Back with Franz, he and Anthea were talking about Aelita.
"Does she know about any of this?" Anthea asked.
"I informed her of our little predicament earlier." Franz responded.
"Why did you do that?" Anthea wondered.
"She knows already. Besides, she's trying to help." Franz answered.
With Mytyl, she knew about her sister working for QUILL, but she wanted to know more. To be honest, Mytyl didn't know much about her parents or her siblings. Since it was already 12 in the afternoon, Mytyl was eating while plotting something.
'I'll go out at midnight. I'll pack some food and run." Mytyl thought while looking up at her bedroom ceiling.
At the Amazon jungle lab, the group just reached the central hall.
"Alright Xana, we're here. What's the plan?" Odd spoke.
"What you want to do is go left then take the third door to your right." Xana informed.
However, as the group went to go to the other hall, they heard chattering and footsteps heading in their direction.
"Hey look it's-!" But luckily Naomi placed her hand over Odd's mouth and pulled him to the side.
"What were you thinking Odd!? Just because they can't see us doesn't mean they can't hear us!" Naomi whisper shouted.
Suddenly, one of the two scientists talked into a com.
"We have a breach, I report we have a breach." One of the scientists notified.
"Odd Della Robbia, I swear to God if we make it out of this alive, I'm going to make it my job to kill you, you got that?" Naomi growled.
Odd nodded rapidly.
Naomi then slapped her forehead.
"Darn it, that's the second time I've snapped at people for something stupid." Naomi sighed.
"It's fine he needed that." Ulrich teased.
"I did not!" Odd denied.
"You know what? I didn't need to snap at Odd. But as for you Ulrich I just might snap your neck." Naomi commented.
Suddenly, the scientists revealed themselves to be Mr. Takeo Ishiyama and Mr. Michael Belpois.
"Wait, what are our parents doing here?" Jeremy and Yumi pondered aloud.
Possibly a little too loud.
"I could've sworn I just heard Jeremy." Mr. Belpois muttered.
"I thought I just heard Yumi." Mr. Ishiyama agreed.
"You guys might as well show your folks that you're here. I'll go with you because if one person's invisibility goes down, it goes down for all of us." Naomi remarked before lowering the invisibility and walking to the front of the hall.
"I thought this place was abandoned." Jeremy rambled to himself.
"What are you doing here?" Mr. Ishiyama questioned.
However, both Mr. Belpois and Mr. Ishiyama's gaze turned to Naomi. Both of them stood there looking frozen for a bit. Jeremy decided to stand to the left of his dad before waving his right hand in front of his father's face.
"Are you okay dad? You seem like you're having a stroke." Jeremy spoke.
Yumi followed her father's gaze to Naomi.
"What. What's so special about me that's got everyone looking at me?" Naomi asked.
"Am I seeing things?" Mr. Belpois questioned while rubbing his eyes.
"I don't believe it." Mr. Ishiyama added.
"Well I hope you're seeing things or else you could be blind or need glasses. And two, you'd better believe it because I'm right here." Naomi retorted.
"Naomi was at our house a little while back how could you forget already?" Yumi asked.
"I can't believe it. She survived, after all of those experiments, she survived." Mr. Belpois cheered.
"Yumi, what exactly is it that you're wearing?" Mr. Ishiyama interrogated.
"We're back guys!" Odd shouted.
Yumi, Jeremy and Naomi turned around to see Aelita, Ulrich and Odd.
"I thought I gave you very clear instructions to never speak with Ulrich again!" Mr. Ishiyama spoke.
"I've got an idea of something that'll save us but you guys have to talk up a storm or go invisible and to another section of the building." Naomi whispered.
"Let's move." Yumi replied.
Naomi then turned everyone invisible before they all ran.
"Do, you, think, we, lost them?" Odd wheezed.
Naomi clapped her left hand over Odd's mouth while her right hand was balled up into a fist at her left side.
"Do you want to expose us?" Naomi snarled.
Suddenly, they all heard voices.
"Who do you think they were talking to?" a man questioned.
"Beats me, but my best guess is each other." Another man theorized.
Just then, some guys were running towards the group. However, since they were so focused on making sure the other guys didn't notice them, they didn't know about the guards running up to them from behind.
"Gotcha! We caught em!" one of the soldiers shouted.
Odd was trying to run and get help but his wrists were being held in the right hands of one of the soldiers who had their left index finger on a com in their left ear.
"This is red hawthorn 2473, we have apprehended the intruders on level one. I repeat, we have apprehended intruders on level one." A soldier notified.
