Day 2, 1:00 PM
The hosts were currently at the cafeteria, just casually chilling.
"You know," Blaineley began, taking a bite from her packed sandwich. "I'm starting to wonder if any of the interns have any affairs."
Chris nearly spat all the water he was drinking as he was stifling up his laughter. "I'm sorry, our interns are having an affair? Nah, not on my watch. No one was involved in some sappy love romance last season."
"Oh yeah?" Brea smirked, opening up a can of Sprite. "What about Mara?"
"Mara?" Don chuckled. "You mean that 15-year-old Spanish girl? In an affair? Come on!"
"You don't believe me, huh?" Brea snickered. "Then, I dare you to explain why Ulysses signed up in the first place and nearly took on Therion. They would've wacked each other up if Dustin didn't show up."
"Dang, you're nosy, Brea." Chef snorted as he twirled his fork on a plate of spaghetti. "I never thought that there was a love triangle between an intern, a contestant, and a new intern."
"Of course I know what she's up to. There are cameras everywhere." The hostess narrowed her eyes. "Even social media knows about it. Hell they said it's gonna be worse than the rising love triangle with May, Ryder, and Beatrice."
"Wait, what!?" Blaineley shrieked, with her mouth completely full.
"Oh, jeez. Where are your noses people? Still sniffing up on each other's butts?" Brea rolled her eyes and took a sip of her Sprite.
"Whatever. I'm surprised your arm even healed before we started shooting this season. Then again, I don't think it takes two years." Chris sighed and turned to leave the cafeteria but was bumped by a new girl.
"OH MY GOSH, SEPHIRIA!" Brea jumped, almost dropping her soda can in the process and approached the newly arrived brunette girl.
"Ey, nice to see you again!" The pale brunette known as Sephiria chuckled as the two girls shared a high-five.
The brunette wore a sleeveless teal turtleneck matched with a black skirt adorned with a silver zipper. She also had black wristbands on both of her wrists, and black platform boots.
"You?!" Chris widened his eyes. A "what the fuck" expression was completely written all over his place.
"Yeah, you guys missed me?" Sephiria asked, a sly grin forming her dark tinted lips as she walked over to the other hosts.
"Not really." Chef laughed. "Haven't seen you since Total Drama Hollywood, actually. What are you doing here anyway?"
"I'm the guest. Duh." Sephiria chuckled as she sat down next to Blaineley. "Not to mention, I'm here for the upcoming challenge."
Blaineley just sat there with her mouth agape. "The what?"
"Actually, do shut up." Brea sneered a bit and turned to the camera, prompting to start the intro. "So, there you guys have it! Sephiria is our guest for today's episode, and we'll see how our 28 performers fare out in this next episode of-"
"Total Drama Act II: Musical Power!"
*Opening Theme #1*
Dear mom and dad, I'm doing fine
The camera zooms into the dance practice room where Lyle was practicing his ballet. May and Sami were watching him and applauded as he landed on his plié successfully, while Arabelle on the other hand, watched with disgust.
You're always on my mind
The camera leaves the room and heads to the auditorium where we can see Beatrice masterfully playing the piano until Antoinette sits on the keys smirking, causing several off-key notes being played. Ryder sees this and pushes Antoinette off the piano, causing her to land face first to the floor and Ryder and Beatrice high-fived.
You asked me what I wanted to be
The camera zooms under the high-five and next thing we see is that we are in the bedroom of one of the teams' houses, where Janice was writing in her diary. Toxa was standing right behind her, rubbing her hands as if she had a plan. Toxa then turns back, only to find Misha crossing her arms. On the window however, we can see Pierre trying to get a peek of the girls.
And now I think the answer is plain to see
The camera warps to the other house's living room, where we can see Rival and Therion doing their handshake. Mara is then seen in the window waving at them causing Therion to blush but then scowls when he sees Mara taken away by Ulysses. Both boys however, ignored Alec, who served them a plate of cookies, with a shocked expression on his face.
I wanna be famous
The camera zooms into the cookies and warps to the backstage where we can see Carter and Mag arguing, with Nash trying to break them up, by throwing his lasso at them. Lee on the other hand, freaks out as he sees this, and runs away from them instead of telling them something important.
I wanna live close to the sun
We then get a view of the storage room, where Gordon and Vanessa were looking for something. Colin opens the door, scaring the two, but leaves after that with a downed expression.
Go pack your bags, I've already gone far
The camera then warps again to the dressing room, where we see Adala and Zack comforting Sybil, who looked as if she were crying. It then pans onto ELV on the other side of the room, who happens to pass by and (unintentionally) begins to eavesdrop.
Everything to prove, what can you say?
We now go to the cafeteria where we can see Holly, Evan, and Leticia chatting. Arreis and Kimmie have plates of food in their hand but Kimmie accidentally drops the food on Holly, making her mad. Mairead was on the other table, laughing, while Gabe didn't look too pleased.
I'll be there one day
The camera quickly zooms into a small library where Dustin, Oli, and Robert were playing cards. However Maya comes in and slams the table, causing all cards to fall off, getting glares from the three boys.
'Cause I wanna be famous
The scene then swaps to a camera room, where we can see Brea, Blaineley, Chris, and Chef arguing. Don then arrives and stops everyone but is stopped when Enrique starts scolding them.
Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na!
The scene switches to the office room where we can see Chris holding a bunch of papers, then leaves his office with a note that says "NO TRESPASSING" in big red letters.
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous
The first "I wanna be" shows the Sopranos (Janice, Sami, Toxa, Beatrice, Kimmie) against the Tenors (Alec, Colin, Zack, Lyle, Oli). The second "I wanna be" shows the Mezzo-Sopranos (Vanessa, Misha, Adala, May, Mairead) and the Mezzo-Tenors (Gordon, Pierre, Therion, Nash, Robert) shaking hands. The "I wanna be famous" shows the Altos (Arabelle, Antoinette, Mag, Sybil, Arreis) and Basses (Rival, Ryder, Carter, ELV, Gabe) sharing a group hug.
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous
The fourth "I wanna be" shows the four interns standing there with mixed expressions. The fifth "I wanna be" shows the five judges with different reactions from different performances. In the second "I wanna be famous" shows the five hosts crossing their arms with smirks on their faces.
*whistling in tune*
The whole cast can now be seen on the stage, bowing as the audience applauds them loudly. Flowers were being thrown to the stage as the curtain closed, revealing the season's title, "Total Drama Act II: Musical Power" in gold letters. The episode title, "Episode 1: Rising Up the Red Curtains!" can be seen written below, in silver letters.
*End opening theme*
Episode 4: Flavors of Failure
"I guess panicking helped us get everything ready..."
MAJOR HOUSE - MAJOR A ROOM
The seven teens of Major A were currently in their bedroom, chilling. They were glad that they didn't lose a member, even though two of their teammates didn't perform in the recent episode. Arreis and May, who were apparently the two being referred to, had promised to not screw up this next set of challenges. Everyone, including Antoinette, nodded in approval, assured that they won't lose the next challenge as they were nearly in Major B's position by a single point.
"I'm starvin'." Nash commented, slumping himself on the couch. "It has been an hour past lunchtime, and the hosts never gave us the signal to eat. If this next challenge isn't an eating challenge, I'll most likely die. Yee-haw."
"You're overreacting." Antoinette rolled her eyes from her top bunk, currently in deep thought about the previous challenge. "Imagine if we didn't get a single point more than Major B. Who knows who we will send to Minor?"
"Of course, it will be you." Arreis snarked from below. "You messed up your performance. You're one of the people that got a zero from Madame Holly."
"Well, I don't mean to toot your own horns, folks. But you didn't perform in the challenge, did you Arreis?" Ryder chimed into the bickering, but it only made Arreis upset.
"Say that to May." Arreis sighed. "She didn't perform either."
"Partners, I don't believe that this is the right time for a fight. Didn't we just agreed that no one is messing up? Minor B and Major B all got into a really heated argument during the challenge. I'm surprised Minor A are all on good terms with each other. Let's not try to go on the same path Minor B and Major B took, for darn toothin'." Nash explained his side to everyone.
Beatrice sat up from her bed and looked at her teammates and decided to add to Nash's comment. "Actually, I find it quite funny about the fact that Antoinette didn't go to Minor, hell she got a zero from Madame Holly. Pierre got more points than her and ended up in Minor B. I really think it's because of the team's bonds. Antoinette's literally our only problem here, and they have Pierre, Sybil, and even Carter."
"That just proves how unpredictable this show is." Colin rolled his eyes as he stared into his ragged shirt. "Who knows, I might be the next one to go to Minor."
"I can guarantee you that that would happen if you won't stop being a downtrodden drama king." Antoinette replied almost instantly, earning May's attention.
"Well, Antoinette, the rest of us on the other hand can guarantee that you'll be the first one out of this team if you won't stop with your insults." The brown haired girl known as May snarked, for the first time in the season.
"Wow, we barely made it past the first challenge, and all we ever do is argue to each other instead of celebrating the fact that we were safe. If we were in Minor A's position, imagine the consequences we would have if we were to select a member only to go into a much higher team, no matter how high the score is." Ryder retorted in front of everyone.
After a few seconds, Colin looked up at everyone, his face darkening.
"You know, at this point… I know I'm a very untrustworthy person…" he began. "But you know what, so are you, Antoinette. You expect us to believe that you are like that because of your past? I'm sorry if I do sound really offensive, but as much as you don't pity me for what I have gone through in my life, I don't pity you in whatever situation you were in as well."
The team pretty much fell silent after that, everyone shocked as Colin's sudden remark. It was clearly unexpected, especially since it just came from a person such as himself.
MAJOR HOUSE - MAJOR B ROOM
Major B was having a pretty good time. The team had recently voted off the source of the team's commotion and threw him into the Minor team as punishment. But they did not regret that decision, as they had a new member into the group.
"Welcome to Major B, Therion!" Gabe cheered as he helped Therion carry his stuff to the bottom bunk below Sybil's, which of course, was Pierre's former bunk. "Pardon us if we ended up being a shabby team, someone just went down a notch and now we're pretty happy about it."
"Thanks, guys." Therion smiled as he sat on the said bunk, Gabe following him short after. "I'll admit, it feels pretty weird moving into a new team after the first night, so I might not unpack so much stuff."
Adala let out a little chuckle at the gamer's joke, but was still salty about her sudden outrage a while ago, especially since it had nothing to do with her. "Yeah, I don't think you'll go to Minor anytime soon. You literally killed it out there last night."
On the other side of the room, we can see Sami patting Zack's back. Zack was slightly uncomfortable at the fact that he was the reason why Sami didn't get to perform, but he appreciated her gesture as they got to know each other the past night. Sami on the other hand, doesn't seem to be too affected by the challenge, and was a little bit relieved now that they had lost Pierre, but was still salty about the unfairness the judges had shown in the previous episode.
"Hey, I'm sorry you didn't get to perform… you honestly would've killed it if it wasn't for me being a coward and running off the stage." Zack apologized with the slightest embarrassment hidden in his voice.
"That's fine. I'd honestly prefer you by my side despite the challenge instead of having Pierre in the team for another episode." Sami replied with a small chuckle. "Although I kinda regret not performing on the challenge, at least I get to help a friend."
Carter was sitting on the couch, deeply in thought. He was thinking that since he recently argued with some of the members on his team, particularly Sybil, he might eventually get on their bad side. His strategy was to go completely solo and cooperate if needed, but it actually didn't hurt to apologize a bit.
Sybil approached him quietly, and tapped his shoulder, earning his attention. She didn't want to get on his bad side either by defending someone that had just messed with her life, but now that that person was gone, she decided that now was the best time to apologize as well.
"Um, Carter?" The former actress began, twiddling her fingers. "...I just want to apologize for what happened back there. I was being a total fool of myself, and… my mind was literally all over the place because of what happened yesterday-"
"I was just gonna say the same thing." Carter turned to her.
"So… we're good?"
"Yeah, pretty much."
The two shared a short moment of silence before chuckling at the same time.
MINOR HOUSE - MINOR A ROOM
Misha was now seen in her own bunk, staring at Kimmie. She gave Kimmie the perfect plan for her performance to get Robert to fall head over heels for the dreamer girl, but was caught off guard when the aforementioned straight up decided to not perform at all. She then approached Kimmie, who was practically doing nothing in her bunk, and decided to confront her for it.
"Why didn't you perform?" Misha asked, slightly losing her cool at the fact that her plan had just crushed. Sure it was a bit petty, but it made Kimmie look skeptical for a reason. Didn't she trust her?
The dreamer girl gave a sigh. "I'm not ready, Misha. I don't know… I just don't want to do that on the spot… I hope you don't see me as a coward or anything." She finally said.
"I don't. At least you're telling the truth." Misha nodded approvingly, much to Kimmie's relief.
Rival sat on his bunk, prompting a few glances to the vacant bunk below him. He and Therion weren't on good terms anymore, and the latter was voted to be on one of the higher teams. Because of this, he remained quiet.
"Yo," Alec waved from the bunk next to his. "You've been quiet lately…"
"Just trying to get some things off of my head." Rival quickly responded.
"...Like…?"
Alec wasn't really a nosy person, sure he and Rival weren't exactly close. But Alec is, obvious or not, is the vitamin of the team. If people like Misha or Rival are the types to motivate and hype the group, he's usually the one to cheer people up. Nonetheless, Rival answered his question anyway.
"Therion and I got into a… small argument. I don't think it can be solved now since he's on the other team." The guitarist admitted.
"We'll think of something." Alec gave a reassuring smile.
Toxa and Mag were in the former's bunk, but somehow, they thought that something was… rather off with the votings.
"Hey Toxa," Mag began, straightening her brown hair as the indigo haired girl looked up. "I don't if I'm being a big moron or anything, but… don't you see something off with the switch votes?"
"What do you mean? I thought that was a great addition." Toxa replied, dangling her feet off the floor and sat criss-cross applesauce on the bed.
"Well… it's just weird. Major B got lower than Major A, giving the chance to vote off their dead weight and swap with a Minor member." Mag began. "While us, getting way higher than Minor B, had to vote off one of our potential aces of the team, and replace with whatever the dead weight Major B gives us."
Toxa thought deeply about the point made. "Then again, at least we didn't have to vote for anyone off the game. It's probably because Major teams don't go to elimination while Minor teams do."
"Well, what I'm actually saying here is," Mag looked at the room to make sure no one else is listening. "We need to use that Whole Note. There are a lot of potential threats."
Toxa widened her eyes, but nodded at the statement, thinking of another devilish plan to add into her little scheme...
Meanwhile, Robert opened the door, only to find Pierre standing there with his stuff on hand.
"Yo, welcome to the team." Robert smirked as he shook hands with Pierre.
"Thanks. I hope I won't get voted off… hehe…" he chuckled and settled his stuff below Rival's bunk.
MINOR HOUSE - MINOR B
Things were not going well for Minor B. They thought that they would only be eliminating one member, but seeing as all their votes tied, they were not expecting a double elimination right after the first set of challenges. As usual, heated tension was spread amongst them, although to some, it was as if it had already been part of the team's routine. Fighting, arguing, falling apart…
"We just lost two members…" Arabelle muttered under her breath before raising her voice. "We just lost two members. And it's all thanks to all of you."
"So?" Lyle shot up a glare at her. He wasn't the type to go aggressive that quick and was normally very calm and respectful, but to him, Arabelle irritated him to the bone. "It's not like we all knew that both of their votes are going to get tied."
"See, this is what happens if we all don't get along and pretend that we are all goody goody but end up as backstabbers in the end." Gordon joined in, standing in the middle of the room. "Remember last season? Spear's elimination? Yeah, not gonna let that happen here."
"And what does that have to do with Mairead convincing us to vote ELV off?" Janice came, crossing her arms in front of Gordon. Of course, the girls are not falling for any tricks, and the notebook that Lyle practically showed in front of everyone has to do something with that.
"ELV was planning to scheme against us. That's what." Oli chimed in. Pretty much all six of them are now glaring at each other.
"Scheme?" Vanessa raised an eyebrow. "You know, I may not be smart, but I am not stupid."
"I told her to tell you three. I'm surprised you didn't even believe her." Gordon retaliated, which of course, shocked Vanessa. "We were only supposed to vote off ELV. But instead, you three went against us and voted Mairead off too. And to think that she was a potential ally down the road."
"Well if you do say that, Gordon," Arabelle's face darkened as she went closer to him. "Why didn't she perform then?"
"Well, why didn't you perform?" Gordon snarked back. "If you think you're the hottest chick alive, then why didn't you show your proof on stage?"
"True." Vanessa glared towards Arabelle. "Half of this team didn't perform. What kind of shit was that?"
"Stop it." Janice butted in, making Arabelle roll her eyes once more. "Did you guys look over yourselves? Look. All six of us are standing right here in the middle of this room, tearing each other apart in Day 2. I think we're the only ones who aren't getting along if it wasn't for you." The dancer grabbed both of Arabelle's shoulders and stared intensely at her. "This was your fault from the beginning."
Arabelle was practically fuming at this point, and slapped Janice right across her face. The dancer stumbled so much that Lyle caught her just before she hit the floor, rubbing her cheek in pain.
"And you, this was none of your business. You were never a part of this, so get out."
MUSIMENTAL THEATER - DANCE PRACTICE ROOM
CHALLENGE 2.1: Flavors of Failure (Locations: Banquet Hall, Kitchen, and Musimental Supermarket)
Approximately two hours later, the hosts (plus Sephiria) were now seen in the dance practice room, waiting for the contestants. Chris has just used the intercom to call everyone from their team houses, so they expected that the remaining twenty-eight teens should arrive at any time.
"I hear footsteps." Blaineley told the hosts, beginning to sit up from a nearby chair.
Don peered from the doorway. "Incoming!" He shouted, running back to his position with the other five people.
Soon enough, the twenty-eight teens have arrived in the room. They were all eerily silent, which in fact, creeped out some of the hosts.
"So… who's hungry?" Chef asked them, and almost instantly, the whole room erupted with cheers from the teens (excluding Minor B who kept their angry looks on their faces).
Brea nodded towards the hosts, finally realizing why they were so silent.
"ANYWAY!" Chris shouted from the microphone, causing everyone to fall silent again. "Your next challenge… is going to be a recipe for disaster!"
"...Did you just say disaster?" Oli gulped, earning him a nod from the host.
"Technically," Don butted in before Chris could get the chance to speak. "Major and Minor teams won't be doing the same thing."
"What?" Arreis asked, but was ignored by the hosts anyway.
"Major teams, you guys are going in on a grocery shopping trip to buy ingredients." Brea announced.
Gabe suddenly made a tsk tsk sound, not believing anything at all. "I doubt that. Remember the time we tried to go shopping last season? We didn't even do that because the cruise ship practically sunk."
Some teens like Adala and May began to look at him in confusion.
"What does a sinking cruise ship have to do with a shopping trip?" Adala asked him.
"Well…" the easy goer turned to the improviser. "If you've watched Act I, you'll probably get what I'm talking about."
"Oh." May shrugged. "Can't relate."
"So… Major teams!" Brea caught everyone's attention. "You have one hour to go grocery shopping."
Robert began to ask a question. "Well… what do we do?"
"Minor teams, your challenge… is to cook a meal using the ingredients the Major teams bought." Don announced, earning some weird reactions from both Minor A and Minor B.
Therion (Major B): "I'll admit, I can cook pretty well." He then sighed. "Too bad I'm in a Major team now."
"So… who's going to… you know… eat?" Antoinette asked, tapping her foot impatiently on the floors.
"That will be explained once you guys actually bought ingredients." Chef answered. "Now, Major A and Major B… your one hour starts…"
"Wait partner, I'm not even ready yet-"
"NOW!" Chef shouted, completely ignoring Nash as both Major teams made a run for the exit.
The Minor teams stared at the doorway, completely confused at what just happened.
"So…" Arabelle turned to Sephiria. "Who's she?"
"This is Sephiria!" Brea introduced, in which Sephiria waved with a huge smirk on her face. "She will be judging the food you guys cook."
"So she gets to taste the meals we cook before we can even eat it?" Pierre turned, resulting in a nod from the hostess. "...cool."
Sephiria (Guest): "I'm currently doing the production for Total Drama: All Around Again." She began. "But turns out, I just wanted to return the favor to Brea when she made a guest appearance in Total Drama Hollywood… do check 'em out if you guys want to. There's plenty of destruction going on there-"
The camera cuts to black.
"If you want to know who I am," Sephiria began. "I'm going to be the producer for Total Drama: All Around Again."
"Nice." Arabelle chuckled. "I wonder if anyone there is going to be as sucky as my team."
"Well apparently, there are going to be some familiar faces, and of course… new and fresh ones, plus a few faces from this season-"
"Yo Seph, can you actually not self-promote your seasons?" Chef scratched his head.
"Well Brea did it in TDH, so…" Sephiria smacked her forehead. "Fine. My pleasure."
MAJOR TEAMS' FOCUS CAM TIME!
MAJOR A
Beatrice, May, Antoinette, Colin, Nash, Ryder, and Arreis had just exited the theater's parking lot and were currently on their way to the grocery store.
"Wait." Ryder told everyone, making the team stop on their tracks. "Did the hosts actually tell us where the grocery store is?"
"According to my imagination, nope." Arreis shook her head. Pretty much everyone recalled that the hosts never mentioned anything about the grocery store's whereabouts.
Colin placed his hands on his face. "Of course we are just going to walk until we find it and eventually get tired."
Antoinette suddenly had an idea.
"What?" Beatrice asked her.
"Let's go and walk until we find it and eventually get tired!" She cheered unusually, and began skipping in front of the group.
Colin (Major A): He smacked a hand into his forehead. "What just happened?"
"How much time do we have left?" May asked the team.
Arreis quickly looked at her watch. "Well, we've been only out here for a minute."
"Partners, I don't think we're gonna get there in time. I think we should go ask some people about where the grocery store could be." Nash pointed out, with Ryder nodding in agreement.
As the team kept on walking, they saw an old beggar in the street, fumbling in the cardboard he was sitting on.
"Hey, that person seems nice. Should we go ask him?" May nudged Ryder. The boy scratched his head for a bit before approaching the said beggar.
"Um, excuse me, but… do you know where the nearest grocery store is in this city?" Ryder asked in the most polite way possible.
The teens glanced at each other nervously, then turned their attention back to the old beggar. The beggar growled a bit and went berserk for a few seconds before throwing up at them causing the teens to jerk back, with most of the puke hitting Antoinette.
"Uh… gee, thanks!" Ryder said awkwardly and the teens made a mad dash out of his sight.
Antoinette began fuming as now she was covered in filth.
"UGH, THAT FUCKING BASTARD!" the diva yelled. "WHEN WE GET BACK, I AM SO GOING TO TAKE A THREE-DAY SHOWER!"
"You better be." Arreis retorted as Beatrice and May laughed in the background. "Even your personality stinks."
MAJOR B
"Should we take a taxi?" Sami asked her teammates. She, Adala, Sybil, Zack, Carter, Gabe, and Therion appear to be walking in a separate direction from Major A.
"There's one coming here right now." Zack said, indeed seeing a taxi in the distance. He waved his hand over for it to stopped. Luckily, it was successful as the taxi pulled over to the side.
The taxi driver rolled down his window and greeted towards the contestants. "Good day! Where are you all headed?"
"Uhh, do you know the quickest way to the grocery store?" Therion asked.
"Yes, I do. Please, hop on board and I will take you there." The taxi driver said kindly.
Gabe was about to pull the door's handle but was stopped by Carter.
"What?" Gabe asked.
"How are we all gonna fit in there?" Carter asked him, causing Gabe to go in thought.
"Well-"
Adala interrupted him and quickly snarked. "Suck all your doubts to yourselves. Just sit on each other's lap or something." The improviser said and quickly opened the back door, taking a seat. Sami followed along as well as Adala motioned the fandom girl to sit on the former's lap.
Carter rolled his eyes as he took the front seat next to the driver. Therion went in as well with Gabe trailing behind, prompting the latter to sit on the former's lap. Zack entered after him and motioned Sybil to sit on his lap as well.
"Isn't overloading illegal?" Zack asked the taxi driver.
"Well, here on Musimental Island it's not." The taxi driver shrugged and drove off.
MAJOR A
Major A was seen walking on the block, with no idea on where they were.
"Are we there yet?" Arreis asked.
"No." Antoinette rolled her eyes, wiping the nasty puke off of her face with a towel that she surprisingly brought along with her.
"Are we there yet?" Arreis asked.
"I just said no." Antoinette answered back.
"Oh okay." Arreis looked down before chiming in once more. "Are we there yet?"
At this rate, Ryder, May, and Beatrice were laughing a bit in the background.
"No! The actual fuck!? I already told you 'no' twice and you-"
"Are we there yet?" Arreis asked.
Colin and Nash both facepalmed simultaneously, as Antoinette began doing the sign of the cross with a huge scowl on her vomitted face.
"JESUSPLEASEHAVEMERCYONMEANDSAVEMYPOORSOULFROMTHEEVIL DOINGSOFARREISSMITH. AMEN." Antoinette pleaded (or shouted) so fast to the skies above her, which almost seemed like she was rapping.
"DID SOMEONE SAY JESUS!?" yelled a random teen from across the street.[1]
Beatrice, May, Ryder, Nash, and Colin all ignored it, but began laughing at Antoinette's demise.
"What are you all laughing at!?" she shrieked.
"No offense, but I don't think the Heavens are going to hear your so-called prayer." Beatrice chuckled.
"...Are we there yet?" Arreis asked.
Antoinette (Major A): She is banging her head on every word she says on the table where the camera is, causing the camera to wobble a bit. "FUCK. THAT. FUCKING. WOMAN." The camera then falls off the table, causing the lens to crack. "Fu-"
Arreis (Major A): The camera now has a crack on its lens, causing a huge crack to be seen off to the side. But Arreis was laughing hysterically anyway. "There was literally nothing to do, plus her reactions were pure gold! Hahahaha!"
Location: Musimental Grocery
MAJOR B
The team had arrived at the grocery store. Luckily, they didn't have to pay for the taxi fare since the taxi driver recognized them from the show, and apparently wished them all good luck. The team was ultimately grateful for this, and was now seen sauntering over to the entrance.
"Whoa, this grocery store is big…" Sami widened her eyes.
"So… what are the ingredients that we'll be getting?" Therion asked.
"Let's just give them something easy like… fish fillet?" Gabe suggested.
"Good idea, Gabe." Adala nodded. "I don't think we should split up for this."
"I agree." Zack grabbed a shopping cart just at the entrance. "Let's go?"
Sybil sighed. "I don't know."
"What do you mean?" Carter raised an eyebrow suspiciously.
"What if people, you know, recognize me?" Sybil looked at the ground. "You know…"
Adala smacked her forhead. "She's an actress. I forgot… shit."
"Well… we can't just leave you here." Carter said. "Gosh, why do we even have a famous person here in the first place? At least Zack's only famous in his hometown."
Therion suddenly thought of an idea and took off his black/red hoodie jacket and handed it to her, leaving on his dark gray shirt with a wolf decal. "Here. Just… wear the hood. I don't think anyone will recognize you once you hide… you know, your hair." He added, gesturing to her rose gold tips.
Sybil smiled, taking his jacket and wore it along with the hood, just like what the gamer said. It looked a little too big on her, but she shrugged it off anyway.
Zack led the group as they entered, whilst pushing the shopping cart. The team entered an aisle full of seasonings. "Salt and pepper?"
"That'll do." Gabe nodded, grabbing a small packet of salt and pepper and placing it on the shopping cart. "Where's Adala?"
At the same second, the improviser made her way to the cart, carrying several sachets of different herbs and spices like basil, parsley, cayenne pepper, onion and garlic powder, and sesame seeds.
"What?" she asked as everyone looked at her. "My mom uses a lot of these when she cooks. You know, flavors and all."
"...Unless those flavors are for failure, then I guess this is alright…" Therion shrugged, getting out his phone to check the time. "We still have about forty-five minutes but I still don't see the other team."
"We don't need to worry about them." Carter simply stated, as the group approached the next aisle. "Butter or oil?"
"Hmm, butter would definitely make things smell delicious." Sami giggled at the delicious thought of putting butter in foods and Carter went over to the dairy area (which was in the aisle next to where they were) to get some butter. "Unless if you don't want to suffer from high cholesterol." The fandom girl added.
"I think we should get the fish last." Gabe stated. "So it'll still be a bit cold once we get back."
"Good point." Zack nodded.
Sybil looked behind near the entrance and gasped. "Major A's here."
Carter arrived, placing the butter on the shopping cart. "Like I said, we don't need to worry about the other team. Who cares what they're getting?"
MAJOR A
"Before you ask one more time," Antoinette got into Arreis' face. "Yes, we are here. Colin, go get a cart."
Colin rolled his eyes. "Of course I had to be the one who gets the cart. Why do I even bother-"
"Just. Do. It." Antoinette told him. The downtrodden boy unenthusiastically grabbed a nearby shopping cart near the entrance.
(I'm sorry lol, when I wrote that, the first thing that came into my mind was Nike. XD)
"So…" Ryder began. "What ingredients are we getting them?"
"How about spaghetti?" Beatrice suggested. "I mean, the ingredients are pretty easy and stuff. I don't want them to have a hard time cooking."
"I agree." May nodded. "So, I guess we should start going to the pasta aisle?"
"C'mon, partners!" Nash said and began leading the group to the noodle/pasta aisle. "Hm, I'm pretty sure they're here somewhere... "
"One question though, who's gonna pay?" Arreis asked.
Antoinette scoffed. "Of course we are gonna be the ones to pay it. Whatever the price says in the cash register, we'll just give our share."
"Well, what if not all of us have money?" Colin asked her, with a straight face. This caused her to stop in her tracks.
"Fine, those who have money can give. Yeesh." said the diva.
Nash on the other hand, grabbed a box of uncooked pasta and placed it on the cart Colin was pushing. "What's next, partners?"
"What about tomato sauce?" Beatrice asked. "Because obviously, you can't enjoy spaghetti without tomato sauce."
"Then tomato sauce it is!" Ryder declared and led the team off to a different aisle, full of sauces and soups.
May widened her eyes as soon as she saw Major B from the other side of the aisle. Adala was grabbing a can of soup.
"Hey guys, it's the other team." she squeaked.
"Just… don't mind them. They probably have their own problems about last challenge." Antoinette ordered. "Don't even bother to make eye contact."
"Aye aye." Arreis rolled her eyes and pointed towards a stock of tomato sauce. "Anyone gonna grab a packet?"
"I'll do it." Ryder said, grabbing a pack of said tomato sauce and placed it on the cart. "What's next?"
"Heads up, partners!" Nash called from their end of the aisle, and threw a small box of cheese. It missed the cart and hit Colin's head instead, causing the downtrodden boy to groan in pain. "Whoops, sorry partner!" Nash apologized, rushing to the latter.
"Course I got hit. I was expecting that to happen." Colin sighed, rubbing his forehead as Nash endlessly apologized to him and placed the cheese in the cart.
MAJOR B
The team were now in line for the cash register.
"Look, it's Major A." Therion pointed to the said team, who were lined up a couple of customers behind them.
"Well, we're almost there anyway, so let's do this." Sami encouraged them, placing a large-sized frozen fish fillet on the cart. "Let's hurry up while it's still cold."
Major B was now next in line as they scanned their items. The cashier looked at them rather… suspiciously.
Sybil nudged Carter and whispered to him. "I'm not getting any good vibes from her."
Carter nodded. "Same."
Zack cleared his throat and immediately noticed her as well, deciding to take in the wheel for his team. "Is there anything wrong, ma'am?"
The cashier immediately shook her head and replaced her suspicious stare with a grin. "Nope. Nothing at all."
Adala then decided to pay for the items. "Then why are you looking at us like that?"
"Some of you just looked familiar. That's all." The cashier simply stated and handed the reciept to the improviser. "Have a nice day!"
"Uhh you too!" Sami greeted awkwardly as her team began exiting the grocery store. Moments later, Major A also did the same.
MUSIMENTAL THEATER
"Here they come!" Don called out to the others as he saw both Major teams fast approaching the parking lot with grocery bags on their hands.
As soon as they arrived in the banquet hall, both teams gave Blaineley and Chef the shopping bags. The hosts ran towards the kitchens.
"Minor A, head on to the left kitchen. Minor B on the right." Brea ordered, as Chris gave said teams their cooking equipment needed, including aprons, kitchen gloves, and hairnets. "Major A and Major B, wear these and sit on the tables over there."
The hostess gave each Major member a blindfold as they were escorted by Sephiria and Don to two fancy round tables.
"Well, I guess it's time to see how the Minor teams are doing." Sephiria told the camera as a transition occured.
MINOR TEAMS' FOCUS CAM TIME!
Location: Kitchen
MINOR A
Toxa, Misha, Mag, Alec, Pierre, Rival, Kimmie, and Robert were seen in the theater's kitchen, wearing aprons and hairnets to get ready.
"Let's see what did Major A bought us." Toxa rubbed her hands and took a gander on the grocery bag, noticing the tag. "Huh? It says that Major B bought this."
"Are they trying to confuse us or is this part of the challenge?" Alec asked, but the door suddenly opened. The joker who was apparently standing right in front of the door got slammed into the wall, revealing Chef who was behind the door.
"Sorry, maggot." Chef said, looking towards the joker.
"Owww…" Alec groaned. "What're you doing here…?"
Chef rolled his eyes and turned to the team. "Minor A, whatever you do, do not let the other teams know that you have Major B's groceries. Kapeesh?"
"Why not?" Mag asked, having finished washing her hands in the kitchen sink and was wiping her hands on a kitchen towel.
"That is for the Major teams' challenge. They will be guessing who cooked the food, and what food it is, while blindfolded." Chef explained.
Kimmie was putting on some kitchen gloves. "Chef, no offense but isn't that a bit too easy for them?"
Chef smacked his forehead. "Which is why you guys should put a twist to it! You see there are other ingredients here that you could use. Just… don't use everything or the cooks will freak out."
"Alright! Let's do this!" Rival said, fist bumping himself, with his hairnet falling off of his head in the process. "Oh shit."
Chef then turned to leave, but forgot one more rule. "Oh, and you don't have to use everything Major B bought. It'll give you a chance to confuse 'em. But you hafta use at least three items that they bought."
"How'll we win?" Pierre asked, placing a bowl on the countertop.
"Sephiria and Brea will judge the food, so make it good." Chef confirmed and left the door.
Misha went over to Toxa, trying to get a peek of the grocery bag. "So… what did they bought us?"
"There's this," Toxa stated, chucking out some seasoning packets to the table. "This," she went on, throwing a pack of butter along with the seasoning packets. "And this." She added, tossing a frozen commercialized fish fillet on the countertop, landing with an icy thud.
Misha's eyes widened at the large, frozen fish fillet. "Well… like my mom once said, you always gotta buy the freshest fishes for your bitches."
Everyone stared at her as if she said the most weirdest (and somehow relevant) quote in the world.
"Um… what?" Robert went.
Mag decided to end the silence. "What else?"
"There's this can of soup." Misha answered, pulling out said can. "Campbell's? Seriously?"
"There's no way that they're gonna guess that wrong." Mag told her. She looked around the kitchen for some ingredients to add in order to alter the taste, and saw two small bags of all purpose flour and cornstarch in a countertop and pointed. "What about those?"
"I think the cooks use these." Rival approached to the countertop where Mag pointed and got out a pair of kitchen scissors, aiming at the top of the flour bag. "Yay or nay?"
"Yay." Mag answered. "I mean yes."
Rival cut off the top part of the flour bag and did the same with the cornstarch bag.
Pierre looked at everyone. "What's the first thing we need to do?"
"Defrost the fish. Duh." Toxa sneered, placing the fish on a container of water.
MINOR B
Meanwhile, the camera cuts to Minor B in another kitchen, specifically Lyle, who was reading the instructions written on the pasta packaging. He currently had his apron, kitchen gloves, and hairnet on, suggesting that he was ready. He also had a sweater under the apron, as to not ruin his shirt and get hit by any mess (according to him).
"Bring to a boil for ten minutes." He read. "Huh, not so bad as I thought it would be. Maybe Major B didn't give us a hard dish."
Arabelle rolled her eyes at his remark. "Well, maybe if you actually know how to co-"
Before she could actually finish her sentence, Blaineley quickly entered the room, panting.
"Uh… hi." Oli waved awkwardly.
"So… have you all… realized that those are Major A's groceries?"
Vanessa widened her eyes as she finished tying her apron. "What? You said we were having Major B's groceries!" You sick liar, she immediately thought, a disgusted expression forming her face.
"Well, sorry! Don't let the other teams know about this, otherwise, their guessing challenge will be way easier than they thought." Blaineley rolled her eyes. "Just put some other ingredients you can find in this kitchen. Because, you don't have to use everything you see in that grocery bag."
"You serious? Cool!" Oli cheered, turning to the fridge. "So we can use anything in there?"
"As long as you don't use everything in this kitchen… yeah you should be fine." Blaineley turned to the door. "Oh, and make it good. Sephiria and Brea are judging the food you cook."
"Nice." Gordon said sarcastically as he began washing his hands. "What about Chris, Don and Chef?"
"Chef went to tell the other Minor team about the same thing." said Blaineley as she turned to leave. "Chris and Don are distracting the others in the banquet hall via Unnecessary Arguing."
Janice sighed, placing her bracelet on her pocket and putting on some kitchen gloves as the door closed. "As expected."
Arabelle went to go check on the grocery bag. "These are literally the ingredients for spaghetti." She whined, getting out ingredients like tomato sauce, cheese, hotdogs, and some other ingredients. "What the hell are we supposed to do?"
"We can always add some other things to it." Oli said, looking in the fridge. "Hey guys, I think we could use these carrots!"
"Great idea!" Janice smiled, getting a chopping board ready. "Here, give them to me so I can cut them."
Oli gave the carrots to the dancer as she got out a kitchen knife. Lyle on the other hand, was bringing a pot of water to the stove. Once he did so, he set it towards medium heat.
Arabelle was grating some cheese on another countertop, whining as she did so. "Why did it have to be spaghetti out of everything?"
Vanessa was mincing some garlic and onions. "Shut up, Arabelle. At least be glad that they gave us something easy to follow. Imagine what Minor A has to do."
Lyle sprinkled some salt onto the boiling water and filled it with the uncooked pasta. "Hey Gordon, is there a timer?"
Gordon was standing on top of a chair, searching for some utensils on a higher cabinet. "You mean this?" He asked, but accidentally dropped it right next to Janice. "Oops."
Janice on the other hand, was a bit startled when the timer dropped that she accidentally hit her finger with the knife. "Ah!" she yelped in pain as the cut in her finger began to bleed.
"Oh shit. Uhhh…" Oli panicked, seeing what happened. "Gordon! Be careful!" He shouted as he rushed on to a nearby drawer to find some first aid, which luckily, he found a small band-aid and a bottle of some ointment.
Gordon immediately jumped down from the chair. "Oh my god, I'm sorry Janice. I'll clean that up." He apologized, grabbing the chair and motioned her to sit down.
The dancer sat down and sighed. "It's okay. Really. I should've watched myself."
Gordon scratched his head, not knowing what to do as he stared at the first aid drawer. "Uhh…"
Lyle however, saw this and looked at Gordon. "Let me handle it. You go check on the pasta." He said, prompting a nod from the sarcastic boy.
MINOR A
The team was seen looking at the timer in front of them, which was already at three seconds.
"3… 2… 1… DEFROSTING'S DONE, BITCHES!" Misha stood up and ran to the fish, touching it lightly. Toxa quickly grabbed a plastic plate and placed the fish on it.
"So... we're gonna marinate it or something?" Kimmie asked them, earning a nod from Toxa. "Alright, let's see what kind of seasoning's in here." she said, grabbing all the seasoning packets from the countertop.
"Kimmie, you and Alec go season it. Misha and Robert, clear the fridge." Toxa instructed. "Mag, Rival, and Pierre, you guys start making the soup."
Robert was looking in the fridge. "Hey guys, what else can we put to make the soup taste different?"
"Well… what flavor is the soup anyway?" Mag asked.
"Cream of mushroom." Rival answered, reading the can. "Hey, all we're gonna do is bring it to a boil. Sweet."
Kimmie and Alec were looking at the fish.
"I'll go get the salt and pepper. Go ahead and put whatever flavoring this thing needs." Alec said and went to the countertop to find the salt and pepper.
The dreamer stared at the fish, opening up a random seasoning packet. "Cayenne pepper? Um… I don't know what it is…" she frowned, and began sprinkling some but unfortunately, she dropped the packet, causing all the powder to spill right on the fish. The aroma was so strong that the dreamer coughed a bit. "Uh-oh."
Alec came back with salt and pepper and quickly noticed the fish's red color.
"Kimmie? What'd you put on the fish?" Alec asked.
"Uhh… barbeque seasoning! So that… uhh… you know, to give it a… uhh... BBQ KICK! Hehehehe!" Kimmie answered nervously.
"Okay?" Alec shrugged, a bit nervous on how Kimmie's acting and began sprinkling a pinch of salt and pepper. "I hope it's not overseasoned though."
Kimmie's eye began to twitch.
Kimmie (Minor A): "I OVERSEASONED IT! AHHHHHHH! STUPID CANINE PEPPER OR WHATEVER THE HELL IT'S CALLED! HOW DO I GET IT OFF!? HOW!? I CAN'T JUST WASH THE GODDAMN FISH 'CUZ EVERYONE'LL NOTICE IT! DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT!" She hyperventilated, kicking the table in the process, causing the camera to fall off the second time this episode. "Oops."
The two gave the fish plate to Misha, who had just finished making room for the plate to fit.
"Why is it red?" Misha raised an eyebrow.
Robert eyed it suspiciously as well. "...Is it supposed to be red?"
"Bbq seasoning...!" Kimmie quickly answered. Misha and Robert glanced at each before they shrugged and stuffed it on the refrigerator.
"Hey guys, how's the soup coming along?" Toxa asked.
Mag was stirring the soup on a small pot on low heat. "Pretty good."
Pierre on the other hand was opening up a packet of herbs. "Are we gonna put this in?"
"Yup." Mag nodded. Pierre complied, putting some herbs on the soup to make it taste different. "Hey, Rival. Are we still going to, you know, change the consistency a bit?"
"I think?" Rival answered… WITH A QUESTION! (Jk lmao) "Ask Mag."
"Yeah, do it." Mag nodded.
Rival got a small plate, and grabbed a spoonful of cornstarch from the bag. He mixed it as well with a few water.
"Uh… is it supposed to look like this?" Rival asked the two, showing the cornstarch and water mixture.
"Yeah, put it in." Pierre nodded.
"No, it needs a few more water." Mag retaliated.
"Mag, it clearly looks alright! If you put in a few more water, the soup will be even more… soupy!" Pierre shot back, having trouble thinking of what to say.
"You idiot, cornstarch is way starchier than flour. Of course you need water!" Mag got into his face.
"It's the other way around, Mag!" Pierre fired, snatching the plate Rival was holding, and approached the pot. "I'll show you-"
"No, give it back!" Mag shouted, grabbing the plate. Both of them were now fighting over the mixture.
Rival winced at the sight and immediately tried to break them up. "Just give it to me! I'll fix it!"
Mag, Pierre, and Rival continued fighting for the cornstarch mixture, much to the attention of the others.
"RIVAL, WATCH OUT! YOU'RE ABOUT TO PUSH THE FLOUR AND THE CORNSTARCH OFF THE TABLE!" Robert shouted frantically.
Too late. Rival's back hits both the flour bag and the cornstarch bag, sending it spiraling to the floor.
"AH, SHIT-"
BOOP.
MINOR B
With the other Minor team, we can see Lyle placing a band-aid on Janice's finger. The former had instructed the latter to wash the wound before applying ointment.
"There." Lyle said, dusting his hands. "Be careful next time."
"Will do." Janice giggled and stood up. "Thanks, Lyle."
"No problem." The ballerino nodded, turning to wash his hands on the sink. "How's the pasta, Gordon?"
Gordon was currently draining the pasta, as it had just finished boiling. "Pretty good. Vanessa and Arabelle are already making the sauce."
Speaking of Vanessa and Arabelle, they were both taking turns in mixing the spaghetti sauce. For now, Arabelle was mixing it as Vanessa began to put some ingredients like chopped hotdogs and carrots.
"Can't we just let it boil or something?" Arabelle whined, feeling her arms getting tired from all the stirring.
"Oh, that will be delicious- Of course you'll end up burning it!" Vanessa rolled her eyes, after her sarcastic remark. "Do you even know how to cook?"
"Of course I do!" Arabelle yelled.
"Hey, Arabelle. Shut your pipehole or your saliva's going in the sauce." Gordon snarked.
Oli gagged a bit after hearing the comment Gordon made, nearly dropping the small serving plates he was holding.
"Disgusting. Don't make another comment like that, please. These plates nearly fell."
"Sorry."
Oli nodded, placing the serving plates on a clean table. Gordon came to him with the pot of cooked pasta and began putting some of it on each of the dishes.
"Where's the sauce?" Oli asked.
Suddenly the door opened again, revealing Blaineley.
"Ten more minutes!" She said to the team, causing them to jump in surprise.
"What the- ten more minutes!?" Arabelle shrieked, nearly putting a whole container of salt on the sauce if it wasn't for Vanessa shooing her hand off. Half of the salt fell to the floor while the other half went into the sauce. "That's not even-"
"Shut it, just get ready." Blaineley ordered, slamming the door.
Minor B glanced at each other before panicking.
"HEY, WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THE SAUCE!?" Arabelle shouted.
"GET IT OUT OF THE STOVE AND PLACE IT ON THE TABLE OR SOMETHING!" Vanessa yelled back. Both girls brought the pot to the table.
"WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO!?" Gordon screamed.
"JUST PUT SOME SAUCE ON THE SERVING PLATES OVER THERE!" Lyle told them.
"WHY THE FUCK ARE WE ALL YELLING IN BIG LETTERS!" Oli asked.
"BECAUSE THERE ARE ONLY TEN MINTUES LEFT!" Janice answered as she grabbed the shredded cheese and sprinkled some on each plate with her uninjured hand.
MINOR A
Everything was enveloped with flour and cornstarch, as if it were white smoke. As the whiteness was cleared throughout the whole kitchen, the camera was finally able to see Minor A, who were violently coughing and dusting away all the flour and cornstarch. They all looked like a mess with all the flour and cornstarch on them.
Chef suddenly opened the door. "Hey, ten minutes left- HAUGH!" He coughed violently. "What the hell happened here!?"
"Flour and cornstarch happened." Robert answered in between hard coughs.
"Well, just keep in mind that you have ten minutes left!" Chef yelled, dusting away the white fog and slammed the door shut.
"Oh shit. If it wasn't for you three assholes arguing, we could've got this!" Misha told them as the whiteness cleared. Everyone literally had some on their clothes and faces, which made them all looked like ghosts.
"It's literally Pierre's fault in the first place!" Mag accused.
"But-"
"Save it. We need to finish this. There's no time for arguing." Toxa ordered, stopping Pierre. "Misha, get the fish. Robert, get the pan ready."
"Aye aye, bitch." Misha sighed and quickly grabbed the fish from the fish, widening her eyes at the sight. "Hey, is this even right? It's even redder than before."
"Just dump it on the pan or something." Toxa shrugged.
Robert pre-heated the pan with a few oil for a good minute before Misha dumped the fish on it. She stepped away for a bit just before a few of the oil splattered.
"Shit, that was close." She muttered. "Hey Mag, mind getting the soup?"
"Oh right." Mag snapped her fingers, remembering it and grabbed the pot. Pierre grabbed a serving spoon and Rival grabbed some small serving bowls, placing them all on a table.
"Don't mess up this time." Pierre narrowed his eyes towards Rival before scooping up some soup, dumping it on a bowl.
Rival grabbed a spoon out of the utensil container and took a taste test. He sighed. "Still tastes like Campbell's. Oh well."
Kimmie was watching the fish fillet getting cooked (in horror). "So… uhh, how will we know if it's cooked?"
Misha shrugged. "Probably when the motherfucker starts going psssst then the shit's ready. I don't know." She answered not-so-helpfully, trying to imitate the sound of food sizzling (which sounded more like someone peeing).
Both Toxa and Alec began grabbing some serving plates. Mag, Pierre, and Rival were helping then out by putting a small bowl of soup in each one of them.
"How's the fish, guys?" Alec asked.
"Uhhh great?" Kimmie answered.
"Just don't burn it in the process." Toxa added.
At this rate, everyone was waiting for the fish to cook.
"Should you go flip it by now, Misha?" Robert asked.
Misha was given a spatula by Toxa. "Yeah, you're right."
The punk girl held her spatula just below the fish, and flipped it. However, it was split into half to the others' dismay.
"Shit."
She tried flipping both pieces, but they ended up splitting into three.
"Fuck. You know what, you do it, Robert." Misha groaned, handing him the spatula.
"Um… right." Robert scratched his head before attempting to flip all (now six) of the pieces, but all of them ended up splitting in half.
"I think you burned one of them-"
Robert sighed, interrupting Alec's comment. "I give up." He said, turning off the stove and placed the pan on the table.
"...Hey, look on the bright side. We don't have to cut them anymore!" Kimmie attempted to cheer everyone up.
Mag counted the pieces. "It's supposed to be one big piece but, I guess we now have... twelve fishes."
Everyone then pitched in to place them all in the serving plates.
MINOR B
The six teens had just finished preparing the food. They all looked exhausted.
Lyle sat on a stool. "How do you guys think the other team is doing right now?"
"So much better than we are, that's for sure." Vanessa rolled her eyes and yawned.
"To be honest, I never thought we would finish this early." Janice said, sitting on the countertop.
Oli laughed. "I guess panicking helped us get everything ready." He joked. Some of his teammates laughed along with him.
"Hey guys, remember Blaineley said that we could use other ingredients?" Gordon asked. "Because… what if the Major teams guessed them correctly?"
"Oh stop-"
The door went open, interrupting Arabelle again, causing her to groan.
Blaineley went in and saw the team and their dish. "Well… it's time for you guys to head on over to the cafeteria. Bring your dish." She ordered.
The team glanced at each other before placing all their plates in two trays, with Oli and Lyle carrying them on the way out.
Location: Banquet Hall
Both Minor teams exited from their respective kitchens, holding their trays of dishes. Minor B gasped and widened their eyes as soon as they saw Minor A. The latter team groaned in the process as Blaineley and Chef helped both teams place their dishes on a long table. They weren't surprised to see the Major teams all blindfolded, though.
Sephiria was chuckling in the background along with Brea. "You know what's funny? Minor B all looked like they just saw a ghost while Minor A actually looked like ghosts."
Don laughed with them. "That was a good one."
Chris sneered at them. "Hey, no one makes funny jokes but me!"
Nash sighed from the Major A table. "Now I know how Helen Keller felt, partner."
"She wasn't blind." Adala retorted from the other table.
"All I know was that she was kind of an asshole." Beatrice commented. "At least that's what my siblings said."
"Shhh!" Brea hissed at everyone and stared at her phone. "Anyway, we're- WHAT!?"
"What?" Sephiria asked.
"What?" Chris said.
"What?" Chef added.
"What?" Don widened his eyes.
"What?" Blaineley narrowed her eyes (in contrast to to Don).
"We're gonna have to cut taping here." Brea sighed. "Fresh Network says their doing the news early so we have to cut this out."
"You've gotta be kidding me." Sephiria whined as she slumped herself on a chair. "Right when we were about to start."
"Well…" Chris sighed. "So much for that. Anyway, see you all next time in-"
"TOTAL DRAMA ACT II: MUSICAL POWER!"
