"Well, that was weird. I'm goin' get Moniqa." Zeno stated as he walked off.

"GV, is everything alright? Zeno just told me Naomi ran off." Moniqa worried.

"I have absolutely no idea; she just ran off saying she couldn't take it anymore and that she'd meet me at the exit." Gunvolt responded.

"It's alright, I'm tracking Naomi and she's not moving." Moniqa sighed happily.

"Did something bad happen to her?" Gunvolt pondered.

"Maybe Asimov knows something, I'll be right back." Moniqa answered.

The radio silence is kinda eerie. I'm so used to hearing from Moniqa, Zeno or even Asimov. I hope Naomi's doing okay. I wonder why she ran off. Gunvolt thought.

Naomi began running again after taking a rest break.

I love runnin' up an down stairs but dang. I'm pretty sure that after this mission I'll be sure ta avoid them like the Sumeragi for a l'il while. Naomi mentally droned.

"She what!? You didn't say any of that! Why didn't you say anything sooner!?" Moniqa shrieked.

"I didn't think she'd crack under pressure for this job since she was fine at S-FIT." Asimov doubted.

"You what!?" Moniqa and Zeno yelled simultaneously.

"Why did neither of you say anything!?" Moniqa fussed.

"It's been decided neither of us say anything to prevent matters from escalating." Asimov answered.

"What matters would escalate?" Zeno asked.

"A lot more than you know." Asimov responded.

At that moment, Naomi was stuck in the darkest tresses of her mind. Memories of the time she first transformed were coming back to her. She turned into her Primal Dragon transformation. Someone said she went mental or ballistic, she was even called feral and a beast. She was placed in a cell to the right of Elise's holding cell. They always ate together after Naomi sat next to her the first day. Naomi was wearing a blue nightgown with white floral lace that ended directly above her knee, the lace was around the shoulder sleeves and above the knees. It was used to indicate Naomi's higher rank above the other prisoners. There was a ribbon tied on the breast. The outfit was light blue. She also had blue grippy slippers which were more like socks that form fit to your foot and were the thickness of cabin socks. Naomi didn't like fashion trends but made jokes saying the outfits weren't fashionable and she "wouldn't be caught dead or alive" in the outfit.

"What are you in for?" Elise queried.

"I tried to defend myself when I was about to be experimented on, but I didn't want to. Why, what are you in for?" Naomi stated.

"They tracked me down through the September Record game. I didn't know Merak was controlling the game or one of their top employees. I didn't want to cooperate either, I still don't. So, now they're trying to implant an obedient personality in my brain." Elise announced.

"You win, you definitely win." Naomi muttered as she ate a bit of ham steak.

"You must've been here for a while, you seem as if you know to behave, no offense." Elise rambled.

"It's cool, I get what you're saying." Naomi understood.

"How long have you been here?" Elise asked.

"Oh, I didn't tell you? Today's my first day." Naomi pondered.

"Really? I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude." Elise apologized.

""You weren't. Actually, I'm here from an incident at the Sumeragi's futures institute of technology, or S-FIT for short." Naomi elaborated.

"I've heard of it, wait a second. I heard them talking about you earlier. They said you gained a completely different appearance and ravaged the building. There was immense injury dealt to the workers." Elise remembered.

"Why do those dang scientists refuse to see that they're the abominations here and not us?" Naomi seethed.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to kill anyone. But I just don't want to hurt anymore. I just can't go on living like this." Elise cried.

"I feel the same way, no one wants to live like that. But there's no escape. Trust me, this is coming from someone who's tried to escape AT LEAST once a week. I pull pranks once a month." Naomi elucidated.

"W-what kind of pranks?" Elise questioned.

"Making storms inside, rain, lightning, wind and thunder. Locusts in the Pharma Lab, incredibly bright light and light based illusions. Starting fires, manipulating peoples minds, singing to boost my abilities and cause more damage. Causing things to float, sealing my own Septimas, tampering with my own heartrate, making plants at all the Sumeragi facilities grow out of control.

Making one side of the building on fire while the other was covered in ice. Covering the whole building in ice, attempting to flee and evading attacks before they even got near me. Killing people by making them explode, making people see two of things and flipping the building upside down. Getting power mad from a Septima and defeating seven of the gunmen.

Making magnets into death traps at the Datastore, using electronics destined for the scrap heap as weapons and finally, causing objects to move around at angles. It's great stuff for making people think there's a ghost that can only rest if you stop experimenting on Adepts." Naomi laughed.

Elise giggled like a nervous person.

"I feel like I left my brain on my pillow. I totally forgot to ask your name." Naomi joked.

"M-my name is Elise, w-what's y-yours?" Elise stuttered nervously.

"Naomi, pleased ta meet ya." Naomi greeted happily.

Elise smiled slightly.

"So, Elise, do you have any plans for later?" Naomi wondered.

Elise shook her head, looking down and ready to cry.

"T-they experiment on you constantly here, that's what my day consists of." Elise sobbed.

"That's ridiculous! Someone needs to stand up and revolt against this injustice! The word equality exists for a reason!" Naomi ranted.

A few others glanced at Naomi and returned to their meal.

"What are you, crazy!? We can't do that! Then they'll probably send us both to S-FIT if we rebel!" Elise panicked.

"Then we pitch a fit, they realize we're not worth the trouble and then we get ta lead normal lives. So, whadda ya say? Are you in?" Naomi spoke.

"Well, uh, I heard yesterday that today next week I'll be stationed somewhere. So, until then I'm stuck here." Elise informed.

"Same, except they're putting me back where I came from." Naomi added.

Naomi noticed people started leaving so she stood up and told Elise one last thing.

"Well, I'll hopefully be seeing you around. It was nice to meet you, Elise." Naomi smiled as she walked away.

She remembered sitting in the corner of her cell, remembering her conversation with Elise. She was in the top right corner when she heard the cell door open and someone walked over and shook her right shoulder.
