Night 2, 6:00 PM
BANQUET HALL
"Last time on Act II," Chris began. "We had a recipe for disaster in all four teams."
"Major A caught themselves in a bit of a pickle due to some outsiders," Chef added. "While Major B tried to work as a team now that they have a new teammate."
The scene now shows Major A running away from the old beggar, then it switches to a clip of Major B welcoming Therion.
"On the Minors' side, Minor A were facing some certain problems while cooking…" Don placed a hand on his chin. "And Minor B still not getting along as usual."
The scene was now switched to Minor A cooking the fish, the flour/cornstarch fiasco, and Kimmie over seasoning it before turning to a clip where Minor B were arguing in their room.
"We also have Sephiria as a guest," Brea continued as Sephiria waved in the background. "...and we had to cut taping last time because of the news. So if you all are watching this, it's probably recorded."
"Then again, the season will air on December. We are not here to contradict against the timelines, Brea." Blaineley sneered.
"Shut it or I'm dislocating your face." Brea murmured. "Anyway, let's just go onto the theme song…"
*Opening theme*
Episode 5: Health is the Road to Wealth
"This is going to be one messy vote."
After the title card, we now cut back to the banquet hall where the Major teams were seated around the fancy tables, still blindfolded. The food was already served at both tables as both Minor teams head towards the side, while Brea and Sephiria were escorted in a different room by the interns.
"Major team, your job is to taste and guess who cooked the food and what the food is." Chris announced.
Don cleared his throat. "Not all of you were served the same food. For example, some members of Major A have food cooked by Minor B while the other members of Major A have food cooked by Major B."
"Sounds confusing." Adala commented.
Chris decided to ignore that. "Remember though, no one is allowed to coach. If you get it right, your team gains a point. The Major team wih the most points gets an advantage."
"And for the viewers, we'll show you which Major member gets what and who cooked it." Don announced. "Take a look."

"Major teams, if you are ready to guess, raise your hand and I will come over to you. You can only whisper your guesses to me, so that your teammates won't know the answer." Blaineley said as if she were a high school teacher. "Once you've made your guess, you cannot have another one because I will ask you to remove your blindfold. You can get either one point, two points, or none at all."
"What's this, an exam?" Antoinette scoffed.
"Ready… begin!" Don whistled.
The camera pans to Arreis, who sighed as she stabbed a fork on her plate. She heard a slight squelching sound and immediately had an idea.
Arreis (Major A): "I swear this is the spaghetti. Question is, who cooked it?"
She twirled her fork around and carefully brought it up to her mouth. Nodding a bit, she felt confident about her guesses so she raised her hand.
Blaineley instantly went over to her. "What's your guess?"
"This is obviously spaghetti. And I think Minor B cooked it." Arreis whispered.
"Take off your blindfold." The hostess ordered.
Arreis did so, and gasped as soon as she saw that she got her guesses right.
Blaineley gave her a post-it note, that says '2 points'. Afterwards, she was escorted away from the table.
On the other Major team, Sami was stabbing her fork on her plate, but frowned.
"Why's there so much space on this plate?" She asked to herself until she felt her fork grab something. "Oh, never mind."
She brought her fork to her mouth, but grimaced at the taste, coughing a bit.
Sami (Major B): "What the hell was that?"
Zack, who was sitting next to her, glanced. "You okay?"
"Yeah, just… don't take off your blindfold." Sami told him.
Zack on the other hand, was ready to guess. Blaineley had come over to him, and he whispered.
"It's obviously spaghetti, and I think Minor A cooked it."
The boy took off his blindfold, only to frown.
"Only one point?"
At this point, the scenes began fast-forwarding, as well as showing some highlights.
First it shows Antoinette swearing by getting no points at all. Then it shows Carter pouting by only getting one point. Third was Beatrice, who got two points but was disgusted by the food. Fourth was Sybil crossing her arms by getting one point. Ryder was also shown getting no points compared to Colin who had two. And last was Therion, who also gained two points, followed by gaining one point from Sami.
The scenes finally went back to a normal pacing as it shows that Major A only had Nash and May left while Major B had Adala and Gabe.
"This is… weird." May commented as she chewed the fish fillet. "Um… Blaineley?"
"What?" Asked a very tired looking Blaineley.
"I think Minor A made this… fish fillet thing."
A post-it note was immediately given to her as the girl opened her blindfold.
"What? Only one point?"
Next to her, Nash made his guesses as well, earning him two points, causing the girl to frown.
We now turn to Adala, who had just finished guessing as she looked at her post-it note.
"Sweet. Two points." She laughed in amusement but faded as she saw that Gabe only had one. "Eh, better luck next time."
At this rate, all Major teams gathered up with their respective groupmates to add up their scores.
"Add them up, and the team with the most points gets an advantage!" Don exclaimed.
Over at Major A, they were a bit dissatisfied.
"Well Arreis, Colin, Nash and I got two points each," Beatrice said. "That's eight points."
"I got one." May sighed. "I feel like we're losing. It's only nine."
"Of course we are." Colin retorted. "Thanks to those who didn't get anything."
Antoinette scowled, but Ryder was taken aback by Colin's comment.
Ryder (Major A): "Well… I thought Colin and I are gonna be friends…" he sighed. "Guess that's not gonna be true. Well… yet."
Major B on the other hand, were looking pretty confident.
"I got two points." Adala cheered.
"Same here." Therion added. "That's four."
"The rest of us only got one point." Carter observed.
Sami did the math on her head. "So that's… nine."
"Alright, Major teams! How many points do you have?" Chris asked.
"We have nine, partners!" Nash announced.
"Wait… we have nine too!" Zack declared.
Blaineley widened her eyes. "Wow, a tie. So I guess that means… both of you have an advantage."
Both teams cheered.
"What is it then?" Therion asked.
"You'll find out… after we find out who gets the advantage in the Minor teams."
Speaking of the Minor teams…
The camera pans into a room, where in there sits a rectangular table, and two chairs with Brea and Sephiria seated on them. They appear to be chatting to each other until Chris suddenly opened the door.
"Minor teams are up." He bluntly said.
"Oh crap." Sephiria hissed. "I wonder what they made."
"Let's face it, Seph. Not everyone is can cook." Brea rolled her eyes and anticipated the worst food that she could eat… besides Chef's cooking of course.
As if on cue, Minor A came in. Misha and Toxa were holding the trays, most likely for the two girls.
Toxa placed the plate of fish and the bowl of soup just in front of Sephiria.
"Bon appetit!" She smirked.
Misha on the other hand, did the same as placed the plate in front of Brea. However, as soon as she grabbed the bowl, she nearly dropped it, causing Brea's eyes to widen.
"Oh shit, that's hot." Misha said.
Brea sighed. "At least be glad it didn't spill."
The punker girl chuckled. "You're right."
The two girls stepped back and stood next to their team. Chris came in and closed the door behind him.
"So… mind explaining to us what you have cooked?" Sephiria asked them with a stare that somehow intimidated the team, especially Kimmie.
"We… uhhh-"
"Fish fillet." Robert covered up. "To add a little bit of twist to it, some of our teammates sprinkled it with barbeque seasoning, and the rest of up paired it up with a bowl of cream of mushroom soup."
Mag (Minor A): "Thank god, we have Robert on our team. He literally saved us back there."
"DID SOMEONE SAY JESUS?!"
"Hell to the no! I said god! There's a difference, you know!" The vengeful girl turned back only to find the random boy out on the streets from the last episode, holding a cross and a bible. "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU!?"
"Eep!" The boy shrieked and ran out of the confessional room.
Brea (Host): "There are freaking guards out there! Newly hired ones too! How the fuck did that kid entered the building!?" Brea smacked her forehead. "Listen up you lot of lousy excuses of a guard! If that June Camo-shit-ah, whatever the fuck that kid's name is enters the building one more time, I swear, you're fired in the next milisecond."
She then realized something. "Wait… what the hell am I doing here in the confessional room…?"
Kimmie (Minor A): "They still don't know that it was cayenne pepper. Oh no, I think I'm going home.
Sephiria grabbed her fork with one hand, stabbing it onto the fish and used her knife to cut it with her other hand. She then brought her fork to her mouth, chewing the fish.
Brea on the other hand, stirred her soup with a spoon and scooped up a spoonful of soup, plopping it to her mouth.
"Hmm, it's al-"
The hostess was cut off by the sound of spitting (or hurling) and a chewed fish landing on her lap. Brea shrieked as she stood up, trying to get the fish off her lap.
"HOLY SHIT, SEPH!"
Sephiria was seen coughing into a table napkin. "That didn't tasted like barbeque at all!"
The team all had mixed reactions. Robert bit his lip, Misha smacked her forehead, Kimmie had her face on her hands, Toxa and Alec were all looking accusingly at Kimmie, and Pierre, Mag, and Rival were trying to look away.
"Well, now I taste like spit." Brea rolled her eyes. "What did it taste like?"
"It was a bit spicy." Sephiria remarked. "It's kinda overseasoned with… cayenne pepper? What about the soup?"
"I was gonna say it's alright until you spit the fish on my lap." Brea told them, but it earned a sigh of relief from the team.
The two girls talked about what score to give before turning back to the teens.
"So," Sephiria began. "Well, since we're being generous, we're giving you a 4 out of 10, purely because the fish sucked."
"Yeah, you guys are done. Tell Minor B to get ready." Brea ordered.
Minor A didn't know how to react to their score, but did as they were told.
About thirty seconds later, Minor B came in. This time, Lyle and Gordon both held a plate of spaghetti as Oli, Janice, Vanessa, and Arabelle stood off to the side.
"Enjoy your meal, ma'am." Lyle smiled as if he were a waiter, serving the platter in front of Sephiria.
Gordon casually placed another platter in front of Brea. "What he said."
Lyle was internally glaring at Gordon for not doing it properly but shook it off anyway.
"Thank you." The two girls said in unison.
As both Brea and Sephiria regained their composure and placed their table napkins in front of them, it was time to take a bite. Both girls simultaneously grabbed their forks and twirled it around their plate of Italian spaghetti, thus plopping their forks into their mouths. Sephiria was nodding a bit while Brea looked pleased, which caused the team's hopes to increase.
The two girls finished a bite as they chatted with one another regarding on their scores.
"You guys did good, but…" Brea looked at them. "It ould have been better if there were more ingredients. Like, meatballs or something."
Everyone nodded as Oli gave them an 'I told you we should've looked for more ingredients' look.
"So all in all, you're score is…" Sephiria began. "7 out of 10."
The team had approving looks as Chef came in and carried the plates away.
After cleaning things up, everyone was back at the banquet hall.
Sephiria went up to the front. "Minor B is getting the advantage for scoring 7, against Minor A's score of 4. Which means, Minor A is the only team with a disadvantage."
Everyone applauded for everyone's efforts.
"So," Chris got everyone's attention. "For your musical challenge, you will get a song, and change its lyrics to fit the 'Be Healthy' theme. It should be at least 30 seconds or longer."
The teams all glanced at each other.
"You are all allowed to use only two instruments: a guitar and a beatbox." Blaineley added. "As for the advantage for Major A, Major B, and Minor B, you can choose any song you like."
"For Minor A's disadvantage," Don turned to the said team. "You are only allowed to use a song that has been featured in a movie."
The team groaned at this.
Rival (Minor A): "Well, this sucks. There are a lot of songs that we could use but what if not everyone here knows a lot of movies?"
"You're performance will be held on the dance practice room, at one in the afternoon." Chef told them. "So get to thinking while there's still time."
The teams nodded and were escorted out of the banquet hall.
MUSIC ROOM
Major A was seen in the theater's music room. They were was sitting in a circle on the sleek black floors, just in front of the grand piano.
"So… what song should we do, y'all?" Nash asked, grabbing an acoustic guitar just on the strings section. "The old lady said we're only using two instruments."
"Can you play the guitar?" Antoinette asked.
"Well… kinda, but-"
"Anyone else can play the guitar?"
As she wasn't given an answer, the diva's neutral look immediately turned into a pissed off expression, startling the others.
"I can play the beatbox!" Arreis chirped.
"I wasn't asking you." Antoinette shot up a glare.
"But-"
"Are we there yet?" Antoinette mocked, causing Arreis to sit back down and roll her eyes. "Fine, you get to do the beatbox."
The veteran sighed in relief.
"Wait." Ryder stopped everyone. "Can we at least decide what song to sing before we decide on the instruments?"
"I have a song suggestion." Beatrice raised her hand. "Why not, Build Me Up Buttercup? I think we could come up with something with that song."
"Isn't that a positive song?" Colin asked.
"Um, duh." Antoinette responded, followed by a scoff. "At least it will help you change your rather, drama king attitude."
Colin sighed sadly, but in his mind, he internally wants to get rid of her in the game, or at least in their team.
Colin (Major A): He was seen looking into his figurine. "I'm using the Eighth Note tomorrow. No one will stop me. Not even her."
May gave Beatrice a sheet of paper and a pen. The timid girl began jotting down some words quickly on the paper.
"Looks like Beatrice has an idea now, partners." Nash pointed out.
"Hey Beatrice, if you need any help with the lyrics just call us." Ryder told her.
"I'm pretty sure I know the song better than you guys, but if you need a reference," Beatrice said, getting out her phone and setting it to play the song. "Here's the song."
As the song played, the others began to gain more ideas. Beatrice took note of this and gave the paper to some of her teammates. Nash, Arreis, Ryder, and even Colin and Antoinette all jotted down some words that could potentially make their song, while May stared at her team, particularly at Ryder.
Beatrice caught wind of this and nudged the smaller girl.
"You okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine." May forced a smile.
May (Major A): "So… I'm not that creative…" the small girl sighed. "I feel like I'm being distracted by Ryder. I need to get that idea off my head or it's going to harm my game."
DANCE PRACTICE ROOM
Major B, or in this case, the girls of the team were sitting on the same fashion as Major A. The only difference was that they were on the dance practice room. Sybil was seen scrolling down her phone as Sami and Adala was watching her. Zack and Gabe went to go borrow a spare guitar and beatbox as Therion and Carter were on the library to get paper and writing utensils.
"You have a lot of music downloaded in there." Sami noticed. "You must like a lot of artists."
"That's true. I really want to perform some songs here someday." Sybil told her and found a song. "We could do this."
A jazzy, funky tune started playing. A female voice was then heard singing in a different language.
Adala groaned. "Are you kidding me? Kpop? That genre's just full of three concepts. Girl crush, cutesy, and boy crush. Boooooring. There's no way we're doing that."
Sybil rolled her eyes. "Y'know, when people hear the word Kpop, they only think about popular bands like BTS, Blackpink, and Twice. Those three have diverse concepts. Well, except for Blackpink."
"Really?" Sami widened her eyes. She seemed to be slightly intrigued.
"I'm part Korean, so I understand these. And mind you, Adala, there are more than just those three. If you like lore-heavy story concepts, there's Loona. If spacey concepts are your cup of tea, there's WJSN. If melancholic songs are your thing, there's Seventeen. If you're into rap-heavy songs, there's Stray Kids."
(A/N: Lmao, I'm lowkey sharing some of my music tastes rn, pardon me.?)
Adala just scoffed. "Some Asians, especially Koreans, try way too hard to copy westernized music. Just look at bands like EXO and Monsta X. They're just some carbon copies of One Direction and Westlife."
Sybil (Major B): "She's lowkey stereotyping, and being… well, racist? Not cool, but… I'm not gonna argue with that." She facepalmed. "Don't get me wrong. I love western music too. Explains why I sang a Taylor Swift song last night.
Suddenly, the door bust open as the four boys all entered the room.
"We got paper!" Therion cheered as he gave everyone a piece of paper.
"And… pens." Carter added, chucking the pens to the floor.
Zack and Gabe came in with a beatbox. "Major A was using the guitar, so we have to wait till tomorrow." Zack told them.
As the four boys joined the circle, Gabe decided to end the silence.
"What did we miss?"
"Sybil and Adala were just arguing about Kpop, that's all." Sami casually answered. "We have a song actually, but it seems like Adala doesn't like it."
"I swear, we are not doing a Kpop song." Adala said, blowing a piece of her hair out of her face.
"Let's hear it." Zack suggested. Sybil turned on her phone as the team began to listen.
LIBRARY
The Minor A team were on the library, sitting just behind a round table. They were also in a circle formation, but they were sitting on chairs.
Pierre was seen looking at some books about health on the nonfiction section.
"You're seriously going to rely on books?" Mag asked with a slight chuckle.
"Um, yeah. Why not." Pierre just shrugged and placed a book on the table entitled, The Plant Kingdom.
"You know, I suggest we need to be creative for this round." Toxa perked up. "Books are gonna be much of use, unless we need a reference."
Pierre sighed as he sat down. "Fine. References."
Rival came in with his guitar. "I heard Major B borrowed the beatbox and Major A is using the guitar in the music room. At least I brought my guitar with me."
"We have paper." Misha added, placing a sheet of paper and a pen. "Sorry I took so long. Therion and Carter came in and asked me where are the writing utensils."
"What now?" Kimmie asked everyone.
"Of course we're going to think. Right?" Alec tried to make a joke but failed as no one laughed.
"Well, can you think of any song that features in a movie?" Robert asked him.
Alec sat there, with no answer coming to mind.
"Uhh…"
Mag ended the silence. "I'm sure everyone knows at least one Disney movie."
Misha nodded. "We could get a fucking song from those princess-y movies."
"There's Tale as Old as Time, I See the Light, I Can Show You the World-"
"It's A Whole New World." Toxa corrected him. "Plus, I See the Light was used last season."
"I think A Whole New World could work." Mag said. "Let's vote on one of the three songs that Rival mentioned. "So… who's with I See the Light?"
No one raised their hand.
"Tale as Old as Time?"
Only Kimmie, Robert, and Misha raised their hands.
"A Whole New World it is." Mag declared. "Let's start."
Toxa grabbed her phone as the chosen song began playing. "I say we jot down everything we think of in the paper."
The song began playing the first verse as Misha quickly scribbled down on the paper. Then there was Kimmie telling her that she would write down something as well.
It was now the second verse playing. Toxa was getting a bit impatient so she grabbed another pen and paper from the counter and began jotting down notes as well. She then passed the paper to both Rival and Mag both who had ideas as well.
By the time the final chorus started playing, Robert and Pierre (who was peeking in the book evvery now and then) were writing down their ideas on the papers.
"Did everyone wrote down their ideas?" Robert asked the team.
"Um… not yet." Kimmie pointed to Alec who was asleep on the table. He was the only one who hand't contributed an idea so far.
Toxa facepalmed. "Someone wake him up. And tell him that if he doesn't contribute, he's out of here if we lost." She announced as she grabbed her phone and stopped the music.
Everyone else in the team exchanged glances.
Rival (Minor A): "We are dead." He facepalmed. "Hey, at least I suggested the song."
Misha (Minor A): "Toxa is acting as if she was the fucking leader." Misha crossed her arms. "Why didn't she woke up Alec herself? After all, they are allies. Alec's starting to get worse than Pierre. No offense."
GARDEN
Minor B: Janice, Vanessa, Arabelle, Lyle, Gordon, Oli
The Minor B team were currently on the gazebo of the Musimental Garden, farther from the other contestants.
"So, what are we supposed to do?" Arabelle asked her team. "Major A is in the music room and they can use whatever's in there. Major B can practice in the dance practice room. Minor A is in the library so they would definietly get some ideas there. So, why are we here out in the garden?"
"It was Janice's idea." Lyle answered. "Plus, the tranquil and soothing atmosphere can help us think. That is, if you don't mess this up."
"Well then, thanks a lot for the great idea of going here in the garden, Janice." Arabelle snarked.
Janice rolled her eyes. "I swear, Arabelle. If we lose, you're no doubt going home. Everyone here hates you so if you want to at least stay in the game, try and be nice for once."
Vanessa was ignoring the whole commotion from her team. She was sitting on the stairs of the gazebo, staring at the flowers on the garden.
Gordon soon joined in after her. "What's with the sad face?"
"Oh, this is my happy face." Vanessa answered, which her face looked a bit bummed.
"No. You're not happy. What's wrong?" He asked, sitting next to her.
Vanessa sighed, staring at a patch of sunflowers on the left side of the garden. "Do you think our team is just taking everything a bit too far?"
"Probably. Then again, it's all thanks to Arabelle." Gordon sighed.
"I have an idea for the song." Vanessa told him, staring at the sunflower patch for a few seconds before running up to the gazebo, causing Gordon to follow her.
Janice was the first to notice the pianist. "Got any ideas?"
"Why don't we do Sunflower? The one by Rex Orange County?" Vanessa suggested.
Lyle rubbed his chin in thought. "That is… kind if a melancholic song, but it's a good idea."
"Well it's not." Arabelle huffed as she crossed her arms. "What, you expect us to sound like we were in a funeral? No way. We should make it happy."
"Well, what happy songs do you suggest?" Gordon retaliated.
Arabelle stared long and hard at them, but didn't gave an answer.
"You're just saying that because you hate Vanessa." Janice rolled her eyes.
"Wow, looks like that slap had no effect on you." Arabelle snarked at the dancer.
Vanessa grabbed a pen from her pocket, and ELV's notepad from Lyle's hands, flipping on to a random blank page. "I already thought of some lyrics, so do me a favor and shut up, Arabelle."
The pianist began writing some words on to ELV's notepad. After a minute, she showed the notepad to the test of her team.
"What do you guys think?" asked the pianist.
Lyle examined the lyrics, before glancing up to Janice and Gordon.
"You guys thinking what I'm thinking?" the ballerino turned to them.
"We're adding some stuff into your lyrics if you don't mind." Gordon winked playfully at the pianist. Vanessa rolled her eyes, but tried her best not to blush from this.
"Let's do this." Janice said, as she flipped on to the next blank page and jotted down some words.
Vanessa (Minor B): "The way that Gordon winked at me was so cute." She said sarcastically, but a blush was seen on her cheeks. "I- fine. I was trying to be sarcastic. You got me."
(A/N: You can skip this next scene if you aren't a fan of the interns, but if you know the interns then, I recommend you to see this. XD)
CAFETERIA - 10:00PM
It was now after dinner. The camera decides to stray away from the contestants for a bit, as we now cut onto the interns, who were cleaning the place up.
Maya and Ulysses were seen talking to one another as they cleaned up the tables.
"You're still planning to get Mara to like you?" Maya rolled her eyes.
"Of course I am! At least that Therion guy won't be messing up my chances." Ulysses clenched his fist. "And I thought you supported me!"
"Of course I do! I hated Mara anyway!" Maya told him.
"Speaking of which, why do you hate Mara?" Ulysses asked her.
The intern didn't answer. But little they know that Dustin was speculating their conversation just a few tables away. He narrowed his eyes, but continued to scrub the tables so he wouldn't look skeptical.
In the kitchen, Eden and Mara were seen doing the dishes. Mara was not saying anything as she was just sniffling. It was obvious that she was crying for the umpteenth time in the season. (Which were unseen scenes of course)
Eden quickly recognized this and decided to ask her a question. "Still can't get over it?"
Mara shook her head. "How would I get over it? Therion hates me. I didn't even dated Ulysses! He's just trying to ruin my image. So of course, there's no freaking way that Therion would go back to me and-"
Eden grabbed Mara's shoulder. "MARA! Don't beat up yourself over it. I was… I used to be in your position too."
"Wait… you were?"
The agent nodded. "Yeah. I uh- we just have a different case. You just… kinda remind me of him."
Mara wiped her eyes. "How so?"
"He's a pessimistic person like you. Well, he cries over his memories and thinks he'll lose a lot over the littlest of things and… I think it started when we broke up."
Mara widened her eyes. "What?"
"I'm not there to cheer him up anymore and, it's kind of the reason why he's acting like you." Eden sighed. "Mara, I'm just saying that it's not the best decision to go down that route. You have to be strong. Not like Auggie."
"Auggie?" Mara chuckled.
Eden blushed. "That's just… a nickname I used to call him. Well… don't tell the ohers about this conversation. Promise?"
Mara gave her a hug. "I promise."
Eden (Intern): "I swear, I'm not crying." She said, wiping her eyes.
Day 3, 9:00 AM
By this time, the contestants were already awake and with their respective teams. They were currently practicing and adding their final touches to their performances, as there could be a chance that anyone could go home later.
Day 3, 1:00 PM
CHALLENGE 2.2: Flavors of Failure (Location: Dance Practice Room)
The camera cuts to the dance practice room, as all the contestants were already there. Lunch had just finished, so everyone seemed to be fueled up for another day.
Only Ella was the only mentor present, as she was the only one needed for now. The judges had just recently entered the room and had taken their places in the front, just like from the first episode.
The five hosts, and Sephiria, were now seen on the front, as the challenge is about to start.
"Good afternoon, everyone!" Brea greeted.
"Today, we'll be witnessing our contestants performing group songs!" Don added.
"Our contestants were tasked to get a song and change up their lyrics to fit the 'Be Healthy' theme." Chris said.
"They were also allowed to use two instruments, namely a beatbox and a guitar." Chef mentioned.
"But they must pass the 30-second mark." Sephiria announced, which caught some of the contestants off guard as they began whispering to each other.
"First off, we have Minor B, performing a short song called I Don't Wanna Make You Sick! Let's give them a round of applause!" Blaineley said unenthusiastically as said team went up to the front, with the others clapping.
Janice, Vanessa, Arabelle, Lyle, Gordon, and Oli got into their positions. Oli sat on a chair with a guitar on his lap, while Gordon was sitting on a beatbox, indicating that he will play it. The other four sat in front of them, ready to perform.
Performance #20 (Minor B)
Song: "I Don't Wanna Make You Sick"
To the tune of "Sunflower" - Rex Orange County
"Oh," Oli went as he strummed his guitar in a melancholic tune with Gordon playing the beatbox. "I want you to eat vegetables"
Vanessa sang after him. "'Cause they're delicious and nutritious"
"So won't you try," Lyle followed. "Before you decline"
A pause was heard, before the music resumed as Arabelle sang. "I, I need you so, go, grow, and glow"
Gordon followed as he beatboxed. "These food groups ain't new. 'Cause I'm obsessed with you"
"'Till I fall to the ground" Janice crooned. "These food groups saved me"
Lyle, Vanessa, Arabelle, and Janice stood up, a slightly more jubilant tone was played by Oli in his guitar as they clapped to the beat and sang in unison. "I don't wanna make you sick. That's why I want you to eat these, they will keep us safe 'till the day that we die"
The judges were all staring at them intently, while the others were trying to not… well, cringe at the performance.
Minor B continued to sing, trying not to cringe as well, but Lyle seemed to lead them. "We should eat right and prevent consuming of junk foods. They may be yummy but they're so deadly. They might cause illnesses and affect our daily lives."
Oli ended with a quick strum as Gordon stopped playing the beatbox. The team glanced at each other before bowing, with the others applauding for them.
"Thank you, Minor B." Blaineley coughed. "Next we have Major A, with their song called Why Don't You Eat 'Em Up!"
Major A rushed up to the front. Arreis took Gordon's spot in the beatbox while Antoinette made her way for the guitar with an unenthusiastic look. Beatrice, May, Colin, Nash, and Ryder stood near them.
As all of this happened, something caught Oli's eye just on where Major A was sitting. Major A was sitting on the back so Oli took this chance and went near to get a closer look.
He gasped at what he saw. It was an Eighth Note. Everyone was focused on what's happening in front of them. His team was also too busy chatting (and cringing at their own performance) so no one saw Oli stuffing the figurine into his pocket. He scooted back to his team.
Oli (Minor B): "This definitely belongs to a Major A member. But who?"
The camera then focuses back to the performing team.
Performance #21 (Major A)
Song: "Why Don't You Eat 'Em Up"
To the tune of "Build Me Up Buttercup" - from The Foundations and The I-Foundation
Antoinette began strumming the guitar in a more happier tune (in contrast to her pissed off look), and paused for a second.
"Why don't you eat 'em up" Nash sang, while the others chanted "eat 'em up" before he continued, followed by anoher chant from the others.
May followed his lead. "Vegetables, baby 'cause you're always down" The others chanted, "always down"
"And always messed up, and the worst of all (worst of all)" Ryder sang, along with the chant.
Beatrice crooned after him."You only eat junk food though you say you won't (say you won't)"
Colin (who tried his best in giving off a happy expression) sang right after her, followed by another chant. "Let's spin around, I need you (I need you!)"
"To eat vegetables baby" Antoinette continued, with the whole team snapping to the beat. "So that you'll have a healthy life"
Arreis sang the last lines. "So eat 'em up, (eat 'em up), vegetables, don't let me down."
Both Antoinette and Arreis hit the last note, prompting a louder applause from the audience.
"Thank you, Major A!" Brea said, as the said team went back to their seats. "Next we have Minor A with Nutritious Foods!"
Robert and Rival took their places on the beatbox and guitar respectively, while Alec, Kimmie, Mag, Misha, Pierre, and Toxa all sat in front of the two.
Performance #22 (Minor A)
Song: "Nutritious Foods"
To the tune of "A Whole New World" - from Aladdin
Rival began strumming the guitar with a soft tune. The beatbox wasn't being used at this point, as the song seemed a bit softer than the performances before it.
Kimmie, Toxa, Misha, and Mag all sang together, swaying a bit. "Children nowadays like foods that lack of nutrition, we should always remember that those foods will keep us down"
Alec, Pierre, Rival, and Robert continued after them. "Children nowadays don't eat foods that are so healthy, but you all should know that your health won't go upside-down"
"Nutritious foods" everyone crooned as Alec, Kimmie, Mag, Misha, Pierre, and Toxa joined hands while Robert played te beatbox. "are important for us to live, a longer and healthy life, for us to keep the life that we're all dreaming"
The team (minus Robert and Rival) then stood up with their arms linked together as they continued. "Nutritious foods, are all the ones we all should eat, to keep away from sickness and harmfulness. We deserve to live a healthy life"
As the song ended, everyone in the room applauded as the team bowed.
"Thank you, Minor A!" Chris said. "Last but not the least, we have Major B with their song, What Should I Eat?"
Gabe then proceeded to the guitar while Zack went for the beatbox. The rest of the team were standing off to the side.
Performance #23 (Major B)
Song: "What Should I Eat?"
To the tune of "Vivid" (Acoustic Ver.) - LООПΔ (HeeJin)
Gabe was now playing a jazzy tune with guitar, followed by Zack with the beatbox. Sybil was also seen in the center. "What should I eat? Is this deja vu? Pick one for me, oh what should I do?" She sang in a cliché manner.
Both Carter and Therion were seen right next to Sybil, holding an illustration board with pictures of foods on it.
"Cakes and candies?" Carter asked, followed by Therion. "Or chips and pastries?"
Sybil pretended to shoo both boys. "Nope, no way!"
Sami began dancing from the left towards the actress. "Veggies and fruits, or fish and meat too"
Adala did the same as Sami, but on the right. "Plus breads, eggs and nuts, they'll give a kick too"
Therion and Carter appeared again as they sang with Sami and Adala. "Sweets are yummy, but these are healthy"
The whole team then sang. "That's all same"
Sami and Adala sang together as Sybil went away from the center. "These flavors will flash just like a rainbow. Don't even think of anything to say"
Therion and Carter quickly followed. "Ignore the sweets and fats or those oils"
The four of them all sang together. "Eat this, eat that, do you think you'll be okay?"
Carter (Major B): He was seen cringing in front of the camera.
Sybil returned with them as she took the center as the whole team including Zack and Gabe all chanted. "Oh my god yes. Say, oh my god yes"
The actress then sang by herself. "Fruits and veggies will always make you strong"
Everyone sang and chanted together again. "Oh my god yes. Say, oh my goodness"
Sami sang right after her. "You'll be healthy, oozed with beauty"
Adala sang the last line. "With these, you're never going wrong"
Zack hit one final beat in the beatbox as the team bowed, with everyone applauding them.
All the other teens joined them in the front with their groups.
"So judges, any words?" Sephiria asked them.
The judges were seen chatting with each other.
Enrique cleared his throat. "Regarding Major A, you did good. Your happy vibe carried the team. Right Lee?"
Lee was unable to talk due to seeing Nash on the said team. "Um… yeah."
Evan was seen giving them a thumbs-up, but the mood completely died down as Holly began to speak.
"I'm sure none of you have noticed the stopwatch I'm holding. This is to prove that your performance lasted 30 seconds or more." Holly showed the stopwatch. "Since you're performance only lasted 26.55 seconds, you didn't follow the criteria."
Major A was beyond shocked. Then again, it wasn't anyone's fault.
"Minor A." Evan turned to the first Minor team. "Some of your lyrics weren't very fitting."
Lee nodded in agreement, looking into his notebook. "Specifically the first two parts."
Minor A already looked down.
"However, it didn't matter that much since your voices blended well with each other." Leticia added some positivity to the group.
Holly just nodded without saying a word.
"Major B," Lee turned to them. "Your stage presence is by far, the best out of all the performances here."
"The creativity was impressive as well." Enrique added.
"Not to mention the props were a great add-on." Leticia said.
Holly butted in. "The only problem is that Mr. Kane seems to be cringing througout the entire thing."
The team looked at Carter.
"But Minor B," Leticia looked at them. "You did good as well. The melancholic vibe is extremely different from the other teams."
"At first I cringed at it," Lee stated. "But you all managed to carry on so good job on that one."
Evan nodded at them. "My only advice for you is to not cringe at your future performances. There are many times when you have to act all out and cliché."
Ella decided to give in some advice as well. "That actually will apply to all of you. Please, don't be afraid to show your talent! This is why Total Drama Act exists! The contestants last season managed to pull of the entire thing, so I hope you guys can do it too!"
"Thank you judges." Don nodded. "And… Ella. Do you all have your scores?"
The judges were all seen chatting again.
"For Major A," Holly began. "You have 7 out of 10 points."
A round of applause was heard for Major A, yet they thought deep down that the other Major team got a better score.
"Major B," Enrique turned to them. "You have 8 out of 10 points."
Major B erupted into cheers as they began hugging each other, knowing that no one is leaving their team.
"Minor A," Leticia said. "You have gained 6 out of 10 points."
Minor A all looked at each other in worry. One person mentally absent could be the potential reason of their losing streak.
"Minor B, you also have 7 out of 10 points just like Major A." Evan announced.
Minor B was relieved at the fact they weren't voting someone off the game. But they still have to vote for a Major team candidate.
"And with that," Brea began. "Minor A, you're voting someone off the game. Major A and Minor B will take part in the switch votes. Major B is completely safe. Elimination begins at… 5:30."
Major B cheered before heading out of the room. Major A and Minor B exchanged nervous glances while Minor A looked completely worried.
Day 3, 4:30 PM
ONE HOUR BEFORE ELIMINATION - MINOR A
Robert was in the library room with his head resting on the table. He had no idea who to vote for, and needed some time to himself for a moment.
"Robert?" a voice went. The boy sat up for a bit and saw Kimmie standing by him.
"Oh… hey." Robert said, smiling a bit.
"Um… who are you voting for?" The dreamer asked as she sat down across from him.
"I have no idea honestly… I'm honestly leaning towards Alec though." Robert shrugged. "And you?"
"I uh… I came here to tell you something." Kimmie admitted with a deep sigh. "I'm probably gonna be the one packing tonight."
"Wait, no. Don't say that." Robert told her, grabbing her hand. "You're a great competitor. You can get through this."
"Yeah, well… that's not why I'm here." Kimmie said, letting go of his hand. "I just… I want you to know how I feel before I go home."
"I don't think you're going home." Robert chuckled, standing up and leaning on the bookshelf. "But what's that?"
Kimmie answered the boy's question by approaching him. Robert raised an eyebrow at that move, but the dreamer didn't choose to say anything and instead responded by wrapping her arms around his neck, kissing him on the lips. Robert took this by surprise but kissed her back with his arms around her waist.
They pulled out after a few seconds before Robert chuckled again. "It's about the letter you wrote me last season, huh? Meredith gave it to me after the reunion episode. And I..."
"What?"
"I felt the same way about you." He answered. "I thought it was too late since you went to California after the season ended, but hey at least we're still here."
"Agreed." Kimmie smiled before kissing him again, growing into a makeout session between the two.
Meanwhile in the kitchen, Mag, Rival, and Toxa were seen cleaning the floors, countertops, and everything else that was covered in cornstarch and flour.
"I'm going for Pierre in the elimination." Toxa said to Rival, who was cleaning the countertops.
"I agree with you." Rival replied as he started washing the cloth he was holding. "It really is his fault this place was a mess."
"Yeah," Toxa nodded, wiping her forehead. "I'll go get some more soap. We're running out of soap here."
As Toxa left the kitchen, Rival turned to Mag who was washing the dishes that were speckled with said ingredients.
"Toxa said Pierre."
"I agree with that." Mag simply stated. "He has to go. No wonder why Major B were so eager to get him out."
Misha suddenly came in the kitchen.
"Hey guys, have you seen Kimmie?"
"She went into the library." Mag answered. "Why?"
"Just wondering." Misha answered before running into the hall, leaving Mag and Rival completely confused.
As Toxa was on her way to the janitor's closet, she found Pierre and Alec talking off to the side.
"I think we should vote off Kimmie. No offense to her but… that act she pulled off about seasoning was terrible." Alec told him.
"True. Either way, there's a huge chance that either you, me, or Kimmie is going home tonight." Pierre shrugged, leaning on the wall.
"Hey, still wondering on who to vote?" Toxa approached them.
"We were just talking about voting off Kimmie." Alec told her.
"Sounds like a plan." Toxa nodded. "She's a huge threat, being the highest placing veteran from last season next to Mairead."
"So… I guess that's three votes for Kimmie. Wonder who the other five are voting off…" Pierre said.
Toxa (Minor A): "I told Mag and Rival that I'd be voting off Pierre with them." she said. "But, Alec wants to vote off Kimmie. And since Alec is an ally… or in this case, a pawn, I have to not look suspicious and follow him. Pierre seems like another good pawn though… Oh well. Change of plans."
She then rubbed her chin in thought. "But… it all makes sense now. There is no doubt that this will be another double elimination. Three of us are going to vote off Kimmie. Mag and Rival will vote off Pierre. That leaves Robert, Misha, and Kimmie. Both Misha and Kimmie are friends so they'll most likely either vote off Alec or Pierre. But Robert's another friend of Kimmie and he seems to align with Pierre since he was the only one who welcomed him to the team. He'll vote on Alec and will probably tell Kimmie and Misha to do so too since they have no idea that we are voting off Kimmie. But that's just my theory."
She slumped on the chair. "This… this is going to be one messy vote."
ELIMINATION AND SWITCH CEREMONY #2
We cut now to the elimination ceremony where the blue and orange platforms were seen once again.
"Good evening everyone!" Don greeted. "We are-"
"Good afternoon." Blaineley snarked. "It's not 6 yet."
Don sighed. "Do I look like I give a damn?"
The hostess rolled her eyes. "No?"
"Good." Don nodded before turning to the contestants. "Minor A, since you are the Minor team that lost, you will be sending someone home. Later, both Major A and Minor B will be voting someone off their teams.
"Alright." Chris said. "Minor A, who's going home?"
The members of said team head towards the hosts' podium and settled their votes.
VOTING CONFESSIONAL #4: MINOR A
Toxa: "Still going for Kimmie. This vote is just… you know."
Misha: "I know most of you want Kimmie gone, but she's a friend for fuck's sake."
Mag: "Pierre's going home. I'm glad Rival and I agreed on one thing. It's his fault that we had to clean the kitchen."
Alec: "Sorry Kimmie. You're the reason behind the whole fish fiasco, and I don't think we can keep you any longer."
Pierre: "I know they all hate me for the flour versus cornstarch thing, but is that really the reason why we lost? I'm settling on Kimmie."
Rival: "I told Mag that I agreed with Toxa earlier about Pierre. I hope she sticks to the plan."
Robert: "Kimmie and I just got together, so I obviously don't want to vote her off. Alec's my bud and Pierre deserves at least a small chance of staying so… sorry Alec."
Kimmie: "Robert said Alec so… I hate to say this but, I think I'll agree with him. I can't let anyone know that Robert and I got together, we're already a threat to them due to our veteran status."
As the team went back to their podium, Chris went in the front, holding a plate of marshmallows.
"If you have received a marshmallow, you're safe. But if you don't, you have to enter the Red Door of Failure. And if you enter it, going back is impossible." Chris said to all of them.
"So…" Chef read the results. "Safe with zero votes are… Toxa."
Toxa smirked as she caught her marshmallow.
"...Rival."
Rival instantly caught the marshmallow with his mouth.
"...Mag."
Mag chuckled but stopped as her marshmallow nearly bounced off her hands.
"...Robert."
Robert caught the treat, but glanced worringly at Kimmie.
"...and Misha."
Misha sighed in relief as she bit her marshmallow, but was also worried for Kimmie.
"Kimmie, you ruined the food your team made. Alec, you didn't participated much in the lyric making." Blaineley stated. "And Pierre, you were… being Pierre."
Pierre rolled his eyes at the statement.
"But Pierre, you only have two votes, so you're safe." Chris announced as Pierre chuckled.
"You didn't vote for him, didn't you?" Mag whispered, pointing at Rival.
Rival raised his arms up defensively. "I did!"
"Then why is he still here?"
The two then came into a conclusion as they looked accusingly towards Toxa, who seemed to ignore the whole ordeal.
"Kimmie and Alec." Brea turned to both of them. "One of you, or both of you, could be going home."
"So who will it be?" Blaineley asked. "The results are…

...both of you are tied. Kimmie and Alec, it's time for you two to say goodbye."
Everyone was shocked, but Alec seemed to be the most surprised one.
"We're tied!?" Alec widened his eyes.
Toxa (Minor A): "My theory… was actually correct…" She facepalmed herself. "Fuck it, I wish I was wrong. Now I'm gonna lose an ally! Plus, Rival and Mag are probably teaming up against me… oh fuck."
Kimmie stood up. "I don't get it…" she then pointed at Misha. "You voted for me, didn't you?"
"What? No, why the fuck would I do that?!" Misha got up as well.
"Well…" Kimmie sighed sadly. "I'm sorry, Misha."
The punker girl hugged her. "I'm sorry you had to go. This game's a piece of shit."
Kimmie returned the hug and broke out after.
"We're gonna miss you, Kim." Mag said as the two shared a friendly fist bump. "Best wishes outside the game."
Meanwhile, Alec, Rival, and Toxa shared a group hug.
"Sorry you had to go, bro." Rival told him.
"Hey, that's fine. The good thing is that I've made friends here. That's what matters."
"Yeah." Toxa nodded, not planning to say anything else.
Robert went over to Kimmie.
"I'm gonna miss you." He told her as he gave her a quick kiss.
The dreamer wrapped her arms around him. "Same here, but good luck to you, Gabe, Arreis, and Oli. You guys are the only veterans left." She added and let go.
"Looks like you guys are a thing now." Pierre commented.
"Shut up." Robert blushed and playfully smacked Pierre's elbow.
"Oof. I deserved that."
Both Kimmie and Alec said their final goodbyes and were about to head in the Red Door of Failure but Alec turned back and ran to Misha.
"What?" Misha asked him.
The joker gave her the Whole Rest. "Use it wisely." He said before heading into the Red Door of Failure.
Misha just stood there with a confused look but carefully placed the figurine into her pocket.
The remaining six Minor A members returned to their podiums.
"Major A and Minor B, it's switch vote time." Sephiria chuckled as the said teams went to their respective sides to vote.
VOTING CONFESSIONAL #5: MAJOR A
Beatrice: "May's my best friend so why the hell would I vote her? I vote for Antoinette."
May: "Antoinette. I'm pretty sure everyone here knows why."
Antoinette: "I'm voting for May. She didn't cooperate with us for the lyric making, that's what."
Colin: "We don't need Antoinette. She's more of a pathetic person than I am."
Nash: "I vote for Antoinette. Right on my grandmother's homemade pie."
Ryder: "Obviously Antoinette. She needs to go."
Arreis: "Did Antoinette and I just agreed on the same thing? Uh-oh… but I'm voting for May."
VOTING CONFESSIONAL #6: MINOR B
Janice: "I want to vote for Lyle, but I also think Vanessa deserves it… I don't know…"
Vanessa: "Lyle. I don't know… out of everyone here, he manages to perform without being cringey. Just a thought."
Arabelle: "The hosts didn't say that we have to vote for anyone… right?" A smirk creeped up her lips.
Lyle: "I voted for Vanessa. Even though our performance seemed a bit cringe-worthy, she made most of the lyrics. Props to her indeed."
Gordon: "Vanessa and I are talking about voting for Lyle. I mean, I know Nessa deserved to go on Major, but… I don't want to her to leave the team just yet…"
Oli: "Uhh… Vanessa?"
The thirteen teens went back to their podiums.
"So… the votes are in, and moving down to Minor is… Antoinette with 5 votes versus 2 votes against May." Chris announced as Antoinette exits the Major team podium with a few applauses coming from the crowd. She was expecting it to happen, but one part of her seemed relieved that she won't get bothered by them. All in all, she was neutral.
Brea then got out the other results and widened her eyes. "One vote from Minor B was blank."
Everyone began looking at the said team as Minor B looked accusingly at each other while Arabelle whistled in the background.
"Uhhh anyway," Brea cleared her throat. "With two votes aligned to Lyle compared to three, Vanessa, you're going to Major."
Vanessa was surprised but stepped out of the podium as cheers rang out from the audience. One part of her seemed happy while another part of her was a bit sad as she will miss some of her teammates while they get another potential nuisance in the mix.
Both the pianist and the diva gave each other a cold glare.
"Vanessa and Antoinette." Don turned to them. "Anything you'd like to say before moving on to your new teams?"
"Didn't see it coming?" Antoinette crossed her arms proudly.
"Oh, I did saw it coming." Vanessa answered sarcastically. "I have a favor for you though."
"Throw it on me." Antoinette said, flipping her hair.
"Get Arabelle out of the game for me I'll have you gone instead." Vanessa narrowed her eyes.
Antoinette stared at Vanessa for a bit, but shrugged. Both girls shook their hands, erupting cheers in the auditorium as they went to their new teams.
"Five seconds to use an item starts now." Chris announced, checking his watch.
Colin was fumbling through his pockets and gasped.
"What?" Ryder asked, looking worried.
"The Eighth Note… it's gone."
Ryder widened his eyes. But there was no way to find out who has it now.
Misha on the other hand, stared long and hard on the figurine Alec just gave her. She sighed and placed it back in her pocket.
Oli looked at the Eighth Note that was in his pocket as a question ran through his mind. Who could've dropped this?
"Time's up." Don annnounced.
"I take it that no one's planning to use their items." Sephiria gave the contestants a skeptical look. "Well, that happened. What's next?"
"The outro. Duh." Blaineley scoffed.
"Well hurry up. My husband just texted me that his helicopter will be here soon." Sephiria told him.
Don gasped. "You have a helicopter!?"
"Military purposes." Sephiria answered bluntly.
Chris was cackling in the background. "The fact that Don is the only host here that doesn't know any of this is funny."
"But anyway," Chef butted in. "How will Minor A fare out, especially Robert, Misha, and Toxa?"
"When will Oli and Misha use their items?" Brea asked.
"Will Colin find out that Oli has his item?" Sephiria added.
"Find out on!" Blaineley shouted. "God, why did I do this part…"
"TOTAL DRAMA ACT II: MUSICAL POWER!" the hosts, plus Sephiria shouted.
"Damn, why did Candela made the title so long-" Blaineley was about to say but Brea was staring dagger at her.
Sephiria ended the staring contest. "The heli's parked in the rooftop. Gotta go."
"See ya!" Brea waved with the other hosts as Sephiria went up to the rooftop with some of the guards.
The camera fades to black as the credits began playing.
End of episode.
