Two weeks later…

I woke up feeling groggy, I was very dizzy, and I couldn't really think straight. I put my glasses on since I couldn't see well, and I sat up. Shiver was slowly waking up as she noticed me moving. "Good morning sweetheart." She said, tying her hair into a bun like she usually does. "Good morning sweetie.." I said shakily. Shiver immediately noticed my tone and had to ask about it. "Are you okay? You sound distressed." She asked me. "I'm fine, just a little dizzy." I said, trying to hide the severity of what I was feeling. "Are you sure? You seem way worse than that. Your fur is all messed up and your glasses aren't even straight!" She exclaimed. "I'm fine, trust me." I said, fixing my fur a little. "Well, if you say so. But if you need something don't hesitate to ask me, okay?" She said, smiling. "Okay, I won't. I love how sweet you are.." I said. "And I love you!" She said before hugging me like crazy. Despite how groggy I still felt, the hug felt so amazing in that moment, nothing like any hug I've felt before. I hugged her back, and just started crying a bit. I was just hurting so bad, but she made me feel so much better. Thankfully, I hid my tears enough so she didn't notice me crying. "So, what do you have planned for today?" I asked her. "Nothing much, probably just gonna play some Animal Crossing. I bought it the other day when you got me the switch. What about you?" She said. "Eh, not sure. I don't feel the best so I might try and just go get medicine at the pharmacy in town." I said. "Are you sure? If you don't feel good, I don't know if driving is a good idea. I can get it, you know.." She asked, looking a bit concerned. "It's fine, I just need my glasses so I can see since my vision is blurry right now." I said. "Well, if you say so, but stay safe dear okay?" She said. "I will, just know I love you okay?" I said before going to get dressed. After I was fully clothed, I went downstairs and outside, getting in my car. I started to drive to the pharmacy, which was in inner Bozeman. I drove into the inner town and pulled over at the pharmacy, which thankfully wasn't too far. I got out and headed in, walking up to the clerk, who was a Cinderace. "Hey there, how can I help you?" He asked. "Hey, you got anything for headaches?" I asked. "Sure we do, we have some Ibuprofen in the back. Do you have a prescription or is this just a normal purchase?" He asked. "A normal purchase, I haven't been to the doctor in ages." "How long? Out of curiosity." The clerk said, grabbing the Ibuprofen. "Haven't been since I was 7. And I'm 18 now, so about 11 years." I said. "Jeez, you should really get checked out soon. You probably haven't even gotten your required shots!" The clerk said, handing me the pills as I went to pay. "What required shots?" I asked. "At 15, they give you a shot that prevents you from burning anyone. It's required for all fire types." The clerk explained. "Really? Honestly, I haven't used my fire powers in forever.." I said. "Really? Goodness, you are an interesting one. We should talk later." He said before writing something on a sticky note and giving it to me. "Here, it's my number. After I get off we can meet at a cafe or something, alright?" "I wouldn't mind. Thanks for talking with me by the way, I'm not that social so I've never really had conversations with many people.." I said. "No problemo." The clerk said, smiling and waving as I walked out. I got back in my car and headed to Wal-Mart, I needed to get some new bras and forgot about it until now. I drove there and went in, grabbing what I went for. There were a few pokemon giving me looks for some reason however. Was it because I was a Delphox, a rare species to see? Was it because I wore bras like a human? I never really figured out the reason but I just ignored it. As I left, I decided to get some food, because I was hungry. I headed to Chick-Fil-A and got a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries. Afterwards, I finally headed back home. When I came into the house with all the stuff, Shiver was definitely confused. "Hey love, why do you have so much stuff?" She asked me, very confused. "Sorry, I had to run some errands. Got some food too. Didn't think about you when I was getting it though so I didn't get you any. Sorry.." I said, sighing as I put the stuff down. "It's okay, I already ate some rice balls I made earlier." She said, smiling at me. "Oh okay, I was gonna say that if you wanted anything I could grab it for you." I said. "It's okay, don't worry. How are you feeling?" She asked me. "Pretty good, the Ibuprofen I got helped me." I said, putting my glasses on the counter as I could see fine now. "That's good. You're not at risk of any seizures though, right?" She asked me. "I didn't check but I'm sure I'll be okay." I said smiling. "If you say so my sweet." She said, hugging me. "Anywho, how've you been? I was gone for like an hour or two." I asked. "I've been okay, just ate like I said and played Animal Crossing, I love Shino!" She said happily. "Me too, she's like, so me honestly." I said. "I can see it." Shiver said, "Anyway, what are your plans, my love?" "Not sure, I do need to shower though." I said, embarrassed. "Alright, I'll be down here if you need me okay?" She said. "Okay, I'll be back in a bit." I said, before kissing her on the cheek and heading upstairs. My shower was pretty quick, I just had rinsed and washed my fur. I still felt a little weary but I didn't really care at this point. As I got out and dried myself, I looked in the mirror for a minute. I realized how ugly I looked. My fur was super long, probably longer than it should be, and my chest had grown noticeably. I sighed, and just redid my ear fur before getting dressed. When I came back downstairs, Shiver ran over to me, obviously excited. "Hey sweetie, how was your shower?" She asked me. "Fine I guess, after I got out though I remembered how insecure I was about myself.." I said, sighing. "Aw, why's that?" She asked, seeming a bit sad. "I don't know, I guess my body just has proportions I don't like, I mean have you seen my thighs? They're way thicker than I want them to be. And don't even get me started on my chest.." I explained. "Aw love, I know how that feels. I've always felt insecure about my body too. I felt so flat, and felt people wouldn't love me for it. But then I found you, and you loved me for who I am, not what I looked like. And that's how you should think too. I love you for who you are, not what you look like. And nobody else's opinion matters. You got that?" She said, sounding very serious but lighthearted at the same time. "I suppose that makes me feel better about it.. But okay. I got it. Thanks a lot." I said before running up to her and hugging her tightly. I just needed her at that moment. She hugged back, not letting go until I did. "I think I'm just going to nap for now.." I said. "Okay, drink some water before you rest alright?" Shiver said. "I will. I'll see you in a bit." I said before heading upstairs and to bed. When I woke up, I found myself in a barn. It wasn't familiar to me, so I got up. I walked outside to what looked like a farm. It had some wheat fields and silos. I looked for any indication of where I was when I saw a sign saying Fatal Fields. It tried to go to a lake that was nearby but when I touched the water, I was pulled down until I woke up, sweating profusely.
