Drakken Joe was up to something. Something was stirring underneath Duel Links. As he stared down at whatever it was that he was building, he thought about what he was going to do about Demon King. As someone who looks in his kind of business, he can't appear to be weak.

"How long until it's ready?" Laguna asked.

"It will be ready soon. Then, we can move to the final phase." Drakken Joe said. "In the meantime, I've got to figure out what I'm going to do about that Demon King."

"You're going to go after him?" Laguna questioned. "He's not a threat to our plans."

"But how our duel went is going to damage my reputation." Drakken Joe said. "For someone like me, it's not going to look good that I just let him walk away after all that. I want that punk and teach him a lesson."

"So what? Do you need us to hunt him down for you?" Laguna questioned.

"No. I need the rest of you for something." Drakken Joe said. "Luckily, I called ahead and got someone who can do the job for me."

"Kyahahahahaha! You called for me!" That was when someone else stepped in. He was dressed in all black and looked rather scary. Part of his face looked like it had cracks and had black mohawk.

"Jamilov. There's someone I need you to find." Joe said. "Of course, money is not a problem. Whatever price you like is yours."

"Anything for you, Drakken Joe. Just tell me what you would like me to do." Jamilov said.

"There's someone I need you to hunt down for me." Joe said. He doesn't plan to let Demon King off the hook so easily. Sending the likes of him after him could be real bad for Demon King.

Sakura City

Meanwhile, Shiki was at school and was trying to figure out what he was going to do about Drakken Joe. He just hung up on the roof when he had some free time and he tried to think of how he was going to handle the likes of him.

"I don't get it, Eden." Shiki said. "Why do you think Drakken Joe just gave up the duel? From everything we've heard about him, it doesn't make sense. Do you think we scared him away?"

"Unlikely. It seemed like he was getting some sort of alert." Eden said. "Whatever that alert was, it must have been for something rather important. Whatever is important to him could end up being something very bad for us."

"Well, we've got to do something. He's going to come after me either way to finish what we started." Shiki said. "He said it himself. Isn't there a way for us to try and find him in the real world?"

"That sounds even more dangerous than facing him in Duel Links." Eden said. "Even if it wasn't, I'm afraid there isn't a way for us to do that. Whenever we're in Duel Links, we're just going to have keep our guard up for him."

"I can't just stand here and do nothing! What if he hurts someone?!" Shiki said. Shiki doesn't really like that he has to wait for something to happen, but there's not really much else can do until Drakken Joe makes another move.

"I understand your frustration. However, not even the proper authorities can find him in the real world." Eden said. "Drakken Joe knows how to cover his tracks." It really seems like there's nothing Shiki can do until Joe shows himself once again.

"Shiki!" Shiki turned around and was now meeting with Rebecca and Homura.

"Rebecca. Homura? What are you doing here?" Shiki questioned.

"I had a free period at my school, so I thought I use the opportunity to talk." Homura said. "We must discuss what we're going to do about Drakken Joe. Shiki, I understand that you're grandfather worked on trying to stop this man, but he's too strong for you alone to face. You just barely managed to survive against him."

"Shiki, are you really going chase after Drakken Joe? You don't have to do this because of your grandfather." Rebecca said. "I understand how important he was to you, but do you think he would want you to put yourself at risk like this?"

"But it's not just about Grandpa. This Drakken Joe sounds like a really bad guy and needs to be stopped. Otherwise, what's to stop him from hurting so many people." Shiki said. "My grandpa always taught me to help someone who needs it, and it sounds like a lot of people need help from the likes of him."

"I know... It's just... I just don't want anything bad to happen to you." Rebecca said.

"But that's why we have to help." Homura said as she was onboard with this.

"You say that, but what about Weisz?" Eden questioned. "Where is he? Shouldn't he be here to discuss this?"

"I already talked to him about this." Homura said. "Apparently, he doesn't want to get involved. He says this has nothing to do with him."

"Seriously?! First, he steals when we meet. Now, he's not even going to try and help us beat this guy?" Shiki questioned as he couldn't believe Weisz would have the nerve to do such thing.

...

Weisz

Weisz was at his home and was tinkering around with some machinery. He doesn't plan to take part in this fight and likes to keep it that way.

"They're all crazy." Weisz said as he tried to focus on his machines. "Going against someone like Drakken Joe is crazy alone. I'm not going to go sticking my neck out for people I barely know." That's what he's sticking to, but somewhere in the back of his mind was telling him if this was really a smart move. Just because he doesn't plan to get involved doesn't mean the others won't.

Duel Links

"Hi, everyone! It's the lovely Labilia here once again!" Labilia said as she was doing some video work in Duel Links, despite how she should be in school. "I got some hot tips on where some great duels are going to happen, and I'm going to be the first to get it all. Also, I like to give a special message to Aoneko. Keep up those boring videos and help make mine look better." She was just doing what she usually does without shame, but she's got problems. She was unlucky that it was her. A portal opened up and Jamilov came out of it like the creep he was.

"Ooh... Can I get in on this?" Jamilov taunted with Labilia noticing him.

"Hey! You're ruining my shot!" Labilia said. "I'm sorry, but it's going to cause you a lot of money if you want an autograph, handshake, to be in my video..." She was just going on like that until Jamilov got a hold of her. "Hey! Let go of me! Don't you know who I am?!"

"The perfect bait." Jamilov said and gave off his manical laugh again with Labilia fearing for her life.

...

Shiki

Shiki had to get back to class and everyone was trying to focus on the lesson. However, his mind kept wondering to what he was going to do about Drakken Joe. Nothing he can do about it at the moment.

"Now class, turn your attention to here." The teacher said as he was using computer projector to teach the class, but then he suddenly lost the signal and there was nothing but static. Suddenly, Jamilov appeared on the screen.

"Hello! Is everyone watching?! My name is Jamilov."

'Jamilov?! I've heard of him. He's a notorious hacker and dangerous man. He's hunts duelists for some sick fun.' Rebecca thought.

"I have a special message for someone who goes by Demon King." Jamilov said as he used his hacking skills to broadcast this all over the city. Shiki was paying close attention. "I'm challenging you to a duel. Get into Duel Links. If you don't show, I take my rage out on her." He said as he showed he had Labilia captive.

"Let go of me!" Labilia demanded with Rebecca worried about her. Rebecca turned to Shiki, but saw he already managed to sneak out and knew he was heading straight there. Shiki made his way through the halls to find a place to dive in.

"Shiki, you must be cautious. It's possible Drakken Joe set this all up. It's too convenient that this happened after facing him." Eden said.

"I know, but we can't let her get hurt, even if she was a jerk to Rebecca." Shiki said as he knew had to do something and was going to face this deranged man to do just that.

Duel Links

"You better hurry Demon King. I'm not a very patient man." Jamilov said as he continued with the broadcast. "This pretty girl is going to look a lot less pretty when I get done with her."

"Someone please help me!" Labilia said as she was scared for her life now.

"I'm here! Let her go!" Demon King called as he landed down right behind Jamilov.

"You? You're the Demon King? You don't look that impressive to me." Jamilov said. "Well, no matter. Drakken Joe wants me to take care of you, and that's what I'm going to do."

"I knew Drakken Joe had something to do with this." Eden said.

"You got what you wanted, so let her go right now." Demon King insisted.

"You're not the one calling the shots around here." Jamilov said. "You do well to keep in mind who you are dealing with. I can do whatever I want with her." He said as he held her close with Labilia getting really scared. "So, I say you just stay where you are and..." Demon King did the opposite as he managed to strike him and got him to let go of Labilia.

"You okay?" Demon King asked.

"Thank you so much! I knew one of my most devoted fans would come to help me!" Labilia said.

"I'm not your fan, and I honestly don't like you after how I saw you treat Aoneko." Demon King said with that bruising Labilia's ego. "Still, I can't just ignore someone that needs help. You want me, and I don't really care who you are or who you're friends with. I'm not scared of you or Drakken Joe, so leave her out of this."

"Cocky punk. I can see why Drakken Joe wants to get rid of you, and now I want to as well." Jamilov said as he plans to make Demon King his next victim. "I've suddenly got the need for speed." He said as he took off and jumped on his own duel board.

"So we're speed dueling. Works for me." Demon King said as he ran for it and Eden called for his board as well.

"Let's speed duel!" Both of them said as they were starting and had 4000LP.

"Wow! This is going to be so cool!" Labilia said as she started recording.

"I'm going first!" Jamilov said as he was starting the duel. "I'll start by activating my field spell: Archfiend Palabyrinth!" Once he activated his field spell, the entire area changed with a castle appearing around them and they have to ride through it.

"What is this? Why did the scenery change?" Demon King questioned.

"It's just his field spell, but it's trouble for us. Fiend-type monsters will gain 500atk points." Eden said.

"And there's more. If I just banish an archfiend on the field, I can summon another archfiend that's the same level." Jamilov said. "Next, I'm summoning Archfiend Soldier!" He summoned out a fiend-like monster on the field with 1900atk points. "Thanks to my field spell, he also gains 500atk points, and he was bad enough to begin with." Jamilov claimed as his monster's power rose to 2400. "I place one card facedown and that ends my turn."

"My move!" Demon King said as he drew his card. "I'll start by summoning Dark Graviton to the field!" He summoned out his dark figure with it having 1300atk points. "I'm also going to activate my Mind of Edens spell! This spell allows me to summon Edens Hermit!" Hermit came out on the field with her having 600atk points. "With that done, I'm now activating Hermit's ability! I'm now allowed to summon a monster from my deck as long as it has less than 1000atk points! I'm bringing out Gravity Linker!" He summoned out his small monster with him having 400atk points.

"What good are those three little weaklings going to do?" Jamilov questioned.

"They might be weak to you, but wait until they combine their powers. I activate my Crew of Edens!" Demon King said. "This will bring them from my graveyard to my deck after I do this! I build my circuit!" He said with the circuit opening and all three of his monsters dived in. "I link summon Link 3 Gravity Thrasher!" Gravity Thrasher emerged on the field with him having 2000atk points. "Since Gravity Linker was used in the link summon of a Gravity monster, I can bring back the other two monsters used for the link summon while my spell brings Gravity Linker back to my deck!" He said as Dark Graviton and Hermit came back with 1000 and 400def points. "When a monster is next to Gravity Thrasher's links, he gains 300atk points for each one!" He said as Gravity Thrasher's power increased to 2600. "What's more is that he can attack that many times. This duel is already over. Gravity Thrasher, attack his Archfiend Soldier!" His monster readied its sword and went on the attack.

"Ha! How stupid are you?!" Jamilov said. "I activate my Hacker's Virus trap! This trap completely stops your attack!" Gravity Thrasher attacked, but all he did was hit a barrier with some sort of virus emitting off of it and appeared to be infecting Demon King's field.

"What's going on?" Demon King questioned.

"Now you're going to be completely helpless!" Jamilov mocked. "My Hacker's Virus has one other ability. As long as it remains on the field, you can't attack with any monster that has less attack points than the original attack points of the monster I blocked!"

"We can't attack with monsters that have less than 2000atk points?" Eden said.

"That's going to make it difficult to beat this guy." Demon King said.

"As if you ever stood a chance to begin with!" Jamilov taunted. This was already bad. Everyone was watching this duel unfold and Demon King was already in a serious situation. "There's nothing you can do! Drakken Joe will be most pleased! The only one you should be afraid of other than him is me! I am untouchable, invincible! Byahahahahaha!" As Jamilov gives off that sinister laugh, he thinks he has this won already. He's like a vicious virus that won't stop until he completely destroys his target, and that's Demon King right now.
