Changing the past was what Chloe had attempted doing & failed at countless times before finally managing to succeed in the manner she wanted to. However preventing a certain event from happening could always come with unexpected consequences that you could have never expected. Chloe's success result in massive change in her original world & her childhood friend Izuku Midoriya too

10. Author's Note

Author's Note: I went back and fully reworked the story from the start. However while the Chloe, Izuku, Kaori are still the planned focal point characters. There stories are not exactly happening at the same points in time though I am just write what comes to mind at the moment regarding them.

Izuku's and Chloe's parts most happen within Rimiru's world during the distant past and present starting around the part shortly after Rimuru has become a Demon Lord and that became well known to the public. While Kaori's parts are when she older then the Iuzku's or Chloe's and has been summoned to the Izuku's world (i.e the world of My Hero)
