue massages."

"Uh…"

"Well?"

"Izuku was, called to Yuuei to be a teacher. Also, we thought you were dead."

"A teacher?"

"Yeah, he wanted to share his experiences with the next generation of heroes."

"Well, he could've waited. I would've been happy to assist him."

"Especially after what happened," Tony mumbled, but Carol heard him.

"What happened?"

"He got possessed by the Phoenix Force."

"WHAT?"

"Yeah, Cyclops and his cronies tried to take over the world. We stopped them but when Zu took out Scottie-boy, his portion of the force went into him."

"Did you have to fight him?"

"Luckily no, he even fought to control it." Carol smiled, proud of her lover.

"So, where's Yuuei?"

"Musutafu, Japan."

"Let me rest and I'll head there."
