The conflict grew dark in Marinette's heart as her blue eyes locked with Adrien's green eyes.

"A-Adrien, what are you doing here?" Marinette felt pained upon seeing her previous crush here.

"Alya asked me to be here because you wanted to tell me something?" Adrien said as Marinette finally calmed down.

'Alright, Marinette, you can do this! You can finally get over your crush on Adrien and move on with your boo Danny…' she thought to herself.

"Is everything alright, Marinette?" the blonde teenager asked.

"Well, um, you, I wanted to ask for your advice about modeling because I want to make this website, and since you're an expert on modeling, you could be a technical director to help me out…" she told him.

Adrien thought about this for a second before answering.

"Well, if my father allows me, then yes, I will be your technical director…" he said, which gave Marinette a big smile.

"Thanks, Adrien, you're a really good friend, and I'm glad to be your friend…" Marinette said as Adrien smiled.

He was grateful that Marinette was his friend as well.

"I guess we could do the fashion shot next week because of spring break if you're not busy that time…" Marinette said nonchalantly.

"I don't think that father has anything scheduled for me during that time, so I might be available to help you on spring break…" Adrien told her. "Anyway, I have to get going before Father figures out that I am out of class…"

The blonde model left as he waved goodbye to Marinette, hoping that he could help her with directing the models.

Marinette felt a huge weight off her shoulders. She then realized she had told Danny they would go out throughout spring break. She began to panic before her phone began to ring.

"Hello?" Marinette answered.

"Girl, did you tell Adrien about your previous feelings for him?" Alya asked, excited to hear the news.

"Well, I, um…" Marinette shuddered.

"You didn't tell him like always, didn't you?" Alya guessed.

"Yeah, but I think this is for the best, Alya. I want to make this relationship with Danny work, and I think the best decision is not to tell Adrien how I feel…" Marinette maturely answered.

Alya was speechless about Marinette's choice. She has been in love with Adrien for so long that she never thought she would let go of her feelings and be with someone else.

Marinette decided to change the topic to the problems she now had. "I have a bit of a problem when talking to Adrien…"

"What did you say to him?" Alya asked her best friend.

"Well, I asked Adrien to help me with my website by being the technical director if his father lets him…." Marinette said.

"Okay, that doesn't sound too bad…" Alya stated.

"But I told him I wanted to do the fashion shoot when Danny was supposed to be here by spring break, where we were supposed to use the entire spring break for our date. What should I do, Alya?" Marinette panicked over her dilemma.

"Well, you could ask Danny to model for your design for you…" Alya told her.

"Danny as my model!? He is as shy as Julika and me, but he will look handsome wearing my designs…" Marinette imagined Danny wearing her designs with a lovesick look on her face.

"Girl, I have to say this again. You must have a bed for Danny…" Alya said. "So what's the plan for telling Danny you love him?"

"Well, I have a few good ideas…" Marinette said as she told her best friend what plans she devised to tell Danny she loved him.

Amity Park Casper High

Danny was again running for his life from Dash after failing a test.

"Run, Fenton, I will destroy you after getting this F on our math test…" Dash yelled in this usual way.

"Why does he come after me after he fails a test?" Danny asked himself before he went the wrong way and was trapped in a corner.

Dash was cracking his knuckles, ready to punch Danny, until a short, stout gentleman tapped Dash's shoulder to get his attention.

"What do you want?" the bully asked.

"You're coming with me, young man. You are in big trouble…" the stout gentleman said.

"Why? I'm a football player. I am excepted from scorn…" Dash said, which made this stout gentleman frown.

" And that is rubbish thinking you can get away with hurting people…" he told the bully as he took him to where Mr. Lancer was waiting.

"Mr. Lancer, can you please tell this guy that I'm excepted from scor-…" before Dash could finish, Mr. Lancer interrupted him.

"I'm sorry, Mister Baxter, but we cannot that excuse for your behavior…" Mr. Lancer said

"That is right, Mr. Lancer, we don't use that type of excuse to bully others…" the stout gentleman said. "Anyway, young man, you should head to class right now…"

As Danny raced off to his next class, the gentleman and Mr. Lancer took Dash to the principal's office to discuss his punishment.

"Wow, that was convenient…" Danny was surprised by the stout gentleman saving him from Dash.

Later that day, an assembly was held where a stout gentleman was on the podium, clearing his voice.

"Hello there, students! My name is Alan Casper, and I am the superintendent of your school. I have heard rumors about bullying happening in the school, and I saw it with my own two eyes. Also, these bullies were getting special treatment because they were athletes. I will further investigate this matter with the board of education. Because of this, classes will be canceled for the rest of this week, and the week after spring break is over…" Alan explained.

Most of the students cheered for not having any more classes for the rest of the week and the week after spring break was over.

As the superintendent dismissed the students to enjoy their three-week vacation, the jocks worried about their positions in the hierarchy, not only their school but the football team as well.

Danny, Sam, and Tucker were heading towards Nasty Burger to celebrate the end of the bullying Casper High had been having since freshman year.

They celebrated the end of Dash and the other A-lister's bullying ways. Danny then thought since he wouldn't have any classes. He'll surprise his girlfriend.

Nicole Riserau idly snapped her fingers, flicking a playing card in and out of appearance. At the same time, her brother Marcel and partner in crime raged in annoyance about that leather-wearing pain in the neck. Chat Noir ruined their chance at robbing the bank of Paris, where the Mayor had kept the money she'd planned for weeks.

Something that annoyed Nicole was all of her hard work.

"Have you got it out of your system yet?" Nicole asked.

"No," Marcel answered gruffly. "If you let me take that cat freak, we'd be rolling in cash."

"If you did, we'd be in prison," Nicole said, not looking at Marcel.

His response was to throw a punch through a wall.

Nicole rolled her eyes. "why did we become criminals?"

"Because we like money and hate getting a job," Marcel answered.

"Exactly," Nicole said, still practicing her sleight of hand. "ever since Chat Noir's little girlfriend started making appearances in America, he's been prowling the streets at night, making things difficult for people like us."

That was something that interested Nicole, not Chat himself, but why he started dealing with ordinary criminals that he and Ladybug used to leave just to the cops.

Was there trouble in Paradise for the superheroes

Or was there something else going on? Nicole wanted to know if Chat Noir would keep getting in the way of their plans, then how could she put him six feet under?

"I'd be able to help with that." Nicole and Marcel both turned to see the intruder who suddenly appeared in their hideout. With the flick of her wrist, a gun slipped down from her sleeve into her hand.

"Lady gentleman, allow me to introduce myself. I am Hawkmoth," Hawkmoth greeted.

"And you're here in person, surprising," Nicole said behind Hawkmoth. Marcel had grabbed a crowbar, sneaking behind Hawkmoth, raising it over his head, and swinging down.

Hawkmoth reacted faster than the eye could see, catching the crowbar with a finger and pulling Marcel to the side. He swung his cane down, pinning Marcel by the neck to the floor.

"And here I came with a rather generous business opportunity," Hawkmoth said, "but if you are not interested in being rewarded, I understand."

Nicole kept an eye on her brother and the other on Hawkmoth. "Apologies, Monsieur, you've caught us at a bad moment," Nicole said. "if you wouldn't mind releasing my brother, we could discuss things."

"Quite alright, madame," Hawkmoth said, releasing his hold on Marcel as Nicole lowered her gun. "you two have quite the reputation in the underworld, the cunning magician who makes fortunes disappear all across the EU and the brutal mime who makes any who get in your way never speak again."

"You mentioned a business opportunity."

Hawkmoth nodded, reaching into the lapel of his coat and pulling out a very fat stack of cash. "in my hand is one hundred million euros. Consider this a down payment for retrieving Ladybugs and Chat Noirs miraculous."

Marcel took the money and examined it with her brother while better with his fists than with his brain. He knew money when he saw it and could tell the difference between counterfeit money and genuine articles.

If Hawkmoth had done his homework, he must have learned what Marcel did to the guy who tried to pay them with fake cash.

Marcel nodded, tossing the money to her, who did her own evaluation.

"For each miraculous you retrieve, you shall receive an additional one hundred million, and if you dispose of the American hero Danny Phantom,"

"The ghost kid of Amity Park?" Nicole asked curiously. "why pay to take care of him?"

"He is Ladybug's weakness. I'm willing to give a bonus on top of Danny Phantom bounty if Ladybug is there to see the ghost boys' final moments."

"We can do that," Marcel said with a grin.

Hawkmoth grinned as two akumas flew out from the money-making contact with them.

Nicole could feel the power transforming her, making her stronger, smarter, and deadlier.

Hawkmoth smirked, "A pleasure to do business with you both…"

"I can't believe there's a natural portal to Paris just here in Amity Park," Danny said, asking Frostbite to borrow the Infi-map to visit his girlfriend in Paris.

The leader of the far frozen had been willing but had asked why not just use the portal already in Amity Park to 'the great ones love.'

Danny asked why Frosbite didn't mention a portal to Paris before Frostbite answered, "You never asked, my friend."

Danny flew through, ending up in Paris.

And having absolutely no idea where he was the only times he'd been here, Danny had been kind of busy fighting to figure out where stuff was.

Danny looked around, seeing cars zip by, people walking on the sidewalks, and a girl on her cell phone about to get hit by a car.

Wait what.

Acting fast, Danny zipped down, grabbing the girl and pulling her out of danger before she got turned into a street pizza.

"Who said you could touch me, yo-" the girl said loudly before seeing who he was. "oh well, hello, handsome."

"I don't know how things are done here, but in America, people say thanks to the guy who kept them from getting hit by a car," Danny quipped, setting the girl down.

"Oh, where are my manners? Thank you, handsome," she said, batting her eyes, showing just how much eyeshadow she was wearing before she turned and snapped at some poor redhead who was carrying all kinds of packages. "Why didn't you warn me a car? Was going to hit me."

"I'm sorry, Chloe," the girl stammered.

"I wonder if this is the Chloe Marinette and Sam both have complained about," Danny wondered to himself, having heard how shallow, spoiled, and nasty she was.

If this wasn't the same Chloe, Danny wondered if just every person named Chloe in France was mean.

Chloe turned back to him. "any chance I could thank my hero for saving my life? I'm the richest girl in Paris. After all, my daddy's the Mayor…"

"Yep, same Chloe," Danny thought.

"Sorry, but I have a girlfriend. Hey, you want lunch? Maybe take your friend. She looks like she's about to collapse under all that stuff," Danny said before he flew off.

"Yikes, she makes Paulina look nice," Danny grumbled, flying off. He really needed to learn where stuff was in this town.

When Danny left, he didn't see Chloe turn on Sabrina. "This is all your fault, Sabrina. If you weren't so pathetic, that hunk would have totally gone out on a date with me," she said. "you're ridiculous, utterly ridiculous,"

Chloe then stormed off while Sabrina muttered an apology, unaware of the Akuma landing on her headband, evilizing her.

"Vanisher, I am Hawkmoth. I give you the power to show your friend you're not pathetic. All I ask is for the miraculous chat noir and Ladybug in return."

Sabrina smirked evilly, dropping all of Chloe's shopping bags. "of course, Hawkmoth," she said before transforming into Vanisher. Watching this from the rooftop was the Magician and the Mime.

"All according to plan," she said before waving her hand, the two disappearing from view.
