Naruto looked around in his apartment and nodded a bit satisfied. He had placed the last piece of new furniture in the place he wanted it to be and now his apartment had a normal equipment. In his bedroom was now a double bed with a large new mattress and a new wardrobe. Besides that, he also got himself a desk with a leather chair in front of it and a laptop on top of the desk with a lamp beside it. He even got himself a little shelf he placed above his desk on the wall.
In his bathroom everything was like before just with a better look. The new furniture he bought for the bathroom wasn't much, but it gave his bathroom a new sense of style when he would have to say it. The most important change in the bathroom was the shower. Now he had a modern shower and not an old and ancient one.
He also bought new equipment for his kitchen since it was necessary.
In his living room was now a couch with a little table in front of the couch on an orange carpet. On the other side of the room was a cupboard with a TV over it placed on the wall. Beside that was also a larger dining table in the room.
In general, he was now satisfied with his apartment, and he could look forward to coming home after a long day away from this apartment. Tomorrow he would talk to Mio but today he would go for a walk to sort out some things he still had to come to terms with.
He went into his bedroom, opened his wardrobe, took a long-sleeved orange shirt and black pants out of his wardrobe and changed his clothing before he went into to his door to put on black boots. He simply wanted to go for a walk since he also needed to get a new handy. He still hadn't bought one so far and that was one thing he wanted to do. He put on his black leather jacket and went out of his freshly equipped apartment before he locked the door behind him after he closed her.
He began to walk towards a store where he could buy a new smartphone. Most shops had closed today since it was Sunday, but some rare shops had even on Sundays open. He never understood why, the entire world basically made a day of work, and some people still opened their shops. He wouldn't complain because he needed to buy a new smartphone anyway.
He enjoyed the warm sun rays on his face while he walked through Kuoh towards the store he had in mind. He closed his eyes and let his instinct guide him. He dodged every person that he would walk into, and he would wait in the streets and would only continue walking after the cars passed by him.
After 30 minutes he was sitting on a bench with his new smartphone in his pocket. He already messaged Chisato since he knew her number still from his memories. He saved her number, and he already got a reply that she saved his new number.
He looked up into the sky, watching the clouds and feeling a certain connection to a genius from his past. He smiled a bit while he watched the clouds. His thoughts were simply flowing like water. Remembering old times from Konoha always made him smile. Never mind how small or big the memory was he had in the moment, he always smiled.
The smile disappeared when he sensed how someone was approaching him. The humans around him were disappearing one after another and at the same time a barrier appeared around Naruto. He looked to the side and saw a demon, no doubt about that.
The demon was a tall, tanned skin and white-haired, young woman with a slim yet shapely figure and gold-green eyes. She had a rabbit tail and rabbit-ear-shaped horns (neither appears in her human form). She wore a tight black dress that revealed her middle chest, black shoulder pads and gold lining, white stockings, and black long boots that have a golden lining.
"Can I help you, demon?" asked Naruto while he still sat on the bench. The female demon stopped 3 meters in front of Naruto and went on one knee, bowing to Naruto. He raised an eyebrow at this action. This was the normal kneeling a servant did in front of a King or Master.
"I have finally found you," said the female demon while her head was still bowed. She looked up and said, "You have set me free, Naruto-sama."
"Wow, calm down. Explain yourself and please don't call me that. I am not a King or Master. I am a normal person," said Naruto while he stood up. He was never one for honorifics, not in his last life or in this life. He even named 2 or the 3 legendary Sannin Pervy Sage and Grandma Tsunade… like this is just not his world.
"You killed my creator and former master, Naruto-sama," said the demon. Naruto's eyebrows twitched at hearing her call him Naruto-sama again. He didn't really have the nerve to deal with such a demon and because of that he unleashed some killing intent towards the demon.
"I will say this only one more time. Call me Naruto and not Naruto-sama. Otherwise, we have a problem, understood?" asked Naruto with narrowed eyes.
The female demon bowed her head again and said, "As you wish, Naruto. My name is Zest, I am an artificially created demon and my previous master was Zolgear."
"What does the former servant from Zolgear want from me? Are you here to seek revenge?" asked Naruto while he crossed his arms in front of his chest. That wasn't most like the case but the question itself wasn't unreasonable.
Zest looked up again, into Naruto's eyes and shook her head. She wanted to explain herself but was interrupted by a massive fireball that came out of nowhere and shot towards Naruto and Zest. She pounded the ground with both fists and a black magic circle appeared under her.
A massive wall of earth rose in front of Naruto and Zest, catching the fireball and protecting both. There was a small explosion, destroying the outer parts of the earth wall. Naruto covered his face with one arm to keep dirt from flying into his eyes. He simply looked at the spectacle that took place.
After a few seconds he lowered his arm and could feel a strong demon. The earth wall lowered itself back into the ground, revealing a demon that stood now 15 meters away from Naruto and Zest. 'The demon is stronger than Zest, no doubt about that. When the feeling I have is anything to go by,' thought Naruto.
"Here you are Zest. We've been wondering what became of you. I had a hunch you would lead me straight to the person who killed Zolgear," said the demon with a menacing aura around him.
"Halbor-sama!" Zest hadn't expected Halbor to show up here. She looked at Naruto and then back at one of Zolgear's comrades. Zolgear was secretly part of an unknown organization that wasn't common knowledge. They were very secretive about their doing and one principle was it to remain hidden from the eyes of the world. They had big plans for the future of the demon race, and it would be futile if the entire demon race knew about their existence. All their plans could fail when this happened.
Zest didn't know much about the organization, but she met 2 of the members and Halbor was one of their front soldiers if someone could say that. He was stronger than Zolgear and he was simply a fighter in this organization. He didn't make any decision, he simply followed orders. That was everything Zest could gather on information about Halbor.
Even when it wasn't planned, Zolgear died against a human. She was Zolgear's direct servant, and she did everything for him. She would have served under Zolgear for eternity if Naruto hadn't accidentally killed her former master. She was bound to Zolgear by a master-servant contract.
She could do nothing and not allow herself to have bad thoughts about her master. The magic that was being used for the master servant contract wasn't succubus magic, but death magic. If she thought just one time something bad or if she would do something that would go against her master, then the curse would kill her instantly instead of arousing her like with succubus magic.
This was one of those reasons why this ancient magic was forbidden. If only succubus magic were used or similar magic that didn't killed the servant in an instant, then maybe it would be different but that wasn't the case. Most demons made the contract with instant death magic with the intention to really bound the servant to the master and to really make sure that the servant wouldn't do something stupid.
Halbor had short black hair and 2 horns sticking out through his hair. He had red eyes with black slits that looked like Kurama's eyes. In addition, Halbor wore a black robe that covered most of his body except for his brown combat boots.
"I have to say, I am amazed," said Halbor while he snapped his finger. The barrier around the three was changing a bit and Naruto could tell the difference directly. It wasn't the barrier Zest had created. This barrier around the three now was much stronger and the place inside of the barrier was transported to another dimension.
Naruto and Zest wouldn't get out of here today until they defeated Halbor. 'And I thought the day would be peaceful… what have I thought. Just like always, I experience something good in my life and life itself reminds me directly that I will always experience shit shortly after,' thought Naruto annoyed. He really thought that his life in this world would finally get better with Chisato and Yuki in his life.
Naruto at least confirmed his earlier suspicion that Zest wasn't after him for revenge. She had created an earth wall to protect herself and Naruto. She seemed gifted at earth magic.
When he was done, he would go to Yuki and explain everything to her. She had the right to know what was going on right now. He also didn't want future complications because Yuki wasn't up to date. She would find out sooner or later anyway and this way he could explain it.
"I never thought that I would feel chakra inside of a human. That would at least explain the chance for a normal human to defeat a demon. However, it's still hard to believe that you alone defeated Zolgear," said Halbor.
He held his right hand to the side, outstretched, and a blue magic circle appeared in front of his hand. Halbor's hand vanished into the blue magic circle before he pulled his hand out of the magic circle. He held a white katana in his hand, which was definitely a magical forged katana when Naruto would judge the situation.
"I'm really curious if you were the one who killed Zolgear or if someone else did this in the end," said Halbor before the katana was placed in front of him and the temperature inside of the barrier seemed to lower and drop.
"And what if I was the one?" asked Naruto while he still had his arms crossed in front of his chest. "Zolgear was a piece of shit from what I heard so far about him. His death wasn't really a tragedy. Many are actually happy that he is dead now from what I can tell."
Halbor chuckled a bit at Naruto's words. He found it amusing that a simple human had the boldness to talk to him like that. He should know his place and because of that a black menacing aura appeared around Halbor.
"You are interesting but know your place, human," said Halbor.
"What if not? I could care less. When you are here to take revenge, stop talking and let's end this. I have places to be," said Naruto.
A single Kunai appeared in Naruto's hand in a puff of smoke before he turned around and raised the kunai to block the sword slash that aimed at his body. Halbor had vanished for a brief second and appeared behind Naruto and swung his white katana.
When the katana and the kunai met, a few yellow sparks were created in the process before they vanished again. "I will show you your place, human. Don't underestimate us demons! We are the superior race from all races," said Halbor while he tried to push Naruto away.
While Kunai and Katana were grinding against each other, Naruto simply looked into the crimson eyes of Halbor and said, "Superior race? Yeah sure. Having a huge weakness against light base weapons or holy power is not worth mentioning."
Naruto pushed Halbor away with a bit of effort. He noticed right away that Halbor was physically stronger than Zolgear. His speed and his strength so far already surpassed Zolgear when it came down to physical abilities.
Halbor didn't react to the response and seemed calm. "Whatever… I will take care of you and afterwards I will have a nice chat with Zest."
"What? You want to rape her?" asked Naruto.
"No. I only follow my orders. Since I found the person who killed Zolgear, I only need to find out from Zest what she told others and how much she knows."
Naruto looked to Zest, and she said in response, "Zolgear-sama and Halbor-sama are part of a secret organization. No one knows of their existence and what their plans are. They kill everyone who isn't a part of their organization, who knows about their existence."
Naruto sighed when he heard that. He really had to get dragged into something here. Why couldn't he simply have a bit of peace in his life before he took on the role of Mio Naruse's guardian? Every fucking time… he slowly was getting tired of his luck of meeting new people who all had problems. Could they just please stay away from him?
"I would say we talked enough," said Halbor and dashed forth. Zest jumped back and barely dodged a sword slash from Halbor. Naruto appeared behind Halbor and slashed at him with his Kunai. Halbor turned around and blocked the Kunai before he pushed Naruto away and thrusted his sword forth, unleashing a blast of cold air that froze everything it touched.
In addition to the blast of ice-cold air that froze everything, a black magic circle appeared behind him where a beam of black magic was unleashed that shot towards Naruto. Naruto looked behind him and forth before he vanished in a flickering motion. He escaped both attacks and out of nowhere appeared Halbor behind him while he was moving at high-speed.
"You are certainly fast…" Naruto looked over his shoulder and saw how Halbor raised his white katana. "… but not fast enough," said Halbor before he made a downward slash. Time seemed to slow down while the blade from Halbor came Naruto's body closer. Naruto and Halbor were looking into each other's eyes. Just when the blade was about to hit Naruto, he simply vanished into thin air. Halbor's eyes widened when he saw how Naruto vanished in front of himself.
He came out of the high-speed movement and appeared a few meters away from Zest. 'What was that?` thought Halbor. He looked behind himself and saw Naruto standing there with no scratch on his body. It was like Naruto teleported away but that was impossible. Inside of his barrier it was not possible to use teleportation. This meant that Naruto moved at such a speed at that moment that it even looked for Halbor like it was teleportation.
Naruto first used the Shunshin (Body Flicker) to escape from both attacks from Halbor. When Halbor appeared behind him when he was moving at high-speed, he used the Fūjin no Shunpo (Wind God's Flash Step) to vanish into thin air with much more speed than with the Shunshin. The movement increase from the Shunshin to Fūjin no Shunpo was immense. It was a huge increase in speed. Having no air resistance at all gave Naruto the ability to move faster than ever before.
Zest hadn't seen this interaction while Naruto and Halbor were moving in high-speed. She couldn't follow such fast movements with her eyes. She was more specialist in strength, defense and earth magic. She could also do other types of magic, but she mainly used earth magic in battle.
"Earth Magic: Rock Spikes!" A black magic circle appeared under Zest before she made a downward blow with her right fist. The ground began to crack before massive rock spikes began to appear in a straight line toward Halbor. The rock spikes destroyed everything in a straight line.
Halbor jumped away and dodged the rock spikes. Zest predicted where Halbor would land and stomped the ground once. Just when Halbor landed on the ground, a rock spike shot out of the ground under him. Halbor vanished just a second before his body was pierced from the rock spike.
He appeared a few meters away and looked at Zest. "Don't interfere Zest, I don't want to kill you just yet. You have to answer a lot of question later on." He held up his arm and in front of him appeared a black magic circle. Zest directly jumped away from her last position before something tried to grab her. It was like a prison of black energy that tried to get her.
"I don't care what happens to Zest but since you won't simply let me leave, I will defeat you like I defeated Zolgear," said Naruto behind Halbor. Halbor's eyes widened when he heard Naruto's voice behind his back. He jumped forth and barely escaped a kunai slash from Naruto.
Halbor turned around while he landed on the ground. He saw how Naruto simply walked towards him. Halbor wanted to stab his katana into the ground but stopped himself when Naruto simply wasn't there anymore. In one moment, he was walking towards him and in the next moment he simply wasn't there as if someone deleted his existence.
His eyes widened when Naruto was in front of him out of a sudden. Naruto's fist came very close to Halbor's face. He could only dodge back in the last second before he jumped away from Naruto.
Zest didn't understand what just happened. She saw how Naruto simply walked towards Halbor and while he did that, Halbor seemed confused out of nowhere as if he saw something he couldn't explain. As Naruto wanted to punch Halbor, he seemed to have broken out of his trance like state and could only dodge in the last second.
Neither of them knew that Naruto simply used Nukiashi (Trackless Step) he was teaching to Yuki. For Halbor it was like Naruto zoned out and simply appeared when he was right in front of him. Naruto walked towards Halbor again and like before he zoned out and only appeared before his fist touched Halbor's face. Halbor could only dodge back and wonder what Naruto was doing to simply zone out and appear in the last second before his attack hits.
Halbor stabbed his sword into the ground and large ice crystals began to appear in front of him in a straight line. Naruto saw how the ice crystals came closer to him. He made the tiger sign with his right hand and took a deep breath of fresh air.
"Fūton: Fūryūdan!" (Wind Style: Wind Dragon Bomb) Naruto unleashed a huge wind dragon from his mouth that blew everything away and tore everything apart it touched. The wind dragon roared at Halbor before it shot through the air. When the wind dragon came in contact with the huge ice crystals, he simply destroyed every single ice crystal.
Halbor pulled his katana out of the ground and vanished before the wind dragon could hit him. When the wind dragon crashed into the ground, a strong gust of wind was unleashed that blew in every direction. A few trees in the nearby area were uprooted. A lot of dust roses after the strong wind calmed down. Naruto looked to the side and ducked under a sword slash from Halbor. He made a deep kick in response. Halbor jumped over the kick and made a downward slash with his white katana.
"Chakura no Mesu!" (Chakra Scalpel) Naruto's right hand was covered in blue chakra. He blocked the sword with his chakra scalpel before he kicked Halbor away. Naruto stood up and the chakra scalpel vanished. It wasn't perfect but to block a blade or to cut someone in a moment he was good enough in this Jutsu. He couldn't maintain it for a long period of time though. His chakra reserves were simply too large even without Kurama. His chakra control was as perfect as it could be with his large reserves of chakra.
Naruto's trench knife appeared in his left hand in a poof of smoke. He equipped it properly and looked at Halbor. Zest unleashed a large ball of black magic from a black magic circle. Halbor looked behind himself and saw the magic attack. He formed a fist with his free hand, channeling magic into his fist. His fist was shrouded with black magic. Just before the magic attack could hit Halbor, he simply punched the giant ball of black magic with his black magic covered fist.
He destroyed the magic attack from Zest and after that he turned around and thrusted his katana in Naruto's direction. He unleashed another blast of ice-cold wind that froze everything it touched.
Naruto made a tiger sign with his right hand and took a deep breath of air. "Fūton: Daitoppa!" (Wind Style: Great Breach) Naruto unleashed a strong gust of wind from his mouth that blew the ice-cold wind away from himself.
Halbor had to dodge the strong gust of wind that Naruto had unleashed. He landed safely on both feed and wiped away some sweat that appeared on his forehead. 'No matter what I do… this human can withstand every attack of me. I guess I have no choice,' thought Halbor.
Naruto dashed forth with his trench knife ready. Halbor was ready when Naruto was in front of himself. Both began a wild weapon fight where katana and trench knife collided over and over again. A strong wind was coming from both opponents while they weapons were exchanging blows. Yellow sparks could be seen the entire time.
Zest could only watch in amazement how Naruto kept up with Halbor. She didn't know how strong Naruto was to this point. Slowly but surely, she could tell at least a bit from what she saw so far. He was definitely faster and stronger physically than her old master. She was wondering the entire time how Naruto created those wind techniques with chakra.
She didn't know that chakra could be used in such a way. She only knew that chakra was used to enhance the body like high-speed movement or superhuman strength. But Naruto already showed her more than just those two applications. Chakra seemed to be more versatile than everyone thought so far.
Naruto jumped over a sword slash and twisted his body in midair. "Fūton: Senpū Kyakū!" (Wind Style: Cyclone Leg) Naruto's right leg got surrounded by a twister before he kicked Halbor into the side. Halbor got blown away from the kick with the force of a tornado. A sonic boom was created when Naruto's leg met Halbor's side. Halbor shot through the air, leaving 2 air rings behind. He crashed through several trees. Naruto could see a large cloud of dust appearing at the edge of the barrier.
His wind jutsu he just used, was a Tai-Ninjutsu he created in his 1-year training. He creates a tornado around his leg which makes his kick faster and stronger in the process. The force behind the kick was extreme, extreme enough to send even large creatures flying through the air. Against a human, demon or whatever from Naruto's size this attack was simply too much to handle. They would definitely fly away a good distance from the sheer force of that strong wind tai-ninjutsu.
'I have broken a few rips from that guy. Let's see if he can still fight after I hit him with my Jutsu,' thought Naruto. It was clearly hearable even for Zest who stood a good distance away from Naruto. The rips on Halbor's right side were all broken from the extreme force of the kick.
"Are you okay, Naruto-sama?" asked Zest. She walked towards Naruto with a bit of hesitation. She couldn't explain herself so far. She wanted to explain herself to Naruto so he could understand her. She wanted nothing more than to pledge her loyalty to Naruto. Her only wish right now was to serve Naruto.
She had only barely thought so many times of what it would be to have another master than Zolgear. She could never think far enough to really envision for herself what it would be. She would have died if she would have thought too long over that topic.
All the experiments Zolgear did with young woman were terrible. He used a special form of succubus' magic to turn the woman into mindless slaves. He had kidnapped countless young female demons, making them his slaves.
He always tried new things on those young female demons, and he never cared about the condition from those victims. He only used them as his toys and nothing else mattered to him. He would do anything for new results in his experiments and nothing else mattered. When he got new results, then all those victims were worth the work in Zolgear's eyes.
It was too often the situation where Zest had to get rid of the mindless bodies of the young female demons. All those woman were simply mindless dolls after Zolgear was finished with each of them. She would have done something if she could have but she couldn't because of the master-servant contract.
Naruto frowned when he heard how Zest addressed him again. "What have I said?" He looked at Zest and she got wide eyes. She couldn't breath for a few seconds. "Don't call me Naruto-sama. This is your last warning. If you call me that again, I will not hesitate to do something against it. Have you understood that?" asked Naruto.
Zest nodded and Naruto cut of his killing intent. Zest gasped and had to take a deep breath of fresh air. Naruto turned around and walked towards the direction where Halbor should be. He simply wanted to meet Yuki and explain everything about his situation with Mio Naruse and that he would be her guardian from now on. He was sure that this would complicate a few things between himself and Yuki, but he would deal with the situation when he would talk with her about the entire topic. He was sure she would understand.
Naruto stopped after 10 steps because the entire ground began to shake, and a certain tension was in the air. Naruto looked back at Zest and could see that she went onto one knee, not able to withstand this tension and force that filled the entire barrier. An explosion could be seen in the distance and shortly afterwards Halbor appeared a few feat in front of Naruto.
He looked a bit different than before. His skin became dark, and his eyes were now glowing white without any pupil or anything like that. His body had become more massive with a far more muscles than before. He wore nothing than shredded brown pants. Around him was pulsating a black aura.
Naruto narrowed his eyes at the sudden change in power. It was like Halbor used some kind of transformation that boosted his overall strength. A Kage Bunshin (Shadow Clone) appeared beside Naruto. He simply jumped to Zest and placed his hand on the ground. A black sealing formula appeared under the clone and Zest before a barrier rose around both. Zest could move freely again after the barrier separated the clone and Zest from the original and Halbor. Inside of the created barrier wasn't the power of Halbor that was too much for Zest. She stood up and looked at the clone surprised.
"Simply watch while Boss takes care of that guy. As long as you are inside of this barrier, nothing will happen to you," said the clone before he turned his gaze toward his original and Halbor. Zest simply followed the clone's gaze and looked at Naruto and Halbor. She couldn't do anything, she knew that. It was still frustrating for her to be so helpless. She had to protect her new master and what happened? She was being protected. She failed as a servant, and she would never forgive herself because of that. At least until her new master punished her for her incompetence.
Naruto didn't move while Halbor looked at Naruto. "I admit that you are certainly strong enough to kill Zolgear and you are also stronger than me when I am in my base form. I underestimated you because you were just a human, but you earned my respect, human. What is your name?" asked Halbor.
Even when he did everything for his organization, he was still a warrior at heart. When he saw someone as strong as Naruto, he would recognize his strength and he would respect his opponent for that. Even when he would kill his opponent in the end, he would still show him the respect he deserved to have reached this level of power to rival even someone like Halbor.
Naruto looked at Halbor and was a bit surprised when he was honest. He didn't think Halbor was a warrior like that. He really thought Halbor was a piece of shit like Zolgear but that wasn't entirely the case. He really seemed to be an honorable warrior when it came to fighting.
"Naruto Uzumaki," said Naruto.
"Naruto Uzumaki, I will remember your name," said Halbor. Naruto's pupils changed into a horizontal line, showing that he was now in Sage Mode. He used the little conversation to gather natural energy into his body to tap into Sage Mode.
He had a hunch that he would need the extra power from his Sage Mode to rival the new power of Halbor. The trench knife in his hand disappeared in the process in a puff of smoke before he went into a basic stance, ready for combat.
Halbor disappeared for a brief moment just to appear in front of Naruto. Naruto blocked the punch from Halbor and in the process cracked the ground beneath him. He countered with a high kick, which Halbor blocked with his arm. Both opponents vanished before they appeared in mid-air-
Both exchanged a few blows, creating shockwaves in the process. The clouds that were in the barrier were all blown away from the shockwaves that shook the air. Naruto blocked a right hook before he countered with a punch from his own.
Halbor dodged to the side, thinking he dodged the punch from Naruto… just to be hit by something invisible. He flew a bit through the air before he spread his two wings and stopped himself. He looked at his check which had a bruise now from the force… whatever hit him there.
Naruto landed safely in a crouch and stood up afterwards. He looked up at Halbor with a blank expression. He clapped his hands together when Halbor held his hand in front of himself.
"Fire Magic: Purgatory!" A red magic circle appeared in front of Halbor before a massive inferno of white flames shot out of the magic circle. The inferno turned everything to ashes it touched. Even the air itself seemed to burn around the intense hot white flames.
Naruto's entire body was engulfed in blue chakra that even swirled around him like wind. The chakra circulated in fast motion around his entire body and the chakra that flew around him a bit was gliding like the wind. He bent a bit down and pushed himself off the ground, destroying it in the process and leaving a crater behind. He flew up towards the incoming inferno. He held one hand in front of himself and when his hand met the intense white flames, the flames were split as if his hand was cutting the flames itself in two. Naruto came out of the other side, unscathed. Halbor had wide eyes when he saw how Naruto shot out of his fire spell completely unharmed. Naruto had used wind chakra to cover his entire body with it and to cut the intense flames in two.
"Senpō: Rasengan Uzuhiko!" (Sage Art: Rasengan Vortex Prince) The blue chakra around Naruto calmed down and seemed to detach itself from his body. The chakra was now swirling around him, without touching his body.
Halbor simply dashed towards Naruto and wanted to punch him towards the ground. Naruto and Halbor both thrusted their fists forward, hitting each other in the face. Naruto flew towards the ground in the process and Halbor flew a bit back but caught himself.
Naruto landed safely in a crouch and was still surrounded by the swirling blue chakra. He looked up at Halbor and saw the effect his jutsu had. The Rasen Uzuhiko was a special kind of Rasengan where he would use natural energy and the energy of the earth itself to attack the enemy.
The rotating chakra that was still swirling around Naruto was infused forcefully into Halbor's body. It was like he punched Halbor with the rotation of earth itself. The raw power of that Rasengan wasn't the greatest, but the aftermath was what really caused the damage to the opponent.
He could see how Halbor had problems flying in the air. He tried to stay stable, but it didn't matter what he did, his entire perception was spinning. He was in a permanent state of vertigo, and this wouldn't stop until Naruto stopped his jutsu or if the earth itself would stop to rotate.
The earth rotation itself was being used to attack the enemy and to mess up their perception of things. They would be in a constant state of vertigo. That was the true danger from Rasengan Uzuhiko.
Naruto walked forth, having Halbor in his sight the entire time. Naruto stopped when Halbor couldn't hold himself longer in the air and simply fell to the ground.
"What did you do to me?" asked Halbor.
"I won," said Naruto. "Nothing personal, but you will die now. I will remember your name, Halbor." Naruto held a kunai in his hand which was surrounded by wind chakra. He swung the Kunai before Halbor could do something else. The head of Halbor was cut off with one clean swipe. Naruto canceled his jutsu and in the process vanished the swirling blue chakra around Naruto.
Zest couldn't believe it… her new master really won! She had a relieved face when she saw how Naruto turned towards herself and the clone and nodded his head. The clone made a hand sign and the barrier vanished. The clone vanished in a puff of smoke after that.
Naruto stepped out of Sage Mode and in the process changed his pupil back to normal. 'Halbor was definitely stronger than Zolgear. Without my Sage Mode I would have a lot of problems. His punches were a force not to mess with so lightly. I must master my Sage Mode better than ever before,' thought Naruto. He was sure that there were stronger members in this organization Zest talked about.
He saw how Zest was approaching him. He looked at her and crosse his arms in front of his chest. "You have 10 minutes to explain," said Naruto. He would rather vanish, but Zest had fought with him even when it wasn't important since Naruto was strong enough on his own. That didn't change the fact that she earned her right to explain herself to him about what she wanted.
Zest bowed gratefully to her new master. "Thank you very much, I appreciate this opportunity," said Zest.

I had a bit to deal with in my private life and had my head full with enough bullshit. I simply couldn't write something while my head was full with other things. I finally sorted everything out and are back now.
I can only say from my own experience that life is shitty sometimes but we all must break through the storm. After the storm comes the sun and even, I managed to break through the storm, and I can enjoy my life now again. I wanted to post this chapter on the first of January, but I was a bit too slow.
