Back with Jeremy and Aelita, they were talking in the library.
"Didn't you say we'd go see a movie with the others later?" Aelita commented.
"Wheelchair Zombie three starts at two thirty. It's one thirty so we still have an hour before the movie." Jeremy notified.
"Let's go see what the others are up to then." Aelita smiled.
The two then went to Ulrich and Odd's dorm to talk with the others about how excited they were for the movie.
"I heard there's a part in the movie where-" However, Odd was cut off by Ulrich.
"Odd! I thought you promised you wouldn't give any spoilers." Ulrich snarled.
"Alright alright, no need to get bent out of shape." Odd remarked.
"What should we do to kill time until the movie starts?" Yumi pondered.
"Why don't we go to the rec room?" Aelita suggested.
Everyone then went to the rec room. Ulrich and Odd were playing foosball, Yumi and Aelita were playing ping pong while Jeremy was sitting on the couch thinking.
"Lighten up Einstein, the movie's gonna be an absolute thriller!" Odd grinned as Ulrich scored a goal.
"It's not as if the Sumeragi deployed one of their hunters and they're going to try and get us while the movie's going on." Aelita stated.
Jeremy got his phone out of his pocket and called Naomi.
"Did Aelita catch ya and that's the reason you're callin?" Naomi pondered.
"I was just wondering if you'd be interested in a movie." Jeremy pondered.
"Only if it's sci-fi and I haven't watched it before. If it's somethin I watched before ya might as well hang up the phone." Naomi answered.
Jeremy then hung up.
"Guess it wasn't a sci-fi." Naomi muttered as she returned to editing her report.
However, before Naomi could type annother letter, Nori walked in.
"Did you look over your test results? I don't see your results paper." Nori asked.
"Nope, maybe they misplaced them." Naomi lied.
Nori exited the room before Naomi started working on a fake test results paper. But there were two setbacks to her plan. One being Naomi didn't get a look at Copen or Mytyl's results paper to see how to forge hers. And two, she didn't have a printer. So, Naomi went to borrow one of the result sheets, went to QUILL pretending she didn't remember borrowing the paper, forging a copy for herself on her work computer, printed it and ran back home.
"You do realize you ran off with Mytyl's test result paper right?" Nori interrogated.
"It was hers!? I thought it was mine! I coulda swore I accidentally brought hers ta work for my medical records at work and was goin get mine. It's fine though, turns out my results were accidentally sent there instead of here." Naomi fibbed while giving Nori her file and returned Mytyl's too.
"It appears they made a mistake with your blood type." Nori noticed.
"Huh? That's weird." Naomi added before going to her room.
"Is something the matter boss? You look like you saw a ghost." Lola queried.
"I forged a bloodwork paper for myself since I didn't go and I don't even know what my own bloodtype is so I just used the most common one thinking that'd save me. This isn't good, maybe I should make another paper and write that there was a mix up with another patient. But if I can't figure it out and I keep giving Nori papers, especially when I get back from work Nori's definitely gonna know something's up." Naomi rambled.
"So you didn't go? I thought so, considering where we were was the only place in the hospital that did bloodwork." Nori stated.
"Eep!" Naomi squeaked before grabbing Lola off her desk and hiding in her closet while using her Gravity Well Septima to keep Nori from opening the closet.
Naomi then remembered she could teleport so she decided to teleport to Kadic with Lola.
"Naomi! W-what are you doing here?" Jeremy questioned.
Naomi sighed.
"It's nothing good is it?" Ulrich noticed.
Naomi nodded.
"I didn't know the hospital sent a paper for the results. I didn't get one since I didn't actually do my test. So I had to grab Mytyl's paper, go ta work, borrow the printer, make my own copy, high tail it back an give Nori the papers. Turns out using the most common blood type didn't work. And cause a that Nori knows I didn't get my test done. When I get back home I'm gonna be in so much trouble just thinkin bout it gives me the creeps." Naomi explained.
"Well if you want to kill some time while you wait for things to calm down, do you want to watch the movie with us?" Odd offered.
"Oh, that's the movie Jeremy was telling me about earlier. Wheelchair Zombie three right?" Naomi remembered.
"That's the one." Odd confirmed.
"Sure, it'll keep me away from home for a bit so I'll go see it." Naomi agreed.
"We'd better go now if we want to get there when the movie starts." Yumi guessed.
So, everyone went to the movie. Yumi and Ulrich shared a bag of popcorn, so did Jeremy and Aelita. Even Odd and Naomi shared some. Everyone got their own soda and candy. Lola even watched the movie. Halfway through the movie, Naomi felt someone's elbow touch her left forearm and the theater went dark.
"Naomi!" The gang yelled.
"Sorry." Naomi apologized as a theater worker walked around handing out flashlights.
"I can't believe you did that." Aelita commented.
"I didn't think I could do that either. I didn't purposefully do that. Maybe I accidentally let off an EMP that messed with the EMP from the electronics in the building." Naomi supposed.
"The movie scared you? After all you've done and been through?" Yumi teased.
"No, but someone's elbow touched my forearm and I freaked out. Oh, it was Odd, he was on the left side of me and that's where the jab was." Naomi remembered.
"All of that over Odd scaring you?" Aelita wondered.
"Pretty funny huh?" Naomi joked.
As they all walked out of the theater, everyone was talking.
"So, guess you'll have to tell us the spoilers right Odd?" Naomi assumed.
"In the end, nurse Clara ends up falling for Kyle." Odd informed.
"Why did you make the theater go black anyways Naomi? Did the movie scare you that bad?" Ulrich mocked.
"The movie had no effect on me. Though Odd's elbow near my left forearm gave my adrenaline a run for its money." Naomi answered.
"Basically you got scared and used your Azure Striker Septima as a defense?" Odd theorized.
"Yeah, I didn't mean to activate it though, let alone in there." Naomi confirmed.
"You do realize that you can't stay here forever and that you have to go home eventually right?" Ulrich pondered.
"Cause I gotta move my stuff out and don't trust someone else doin it, yeah." Naomi sighed.
Ulrich glared at her.
"I know ya mean ta go fess up what I did and live up to it. But I'll do that tomorrow." Naomi remarked while walking off.
"Why aren't you going home?" Yumi interrogated.
"I'm just tryna think a somewhere else I can stay till things cool down." Naomi responded.
"Maybe since you're protecting the school you can ask to get a dorm again so you can be there in case of an attack." Aelita suggested.
"Aelita you're a genius! Well, that was apparent already but I didn't like the part about Sissi burstin inta my dorm at three in the morning and going on a rampage about how I've been foilin her plan to get guys to like her. And I think that's even worse than goin home. Ya know what? I might as well, I'd rather go home than even breathe near Sissi." Naomi added before teleporting herself and Lola back to her room and going to sleep.
