"We'll have to wait for them." Jeremy replied.
"Xana and I can take it alone." Naomi smiled.
"Are you sure about that? What about Odd, Ulrich and Aelita?" Jeremy interrogated.
"When Odd and Aelita get done with their petty argument then. As for poor Ulrich I don't think it's the best idea. Considering he's got so many bruises and it'd make him be miserable and wrack his body with pain." Naomi denied.
Back with Arson, he was talking with Tami, waiting for Naomi to show. She did but little did Arson know he was in for a big surprise. Naomi teleported a little ways away as to not scare Tami. Naomi then walked over to Arson and Tami.
"Hi!" Naomi greeted cheerfully.
Tami growled slightly before faking a smile and waving.
"I'm sorry I'm late. Something came up at work." Naomi apologized.
"Now listen here you Adept scum,-" Tami snarled before Arson interrupted.
"Tami what's gotten into you?" Arson asked.
"I have to take out QUILL agents, what they do is wrong." Tami responded.
Arson then got up from having his back against the wall before glaring at Tami.
"I work for QUILL too." Arson stated.
"How could you!? You betrayed me! I thought we were going to spend the rest of our lives together!" Tami shouted.
"I didn't want or ask to be here okay!? Especially if I knew what would happen because of me! I wish I was never created!" Naomi cried.
"C-, created?" Lola pondered aloud.
"Enough of your sob story please so we can get to the fighting already." Tami yawned before transforming. Tami had a black body suit with two black bangles with a ring of navy blue down the middle.
There was navy blue on the upper half of her chest with black covering the lower half, her arms had navy blue while her hands were covered in black. Her stomach was covered in navy blue while her waist down to the top of her legs was covered in black. The top 6 inches of her legs had navy blue while the rest of her legs were covered in black.
Tami's weapon was her Wolverine Septima which allowed her to attack with claws and incredible speed. However, she, unlike other Sumeragi Adepts, used her Glaive as a weapon. Tami then tried to swing her Glaive at Naomi, only for Arson to put his arms out and stand in front of her.
"Arson what are you doing!? She knows you work for QUILL! Besides, you're just a human! You shouldn't be out here on the field in the first place!" Naomi protested.
"Is it a bad thing if I want to protect someone I love!?" Arson yelled.
"Then why aren't you protecting Tami huh?" Naomi interrogated coolly.
Arson suddenly felt like he was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
"I'm gonna tell Asimov to have you work at the building if you want to stay." Naomi notified before going into Overdrive.
Naomi then use her claws by 'throwing' them at Tami. There was lines that allowed Naomi to steal the blood of the enemy and absorb it at whatever rate she wished. Tami dodged the attack. However Naomi wrapped the lines around Tami before sinking her claws through the suit and Tami's skin.
When Naomi was done, Tami's body fell to the ground. Arson rushed over and hugged her body before crying. Suddenly, he lashed out at Naomi while giving her an outraged look.
"You monster! What the hell did you do!?" Arson shouted angrily.
"I, I thought you, oh forget it. What I want to say is wasted on you." Naomi answered before leaving with Lola.
