The next morning, Naomi awoke to an unlit bedroom.

"Ugh, the power's still out? Least I didn't wake up with one heck a backache from fallin asleep on the basement floor." Naomi muttered to herself as she dragged herself out of the bed to her closet.

After putting on a red 3/4 sleeve shirt with a right breast pocket, khaki jeans and black sneakers. Naomi had her hair in a bun with a strand hanging on either side of her face. She had gold sphere earrings. Naomi activated Lola and they talked while Naomi brushed her teeth.

"So, what should we do today boss?" Lola wondered.

"I'm goin ta work an check if there's any new missions. If not, I'll come back an play spot the Sumeragi scoundrel." Naomi elucidated.

"There's a Sumeragi member here!?" Lola panicked.

"Yeah, an it ain't good. They mighta been the reason the power went out last night." Naomi confirmed.

"That's pretty scary." Lola shuddered.

"If ya want, ya can stay back with Mytyl. It'd be nice ta know she's safe." Naomi added.

"I suppose I could stay with Mytyl and use my EX weapons as defense." Lola supposed.

"Aight, well I'm goin ta work. Call me if ya'll need anythin. I might be back in a bit if there's no work. Have fun." Naomi notified before leaving.

While walking on the sidewalk, Naomi noticed someone begin to walk on the right side of her. After looking to her right, Naomi noticed it was only Arson.

"Are ya stalkin me or somethin cause that was perfect timin." Naomi huffed.

"Well, I was wondering if you'd like to check out a new ramen shop that opened. They have a konpeito place next door to it too." Arson answered.

"I know what ya tryna get at. The answer's no ya freak." Naomi protested.

"Look who's talkin! You're an Adept!" Arson yelled.

"At least I'm not a lyin, sleazy human!" Naomi fumed.

"At least I didn't think leaving somebody behind on a mission was a good idea!" Arson ranted.

"Cause your lazy bum slows me down!" Naomi shouted.

"I got there before you the first time!" Arson hollered.

"The mission started at one and you showed up at one fifteen first a all! An second, I was checkin the inside a that factory ta make sure nothin was wrong in there for that quarter of an hour till ya finally made an appearance! My enemies show up quicker than you!" Naomi stated.

"So, we're enemies?" Arson asked.

"Finally! It's about time ya get it! So you do have a brain cell. We are enemies by the way, you're just off limits ta kill cause the boss says so." Naomi commented.

"Then, will you go to that ramen shop with me?" Arson begged.

"I was wonderin if ya'd go to that alley with me first, there's somethin I wanna check out. I heard Viper's got a gang that hangs there sometimes." Naomi added.

"Sure." Arson confirmed.

Naomi was wearing a malicious grin while walking to the left of Arson with her hand on her gun the whole walk there.

"So, why are we here exactly?" Arson pondered.

Naomi looked to her left and right before using her Gravity Well Septima to move the crates to block the alley entrance.

"This is getting good." Arson muttered.

"Ya right, an it's only gettin better." Naomi smirked before taking out her gun and shooting Arson.

After incinerating Arson's body and moving the crates, Naomi looked to see if there were any cameras. Luckily, there were none in the alley.

"Now, all I gotta do is go home an fake some Sumeragi files sayin that Arson was workin undercover for 'em." Naomi grinned before teleporting to her room and working on the file.

After 15 minutes of fast typing, Naomi was finally able to send the false report to Asimov. Afterwards, Naomi took a book out from under her bed and began to write in it.

Dear Diary, I'm trying to find ways to cut ties from my work with the Sumeragi. But it just seems to keep haunting and catching up with me. I killed Arson today because I reached my limit of tolerating him. I just couldn't help it. He kept stalking me and thought I wanted to be his girlfriend. I think his death helped end the delusion.

I just hope he doesn't have family like Tami did. I'm saying did because after getting Arson's location via hacking his com I went in and struck them down in a single swing. Asking Xiao to update my QUILL issued Glaive to use my sword based attacks like Grand Strizer, Luxcalibur, Glorius Strizer and the like was even better than a present.

Hopefully, me and the Lyoko warriors can live peaceful lives. Though, I think that's easier said than done.

Naomi then ended the entry before placing the diary in the middle drawer under her first drawer contained work supplies such as her uniform and weapons. The second had personal belongings like her diary and phone. The third stored batteries to restore her energy. There were some as small as button cells to car battery with 20 volts.

Nobody else knew about those but her. After exiting her room, Naomi saw someone standing to the right at her bedroom door.

'No way, that's the guy that was givin those flu shots ta Nori. I think his name was Akito. That was him! But, according to this, he's still alive! I killed him and all those other Sumeragi members! So, how exactly are they still alive? I'd better call GV, maybe he'll know something about this.' Naomi worried as she speed dialed Gunvolt's number from her phone and walked into her room, locking the door behind her to make sure Akito didn't follow her.

"Hello?" Gunvolt greeted.

"Ay, good news or bad news first?" Naomi questioned.

"Huh? Is something wrong?" Gunvolt wondered.

"All the Sumeragi memebers I killed are alive again. Elise didn't do it cause if she did they'd be unidentifiable zombies. Not ta mention Akito's here and looks like there ain't a scratch on 'im. Good news is I found who the Sumeragi member among us was, it's Akito. I don't wanna take em out again cause I'm afraid they'll get revived again." Naomi explained.

"I'll ask Asimov and see if he knows anything." Gunvolt stated.

"Thanks, hope ya find somethin." Naomi thanked before ending the call.
