Chapter 6

Xander was going over some paperwork when there was a knock on his office door. "Come in," he said as he was reading some reports. It was Tara.

"Um, Xander?" she said, he looked up.

"Yes, Tara?"

"There is a Warren Worthington and an Emma Frost here to see you."

"Oh crap, forgot I was expelled. Tell them I'm coming." So she did and he walked out and met up with his half-brother and his 'aunt'. Xander's half-brother was a handsome man with shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. He was dressed in a very expensive suit and was sitting down next to a very beautiful blonde woman. She was dressed in all white, a pantsuit, heeled boots, and a cape. She looked like January Jones from 'Mad Men' with long hair and beautiful blue eyes.

"I didn't know you were related to Alex." She said.

"Nor I you," he said.

"I'm more of a family friend of his," she said. "I was more of a mother to him than Jessica."

"But why is he...?"

"I was taken by my parents after she divorced Warren's dad or something." They looked over and saw Xander standing there, in a white and silver under armor T, black cargo pants, and boots. His black hair was in a ponytail and his 'shield' was hanging on his chest. "Hi, Emma." She smiled and got up to hug him tightly, then kissed him on the temple. Warren got up to shake his hand and hugged him.

They sat down in a conference room and started to talk. "My dad never married Jessica,"

he said. "But he considers you his son."

"Well, that's good."

"So tell me, how does it feel to know you saved all of reality?" Said Emma.

"When I did beat him, I was hurt and passed out from the pain but that was when the Elder Gods had given me his powers after filtering them so that I wouldn't turn evil. But afterward, it hit me and I threw up." They laughed.

Later during the week, the California school board had called Xander to court and as he was getting ready, a man had met him in the building. He had reddish-brown hair, dressed in a three-piece suit, dress shoes, and red lensed sunglasses. He looked sort of like Ben Affleck. "Mr. Murdock?" Xander said who was now dressed in a police-style dress uniform. He looked right at Xander, "Wow. The rumors are true," then he realized what he said. "Oh I'm sorry, I-I didn't mean..."

"It's alright," he said. "Let me guess these 'rumors', I'm a blind lawyer." Xander blushed and felt stupid by that action.

"Uh, yeah." He said meekly.

"Don't worry about it, I'm not offended. So are you ready for this case?"

"Yeah, I just can't believe they could be this stupid and try that." He said, "I thought the principal of a school was supposed to be 'your pal'. I mean come on it's in the word, prince-cip-PAL." Matt chuckled.

"Few people can understand the human mind. Don't worry we'll get through this." They went inside the building and got ready to destroy Snyder.

After Snyder and his vice-principal had lost their jobs, one of the members of the board had gone up to him. "I'm sorry Mr. Harris," she said. "If you want to come back, you can."

"What about a principal?"

"One will be coming next month," she said. "We want you to run the school until then." Xander just chuckled. (1)

"So the inmates are running the asylum huh?"

"Well, somehow we trust you to do the right thing and not let the power go to your head."

"Alright, I'll take care of the school until then. I still don't see why you want me to do it, except, that's just..." But the council member was already gone, Xander dropped his head and sighed. "Well, can't get out of it now. Want to grab something to eat? So, he and Matt walked out of the building and went to get something to eat.

After he came back to headquarters, Warren, Willow, Buffy, and Tara had seen him walk in. "So how did everything go?" Said Buffy, Xander just sighed and told them. "WHAT? THEY WANT YOU TO BE PRINCIPAL FOR A MONTH?" He nodded.

"Which is pretty stupid anyway, I mean isn't it?" He said.

"I think so," said Willow. "But you are allowed to come back right?"

"First thing in the morning." Buffy smiled.

"Principal Harris," she said trying it on the tongue. "Has a nice ring to it." Xander sighed and dropped his head onto his arms.
