Naomi was then teleported. However, when Naomi (who thought she was alone) turned around, she noticed she wasn't alone. Copen was standing right behind her. Naomi then decided to do the mature thing.
(And in this case the mature thing for her to do was immature and have a mental meltdown. In short, panic.)
'Nokay, this is not happening. Just blink and it'll all go away.' Naomi thought.
Naomi then looked up slightly before cupping her hands around her mouth.
"Come on out Xana! I know you're here!" Naomi shouted.
So, Xana appeared from behind one of the machines that resembled one of the scanners.
"Wh-why is he here!?" Naomi exclaimed angrily while waving her hands in Copen's direction.
(Let me remind you all that at the time Copen was behind Naomi.)
"Hey, you keep saying how annoying he is. Then there's all those times you said you didn't want a brother or to live in a family because worrying about their safety drags you down. Followed by you thinking it would be better if fate didn't create you or you were someone else.
Then there was that one Tuesday where you said you didn't care if you got turned into a pig and that you just didn't want to live your life anymore." Xana reminded.
"You, you actually said that?" Copen snarled through clenched teeth.
Naomi nervously closed her eyes and rubbed the back of her neck.
"Well, I did say those things, but I don't mean them anymore!" Naomi spoke.
Copen scoffed before turning around, folding his arms and looking at the ground in sheer anger. Naomi then turned to look at Xana.
"Welp, I hope you like babysitting duty Xana." Naomi smiled before Xana's left shoulder.
"What the heck is that supposed to mean!?" Xana fumed.
Naomi stopped walking and turned around.
"Well, let me tell you what it means. It means that any uninvited person or people are your responsibility." Naomi explained.
Naomi then walked off after putting her hands in her pockets before walking into an unoccupied room. Naomi then looked down and saw exactly what she was looking for. A couple of hairs from her parents. One from her father on the left and another hair, from her mother this time, on the right.
So, Naomi picked up the hairs, but suddenly, she got a strange chill up her spine. Suddenly, Naomi heard a vaguely familiar male voice.
"Wait, dad?" Naomi guessed.
Naomi then looked to the Northeast corner of the room to see her parents. Naomi then looked down slightly to see that her father had a bundle of white cloth in his arms. Naomi wanted to holler but also didn't want to ruin the future by interfering with the past.
'It's okay, you can shout. They can't hear you anyways.' Xana notified.
Naomi shook her head rapidly from side to side.
"Nokay, the whole entire possessing people thing has to stop. And besides, aren't you supposed to be watching Copen?" Naomi remarked.
Xana then vanished from her mind. Naomi then proceeded to look at the bundle of cloth before folding her arms and scoffing.
'I still hate how my dad was always considering his machine parts and projects more important than his own children.' Naomi mentally ranted.
Naomi then looked to the right of her parent's to see a man with curly black hair, glasses, a green shirt, tan pants, a lab coat and black shoes holding a clip board in his right hand while adjusting his glasses with his left hand.
"I'm sorry, but she'll never be normal." The man spoke.
Naomi's mother then started crying with her head in her hands. Suddenly, the blanket moved. Followed by a squeak. Naomi didn't trust Xana so she moved closely but was under the window view before peaking at the blanket.
A bit of the blanket moved, revealing a 1-month-old baby girl with white hair in a crimson red dress that ended just below her knees. The sleeves ended just below her elbows and had two layers of ruffles at the end. This was also true for the area below the infant's knees.
The baby was sleeping and completely unaware of what was going on.
'Wait a heckin nanosecond! That's me!' Naomi thought.
