Back with Mytyl, she was walking through what appeared to be a barren patch of forest. It had mostly dead trees with the occasional fraser fir. Mytyl thought she heard a wolf so she looked around and saw a pack of 8 wolves.
Each of them glaring at her. But none of them baring their fangs. Suddenly, the black wolf in front of her walked toward Mytyl. Mytyl then backed up until her back hit a tree.
"N-n-n nice wolfies." Mytyl stuttered fearfully.
The black wolf, which Mytyl assumed was the alpha (after reading several books on wolves) walked forward slowly before bowing it's head. Mytyl was extremely confused but decided to pat it's head. The wolf just stood there and let her pet him.
With Arson, he was back at HQ talking with Asimov.
"I'd like to work with anyone but her. She's a nutcase, a psychopath, whatever you want to call it! She's crazy!" Arson exclaimed.
"Well I'm afraid since Naomi has the most experience and more than enough Septima's to protect you both you'll have to stay with her." Asimov responded.
Back with the Lyoko group, they realized they were missing Naomi.
"Wait, didn't Naomi seal the sewer entrance shut?" Odd wondered.
Xana shook his head.
"She knows she can't because this way to the Factory is much more discreet." Xana answered.
"So it was just an illusion, but how?" Jeremy questioned.
"I did it." Xana replied.
Jeremy snapped his fingers.
"Of course! I completely forgot if you look directly at welding without a special welding mask, or else you'll go blind instantly! We didn't go blind because it wasn't real!" Jeremy noticed.
"So, what happened to Naomi?" Yumi asked.
"Those guys back there caught her." Xana replied.
"And you didn't do anything, why exactly?" Ulrich interrogated.
"Naomi wanted to try a new idea of hers. It's just her pretending to go along with the enemy plan. Then when they let their guard down or turn their backs, she'll kill them." Xana explained.
With Naomi, she was watching David and Charles play around with the chloroform rag. David was trying to knock Charles unconscious.
"Not me you idiot! Don't you want to share the money!?" Charles shouted before passing out and hitting the ground.
"I don't want to share anything with you if you keep treating me this way." David snarled.
Naomi then got free after Lola used the Hailstorm Blade EX weapon. The next thing Naomi did was knock David out with the chloroform, teleporting with them near the Factory, getting rope along with heavy metal objects from inside the Factory, going back to the bridge and tying the objects to David and Charles before tossing them in the river.
Naomi then teleported back to everyone.
"Yup, works like a charm too." Naomi smiled.
"Wait, isn't Sissi's birthday party today?" Aelita pondered aloud.
"Yup, July thirteenth." Ulrich remembered.
"Eep." Naomi squeaked.
"You just remembered your siblings birthdays are the day after tomorrow?" Yumi guessed.
Naomi nodded.
"I've got Mytyl's present all figured out. As for Copen, I have absolutely no idea." Naomi replied.
"Didn't your sister say she wanted to go to the mall for the day?" Yumi asked.
"Yeah, but I'll probably have to take a job or something. And Copen won't want to go." Naomi responded.
Back with Franz and Anthea, they just returned to the Hermitage.
