Ancient Greece 47 BC

Arachne walks home from her lesson, as the only daughter of a noble, she was expected to attend many classes in order to serve for the Royal Monarchy. She didn't care for the royals, they were very stuck up and sexist. Wiping her brow, she heads to the direction to her home.

"Arachne!" Her best friend Claista was waving at her.

"Claista!" Arachne waves back. She stands and waits for her best friend to catch up. "Why weren't you in class today?" Claista was a noble as well, but her family was considered a 'lower rank.' Her family wasn't as well off as the other nobles.

Claista looks around with embarrassment.

"Not here, my home is close by."

Once they were safely inside, Claista and Arachne sit down on her bed.

"Okay, what's with the secrecy?" Claista was glowing.

"I met a boy."

"Really? That's great!" Arachne was happy for her friend. "Is that why you skipped class today?"

Claista nodded.

"It was the only way we could be together. He's a noble, like me."

"That's wonderful!" Arachne knew how important being a noble was to Claista. "Do I know him?"

"Maybe." Claista was blushing. "Remember Eris?" Naming a fellow classmate.

"Yeah? What about her?"

"She has a brother."

"Oh no." Arachne saw her friend's red face.

"I don't want to hear it!"

"Hephaestus? Are you insane!" He was Athena's boyfriend. She was the princess's cousin. "That's treason!" Athena and Hephaestus were rumored to be betrothed to marry next spring.

"Neither one wants to marry one another! Athena fought against it!" It was rumored that Athena preferred the company of women, which wasn't illegal, but heavily frowned upon among the Greek nobility. Male heirs were expected to be born.

"Just be careful." She knew her friend was smart, but also knew she tended to wear her heart on her sleeve.

"I will." Claista swore. She was sixteen, and in Greek Society, was expected to marry as soon as possible.

It was at Athena's birthday celebration, that her friend came to her crying.

"Claista! What's wrong?" Her face was streaked with tears.

"Athena! She and Hephaestus are marrying after the Panathenaic Celebration!" It was the grandest, most celebrated festival in Greece, men from all over competed against each other for the chance to be crowned Grand Champion of the Ancient Olympic Games.

"Oh Claista. I'm so sorry." She hugs her friend. She knew how much she loved him. "Crap." Athena was coming towards them. "Athena! Happy Birthday!"

Athena gives them a cool look.

"Thank you." She was beautiful, many of the male nobles wanted to court her, but her father Zeus was picky about her boyfriends. "Claista."

Claista wipes her eyes.

"My apologies. I'm allergic to the flowers the caterers brought." The grand hall was filled with flowers. She smiled at the noble. "Congratulations."

"Thank you." Athena was celebrating her twentieth birthday. At age twenty was the maximum age the women were allowed to be single before getting married to whomever their family chosen. "Arachne, may I speak to you alone?"

"Of course." She followed the young woman. Once they were alone, she was surprised to hear what Athena was proposing.

"I need your help."

"Oh?"

"I don't want to marry Hephaestus." Athena sighs. "Yes, I know about him and Claista. I don't care. It's just that, I want to be more than a trophy wife."

"Really?" This was a loop.

"Mmm hmm. Look, he's a catch. His father is the richest man in town, plus Hephaestus is a talented blacksmith." Hephaestus was also a a master carpenter, as well as a sculptor. "But, the truth is, I want to be a Athlete." Athletes were considered celebrities in Greek Society. They can come from all backgrounds, nobles, slaves, the ones that survive the Olympic Games were allowed to compete as Champions. The three that survive can join the Monarchy, the Gold Leaf Champion serving directly under The King, given gifts such as land and gold as prizes.

"An Athlete. But I thought women aren't allowed to compete." She was jealous of man, the male slaves had more power than her, heck, even the Princess had next to no power either. Women were considered property.

"I know." Athena sighed. Her father was strict, he was the King's brother. "Athletes can enjoy independence. Marry whom they want."

Ohhhh. The rumors were true. Her and her childhood best friend were close.

"Pallas and I, well." Athena blushed. She looked at her best friend and lover, an artist from a far away land. Pallas made it clear she wasn't interested in men, she rejected every male suitor. "I want to be with her, but my father would be furious."

"I see." Poor Athena. "What do you want me to do?" She had no clue.

"Your father is in charge of the Games. He picks and chooses who competes. Is there any way you can convince him to have me compete? As an Athlete, I will be exempt from marriage."

"I can try." Arachne had no clue how to ask. He father was more stubborn than Zeus.

She was making a tapestry, she wanted to gift Athena a present. It was of Athena riding a grand chariot, welding a sword, she was riding in the Games. In the background, she put Pallas in the background cheering her on.

"She'll like this." Athena was vain, she was picky about her looks. "Come in!" Hearing a knock. "Father!" She immediately puts down the tapestry. "What is it?" Her father had a grim look on his face.

"The Titans. They're awake."

"Oh no." The Titans were scary creatures. They wielded the power of gods, they hated mankind, enslaving or killing anyone they wished. "How?" They were sealed away. The last champions sealed them away centuries ago.

"I don't know. Arachne. You must leave." He took out a sack. "I'm sending you to Egypt. The gods there, they will protect you." Gods were rare, only a few lived on Earth.

"What about Claista and Athena?" Athena and Claista weren't close, but were good friends with Arachne.

"Claista is already gone. Both Athena and Aphrodite left already."

"Aphrodite's gone?" The Princess. "When?" She had several guards.

"I don't know. But you must leave." He gestures to the door. "Go. My chariot is outside. Apollo will be escorting you."

"Apollo?" He was the most desired man in Greece. Everyone wanted him, his good looks and charm wooed every woman he met, including the Princess. "Okay." She hugs her dad. "Be careful." Her father squeezes her back.

"Go."

"Arachne." Apollo nods at her. He was from the south, he moved with his parents when he was a infant. "Ready?"

"Where's Aphrodite?" Naming his girlfriend.

"She's not coming. Neither is Athena."

"Huh? Why?" They were royalty.

"Long story." He looks outward. "I can only drive to the border. Someone will pick you up afterwards."

"Alright." Arachne watches the city fading away. She loved her city, she prayed to the gods to keep her father safe. Unfortunately they were ambushed by a Titan.

"Going somewhere?" The goddess was smirking at the riders.

"Meta." Apollo heard stories. Meta was jealous of Man, especially beautiful women. Her lover, the god Demitrius bedded many mortal women. "We have no business with you. We are just visiting relatives."

"No you're not. We heard rumors. That you and Zeus are working with the Elders."

"The Elders? They are crusty old men." Naming the politicians of Greece.

"You know what I mean." She threw a lighting bolt at the Chariot, instantly killing the horses. "Where is your whitelighter?"

"Whitelighter? What's a whitelighter?" Arachne asked.

Apollo ignored her.

"Gone. My magic was bonded years ago. My whitelighter moved on. I'm mortal now."

"I see. Then, you won't mind this." Arachne gasped when she felt hands around her neck.

"What are you doing!" Apollo was horrified. "She has nothing to do with us!" Meta's arms were on her side, but she was using her mind to choke Arachne.

"You have a few seconds."

"Okay!" Apollo yells. "Mount Olympia! He is at Mount Olympia!"

"Good boy." Archne falls to the ground gasping for air. Once she disappeared in a whirl of wind, Arachne demanded what was going on.

"Long story. Look, I'll tell you what I know, but we have to walk." Without the horses, the chariot was useless. "We're not that far from the city, but it's safer in Lavida."

The Elders were chattering in panic.

"How?" The Titans were imprisoned centuries ago.

"We didn't make their cage strong enough." Another moaned. Ramus, what should we do?"

"We have to use The Box."

"What! No!" Another Elder protested. "We never used it before!" The amount of power it possessed, none knew where it came from, or how it worked.

"We have no choice. If we don't, I doubt the planet can survive this time." Ramus remembered that day. It was almost as bad as the dinosaurs.

"The power it has, it's never been tested on humans! They'll go insane!" Mortals were emotionally fragile and immature.

"We have no choice. Hermes!"

A whitelighter orbs in.

"What is it?" He was at Olympia, listening to the screams of his fellow whitelighters. Orbing was dangerous, the Titans got their magic from stealing the whitelighter's magic.

"We're using The Box." Ramus said grimly. Hermes' eyes went wide.

"No!" Hermes heard stories, how humans lusted for power. Witches were protected from those humans, most were enslaved by nobles.

"I know. But we have no choice. Bring me the list."

Hermes sighed. He orbed to the chamber and brought back a scroll.

"This isn't right." The names were written by Fate, it was a list of names of potential fighters. She written them after the Toba incident. "You know the risk."

"We don't have a choice." Ramus calls to his fellow Elders. Once the Elders were gathered, he ordered them to tell their whitelighters to get their warriors ready.

"Athena, Zeus, Aphrodite, Apollo..." Ramus reads of the list. Most were mortal, but a few witches were thrown in. When Hermes's name was called, he looked up.

"Excuse me, what? I'm not mortal. And definitely not a witch." He was just a whitelighter.

"Your name is on the list."

"I gave up my mortal life centuries ago!" He became a whitelighter after he warned everyone to hide underground before the volcano exploded. Because of his heroic actions, mankind was saved. Unfortunately it cost him his life, but he became a whitelighter almost immediately.

"It doesn't matter. We need you again." Once he felt the power course through his body, he doubled over.

"Use the power, don't let the power use you." Ramus warned.

Bristol, Rhode Island

A Few Years Ago

BANG!

Black flash

Samuel Campbell grimaces as he watches his grandson Sam shooting the kidnapped victims one by one.

BANG!

BANG!

BANG!

Samuel felt sick. He knew it was necessary, but killing innocent men in cold blood, Sam, his expression was icy and blank.

He didn't say a word as he and Sam set the building on fire.

Black Screen

"You okay?" Sam was bleeding, he was attacked by that creature.

"I'm fine." Sam's expression wasn't the only thing that scared Samuel, it was his voice. Sam never grimaced once getting hurt. He was cold and robotic. "It'll hold till we leave town."

"Just don't bleed out." Did Sam even notice how much blood was getting spilled?

"That's the plan." Sam's fiancee, Samuel wondered why he never once called her.

Neither one said word as they packed the van. They had to go as far and fast from Rhode Island as soon as possible.

"Rain stopped." Samuel said absentmindedly.

Sam said nothing.

Samuel, this was his grandson, but the way Sam acted, he wondered how John raised him.

"Dammit." When Samuel looked out his side mirror, he saw flashing lights. "Pull over." Once Sam pulled over, Samuel ordered Sam to follow his lead.

Deputy Atkins walked out of his patrol car. He had to know, what happened to his partner, and boss. These outsiders, they were the last ones to see him.

"Evening Deputy." Samuel said in a pleasant voice.

"Agent Roark, Agent Wynand, mind getting out of the van?" He had one hand on his gun.

Samuel nodded at Sam to get out.

"Evening. My partner and I are just on our way back to the office." Samuel lied. He saw the Deputy fidgeting. "Is everything alright?"

"No, I can't get Sheriff Dobbs on the phone, no one's answering at the station, I can't get a hold of anyone!" The Deputy was staring at them with suspicion. Seeing blood on Agent Roark's jacket, he demanded that they return to the station.

"Okay. We'll follow you." Samuel was planning on ditching him on route.

"Uh uh." Deputy Atkins was no fool. "Get in my car, you're both under arrest."

Sam scoffed and chuckled. He smiled, his smile chilly.

"Really. You're going to arrest two federal agents." Sam laughed, his smile not matching his eyes, which were empty. "It's late, I'm sure you have to get back to the station. Agent, we better file our report. Have a good night." Sam turns around to get back to the driver's seat.

Deputy Atkins pulls out his gun.

"Hey, hey, hey! Let's not get hasty!" Samuel was scared. Not of the Deputy, but of Sam. Sam, he was stone cold. His eyes, there was nothing but a void. He could only watch as Sam beat the cop to a bloody pulp.

"We better get back." Once the Deputy was laying down, bleeding and unconscious, Sam gets in the driver's seat.

Samuel, he wondered. The thing they just hunted, was it the true monster? Or was Sam?

Present Day

Chris was holding on the camera as he snapped pictures.

"Just one more!" Dana insisted. She was holding Laura who was squirming in her bathing suit.

"Mom, I think Jen wants her baby back." Jenna was heading home, she and Laura were heading home to Lawrence with Dean.

"I know, I'm going to miss my granddaughter." Dana kisses the baby.

Chris thanks Devon when he hands him a check.

"Here you go."

"Thanks." Chris saw the zeros, not bad for a afternoon's work. He smiled at the baby. "She's your niece?" Laura, she was so tiny, a far cry when she older, and dressed in army fatigues barking orders at her squad, him included.

"Yep. She's a few months old." Devon waves to Dean who pulled up. "You have kids?"

"Nope, never had time." He and his fiancee talked about it, but with the War, children were impossible. "Yourself?"

Devon shook his head.

"Being an uncle is good enough. Thanks." He walked away, giving raspberries to Laura who was giggling.

Chris, after packing up his camera gear, watches as Dean, Jenna and their baby drive away. Once he finished, he shoots a text at Bianca.

'Dean's gone, he and Jenna just left.'

'Are they happy?'

'Jenna and Dean played tongue olympics. So yeah.'

'EEEWWW. TMI!' Bianca sent a green puking emoji.

Chris chuckled.

'You asked.'

'How's Devon?'

'Fine, he's taking a break from hunting.'

'Good.'

Both were keeping an eye on Devon, he disappeared sometime this year, and was never seen since. Shame, he was supposedly a great hunter. They needed every hand there was in the future.

'And Sam?'

'I'm heading east.'

'Okay. I'll be driving, meet you there.'

Before Chris left, he walks over to Dana and tells her he'll send the pictures in a few days. Once he got in his car, he drives away.

Bristol, Rhode Island

Bianca looks at the text, good thing she installed spyware on Sam's phone.

'Sam: 41. 7088. - 71.2735'

"Sorry Sam." She blocked the number, making sure anything from Rhode Island was blocked from contacting Sam. Hearing a knock, she gets up. "Hey." She lets Chris in. "How was the drive?"

"Not bad. Still not used to driving on a smooth highway." The highways all over North America were destroyed in their time. "Did you get that text?"

"Yep, no way is Sam and Dean coming here." They knew what happened, whatever Sam did, the second time around got them both in trouble with the FBI. They had to change the future by changing the past. "This thing they're hunting. Any idea what it is?"

"Vampire?" Three women went missing, vamps were known to kidnap young women to get a nest.

"Maybe." Bianca was skeptical. "But a few years ago, it was men." She read the report in Samuel's journal, he wrote that he saw his grandson murder five innocent men.

"Men huh." Chris opens the bag of food he was carrying. "Siren? Succubus?" Both seduced human men to mate. Both creatures preferred a feminine appearance, but can appear as male to throw hunters and witches off.

"Whatever it is, we have to kill it." She had her machete, silver bullets and potions were useless. Monsters now were immune. "Shall we head to the police station?" She had her ID, she was Agent Bauer.

"Not yet, I think we have to check things out first." They had to be careful, whatever was trying to lure Sam was bound to get suspicious. "Let's each lunch first."

Bianca watches in amusement as Chris flirts with the married woman.

"Find out anything?" She was glad Chris was moving on, him and his fiancee, it was impossible to get back.

"Got a number." He wasn't interested, the woman was married. "But, I did get this." He hands Bianca a picture.

"Sam. Dammit." He and Samuel were looking behind the guy who ate the restaurant special. "Did you ask questions?"

"Yep. She said two agents rolled into town, an Agent Roake and Wynand. They were investigating missing people."

"The missing men?" Chris nodded.

"That wasn't the only thing, she claimed that she and Sam had a thing."

"Sam cheated? His wife's gonna kill him." Bianca shook her head. "Anyways, other than..." She shuts up.

Chris flags down a waitress.

"Not here."

Once they were back in Bianca's motel room, they talk about the case.

"Five missing men, they had nothing in common, different backgrounds, different races, different financial backgrounds." Chris and Bianca were exchanging notes.

"Okay. The three women, same thing. They had one thing in common though, they had dark hair." Bianca had her tablet open, there were missing posters of those men online. The former sheriff had a reward for information.

"The five men, they were in their thirties." Chris looked it up.

"So whatever this thing is, they have a type." Bianca hated monsters. She hunted since her early childhood. "So, how do we hunt this thing?"

"Cut off their heads. Then we BBQ 'em." Both knew the monsters were practically invisible, however, none ever survived a beheading. Hearing a beep, Bianca looks at her device.

"Got a email from Bobby." She heard stories about a old, gruff hunter. Many hunters looked up to him. Bobby Singer was a famous legend. "He's telling Sam to lay low. A FBI agent came by asking questions." She was about to forward it to Sam, when Chris stopped her. "Huh? Why not?" Sam had to be careful. It wasn't just him and Dean on the radar.

"Just hold on to it. Let's split up, you go and interview the roommate, and I'll check out the cop station."

"You won't fool Brenna." Neither knew much about this case, but Chris was somewhat acquainted with her in the future.

"I want to see the case on Dobbs, why he disappeared. As for Brenna, I'll handle it." Chris knew she hated hunters, but she was the only one to clear Sam's name. "Be careful, don't hunt without me." He was so glad Bianca went back to her original hair colour.

Bianca, aka "Agent Bauer" was asking questions about Nicole.

"So you and Nicole, you were roommates?" Bianca had her notebook open, she was taking notes. Every little detail helped, although she hated writing.

"Since our college days." Megan sighed. "Its been years, I hadn't seen Nicole since. Have you found any leads?" Megan Fields was no longer living in her apartment, she moved out after she got married. Based on the toys screwn about, she had small children now.

"We're currently checking things out." Bianca looked around. "The day she disappeared, did she say anything?"

"Not really. She didn't act any different. She and I were planning on moving out, my boyfriend wanted me to move in with him, and Nicole was planning on leaving town. She was packing up the day she disappeared."

"Mm hmm." Bianca wrote. "Just a question."

"Shoot."

"Was she talking to a FBI Agent? Tall, like freakishly tall?"

"Yeah. He was asking questions about our neighbour. What was his name?" Megan shook her head. "Sorry, can't remember."

"That's fine. We have the names on our files. This Agent, how often did he come around?"

"A few times. Nicole, she had the hots for him." He was gorgeous, Megan had a crush herself. Too bad he preferred brunettes. "She always made herself presentable when he called."

"How so?"

"I heard them in her bedroom. She didn't try to be quiet, she giggled a lot."

If Sam was doing what Bianca was thinking, Sam was a dead man.

"Before I go, did she leave anything of importance behind? Like notes, or a phone number?"

"I sent most of it back to her parents, but I did hold on to her diary." Megan walks over to a box on the shelf and hands it to Bianca. "I held on to this, her parents, they still believe their daughter was a virgin. She moved out the day she turned eighteen." Megan felt so bad for her, she wasn't allowed to date, not even in college. "I never read it, I respect her privacy. Will that diary help bring her home?"

"I hope so. Thank you for your time." Bianca had no clue what was inside, hopefully she found something.

"Another FBI Agent?" Sheriff Atkins rolled his eyes. "I need to call your supervisor." No way was he falling for a fake twice.

"No problem." He and Bianca weren't stupid, they had tons of contacts. While the Sheriff called the number on the card, Chris looks at the wanted poster.

REWARD

WANTED FOR KIDNAPPING AND ESCAPING POLICE CUSTODY

Sam's and Samuel's picture was underneath. The local police department was offering a reward for $10,000.

"Your boss confirmed it." Sheriff Atkins looks at the poster. "You looking for those guys? Believe me, I searched. I called the FBI Head Office, he claimed both are dead." He blew a raspberry. "I seen how they worked. That Sam guy, most slippery man I met." Atkins disliked Agent Roake/Sam Winchester the moment they met. "I keep that poster just in case. I heard stories, that Sam is a Phoenix. Always comes back from the dead." He looks suspiciously at Chris. "How can I help you?"

"We're here for the missing women. I believe they are connected to the last case." It couldn't be a coincidence.

"Like I told your supervisor, I have it under control." Atkins hated the FBI, always sticking their noses where they don't belong.

"But there are families that are looking for answers. It's been years, how you been able to find any clues?" Chris had his notebook open.

"Not yet." Sheriff Atkins said coldly. "It's a small town, I been busy. Besides, this Sam Winchester, I seen him online. Alive and walking a free man."

"Mmm hmm." No way was Chris taking the bait. "The last woman that went missing, Catherine Ward? Can you tell me any info?"

"I can answer that." Both looked up when Brenna Dobbs walks on. "Sheriff, there was a complaint, some kids were graffiti-ing the downtown area."

"Kids. I'll be keeping an eye on you." He glares at Chris and walks out. Once he was gone, Brenna demanded the truth.

"What's this about? If it about Sam, I want nothing to do with it." Her husband was missing because of him.

Flashback

"So you hunt things." Brenna and Roy couldn't believe it. "You're not really feds, are you." All Roy did was ask questions about the missing men, and 'Agent Roark' spilled everything.

"Uh huh. Sounds crazy, but its all true." Samuel dropped his facade, he was sick of hiding. "We're hunters, we hunt things. Dangerous things."

"But that's impossible." Monsters were real? Brenna was shook.

"Believe it. Roy, you seen those crime scenes. No human could have done this." Roy and Atkins couldn't believe what they saw in all four crime scenes. There were massive spiderwebs everywhere.

Sam looked at Brenna.

"I don't see why your wife is here. She has nothing to do with this."

Roy takes his wife's hand.

"I never kept any secrets from my wife. She'll find out anyway, she works side by side with me at the police station."

Present Day

"Your husband is the Sheriff."

"Was." Brenna hated Sam and his grandfather for putting her husband in danger. "When he disappeared, Atkins got a promotion." She stared at Chris. "First Roy, then Sam. A FBI agent called, asking questions about Sam."

"Who?"

"Agent Fallon. I don't care. Roy, are you here to bring him home? Even if he's dead, I want closure." Brenna, she searched for years for him.

"Agent Fallon?" Chris racked his brains. "Never mind. Sam, what did he find?"

"He wouldn't say. Unlike his grandfather, he was very tight lipped. Warned me to prepare." She chuckled bitterly. "It's like that soap opera, Days of Our Lives." Soaps were notorious for crazy storylines. "Smart of you to come here, Sam would have been arrested on the spot. Speaking of, where is he?" He was alive, bastard had a wife, who was carrying their child; something Roy and Brenna never had a chance to do.

"Busy. Hunters never get a day off." He cleared his throat. "Your husband, I promise, I'll get answers. But I need clues. There are missing women."

"Give me some time, Sheriff Atkins, he'll be off shift after ten."

"Thanks."

Debbie sighs as she shakes the empty box. She looks up to see her husband giving her a disapproving look. "The boxed stuff doesn't get better with age; Don." Wasn't her fault her husband couldn't give her what she needs. She puts the box down on the table and goes down to the basement to get another box.

'That new agent was cute.' She thinks. Almost as cute as Agent Roark. That time in the restaurant bathroom, phew. She smiled at the memory as she walks down the stairs.

"Ahhh!" She screams she falls down the stairs. Before she could get up, she felt herself get taken away.

Chris was typing on his laptop when Bianca walked in.

"Sam sure was busy." She just finished interviewing Josie's ex, he claimed she disappeared the day they broke up. "Josie Black, she was with Sam too." Her boyfriend claimed he caught them in her car, and immediately dumped her for cheating. "Whoever kidnapped these women, all three were with Sam. Sure wish I am a fly on the wall when Piper finds out. Anyways, did you talk to Brenna?"

"Yep. Ann, did you ever come across a Agent Fallon?"

"Who?" Bianca racks her brains. "Never heard of him. Why, is he someone we should know?"

"Probably. We'll keep our eyes peeled." Both looked at the police scanner.

"Eight Sierra Papa. Got a 1057, 1100 block of Hope Street, over."

"Want to take this?" Chris suggested.

"Sure." Bianca wasn't tired yet. "If you talk to Brenna, let me know if you find anything about Roy."

"Will do." Chris goes back to typing.

Bianca thanks Don and walks away. She calls Chris when she was away from prying ears. "Another missing chick, found out something interesting. She and Sam, yeah. Hope he buys flowers, lots of flowers." She hangs up the phone.

Chris swore when he hung up the phone. Dammit. Debbie Harris was missing. He was so distracted about Sam, he forgot she disappeared herself. It was to late for Debbie, but Brenna was in danger.

Brenna steps out of her car, she hated late night grocery shopping, but she was missing spaghetti sauce. She was about to walk up the steps to her house when she saw Chris.

"What do you want? Is it about Debbie? Your friend is already on the case." A female hunter? Guess gender didn't matter. "You can go, I'm very tired."

"Brenna, I know this is hard, but can I come in? I may have a lead on Roy."

Flashback

Brenna and Roy were startled on the stories they heard. Hunting monsters were just scratching the surface. There was travel, fake IDs, how can they afford it?

"It's not cheap. Stolen credit cards, stealing, we gotta do what we have to do to survive." Sam tells them.

"How do you travel so much, especially with family?" Brenna was intrigued by hunting, but when she found out how little she would be home, she changed her mind.

"We make it a family road trip. It's easy when your young, but when you have a family. It's harder. When Deanna got pregnant with my son, then Mary, we had to make changes. My children, they were a blessing." Samuel was saddened to hear both died. Hunting caught up to them. Cancer, murder. Both Daniel and Mary deserved better. He looked sadly at his empty beer bottle.

"I have some more in the garage." Roy gets up.

"No, I'll get it." Samuel leaves the room.

"Your family. He sure misses them." Samuel opened up about them, how he and Deanna met, how proud he was of his two kids. "You and Samuel, at least you have each other." Brenna tells Sam.

"Not really. Samuel and I, we wasn't around when I was a kid. We met just recently. It's a business relationship." Sam said matter-of-factly.

"Uh, you have any other family?" Brenna asked. Sam, he was so cold.

"A fiancee. She's a witch. I also have two brothers."

'A witch? They're real too?" Roy was surprised.

"Sure. Hunters are not always around, witches, good witches anyways, fight evil themselves."

"You said two brothers." Roy was fascinated. "Are they in the life too?"

"One of them yeah, the younger one, he has a normal life." Sam looked thoughtful. "Family just slows you down. Girlfriends included."

Present Day

Chris looks through the box. There was the case of the five men, including Ray Dobbs. The three women, they were there as well. Other than Ray, the crime scenes showed spiderwebs.

"You said you have a lead on Roy."

"I assume Sam and his grandfather told you about hunting." When she nodded, Chris continued talking. "You ever heard of arachne?" He had to make a few calls.

"Isn't that a spider?" Oh god. "Did Roy..." Sam, it was his idea.

"The arachne never been outside Crete. Whoever the alpha was, they transformed someone. You know of anyone that went to Greece before the first disappearances?"

Brenna had to think.

"It's been years, many people went on vacation." She closed her eyes. "Wait, I remember something. This was a long time ago, my memory may be hazy."

Flashback

Brenna was having drinks at the local restaurant. She wasn't alone, she was with her girlfriends. They were talking and laughing, it was her day off.

"What are you looking at?" Brenna asked. Her friends were checking out two men across the bar.

"See that guy?" Francine was pointing at one of them.

"The bald guy, or the hunk." Her friends giggle. Everyone's heads turned when they walked in.

"Duh." They started giggling. "No rings on the finger. I call dibs." Francine fluffs her hair. "Mr Giant is mine."

"Whatca think? You want to take bets?" Another friend asks. Neither noticed a table nearby getting their picture taken with Mr Hunk looking back.

Present Day

"I don't remember anyone who went to Greece, but I remember seeing Sam. He and Samuel just rolled into town. He made quite the stir. Sorry, I wish I could remember more." She sighed. "I made peace that Roy was gone, but if there was a small chance." She looked hopefully at Chris.

"I'll keep in touch." He picks up the box. "I need to borrow this."

"If you have any leads, don't hesitate to call." She writes her number. "Please, if Roy is dead, then I can move on with my life."

Chris was about to walk away from the house when he felt his phone vibrating. He checks his message.

'Dammit Chris! Check your messages!'

Chris opens his voicemail.

"Another missing chick, found something interesting. Her and Sam? Yeah. Hope he buys flowers, lots of flowers."

Chris clicks off his phone. He was glad he wasn't going to be in Sam's shoes when his wife finds out. He looked up absently and sees a spiderweb. Transfixed, he stares at it. When he felt a tap, he pulls out his gun and points it at a startled Bianca.

"Whoa! It's just me!"

"God. Ann. You should know not to do that!" Chris scolded. "If I was DJ, you would have been dead."

"If you were DJ, your gun would be empty. So did you find out anything?"

Back in the motel, both were exchanging stories and theories.

"Arachne. Gross." Bianca hated spiders. "How the hell did it get here?" Even in the future, arachne monsters were extremely rare.

"Dunno. All I know is it came here and started breeding. The five men, including the Sheriff, they all fit the profile."

"The women?"

"Males need mates. You and I are gonna be busy for the next few months."

"Our contacts in America, we can inform them to hunt these things." Arachnes breed and multiply quickly. "What does this have to do with Sam?"

"Sam was here on a case a few years ago. Roy Dobbs, he was the bait."

"So you think...Damn. That's stone cold." She knew Sam was ruthless back then, but even he drew the line at putting innocents in danger.

"Yeah, Dobbs is gone. I think he's here for revenge. He sent Sam those coordinates."

It was about this time that Sam was in jail. He was arrested by Sheriff Atkins, who immediately called the FBI. Sam and his brother were forced into hiding, their children sent to Scotland, their wives never saw them again. All four died a few years later, their children left as orphans. The War became brutal, without the Winchesters, and without Piper, (the Power of Three was broken), almost everyone died. The ones that were left behind were overwhelmed by the enemy.

"Good thing we intercepted it." She pulls out a map on her phone. "There's a park not too far from here, Roy, he'll be there. Brenna, we don't have much time."

Brenna was shaking as she picked up the phone.

"Sam? It's Brenna. Can...Can, you swing by?" She hangs up the phone.

"Good girl." Roy tells her. His monstrous face staring back at Brenna.

"Are you sure we can't save Roy?" She knew a cure, Chris's fiancee was a master alchemist. Luckily a potion was easy to make.

"It's been years, it has to be at most a day, before they completely transform." Chris was holding a gun. It was useless, but it was the only way to distract Roy. Bianca was gonna give the fatal blow.

"Arachnes have keen senses. He won't be fooled for long." Chris was glamoured as Sam. They were about to head out when Brenna called. The timeline was off, Brenna wasn't supposed to disappear till the next day.

"All I'm planning to do is keep him talking. You ready?"

"Be careful. I don't want to change anything more." Even with the past changing, Bianca knew how dangerous it was to change Fate. One wrong move, and it was disastrous.

"Just wait for my signal."

Brenna when she saw who walked in, she couldn't believe it.

"Sam? Where's Chris?" She expected Chris and his lady partner.

"Chris?" Roy looks at Sam. "You remember? He said he was marrying a witch? Guess she taught him a few tricks." He glares at Sam with his eight-eyed vision. "This bastard, he changed me, to this."

"Is that true?" She couldn't believe it.

"Mm hm. Used me as bait. Then he killed me. Your bullet didn't work, nor did fire." He uses his hands to trap Sam in webbing. "You have to admit, I look good. Well except for your little souvenir here." He points to a bullet shaped hole in his head. "Did you know there was a cure? Sam was too lazy to give me and the other victims one. Said it was too late."

"My husband. You killed him." Brenna was staring hatefully at Sam. Sam to his credit, was remorseful.

"If I could change things, I could. Roy, forgive me. If you want revenge, you have me. Just let Brenna go."

Roy shook his head.

"You know when you left, you believed I died. Ha! That thing that turned me, she didn't come here to feed, she turned me to breed. Guess I fit her profile. Hiding wasn't easy, I spent years alone in the woods not that far from here."

"Lonely Pines Park."

"Yep. Spent my nights eating animals and bugs. A acquired taste, but I adjusted. Unlike you, I'm no murderer. I don't kill humans. But for you, I'll make a exception." Roy started pacing. "I spent years starving and alone. But the thought of killing you was more delicious."

"The women?"

"My friends needed company. Don't bother looking, they're all gone. They're like me now. What! Does that upset you? You have a type. I was planning on going after your wife, but she's a Charmed One. It would be suicide. But don't worry, once your wife finds out what you did with these women, I don't have to lift a finger." He stops in front of Sam. "Do I kill you, or turn you?" Before he could do anything, his head rolls off his head.

"About time!" Chris was getting itchy. "Get me outta this!"

Brenna was sitting on the couch.

"Sam couldn't bother coming?" Bastard.

"Sorry, but Sam is busy on a case." Brenna was shocked when 'Sam' changed back to Chris.

"What are you people?" After Bianca freed her.

"Specialists." Brenna, she became a leader in the future. Neither Chris and Bianca wanted to change more than already happened.

"Just go." If they were friends with Sam, she wanted nothing to do with them.

"So what now?" Bianca was packing, they were heading back to Scotland.

"Train the next generation of hunters." Knox reduced their tuition, lots of new students were enrolled, including future witches. "Wish I could see her again, even as a baby."

"You're really pushing it." Bianca warned. "Knowing she is alive now is good enough." She throws her machete in her bag. "The Titans, how long do we have?" They were about to wake up again. The last gods, they sealed them away, then almost ruined the world themselves. Thank god Prometheus stole the fire back, without the flames, the fake gods became weak, forcing them to go into hiding, then dying a few centuries later.

"I don't know. The timeline, it doesn't say." The Titans, they aligned themselves to The Beast. With the Titans protecting their God, no hunter or witch could weaken him.

"Poor Arachne." The legends say Athena turned her out of jealousy, but in reality, she changed her to save humanity. Too bad she accidentally changed Arachne to a Alpha.

"It's rare that a monster helped save the world. If it wasn't for her, The Titans wouldn't be defeated." Chris read the whitelighter's scrolls. Both Athena and her friend trapped the Titans with Arachne's new powers. Arachne used her webs to trap the Titans, their powers were useless against her webs.

"Yeah, becoming a Alpha made her insane." Arachne couldn't stand being alone, and changed others. She was killed by Zeus's daughter Artemis, who took pity on her. "Wonder why Artemis didn't kill that creature?" Bianca heard of Artemis, she helped defend Greece from the Titans. "Any ideas who the new Alpha is?"

Chris shook is head.

"I met Artemis. She's probably keeping an eye on The Titans. As for the arachnes, we'll catch them." He knew Artemis stayed behind in Greece, she kept an eye on the creatures that lived there. "Let's leave town, I read about Agent Fallon, his older sister was involved with the Halliwells."

"Yikes. Then let's skedaddle."

San Francisco, California

Agent Fallon eyes were bloodshot. But he drank his coffee. Looks like his case just got weirder.

"Andy Trudeau. Why are you alive?" He picks up his phone. "Call the coroner, I want to see the death certificates of Andy Trudeau, Dean Winchester, Sam Winchester, their parents, as well as Patricia Halliwell." He barked at the person on the other side. Whatever was going on, he was determined to find out. He opens the folder, he was staring at a black and white picture of a dead person. Who was apparently still alive. Andy wasn't the only person that came back from the dead.
