"Gabriel, how are you feeling today?"

"Fine."

"You want me to conjure up your sweets?" Even as an archangel, Gabriel lived on the Trickster's diet.

"No thanks. You know I don't like your baking." Gabriel grimaced at the last cake Cole made, it was very salty. "I'll just have some pancakes."

"Suit yourself." Cole was glad Gabriel was getting better, he was talking more, although he was still blind. How Cole wished he knew. The body he had was just a vessel. His true form must have been affected in some way. "Would you be okay while I go to work?"

"I been around before your kind existed." Gabriel scoffed. "I can handle a few hours." He was using a cane to get around the small bunker, it helped him get around.

"Okay. There's food in the fridge, plus some books. And before you ask, it's in braille."

"Not a problem." Gabriel was fluent in every language on Earth, braille was just another language. "Go, I want to watch Carey before he comes on." Gabriel didn't watch TV much, but he's been a fan of Price is Right since the seventies.

Cole picks up his laptop bag, he almost missed his briefcase. But he admitted this was more practical.

"I'll see you tonight." He shimmers away.

"Morning."

"Good morning Mr Turner." The security guard says greeting the lawyer.

Cole nodded to the secretary who was talking on the phone. He was happy to be working again, he needed to feel useful. He walked down the hall to his office, or a more accurate description, his cubicle.

"Morning Cole, ready to start your day?" Sean asked drinking his coffee.

"Always." Work like this bored Cole, but he had no choice. He had to fit in, it was the only way to hide from everyone, especially Phoebe.

Once he sat down, he gave Phoebe's picture a silent kiss.

"She's special to you?"

"Always." Cole missed her, he wanted nothing but the best for her.

"Anyways, here are the insurance papers for the Holcombe's." Naming the Senator's family. His boss Sean throws down the folder on Cole's desk before walking away.

"I'll get right on it." Being an insurance agent was even more boring than being a lawyer, but it was a job. He opens up the folder, and while looking through the various names, one name stuck out.

Coop Webster. The guy who had Phoebe's heart.

"Better treat her right." Cole didn't know who he was, but he was the one who processed his paperwork when he died from that car crash a few months ago. All he knew is he was the one who gave Coop's name to Kama, who was restructuring the Cupid's Order to recruit adult souls instead of infants.

He got up to have a cup of coffee himself, this will be a long day.

Phoebe yawns as she highlighted the text. She was looking forward to graduation, she was burned out from studying.

'Sudden death of a loved one can cause various stages of grief. Anger, disbelief, sadness. Depending on the circumstances, the living cannot move on.'

"Or dead ones."

"Shh." The guy sitting across the room scolds. He was studying himself, finals were in a few weeks.

"Sorry." Phoebe never realized she spoke out loud. She needed a break anyways, she's been here for hours.

The weather outside was gorgeous, shame no one was enjoying it. Various students were either huddled in groups or studying alone, surrounded by books and papers.

'It will be worth it. Hopefully.' She sighed. If they only knew. She needed a coffee.

Phoebe was dead exhausted coming back to the Manor, her bag felt like bricks. Her condo was closer to campus, but she was currently renting it out, the Manor needed a lot of repairs.

"Paige?" She called out. Silence. Then she remembered she was on patrol tonight. "Guess I'm eating alone."

She was flipping through the movie library, her brain needed a break.

"What should I watch today? Horror? Nah. Action? Not in a mood. Romance. Bingo." She needed to clear her head.

Phoebe was wiping her eyes, she must've rewinded this four times already. Richard Gere was walking in the factory to carry away Debra Wagner to carry her off into the sunset.

"I never get tired of this either."

Phoebe jumped hearing the voice behind her and instinctively grabs the person behind her and flips him over the couch. Instantly standing over him with her fists clenched.

"Whoops. I should have knocked first." Coop was smiling up at Phoebe.

"The hell? You bastard." Phoebe's heart was beating fast. She helps him up from the floor. "You're lucky Piper isn't here, she would have blown you up." Piper was currently in Lawrence with her family. "Plus have Paige slap on the cuffs."

"I know. I learned my lesson." Coop twists his ring and fades away in a pink light.

"Are you kidding me?" Phoebe threw up her hands.

DING DONG

"Who could that be." She stomps over to the door. "I'm not in the mood." She closes the door in Coop's face.

DING DONG

"Really?" She was trying to relax. She throws open the door. "I'm not in the mood." She was about to close it, till Coop holds the door open with his foot. "I don't have time. If it's about my love life wait till after finals." She was about to close the door again till Coop stops her.

"Wait. Please." Thankfully Phoebe didn't close the door in his face. "I need help. Nothing bad, I just some advice. Please." He smiles, making her blush.

"Fine. But only for a few minutes. I have to get some sleep." She opens the door to let Coop in. "What is it? Love gone wrong? Did your couples break up?" She was still annoyed at her sisters for never telling her about that fallen cupid. Plus Coop for keeping her in the dark, although Coop said he didn't know what was going on on Earth.

"No. It's nothing like that. Is that..." He sighed. "My family. I never met them."

"Huh? Your family? What are you talking about?" She leads him to the kitchen, she was warming up almond milk to help her sleep.

"I never told you this, but I was adopted as a baby. My mom, she didn't have a choice but to give me up when she was very young."

"Really. All that time we were dating a few years ago, you never bothered telling me this?" Phoebe said with annoyance.

"You never asked. Anyways. My family, my bio family. I been doing some research, and I found out something."

"Uh huh." Phoebe takes out her favourite ceramic cup from the cupboard, it was Patty Halliwell's personal cup.

"And well, my mom, my birth mom. She gave birth to me, and was told I died shortly after my birth." Coop saw Phoebe looking up with an unreadable expression.

"And that affects me how..." She takes the pot off the stove and pours her milk.

"Look. I'm not asking for you to be nosy, but I'm curious about my birth. Like who I was, why I was taken away, why my mom wasn't allowed to raise me. Ever since..." He sighed. "Look, I know you're busy with finals and everything, but can you do me this favor and look into this?"

"Why can't you?" She had no choice but to wait a few more minutes for her cup to cool down first before taking a sip.

"I'm cupid now. Plus there are rules. I exist just to do my job."

"I'll think about it." She was miffed about her life at the moment, and at Coop who never went out of her way to see her.

"Thanks Phoebe. I'll see you around." He takes his ring and fades away with a pink light.

"Sure Cupid." She sighs and puts down her cup. 'You could have said goodbye.' She touches her lips and walks out of the kitchen, leaving her milk on the counter.

Cole was just filling out his reports when he got an email.

'Senator Holcombe's wife wants to buy extra insurance for her daughter's wedding, she is worried that the Coopersmiths would try to ruin it. Try to prevent that from happening.'

'Ruin a wedding? With what?' Cole types in a few extra numbers. He reads the new email that pops up.

'I want you to look up someone. A Roberta Coopersmith. See who she is.'

'Sure.' He was almost done anyways, looking up old relatives was no big deal.

It was hours later till he finished his reports. He found doing tax forms boring, but it was a paycheck. He decided to look up the Coopersmiths, all he knew about them is they owned several mines around the country.

'Michell Coopersmith Senior is CEO and owner of Coopersmith Mines, a company dating back to the days of the Gold Rush.'

Cole yawned.

"Big deal, I seen it." Not including the time he was with Piper a while back ago during that time travel era. Many former miners got rich during the Gold Rush.

'The Coopersmiths have a tradition of having a chocolate wedding cake modeled after that first mine, and is a centerpiece of every Coopersmith wedding.'

'Okay, and...' Cole was getting bored.

He read on, nothing special about this family, except they were incredibly wealthy.

Cole trudged through the articles about the family, nothing much stood out about them, with the exception of a few scandals, like a few coked-up relatives. But when he got to Roberta Coppersmith, he looked at her background.

"Huh." So she had a baby boy, who tragically died after she gave birth. "Poor girl." Coop always wondered about his 'child.' Although The Seer insisted it was created by her.

'Baby Boy Coopersmith was buried in the Coopersmith Family Cemetery, the family requested that his name was never revealed to anyone outside the family.'

'What's so special about this?' Many kids died young, as tragic as it was. But as Cole did his research, he found out the Coopersmiths had more skeletons than the Underworld.

"Baby Boy Coopersmith" was adopted out in a secret adoption. Roberta was an unmarried schoolgirl, and in her family's circles, it was considered scandalous. Especially when they discovered her lover was related to the Holcombes.

Fearing the incoming scandal, both families swore to keep this affair a secret. They paid for a private hospital to take care of Roberta's little problem by switching babies with another family who was there having their own child who was born sickly.

Right after both babies were born, the nurses and staff switched babies. Baby boy Coopersmith went to the Websters, while Baby Boy Webster went to Roberta.

Tragically that baby died shortly after, poor Roberta held her son crying, begging the doctors to save her baby while Shawna Webster was busy nursing her healthy son.

A few days later both mothers were discharged. The Websters who heard about the Coopersmith's name decided to name their baby "Coop.''

"Phoebe will have a field day with this." Cole shuts down his computer. He wondered what to cook for dinner tonight, he was tired of eating sweets. Before he shut down the computer for the night, he found another interesting tibet. That the family matriarch was from a poor background. "Marry into money, smart." Cole read on, he wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything. Once he was done, he left the office for the night; but not before he made arrangements for a flight and hotel to San Francisco. "Gotta look the part." He could have used magic but had to prove he was just some random guy.

"That's it. I'm done." Phoebe closes her textbook. She was looking forward to graduating, this exam was the final one.

"Cheer up you'll pass."

"Easy for you to say, you're a cupid." Coop was helping Phoebe study, he was taking a break from Heaven.

"Yeah." Coop clears his throat. "About that favor." He didn't twist his ring, the future couple walking by didn't need his help.

"The exam is tomorrow. After that, I'm all yours." Phoebe was exhausted. "Mmm. That feels good." Coop was massaging her shoulders. "You sure you're allowed down here?"

''Angels take breaks. Besides The Head Cupid said we're allowed to date. Just as long as we don't shirk our duties." He rubbed her shoulders even more, making her moan in pleasure.

"You aren't using your ring on me right?" Phoebe's eyes were closed.

"I fell for you without an arrow. Sometimes fate happens when it's meant to be." He rubbed her neck. "Not all couples are set up by cupids."

"Lucky them." She thanks Coop. "That hits the spot." She got up to stretch. "You want to get outta here?"

"What about your schoolwork?"

"I'm done." Phoebe knew the material inside and out. "My exam isn't till three tomorrow, wanna grab some dinner?"

"Sure." Coop rarely ate these days, not since he got this job. "Where?"

"My classmate Diane invited me to her cousin's rehearsal dinner. Want to be my date?"

"Sounds fun. I love weddings." Coop blushes when Phoebe takes his hand.

"You might wanna change your clothes. The rehearsal dinner is pretty formal." The Coopersmiths and Holcombes were very influential. She smiled up at Coop.

"I can rent a suit." Coop had savings. "Where?"

"Some new restaurant in town. Can't remember the name."

"I'll be back." After they both looked around, Coop twisted his ring to fade away.

Cole watches from one of Stanford's library aisles as Phoebe walked away. He had a job, Gabriel told him to keep an eye on her.

'Sorry Phoebe. But this is for your own good.' Coop was stepping into dangerous territory. He fades away in a shimmer, he had to keep Coop away from finding out about his true background.

Two Weeks Later

"Here comes the bride." Bree Holcombe hums. She smiled feeling arms around her waist. "It's bad luck seeing the bride before the wedding."

Mitchell Coopersmith squeezes her closer.

"We still have a week." He hoped she won't get mad. "I brought the cake." Bree was always curious about the Coopersmith Family Tradition, her future father-in-law said it was featured in every family wedding for over a century.

"I can't wait to see it." Bree was about to kiss her fiance when she heard arguing.

"Not again! I will not have another ruined wedding!"

"Whoops." His mom must have seen the cake. "Why don't you go back to the party, and I'll try to calm down my mom." Grace Coopersmith was most likely pissed.

"Sure. Don't be too long." Bree goes to join the party.

"It's tradition!"

"It was bad enough for my wedding, I will not have our son's ruined!" Grace needed this wedding to be perfect. She just hoped it wasn't too late. Her Deal was almost due. She had less than a week.

"How's Sam and Mel?" Phoebe was getting ready for her date with Coop, she was wearing her red dress from Chanel. It took months for Billie to pay her back when she ripped it a while back ago. She was getting ready in her old bedroom at Halliwell Manor, her condo was still getting rented out.

"They're fine. Sam is currently looking for a job. But he needs one with flexibility."

"He should apply at Magic School. He has his license. The Headmaster would hire him in a instant." What lipstick should she wear? Phoebe needed to look nice, but not too sexy. She needed to make a good expression. Choosing a light red gloss, she puts it on.

"Sam and I agreed to raise Mel as normally as we could. We want to send her to a normal school like everyone else." Piper said with exasperation. "So far Sam is waiting for his criminal background check to clear."

"Uh huh." Should she wear her hair up?

"Besides we need to be close to Laura. We want Mel and her to grow up together."

"Good idea." She needed to curl her hair. "You coming to grad?" It was coming up soon, Phoebe couldn't wait.

"All of us already cleared our schedules and hired babysitters."

"Don't." Phoebe missed her nieces like crazy.

"Just till after you walk across the stage. Then we'll have your party in the Manor. Your repairs will be done by then." Piper and Sam already sent them a check.

"Have you guys decided what to do with your money?" Phoebe almost fainted seeing how much Samuel Campbell left Sam and Dean in his will.

"Yep. But I promise you our lifestyles won't change." Hearing Mel crying in the background, Piper and Phoebe say goodbye.

"Give Mel a huge kiss." Usually, Phoebe would insist on baby talk to Mel, but she was running late. "Bye."

"See ya." Click.

Phoebe puts away her cell and hearing the doorbell ring rushes downstairs.

"Well...wow." Coop was wearing a formal sports coat. "Prada?" She knew her designers. Plus she couldn't help but check him out, blue looked incredible on him.

"Rented." He hands her a rose corsage. "I couldn't decide on a pink or red one."

"You made the right choice." Phoebe sniffs the red flower. "Shall we?" Expecting him to use his ring to take them away, she was surprised to see a taxi sitting by the curb.

"I wanted to give you a carriage, but this is the best I could do." Coop sounded almost embarrassed. He jumped when the taxi honked.

"This is fine. Let's go." She was so glad they were wearing designer clothes, both the Coopersmiths and Holcomes were very wealthy, and Phoebe needed to make a good expression.

"I'm not going through this again!" Grace was pacing back and forth. "It was bad enough it was at my wedding, but what would the Senator think!" It's been years, but she remembered the humiliation of the silence her guests gave her when the wedding cake came out at her reception.

"Mom, it isn't so bad." Michell was looking at his own cake, an exact replica of the first Coopersmith Mine. "Remember it's the inside that counts." He never tried it, but his dad insisted the cake tasted better than it looked.

"Besides we already ordered a cake for the wedding." Mitchell Sr was disappointed they'll be breaking family tradition by not displaying the Coopersmith family cake, but he agreed to make his wife happy. "This is a nice compromise." He looked critically at the cake. A true monstrosity, the cake was a dark, lumpy mess.

"Hmph." Grace forces herself to look away at the cake. "Darling, I'm going to say hello to Bree's father. Honey, let's go."

Mitchell was embarrassed when Bree walked in. Seeing the cake, he hoped she wasn't too mad.

"Mitchell come meet my...What the hell is that?" Bree was looking at the chocolate cake.

"A family tradition." Mitchell held his breath for her reaction.

"That cake, is, something else." She looked critically at it.

Mitchell hoped she wasn't too mad. His mom always hated the family tradition.

Bree stared a long time at the cake. She didn't mind it, but her father was another story. She turned back and hugged her fiancé.

"I love it." She felt Mitchell's sigh of relief. "Besides, it's the inside that counts."

"I know. We already have another cake for the wedding, but family tradition is important to my family...Will your parents mind?" His mother hated the cake so much, she refused to display her own wedding pictures in their home, only displaying their anniversary pictures due to her own bitterness of her own wedding being 'ruined' by her own cake.

"I'll talk to my dad." Bree holds him closer. "But I'll bring him over to take a peek."

"Thanks honey." Phew. "I'm going to get some air. I'll be right back."

"Nice place." Phoebe looks up at the restaurant. "Holiday's." She imagined her own family's name displayed instead. "Piper would love this place." She takes Coop's hand. "Let me introduce you to my friends."

"In a minute." Coop saw an older couple arguing, his ring was glowing red. "Mind going inside, I'll be right there." He had to break this up before things went south. He was only a cupid for a short time, but he knew if true love broke up, rumors are a cupid gets suspended.

"Oh, okay." Phoebe was disappointed, but seeing his ring glowing, she knew Coop had a job. "I'll meet you inside."

Coop went to approach the couple, but was stopped by a man wearing a suit.

"Excuse me."

"I wouldn't if I was you." Cole was glamoured, he couldn't risk Phoebe recognizing him.

"I wouldn't what?" He had to hurry, the couple was arguing harder. "Excuse me?"

Cole was holding his arm out.

"You have new orders." Gabriel wasn't in charge of the cupids, but he was good friends with the Head Cupid.

"What?" Coop was staring hard at Cole. "Who?"

"Heaven. Sorry." He knew Phoebe would be pissed Coop had to work, but she would have to understand. "Michael took his cherubs, and Earth needs you guys at the moment."

"But I have a date." Ignoring the couple, he looks back at the restaurant. "What would tell Phoebe?"

"She'll understand." She won't, she'll be pissed. "It won't be long, a few days. The cherubs will be back after their training." Cole had no choice but to keep Coop away till after the wedding. "You'll be back in time for her graduation."

"But."

"I'll talk to the couple. I used to be a divorce lawyer." He saw Coop's look. "I was, but switched to cooperate when I failed to divorce anyone." He looked at Coop who looked conflicted. "Love will overcome anything. Even work."

Coop sighs. He wondered why he was chosen to be a cupid, he was just a man. But he wondered about his background.

"I have to send flowers." Coop knew that won't be enough. Before he faded away, he wondered how did that guy know about Phoebe's graduation? Was he a cupid? Probably, he knew what Coop did for a living.

Cole felt almost guilty sending Coop away, but Gabriel warned him it would be disastrous if he met his birth family. As tempting as it would be to go inside, he needed to break this argument. He walks towards the Coopersmiths who were still arguing. He wasn't a cupid, but he needed this wedding to go smoothly. That way Phoebe and Coop wouldn't dig around too much.

Phoebe was drinking champagne, she kept a lookout for Coop who swore he'll be right back. She looked at her expensive watch, a graduation gift from her father.

"So where's this guy you kept talking about?" Diane was looking forward to meeting him, he was cute. She was a friend of Phoebe's, they attended a few classes together.

"Who?" The hell was he? She downs her champagne and takes out her phone.

'Where r u?'

"That cutie who was giving you a massage at the library last week."

Phoebe didn't answer her, she was busy reading her phone that just pinged.

'Cupid emergency. Forgive me.'

"A cupid." Damn.

"A cupid?"

"He works as a matchmaker." Looks like she just got stood up. She texts him back.

'Better be worth it.'

''A matchmaker? Hmm. Mind asking him if he has any single friends? A date before the wedding at least?"

"I'll ask." Phoebe sighed. So much for her night. She was about to grab another champagne from a passing waiter when a man wearing a fitted suit caught her eye. "Diane? Who's that?" Phoebe didn't recognize him, but something about him was very familiar.

Diane looked up.

"I don't see a ring. He's probably a friend of the Coopersmiths." She looked critically at the suit. "Armani. My guess he's a lawyer."

Phoebe gave him another look. Based on his demeanor, definitely a lawyer. She turned back to Diane.

"If you are going alone, mind if I tag along?"

Cole was talking business with the wedding guests, he was just playing his role. He was glad Phoebe didn't recognize him, he wanted her to move on.

"Senator Frank!" He shakes his hand. "Congratulations." He didn't flinch when the Senator gave him a blank look.

"I'm sorry, have we met?"

"No, but my firm works with the groom's family." Seeing Phoebe walking out, Cole excuses himself. "If you excuse me." He stayed long enough to see the cake, he had to hide his laugh seeing Mrs Coppersmith's red face. 'It's just a cake!' He tells her in his head. At least she and her husband are talking again.

Cole said his goodbyes to a few guests and was about to leave when a familiar face caught his eye.

'Wow. That's someone I hadn't seen for over a century.'

Cole wasn't worried about her seeing him, demons can see each other's true identities. But whatever she was here to collect, it wasn't his problem. Before he left, he took a wine bottle, he figured Gabriel would like a drink.

Grace stares hatefully at the cake. It was the talk of the party, but not in the way Grace wanted it. She needed a drink. Seeing her son and her fiancee, she had to ask if he picked up his marriage license.

Mitchell and Bree were dancing lovingly in each other's arms when they got interrupted by Mitchell's mother.

"Bree, mind if I steal my son for a moment?"

Bree reluctantly moves away.

"Sure Mrs Coopersmith." She steps back to let her future mother-in-law dance.

"I'll be dancing with my dad." Once she was gone, Grace allows her son to take her in her arms for a waltz.

"Mom, you're still not mad about the cake? You know it's tradition." Mitchell knew all too well about the stories, how his mom cried all through her reception.

"It's ridiculous. Your father was dead set on it." Grace shuddered at the memories.

Mitchell just laughed.

"Mom, Bree and I don't care. Her father just wants her to be happy. Besides, Dad always said the guests raved about the cake."

"Hmph. Anyways, did you pick up your license?"

"Tomorrow. Bree and I are going to city hall first thing tomorrow."

"Well hurry. The wedding is in a few days. Your marriage won't be legal without it."

"I will mom. You're such a worrywart." Mitchell looked around for Bree, she was dancing in a waltz with her dad. "Mom, who's that?" He saw a blonde woman tapping Senator Holcombe for a dance.

"Oh no." Grace was hoping she wouldn't be here. The woman must have heard her, she looked over at Grace with a smirk. "An old acquaintance of the family. Excuse me."

The woman was charming the Senator with her jokes when she felt a tap on her shoulder.

"Grace!" She grabs her in a hug. "It's been twenty years. Senator, it was a pleasure to meet you. Mind if I excuse myself?"

"Sure. Grace, you didn't tell me she was a old friend of Mitchell's!" He was smiling charmingly at the blonde, making her giggle. "You said twenty? You must have been very young."

"I was just a baby, but she was well known to us." She gave Grace a reptilian smile, making Grace swallow in fear.

"So you and Mitchell..."

"We met in college. His mom, she spared no expense for her only child. She always spoiled him, especially since the doctors told her she would never be able to conceive. How long ago was that, oh yeah over two decades."

"Jade, it's been years. How about we talk in the garden?" Grace said with clenched teeth.

"Of course." She smiled at Grace, but her eyes were cold. "It's not every day someone with a humble background marry into an influential family. Especially one who couldn't give her husband an heir." She smiles mockingly at Grace.

Grace wanted to punch her. But she couldn't put her guests in danger, especially her son.

"Ahem. The garden is quite lovely, let me show you around." She takes Jade's arm. "Will you excuse us."

They walk across the restaurant to the garden, luckily it was empty.

"What are you doing here?" Grace demanded.

"What's the matter, you don't want me to see that cake?" The demon laughs. "Your debt is due. I'm just here to collect."

Grace sighs.

"You already took one life, why take Mitchell's?" She remembered the wails of that family when their baby died, poor Roberta, Grace had no choice but to hide her baby from that demon. Luckily the demon couldn't tell the difference when they made that switch.

"Jade" laughs.

"Oh I'm not here for Mitchell's life. He was only the nephew. But you didn't read the fine print of your Deal."

"What fine print?" Grace should have known better.

"You made two Deals. One for money and power, and one for a child."

Grace swallowed.

"I had no choice. My husband was going to divorce me if I couldn't give him a heir." The Coopersmiths disapproved of Grace's poor background but allowed Mitchell Sr to marry for love. Grace tried and failed for over a decade to get pregnant, but when the doctors told her it was impossible, she had no choice but to resummon the demon, doubling her Debt. "You can take it all back. Just leave Mitchell alone." She already paid half, she paid off Roberta's schooling and provided her with a healthy trust fund.

"Why would I?" Jade looks over Grace's shoulder at the party. "He's a nice boy. Marrying into a more powerful family. The Holcombes, they should be in the White House by now." She gestured to her friends who appeared from the shadows. "I'm not interested in money, I'm already rich." Her demonic friends laughed. "However, I need more power. Your son, or should I say my future husband, could provide me with it."

"He's nothing! Bree, she is the daughter of the Senator!" Grace felt awful saying that, Bree was a good woman. But her son was her world. "Her family is one of the most powerful in the country!"

"And?" Jade was tapping her foot. "She's not your type. Besides, don't underestimate your son's bloodline." She nodded to her friends. "Get my things, we're moving in." She caresses Grace's cheek, smiling when her hand was pushed away.

"You won't get away with this."

"You signed the ink, no refunds." She flounces through the restaurant's doors to greet her new fiancé.

Grace sighs. She saw that movie, she should have known better. Before she went back inside, she saw Jade introducing herself to Mitchell.

'Please. God. Save my son.'

Lawrence, Kansas

"Can you say Mommy?" Piper coos to Mel.

"Mmh." Mel babbled. "Meh."

"Almost." She wiped her mouth. "C'mon, it's time for your nap." She takes Mel out of her high chair. "Sam, mind cleaning the kitchen?" She needed a nap, she was tired.

Once she was laying down in her bed, she took out her phone to read her messages.

'Hey Sis! The park just opened up its splash zone! I'm sure Mel would love it!'

Jenna came back a while ago from her road trip, surprisingly she didn't talk much about it, saying it wasn't as fun as she thought. When Dean asked if it was worth it, she said it sorta was, refusing to say more about it.

'Already got your old room ready! Looking forward to seeing you all before grad!'

Piper wrote back she couldn't wait to come home, she missed her sisters, especially Phoebe, she couldn't wait to watch her walk across that stage.

'Sheridan keeps trying to boss me around, luckily I work in a different district. Just a warning, she has an ABP on the Impala, guess Dean forgot to pay his traffic ticket.'

Piper sent a text to Dean, letting him know to send his payment to the San Francisco Office.

She was about to put down her phone when she got another text.

"Now what?" She was dead tired. Thinking it was either Phoebe or Paige, she nearly dropped her phone when she saw who texted.

'Baby sis, sorry I never wrote to you for a long time. It's been crazy busy.'

Prue completely disappeared. Other than a few emails and letters, she never came back or called since she left. She didn't even come to see her niece's birth.

'Prue? Why didn't you ever call or visit?'

She kinda understood why Prue left, but always wondered why she never contacted any of them. Andy, she could see why he had to disappear, but Prue could have come home anytime.

'Long story. Remember those visions Phoebe got, I think it's happening soon.'

Visions? More like nightmares. Piper refused to remember hers. Like the night before. Dean killed Sam with a large knife, then ate his heart. Piper was forced to kill him when he tried going after Mel. All their dreams were nightmares, but none couldn't figure out which one was supposed to come true.

'What visions?'

'A former leader of the Underworld is back, she wants to bring her spawn onto the world again. Don't know what her end game is, but find this bitch and kill her once and for all. Can't have another tyrant onto the world.'

'Prue? Prue!'

"Dammit." Prue used a random web number to text Piper, but when Piper tried calling it, it lead to a sex phone line. "You couldn't tell me in person?" She was wide awake now. Forgetting her nap, she had to talk to Sam, she needed to head to San Francisco.

Phoebe was done. She put down her pen, she couldn't write anymore.

"You'll get in." Diane was going to Los Angeles for her residency, she was looking forward to starting her career.

"Easy for you to say, surgeons are a hot commodity. A psychiatrist on the other hand, especially one that specializes in youth and young adults is highly competitive." Phoebe thought long and hard about her career, but when she and Paige talked about what field she wanted to study, they talked about their years in high school. All of them, with the exception of Prue, had the worst experiences. Luckily all three survived, but there were countless others that needed help. "Let's just hope my application was approved." Phoebe decided to stay close to home, she had another nightmare, so she figured nowhere was safe. Besides, she didn't want to leave Paige alone with Sheridan breathing down her neck.

"You'll make it. San Francisco needs a good doctor, why not someone that used to work as an advice columnist? Maybe instead of renting an office downtown, turn your house into your own practice.''

"Maybe. Hmm." Other than Paige, none of them lived in the Manor anymore. None of them wanted to sell it, their home had been in their family for generations. They rented their rooms for extra income and came over to visit, but they couldn't figure out what to do with it long term. "I have to think about it." Even if she could, she needed money. Like a rezoning license for a business, plus permits for construction, running a private clinic wasn't easy. Plus her own life. Would she have time to start a family?

"I'm glad you're coming as my date, but things changed."

"Like what?" Phoebe was busy thinking about Coop as well. Why he was so hot and cold these days? Plus her feelings. Did she love Coop? Did he love her? He said he was cupid, but what about her? Sure his job is to help her find love, but none of the guys he pointed out to her appealed to her. Except him.

"Remember my cousin?"

"Bree, right?" She wondered if there was cell service in Heaven. Magic School did, and it was located in-between everything.

"She's not marrying Mitchell." She looked at Phoebe's surprised face.

"What?! Why?"

Diane shrugged.

"Cold feet? Bree wouldn't tell me."

"The wedding?"

''Still going on." She shrugged again. "I don't know why either."

"Who's the bride and groom?"

"A family friend of the Coopersmith's. Mitchell is marrying her instead."

Huh?

"Okay. Now, I'm confused." Forgetting about Coop, she was paying attention now.

"So am I. Bree for some reason won't explain anything. When I asked my uncle, he said there was a mistake in the wedding planning."

"Who's the bride?"

"Wish I knew. She just came out of nowhere. When you left, she made her appearance at the rehearsal dinner. Presumably to meet Mitchell."

"Hmm." Coincidence? Coop suddenly on duties, the same night as the rehearsal dinner? "So what now? You still going?" She was a friend of the bride's, or so she say, former bride, Bree Holcombe called off her wedding.

"Guess so. Look, you think it's weird, but my family been friends with the Coopersmiths for years. They helped finance my father's election campaigns. I have to be there but as a guest, not a bridesmaid this time." Diane was just as mystified as Phoebe, but she didn't want to upset her uncle who was best friends with the groom's father.

"At least I won't be sitting alone." Other than her convocation, what was next? Her residency, it would take months to hear an answer. She needed to do something with her time, maybe get a job? She looked up when Diane was snapping her fingers at her. "You say something? Sorry." She forced herself to listen, especially since it was good practice before she worked professionally as a doctor for a few years.

"All I said is would you like to work as a assistant caterer? I know it is a big ask, but the caterer's assistants all quit, and the Coopersmiths are getting desperate."

"Me? I don't know anything about catering. My older sister, she's the chef of the family." She could imagine Piper's face hearing she was asked to work for two prominent families as a caterer.

"If you're worried, don't. It's easy. Everything's being taken care of, all we need you to do is deliver and help set up. The pay is excellent, and my family and the Coopersmiths can give letters of recommendation to any hospital you apply for."

It sounded easy. Plus letters of recommendation? One thing Phoebe learned over the years, take advantage of everything you can.

"Deal." She smiled when Diane squealed.

"Yes! I'll give you the address, it's Holiday's that's catering it. Guy's name is Chef Moore, he's doing everything."

"Okay." She had no trouble setting up or dropping off trays of food. "When do I start?"

"Tomorrow. The wedding's in a few days, but there is so much to do. Catering, the ceremony, the reception, the list goes on. My dad wants to run for a seat in the Senate, especially for House Speaker. This wedding, a lot of powerful people are attending."

"No pressure then." Maybe she should hire her own assistant. "Then I better get started, head to Holiday's, see what I need to do."

Piper was trying to call Phoebe who wasn't answering.

"Dammit!" She knew Paige was working, as a rookie cop, she worked random shifts. But Phoebe's exams were over, and Piper knew she was available.

"I'm sure she's fine." Sam was cooking dinner, with Piper watching over him, Sam insisted he learns to cook for Mel's sake. "She's probably with Coop." Sam was happy she was dating again, Phoebe deserved to find someone to love. Although he wondered if Coop was only doing this so Phoebe could move on since he wasn't exactly human anymore. He pushed down the thoughts about Leo, he was a whitelighter that broke Piper's heart when he was forced to choose his duties, and again when he died.

"Maybe." She couldn't take the thoughts of Prue out of her head. She contacted Piper, but why? Piper couldn't help but wonder if that was really her, or a someone else.

"Piper? Honey?" Sam was looking lost. "How much pepper do I put in? One or two tablespoons?"

"What? No!" She takes the pepper away. "That's black pepper. The recipe says peppercorn, just a teaspoon." She pushes the thought of Prue away. "You're doing fine, just have to watch the ingredients carefully." She remembered her Grams teaching her how to cook, Penny was amazing at it.

"Whoops! Sorry. Dean and Dad did most of the cooking when we were young. I never had a chance to learn properly."

"What about home ec, didn't you take it?" She always wondered about Sam's childhood, Sam rarely liked talking about it, saying it didn't matter.

"Yeah, but I barely passed. It was sewing that saved my grade, my teachers were impressed with how well I could stitch. It helped me and Dean whenever we had to play doctor."

"Forget I asked." She didn't like the idea of Sam being on the road, hunting was dirty and messy. "What about your mom?" Mary Winchester, Piper always wondered who she was. Neither Sam nor Dean talked about her much, maybe because Sam was only a baby when she died in that fire. She watched carefully as Sam stirred the cooking pot.

"She burned hot water. The only time I seen Dad smile talking about Mom is how she ruined toast. Everything was either undercooked, burnt, or delivered. The only thing she did well was that casserole of hers."

"Winchester Surprise." Piper tried her best to recreate it, although she didn't care for it. But she knew how much it meant to Sam. Her, Dean, and Jenna wanted both Mel and Laura to have a connection to their late grandma. ''Maybe next time you can cook it for us." She sighed.

"I'm sure Prue is fine. As she said, you told me she was busy." Piper and Sam didn't want to keep secrets from one another anymore and told each other everything. "Maybe she found out something and would come home soon."

"Maybe." Piper missed her sister like crazy, like Dean was to Sam, Prue took care of both her and Phoebe whenever Grams wasn't around. She was the one that showed both how to deal with womanly issues, as well as talking to boys when they were teenagers. "We have to get ready to pack, Phoebe's graduation is in a few weeks." Piper was so proud of her. "I hope Prue comes home for that at least." They were staying at the Manor, although it will be very crowded with everyone there.

"She will." Sam said confidently.

"How do you know that? She wasn't there for Mel's or Laura's births. Or any other milestone." What was Prue running from? Was it so bad she never visited or called? She was a powerful witch, she could hide from everyone using her magic.

"She helped raise you both, I'm sure you'll see her soon. She'll probably surprise you."

"Maybe." Piper cheered up. "I'm going to check on Mel, keep stirring the pot, slowly." Sam was splashing it a little too hard.

"Sorry." Sam knew how choosy Piper was with her cooking. "If Prue writes back, tell her I'll make extras!"

Piper put Mel in her playpen while she checked her email.

There were a few messages from her boss, saying he was debuting a new recipe and wanted Piper's input, a few spams, plus a new message from Phoebe.

'Piper, I have news! Guess who was just hired as a caterer! Moi! Caterer to two of the most powerful families in San Francisco for a wedding!' A firework emoji followed the email. 'I know I'm supposed to be a doctor, but until then, maybe I can do this in the meantime. XOXO. I'll tell you about the details after the wedding! Later!'

"Oh HELL no." She knew Phoebe well. She was a decent cook, but her pancakes alone won't suffice. "Sam! Call Jen, ask her if her nanny is available, I need to go to San Francisco right away!" She hated to leave her family behind, but no way was Phoebe doing this alone. She packed quickly, she was only staying long enough to help her sister out. She used her magic, personal gain, but she figured she'll make it up eventually.

Coopersmith Estate, a middle-aged man was looking through the Gates. He jumped hearing a voice by his ear.

"Can I help you?" The intercom spoke.

"I'm here to officiate the Coopersmith/Spencer wedding, I need to finalize the details with the family." The hunter was wearing a priest outfit, he was undercover. He was wearing a long black robe, it was the only way to hide his stash of weapons.

"Come on in." Father Trask got back in his car and drove inside. His mission, the one he spent his whole life training for was about to be completed. "Bless you." Hecate was going to die, or whatever that demon's name was. He had to stop her spawn from being born, he was not having another Apocalypse. At least before The End. He looked at the cross hanging on the widow. "Lord, give me strength." The world wasn't ready yet, they needed more time to train. He drove in, he had to stop her before she mates with her human of choice.

Phoebe was excited to see what her tasks were. Was she doing to carry trays of food, bartend, clean? Whatever it was, Phoebe was ready. She knocked on the door of the closed restaurant. When she saw an employee looking out she waved.

"Hi! I been sent here to assist Chef Moore? Name's Phoebe Halliwell." She silently squealed when the door opened. "Hi. Diane Holcombe recommended me for the job."

"Come in, we're really behind and need all the help we can get." The worker let Phoebe in. "Chef Moore had an emergency and left everything to us, but since you're the only other employee, you're in charge of the cooking."

Phoebe stopped dead in her tracks.

"Whoa. I'm just an assistant. I thought the restaurant had insurance for something like this."

"It does, but the contract also says the Head Chef can decide on what to do. Since you're second in command, you can look over the menu."

Phoebe thought about the amount of pay the family was offering her.

"I should have asked for more." No way was she doing all this cooking by herself. "Mind if I make a call?"

"You're the boss." The waitress walks away.

"Hello?"

"Piper? I need help."

"What? Is it a demon?"

"No, although that would be easier." She sighed. "I been hired to be an assistant, but Chef Moore apparently flew to France." She was looking at his calendar in the kitchen. "I'm in charge of cooking for over two hundred of two of the richest families in the city! I need help!" She was reading the list, bastard didn't leave her any recipes. "The wedding is in a few days, and I have no idea what to do."

"You say you're in charge?"

"Yeah?"

"You need help?"

"Thank you. Thank you. I owe you big time." Piper was an excellent cook. "I'll pay double. Wait. Who will watch Mel?"

"Sam is here, we're borrowing Nina for a few days. Don't worry, Sam is keeping an eye on Mel, making sure her powers are hidden."

"How soon can you start?"

"I'm already here."

Phoebe wondered why Piper was in town, but didn't care.

"Come to Holiday's, it's located downtown, I'll give you the address." God she hoped Piper brought Gram's recipe book. Penny Halliwell's late husband wanted to be a professional chef, their Grams always bragged about how Julia Chef learned her most famous recipe from her husband, Allen Halliwell before he died. What should she start with? She looked over at the list. A swan ice sculpture? As well as a dessert bar? "Can you call Paige? Ask her if her ex-employees are available." Sacred Meadows had professional chefs, hopefully, they didn't mind working for a few bucks. "Plus a van." She needed to transport things.

"Relax. I have experience in things like this. I'll make a few calls, remember Prue and I helped run things?"

"Later. I have to get started." She hung up before Piper could say anything else. What should she start with? The ice sculptures, the finger foods, or the signature drinks? Phoebe threw her head onto her hands. She needed help, lots of it. "Relax Phoebe, you've been through worse. Think." She closes her eyes and wanted to slap herself. "Duh." She was a witch. She knew about Personal Gain, but she wasn't doing this for herself, but to save a wedding. She ripped off a piece of paper and wrote a spell.

"To Save This Wedding,

Leave This Redding,

Make Things Right As It Meant to Happen."

There! Her rhyming wasn't the best, but she wasn't being picky at the moment. She opened the freezer to see a huge ice block.

"I doubt I can make a swan, even with magic." She closes the door. She wasn't a cook, but she did work as a party planner one summer. She called a party store and ordered a few trays to rent. The restaurant had a few, but they needed them for their own business. She also called a tailor, her employees needed bows and jackets to wear at the wedding. "In white, with black bows. Size? I'll tell you tomorrow." She had less than a week. She hung up the phone. "I better get started." Since she was in charge, she started making lists.

An amused Cole was watching her from the Veil.

'You always were resourceful, one of the reasons I fell in love with you.' He shook his head at her spell. 'Personal Gain, Phoebe? Tsk tsk.' He wasn't surprised at her desperation. 'You can't use magic on yourself, but that doesn't mean I can't help.' He uses his magic to shape that ice block into a magnificent swan. 'Here, one less thing to worry about.' He had to find Coop, let him know to convince Bree to talk to Mitchell. One way to let Coop know is to let go of his past once and for all, and to finally Phoebe into his heart.

A Few Days Later

"No!" Piper shook her head. "A simmer, not a boil." The wedding was tomorrow, and she and Phoebe were dead tired from getting everything ready. "You, be careful with those watercress sandwiches! The bride has allergies."

"I never heard of anyone being allergic to salt before." It was a pain to find ingredients that had no salt in them, no wonder Chef Moore ran off. Coward couldn't handle things. "How in the world will anyone enjoy this food?" Phoebe ate healthy, but this was overkill.

"Bride likes to stay healthy I guess." She did allow the main meals to have salt in them at least, except she and her bridesmaids required a separate meal including special snacks just for them. "Your ice sculpture, how did you manage to make that?" That swan was exquisite, Piper has never seen anything with such great detail.

"I don't have a clue. Maybe Chef What's His Name made previous arrangements." Phoebe didn't care. "Do we have enough waiters and waitresses?" She needed this wedding to be perfect.

"Relax! I took care of everything!" Phoebe was in charge, but Piper was her silent partner. "Everything is on schedule. By tomorrow night, everyone will be sending you their letters of recommendation, Doctor Halliwell." She was so proud of Phoebe.

"Doctor Halliwell. I like the sound of that." Phoebe still couldn't believe it. "In a few weeks, I'll be wearing my grad regalia." She tried to stay humble, but she couldn't help but be excited. "Once I get that degree, I'll be a grown-up." She finally figured it out. Her end goal.

"What about love?" Piper knew how important family meant to her.

"Eventually." She knew what her heart was telling her. "But for now, let's finish these sandwiches." She never heard of breadless watercress sandwiches, but what does she know? "The bride is having her bachelorette party tonight."

"She better enjoy them." They were cooking only the desserts and finger foods, the main courses were being cooked early tomorrow before the wedding. "Heads up, it's Mrs Coopersmith." She whispered. Piper went back to making the desserts.

"Wonder if she's related to Coop?" She whispered back. She highly doubted it, Coop had a different last name.

"Is everything on schedule?"

"Yes it is." Piper lightly kicked Phoebe with her foot. "You're in charge, remember!" She hissed.

"Almost everything. Tomorrow, we'll be preparing the main courses." The caviar, the roast ducks, the rack of lamb. Thankfully Phoebe was in charge of the vegan dishes. "We'll have everything ready in time for the wedding."

"Excellent." Grace looked around in sadness. This was supposed to be a happy event, instead of her son marrying his true love, he was marrying a succubus. She twisted her rings. She never regretted having her son, but her money and influence made her life hell. She grabbed a scone and walked out.

"Phew. What was that about?" Phoebe was an empath and felt the heaviness that woman was carrying.

"What was?" Piper was wrapping the lettuce leaf around the watercress, as well as putting on the sauce.

"Nothing. Probably stressed about the wedding." She doubted it, that feeling was too sad to be stressed. She brushed it off, she had to finish these sandwiches.

Bree Holcombe was having a coffee at a random coffee shop, she refused to go to her favorite place to avoid gossip from her friends and acquaintances on why she was allowing another woman to marry her fiance.

"Why would you say anything? Who is this woman?" Her fiance took her to a private room to tell her it was over, it was the night after the rehearsal dinner.

"I just can't marry you anymore." Mitchell's voice wasn't cold, it sounded empty like he was brainwashed. "I just don't love you anymore."

"I don't believe that." She knew he still loved her, deep down. "If it's cold feet, we can postpone it." She knew her parents won't be happy, her father invited his friends. "Anything to make you happy." She'll be glad to marry him in City Hall to put his mind at ease. Before Mitchell can say anything back, they were interrupted by Mitchell's mother.

"I think Mitchell already explained everything." She said coldly.

"By marrying a woman he just met?" She looked deep into Mitchell's eyes. "If you don't love me, explain why. And I'll walk away." It pained her, but she needed to hear it from his lips.

Michell was looking at her, but also not looking at her. It was like he was so far away.

"It's over. I'm marrying Jade."

"You heard him. Now leave. Jade will be here shortly." Mrs Coopersmith said in a defeated tone.

"Fine." Her heart breaking, she walked out of the Coopersmith Estate. Before she drove away, she saw that blonde that crashed the party the night before smirking at her. She blamed the sun, but she swore she saw her and her bridesmaids' eyes go black. Her eyes tearing up, she drove away.

To avoid any questions, she simply told everyone she and Mitchell parted ways, that neither was ready to marry one another. When they asked about Jade, who she was, all she said is ask Grace.

Before she walked out of the coffee shop, she bumped into a man who was just walking in.

"It's not too late.''

"Excuse me." She needed to leave before she started crying.

"Follow your heart."

Coop watches as Bree walks away with her coffee. His ring glowing, he knew she listened to his words.

"I hope you follow your heart. Michell needs you." Coop didn't know why he cared, many couples broke up, even with cupid's bow. But he knew, their relationship was special. He needed a break, maybe he could see Phoebe. Before he left, he was stopped by an invisible force. "Okay. Okay." Phoebe was working at her catering job. Coop almost forgot. He'll wait till after the wedding. He decided to head to a nearby park instead, maybe there were couples there he needed to set up.

An invisible Cole watches as Coop walked away. He hated the guy, he had Phoebe's heart. But for both their sakes, it was better that Coop stay away from his biological family, for Coop's own good. Hecate, she was bad news. That Grace woman made a huge mistake making that Deal, she should have gone to a Crossroads instead. That way, only her soul was damned.

Jade was humming as the seamstress worked on her dress.

"Jade, the dress is beautiful. You have good taste." She did, the demon was vain and chose a visage of a beautiful woman to seduce men. "You'll be the most beautiful bride."

"Why thank you. I know it will knock Mitchell off his feet." She giggled.

Grace smiled uncomfortably.

"The menu, there's been a change."

"Just as long as our accommodations are met." Referring to her bridesmaids and herself.

Grace swallowed her fear.

"Don't worry, the caterers made sure there was no cross-contamination in your food. It is safe to eat. But there is a change. Chef Moore, he was unable to cater." The lucky bastard was in France.

"WHAT!" She stomped down the pedestal, startling the seamstress who accidentally left a needle on her leg. "Then who's catering?"

"A friend of the family. My son's godfather, his ni2ece recommend her." She hoped she wouldn't kill the poor woman.

"Take me to her. I want to make sure my wedding isn't ruined."

"As you wish. Jeffrey! Take Ms Spencer to the kitchen. Introduce her to the caterer."

"As you wish."

Phew. She prayed to God that He forgives her.

The seamstress breathed a sigh of relief when the needed fell out of her leg. She quickly packs up, a bridezilla she can handle, but not a monster.

Phoebe and Piper were setting up the trays when Jade stomps in with her maid of honor.

"Who's in charge here!" She boomed.

Piper, Phoebe, and everyone else looked up. Piper couldn't help but point at Phoebe.

"Um, I am." Phoebe forced herself to be professional, she used her psychological training to appease her. "I been following your instructions to a T. Everything you asked for, I made sure everything was made perfectly, and was very careful not to cross-contaminate." She nodded to Piper. "My partner, she's a professional chef, as well as owning her own catering business." She ignored Piper's glare. "She's been with me every step of the way."

Piper smiled charmingly at the bride.

"My partner, (Piper couldn't figure to strangle her, or thank her for not calling her an assistant, although she kinda was) she made sure she followed Chef Moore's instructions and made all the proper arrangements. As you can see, we have your snacks ready for your party this evening, as well as everything for your liking." She gestured to the various foods. "By tomorrow everything will be ready." Piper held her breath.

Jade walks over to one of her sandwiches and takes a bite. Both Phoebe and Piper held their breaths.

"Delicious! You can almost taste the salt."

"I assure you, NO salt is present." Piper made sure of it. Every one of the sandwiches was made separately away from everything else, Piper and Phoebe made sure their work area was safe from cross-contamination. Piper looked at the dress. "Is that a Shiro?" Piper usually didn't know any designers, but she seen that style in New York when she was looking for her own gown.

"Probably. It was a gift from Grace."

"It looks lovely on you." Piper was almost jealous, her own wedding was a near disaster. Figures Prue would steal the spotlight.

"Thanks." She looked at the various foods. "Everything is on schedule?"

"Yes. As you can see, everything is right on schedule. Your snacks for the bachelorette party will be ready and chilled by tonight. Ow!'' Piper glared at Phoebe.

"The groom, what kind of foods would be like for his own bachelor party?" Phoebe had to take charge before Piper took all the credit.

"Oh, he rather be out with his friends for one last hurrah." She turns around and flounces away.

"Phew." Both sisters were holding their breath. "Talk about demanding." Jade didn't seem like a typical bridezilla, but she made the sisters nervous. "Hope she enjoys the food."

"I'll be more concerned about the wedding." Diane said her cousin called it off, but Phoebe had a nagging feeling Jade wasn't who she said she is.

"What do you mean?" Piper listened to Phoebe more about her opinions, other than her power of an empath, she could read people better now.

"It's nothing. Let's finish this, our shift will be over soon." Phoebe wanted to get the hell out of there, something about Jade creeped her out.

Bree had no idea why she was here. Mitchell made it clear it was over. She remembered the voice in her head.

'Follow your heart.'

She loved Mitchell, she really did. She had the know if it wasn't too late.

"Fuck it." She knew every entrance there was. She just had to make sure Jade and her cronies didn't see her. She stole a uniform from the catering truck and snuck in.

Father Trask was bidding his time. He didn't do anything rash, he didn't want to reveal himself just yet. He didn't talk to anyone, instead he was studying ''Jade," the evil demon disguised as a beautiful woman.

The Secret Order, Trask spent his whole life in it. A secret group of self-described holy men used their skills as hunters to hunt down the most evilest creatures. They were different from ordinary hunters, they ignored most monsters, only fighting demons instead. Most, if not all worked as Priests, they took their orders only from Vatican City. Considering themselves as the Warriors of God, they swore to rid the world of evil. Hecate, or whatever it was calling itself, was here on Earth to once again spring her spawn onto the world.

"Not if I can stop it." Her last spawn was believed to be the one that inspired Bram Stoker's Dracula. Rumors were there were other demon hybrids in the world, but his first priority was Hecate. He takes out his dagger and sneaks up the stairs. Luckily security was on the grounds outside, which made his job easier to do. He just hoped she didn't already mate.

"Mitchell? Oh god." Bree couldn't help but tear up. Mitchell was lying in bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. What did they do to you?" She thought about the last time they saw each other, the rehearsal dinner. He was proudly bragging about his family tradition, and Bree lied and said she loved the cake. "I shouldn't have lied. Was it the cake?" She sobbed. "I'm sorry." She hugged her ex-fiance. "Please. If...If you say it is over, and mean it, I'll walk away. Forever." Bree felt awful saying that, but Bree wanted nothing but Mitchell's happiness. She was so busy crying over Mitchell, she didn't hear his bedroom door opening.

"You shouldn't be here." Bree looked up to see Grace standing in the doorway.

"I needed to see Mitchell." Bree looked back at him. "Why is he's just lying there? Is he sick?" If it wasn't for his eyes being open, she would have thought he was in a coma.

"He's resting." Grace knew why he was lying there, Jade wanted him rested and ready for her ritual. "You need to leave. Now." Grace needed her out of there before Jade found out.

"Just one more minute." Bree brushed his cheek. "I love you. I always loved you. Mitchell, if you don't love me anymore, I want to hear it." She almost cried when he turned his head.

"Bree?"

"Mitchell?" Unfortunately, their reunion was short-lived when they were interrupted by Jade's bridesmaid.

"You need to leave. Grace call security." Kirsten ordered.

"Don't bother. I was just leaving." She tenderly touches his lips, tearing up when Mitchell looked in her eyes, his eyes staring into hers. His eyes didn't look blank anymore, they were looking at Bree's with love. She knew, without a doubt, Mitchell still loved her. "Mitchell!" Before Kirsten grabbed her, she begged Michell to listen to her words. "Mitchell! It isn't too late! I love you! And I know you love me too!"

"Let's go! Grace call the police."

"Yes." Grace walked over to the phone on the nightstand. "Security, call the police. We have an intruder."

"MITCHELL!" Bree screamed. "WAKE UP!"

"What's going on out there?" Both Phoebe and Piper were packing up to go home for the day. They saw the security running in from the kitchen doors.

"Break and enter?" She overheard them talking about an intruder. "Let's go home, I want to call Sam, make arrangements for everyone." The Manor was big, but Piper knew it would be impossible for everyone to stay under one roof.

They went out the servant's entrance, the same door the security ran in from, Phoebe parked near the gates.

"What a way to start your happily ever after." She commented. "A robbery."

"That's what insurance is for." They walked down the driveway, getting startled when they saw a body falling out the window.

Bree had no choice but to leave the grounds, she heard the alarms and didn't want to get arrested for trespassing.

'I'll save you. I swear.' Seeing Mitchell's eyes, she knew he was in trouble. But couldn't figure out how. Drugs? Maybe. But he was so clean, aspirin was off-limits to him. Their drinks at the rehearsal dinner were sparkling cider and not champagne. She allowed the security to escort her out, she was too tired to fight.

Father Trask opens the door to see the demon looking out the main bedroom. He took out his poignard, this was it. He had to destroy her once and for all.

"I was wondering when you'll show up." Hecate was looking out the window. "I saw you earlier, you had plenty of time to kill me."

Father Trask didn't say a word, he was not going to play her game. Instead he comes closer.

"Not a talker? Figures. Guess communicating with a demon is beneath you." She calmly turns around. "Nice. I hadn't seen that weapon for over a thousand years." That dagger was meant to vanquish all evil. Nevertheless, Hecate didn't care. He wouldn't be the first Priest to go after her. "Did you buy that or steal it? Whatever, I don't care."

"Hecate, I banish you from this world." He holds up the poignard.

Hecate yawned.

"into te, malum, ad nihilum reduco." (I vanquish you evil one back to nothing.) Before he could finish the job, a woman appeared behind him and snapped his neck.

"They always insist on chanting that stupid verse." Hecate/Jade mused. "Get him outta here, I don't want my perfect day ruined."

The sisters watch helplessly as the body slammed onto the ground.

"Oh god. He was a priest." Phoebe saw the white collar on his black shirt. She crossed her chest.

"That explains the alarms. But why?" She saw the dagger beside him.

"Guess we have to stay." Phoebe heard the police sirens coming. "Wonder if Paige would show up?" The Coopersmith Estate was in her division.

"Hopefully Sheridan doesn't come around." She always showed up whenever something went wrong.

Paige was bored stiff. Since she was a rookie, she mostly did mundane work, such as ticketing cars and doing traffic stops. She wasn't alone, she was traveling with her partner, a seasoned cop, Officer Harris.

"You paying attention, Rookie?" She saw Paige daydreaming.

"Uh, yeah. Sorry." Paige's mind was so far away. She couldn't help but wonder what was next. "You say something?" Now what. She fulfilled her 'thing.' She became a police officer. But the hole in her heart was still empty.

"You know you have to be on your toes at all times. Daydreaming will get you killed." She scolded.

"Sorry." Paige was a witch, she should know the rules by now. She forced herself to pay attention. "So how long were you a cop?"

"Since you were in grade school." She said dryly.

"No way." She was what, forty-something? "Why are you on a beat?" She was old enough to be a detective if not a lieutenant by now.

"Look around, who will watch over these people?" Paige looked around and saw many people down on their luck. "It's not an easy job, but I stick around to keep the peace."

"Wouldn't being a detective be easier?" She thought about her old friend and comrade Daryl Morris. He told countless stories about his time as a beat cop. How he was forced to work harder than anyone else because of racial reasons. He always said they would always have it easier than him, her boyfriend Mason said the same thing. "A detective could go anywhere, go undercover."

"Like your friends, Trudeau and Morris?" She smirked at Paige.

"So, you...know about... us?" How famous are they? She squirmed.

"You mean the stories about your family's shenanigans? Trust me, you're not so bad."

"What do you mean?" Paige saw a scrawny man light up a pipe as they drove by. She turned her head and pretended not to see anything.

"I seen families broken up, friends killing one another over drugs, teens forced to work the streets, the homeless getting driven away by rich developers. Sure your family is odd, but I seen worse."

"You said you know Andy and Darryl." They were in a different division. They stopped at a traffic light.

"We all graduated together and worked those routes. Darryl anyways, Andy met a woman while attending the police academy. When they got married, he moved to Portland."

"Andy was married?" Prue never told her. "So much I don't know."

"Guess so. But I was partners with Darryl. We worked the beat for a few years, then when a promotion came up in a different division I convinced Morris to take it."

"Why didn't you?" Paige was curious now.

"It's getting late, and I need a coffee. What would you like on yours." Before Paige could answer, they were interrupted by the police radio.

"We have a 133, with a possible 141, 3345 Presidio Drive." Hearing that, Harris picks up the radio.

"This is car 341. We're on our way." She puts the speaker down. "Kid, you want to stop issuing tickets, it begins now."

"Sweet! Oh, I mean. Let's go." Paige felt her face getting warm. Her partner gave her an amused look. A dangerous person as well as an accident? Finally! Sure it was only her first month, but Paige was looking for excitement. She didn't attend Police Academy to issue tickets and traffic violations.

Traffic was light, to Paige's relief. But even so, it took them twenty minutes to get there. Once they pull up to the gated community, they pull in. Paige saw a blonde woman driving away in a white Mercedes but didn't think much of it, this was an exclusive neighbourhood.

"Damn."

"Yep." Harris agreed.

Paige dated wealthy men before, Charles, Richard, her fling from Berkeley, but she never got used to seeing so much wealth at once.

"Done gawking? We have a case."

"Oh. Yeah. I mean yes ma'am." Paige forced herself to be professional. Once they pull up to an estate, the security guards let them in. She saw people milling around, but it was two figures that caught her eye. "Phoebe? Piper?" Great. Hope this wasn't demonic. Paige wanted to be normal for once.

"You know them Matthews?"

"My sisters." She saw their uniforms. "Guess Phoebe called Piper for the catering gig." She was wondering why she took that job, Phoebe was a good writer and psychic, but cooking? She wasn't on Piper's level.

"In that case, I'll have to ask for backup." She opened her scanner. "We need an ambulance, possibly a coroner. Also, need backup. 10-78. Over."

"Roger."

"Sorry Matthews, this isn't your gig." She looked apologetically at her partner.

"WHAT?! Why?" She was here, why not? Isn't solving crimes what a cop does?

"Conflict of interest. Besides, this doesn't seem like an ordinary accident." They get out of the car.

"What do you mean?" Guy was dead, his eyes were staring wordlessly at nothing.

"The distance. No way did that guy jump over eight feet from the second floor, especially when breaking the window." Harris saw the white curtains blowing harmlessly out the window. ''He would have fallen straight down, plus look at the shards. They are close to the house."

"You're right." Paige looked at the scene. "There were reports of an intruder?" She looked at her sisters who were shaking. "A priest?" She looked up and saw a blonde woman staring out the window. "Where's the blood?" She took her classes, and watched a lot of crime shows. Glass shards would cut someone. "Oh great." She saw Sheridan pulling up.

"The Great White Shark." Harris didn't know her personally but knew her by reputation.

"You know her?" Great.

"Don't let her intimidate you. She's tough, but she's in the same field as you." She straightened herself. "Inspector."

Paige immediately straightened herself as well, keeping herself neutral, she tried to look professional.

"Hello Inspector. Nice day isn't it."

"It is. Funny that when something happens, all three of you are around." She was looking at her as well as her sisters who were looking away. "What happened here? A dead priest? Interesting." Sheridan saw a dagger beside him.

Paige was NOT going to let her scare her.

"This isn't your district, I think we can handle it." She didn't flinch when Sheridan gave her a stare.

"This area borders the county line." She looks at Officer Harris. "Can you fill me in on what's going on?" Before she could answer, the entire area froze.

"Piper? What happened?" Paige walks over to the dead priest. "Neck's broken." She saw accidents before, especially when fighting evil.

"I don't know. Phoebe and I were just about to go home when we saw him flying out the window. Phoebe, is there any way you can get a premonition?" She was looking at the body.

"I can try." She didn't want to touch the priest, but she did pick up the dagger. Instantly she got a vision.

She was in a hospital, a woman was giving birth. But when she saw the doctor's horrified face when the baby came out, she saw the nurses getting possessed. Not by demons, but something else. They all bowed down to a hideous creature.

"Phoebe?" Phoebe was shaking.

"This wasn't an accident, this was murder." She hid the dagger in the back of her pants.

"Huh?"

"Great. What did you see." She was only here for a visit and already her life was getting complicated again. She should have stayed home.

"I saw a monster. But not an ordinary one." She was looking down at the priest. "I think he was here to stop it."

"Tell us later! There's more people coming." Paige heard police sirens. "Stand exactly where we were."

Piper and Phoebe run back to their positions just as the street unfroze, no one the wiser. Except for Sheridan who was looking at the ground in disbelief.

"I swore..." Wasn't there a dagger? She only looked away for a second.

"Inspector?" Sheridan worked for another district, but unlike the others, Harris wasn't afraid of her. "What would you like us to do."

"I'll interview the homeowner, make sure no one leaves." She gives the sisters a suspicious look.

"Yes ma'am." She gestured to Paige. "Close the area, we can't contaminate the crime scene."

"Right away." Since Paige was only a rookie, she had to do the grunt work. She went to her cruiser and put up crime tape, letting everyone know this area was now off-limits.

"Now what?" Piper knew Phoebe had the weapon in her pants. "You won't fool Sheridan."

"I know. But if you saw what I saw, Sheridan will be the least of our problems." She wished she took a longer look at the face, the baby was hideous. "I already have a plan." She wasn't dumb, she knew she'll be searched.

"Whatever it is, we better stick to our routines." Piper smiled charmingly at a detective who came over to ask questions.

"Father, Trask?" Sheridan was looking at her notes. "You said he attacked you?" She was interviewing Jade who was shaking in the study.

She was trembling in Kirsten's arms, she was clearly frightened.

"I don't know why he was there. To rob us? I'm not even married yet!" She sobbed in her best friend's arms.

"Shh. Shh." Kirsten brushes back her hair.

"The window. Explain everything step by step." Sheridan wasn't dumb, she saw right through the facade.

"He lunged at me, with that...that knife! I screamed next thing I knew, the window was broken." She cried harder.

"It's over. He can't hurt you anymore." Kirsten assured her.

"And you are..."

"I'm her best friend, as well as the Maid of Honor."

Grace finished talking to the officer. She was almost honest, she said she was laying down in her room with a headache when she heard the alarms blaring. She looked out the hallway to see security running out the back. When she looked out her window, she saw the dead priest.

"Look. Will this take long? We have a wedding to prepare."

"Of course." The officer closes the book. Rich people were all alike. A dead body is found, and it's a minor inconvenience. "Here is my card, call me." Detective Bellard had a feeling something was up, she saw the crime scene from Mrs Coopersmith's window. No way in hell was this a suicide. She went downstairs to talk to any other witnesses, she had to see if this was an ordinary case. If not, she had a feeling this was something else. As she walked down the marble stairs, she wondered if there was a justice system for the supernatural.

"We were just leaving for the day. Next thing we knew, there was someone flying out the window." Phoebe was telling the cops what she saw. "It was so fast, we didn't have time to react."

"And you are.."

"A caterer. My sister and I, we're just caterers for the wedding." Piper was talking to another cop. "We didn't see or hear anything, except the alarms."

"Before that, any arguing? Screaming, fighting?"

Phoebe shook her head.

"Just the alarms. Oh, wait. I overheard there was a intruder in the house. Security ran out of the kitchen."

"Okay. But I need to check you."

"I have nothing to hide. Besides, we spent all day in the kitchen." Piper really needed to go home, she was exhausted.

Paige watched as the police and coroner take away the body bag, she wondered what happened here. She was watching over the gates, she had to keep any outsiders out, especially reporters.

"Can you give a statement?" A reporter asked. The Coopersmiths were one of the richest families in the country.

"No comment." When she saw Sheridan coming out of the house, she pointed at her. "She's the lead Inspector on the case, she'll answer all of your questions." She stayed in her post till Harris sent another cop to relieve her. She saw Sheridan talking to her sisters, and could almost see the vein in her head ready to explode. Oh well, wasn't her problem.

"So you say you never saw anything. No fighting, no suspicious figures." No way in hell was this a coincidence. Sheridan already talked to the Matriarch, Mrs Coopersmith said they were recommended by a family friend.

"Nothing. All we did all day was work. The wedding is tomorrow, and we've been working overtime. Can we go now?" Piper really needed to call home.

"Fine. But don't think you're off the hook."

"Enjoy your day. Phoebe!" She and Phoebe didn't say a word till they were safely in the van and far away from the Estate.

"The hell is her problem?" Phoebe was starting to dislike her even more. Piper was driving, Phoebe was too stressed out.

"She's just doing her job." Piper didn't care about her either. "But she's really pushing it." They were driving back to the restaurant to return the van, then taking Phoebe's car home. "Accusing us of the priest's death! She's really grasping at straws." They stop at a light. "Were you searched?"

"She wanted to, then I reminded her of the law. Stanford thought me a lot of things." She had to take a few law classes. "Besides, I hid the dagger under some napkins." She looked in the front mirror. The napkins she brought back were 'extras' according to the Coopersmiths.

"Good girl. We can't let Sheridan have that blade." She thought about Prue's message. She took a deep breath. "Prue contacted me recently." She flinched when Phoebe started yelling.

"WHAT! When! And you're just telling me now?!"

Piper wasn't afraid of Phoebe, but she didn't blame her for being pissed.

"A few days ago. Look, I didn't talk to her. It was just a few messages. And yes, I tried tracing them, and they all led nowhere." She told Phoebe what happened.

"Was that even Prue at all?" Phoebe was disappointed. Anyone could have sent those. "Are you on a case then?"

"I don't know. I don't even know where to begin. This demon spawn, I have no idea what that means."

"Hell of a coincidence." The canceled wedding, her getting this job out of nowhere, 'Prue' sending Piper that message. "We have a dead priest with that dagger." Her visions. "We need to check the Book."

"And I have to call Sam. Let him know what's up."

"And we'll have to exchange notes with Paige." Phoebe wondered where Coop was. She did promise him she'll help him find out about his past, but right now, they had something more urgent to do.

'Don't give up on love.'

Bree was curled up into a ball, nursing a bottle of Jack Daniels.

"Leave me alone. It's too late."

'Mitchell needs you.'

"He's gone. Grace made sure of that." She still felt the humiliation of getting thrown out. "So much for family." Her own dad fully supported the new bride, telling his daughter that he had some friend's sons he could introduce her to instead. "Love is nothing but a myth." She already took off her ring, it was too painful to look at.

Coop was getting frustrated. This cupid job was harder than it looked. His ring was glowing, a sign that Bree was hurting.

'What can I do? She won't listen.' He tried, but maybe it was too late for Bree.

'You give up now, then you give up on love yourself.'

'It's against the rules.'

'Not anymore. Think about Phoebe. She opened her heart. Don't let her down.'

"Phoebe?"

"That girl at the party?" Bree was looking up.

Whoops. He almost exposed himself. Touching his ring, he had to make Bree listen.

'She can help you save Mitchell. Look her up.'

Coop held his breath as Bree was deep in thought.

"I have nothing else to lose." She throws off her blanket. She put down her alcohol and picks up the phone. "Diane? It's Bree. Can you give me your friend's number? Phoebe. Yeah. I need advice."

Yes! Coop lifted his fist in the air. He saw his ring glowing, which meant she listened to his words.

'You still have work to do. The cherubs are still away.'

'I know. I know.' Coop liked his job, but being a cupid was exhausting. He used his ring to see his next targets, there was a Pride Event starting.

Cole opened his eyes. Phew. That was close.

"You should really mind your own business." Gabriel scolded.

"She deserves to be happy." It pained Cole, but he wanted nothing but the best for her.

"Whatever." Gabriel usually didn't give a shit about anything, but he knew how complicated Cole's and Phoebe's relationship was. "Just stay out of their lives. Otherwise, the price you'll pay will be huge."

"I will. But let me finish this. Then I'll stay out of her life." Cole closed his eyes. Even with his eyes closed, he could feel Gabriel shaking his head.

"Don't say I didn't warn you."

Cole ignored him. He was determined to bring Coop and Phoebe together. He closes his eyes.

Gabriel sighs. Phoebe Halliwell must be very special to Cole.

'I'll give you something back. But after this stay away for good.'

Phoebe Halliwell wasn't the only one Cole cared about, his father, Benjamin Turner needed help.

''Guys? My shift is over! Where are you?!" Paige was only too happy to finish her shift, Sheridan kept badgering her with questions till Harris told her off.

"That's enough Inspector. Matthews was with me all day. The Commissioner and Mayor will only be too happy to hear how unprofessional you are behaving."

Sheridan gave her a dirty look.

"Fine. But I'll be keeping an eye on you."

Paige didn't show any emotions annoying her.

"It's almost shift change. Harris, let's go for that coffee now." She smiled at Sheridan. "Enjoy your day Inspector."

"Guys?"

"Up here!" Phoebe called out.

"Guys, Sheridan keeps asking me about a knife." Paige was breathless from running upstairs. Paige kept dodging her questions, saying she didn't see anything.

"You mean this one?" Phoebe was holding the dagger. "We found the entry."

Piper was reading off the Book.

"Hecate. Self-proclaimed Queen of the Underworld. Comes to Earth every two hundred years to give birth to a demonic spawn to cause havoc on Earth. The dead priest belonged to a secret order to kill demons."

"Men of Letters?" Phoebe guessed.

"No. This order is way older." Piper took out her phone. "Fourteenth Century. They were a sect from the Church that vowed to eliminate all demons from this Earth, working in secret, they swore to stop Hecate from preventing her from bringing back the Ultimate Demon Spawn by marrying a human in a sanctified ceremony."

"But there were demon hybrids already." Cole, that Jesse kid. "Who else was there."

"Can someone fill me in." Paige was lost.

"Sorry. That knife, isn't just a knife or athame. It's a poignard." Piper was reading the Book.

"That's what knights use." Paige saw a few weapons from her ex-boyfriend Richard's family vault. "So he was a knight?"

"Remember the Holy Grail? Knights were holy men. Guess the Priest was one." If only Phoebe knew, she would have helped him. "But who was he after?" Whoever threw him out the window was his killer.

"I doubt the fall killed him." Paige saw his neck. "He was dead before that happened."

"Yeah." They were interrupted by the doorbell ringing.

"I'll get it. Piper, mind filling Paige in?" Phoebe needed a break.

Bree felt stupid being here. She met Phoebe once. But maybe she could fill in what was going on with Mitchell.

Phoebe was startled by who was standing on the other side.

"Can I help you?" What was Bree Holcombe doing here?

"May I come in? It's about Mitchell. I, I think he's in trouble."

"Come inside." Phoebe lets her in.

Sheridan was watching the Manor. She had no idea why Mitchell's ex-fiancee was here, but she didn't care about her at the moment. All she cared about was that dagger. She pulled the security footage from Coopersmith Manor, she had to know where that knife went. The Halliwells must've something to do with it. She drove back to the Police Station, the footage should be downloaded by now.

Bree was sitting on the couch telling the sisters about Mitchell's behavior.

"So he canceled. Just like that? No explanation." Poor Bree. She was crying now. Phoebe handed her a tissue.

"Yeah. He just told me it was over. That he was marrying Jade Spencer."

"The blonde at the Manor." Piper remembered how grouchy she was. "That explains the napkins." She thought it was a typo. The extra napkins, Grace Coopersmith told her to dispose them. "They all said, Mitchell and Bree." The napkins had tomorrow's wedding date on them. "Not Mitchell and Jade." She needed to see Phoebe's contract, she had a suspicion that the menu had Bree and Mitchell's names on it.

"Yeah. I don't know who Jade is. No one ever saw her before, my family and Mitchell's family are very close. If Jade was a family friend, Mitchell would have mentioned her."

"Bree, how long has your family known Grace?" Phoebe had a theory.

"A long time. Maybe over thirty-something years? She married into wealth. Mitchell always called her Cinderella."

All three sisters exchange looks.

"Okay. Bree, you love Mitchell right?" Phoebe had to help Bree and save Mitchell from the demonic bride.

"With all my heart. I love him, and I know he loves me too." His eyes, Bree saw his pleads for help.

"Okay. Paige mind taking her home, plus giving her protection?" Phoebe had some protection charms.

"Sure. Come on. I'll make arrangements for someone to watch over you." Paige told Bree.

"Protection? Me? Why? Is it about my dad?" Her dad was a senator.

"Just trust us." Piper assures her. "By tomorrow, everything will be back to normal."

"Thanks." Bree buried her head in her hands. "Mitchell and I?" She looked at all three with hope.

"Tomorrow. We'll call you." Paige leads her out. Once the door slammed, both sisters talked.

"Doesn't anyone know Demonic Deals are bad news?" Phoebe had a headache.

"Grace must have been desperate. She must have been super poor."

"Then she could have worked for it. Or got a boob job." Phoebe was in a bad mood. "Her Deal wasn't her soul, it was her firstborn."

"I'll call Sam. Ask him to do research." Piper needed an aspirin.

"What about the wedding?" All that work they did. Gone.

"Keep working on it. Someone's getting married tomorrow." Piper was seeing this wedding through. "We'll vanquish Hecate, and her minions."

"But are you sure it's Jade?" Phoebe had to make sure. "Hecate can be anyone. This wedding could be a ruse. Remember my wedding?" She and Cole were married in a graveyard, their baby conceived was evil. "What if the real Hecate was marrying somewhere else.''

"We'll check out every graveyard. I'll make some calls." Piper wasn't going to have her nightmares come true. "When Paige comes back we'll sneak into the grounds, if Jade is innocent, we'll have our answers."

"Sounds good to me." Phoebe runs upstairs. "I'm taking a shower!" She needed to get the flour out of her hair.

"No you don't!" Piper runs off after her. Her hair still had Mel's baby food in it.

Sheridan was watching the footage. Unfortunately, there was nothing to show how the priest fell out the window, but she did see something interesting.

The priest did go out the window, but it was the way he fell that interested Sheridan.

The cameras didn't show the windows, most likely for privacy reasons, but the courtyard had tons of cameras focusing on the grounds outside.

She saw the Halliwells pulling into the driveway, they were pulling out tons of coolers and boxes, most likely food and supplies. She already saw the kitchen's footage, the sisters were inside when the alarms went off.

"That clears you two." Damn. She had custom cuffs made just for them. She saw a blonde woman stomping out the front door, that must be Bree Holcombe. Sheridan made a call to another district, to ask Bree to come in for questioning. "An order of protection? Who authorized that? Paige Matthews? I see." Looks like she would need the cuffs after all. "No, keep her under protection. She is the Senator's daughter. Thank you." She hangs up the phone. Finally! There's the priest falling.

"No way." The way he fell. That wasn't an accident. Even an Olympic runner would have a hard time breaking that window. She had to call the coroner, she swore his neck was at a weird angle when he fell. She made a report, that this was now a murder investigation. Before she shut the footage off, something caught her eye. "I knew I seen a dagger." There was, right beside the priest's head. Then a second later, it was gone. She took note of the time stamps. 5:05, 5:08. Now she has another mystery. Where were those three minutes? She got up. She had to see the body and crime scene herself again. Before she left, a conversation caught her eye.

"Killing the priest wasn't part of the deal?" The footage had no sound but Sheridan could read lips. "The truly rich and their secrets." Now she had a suspect. Grace Coopersmith. She needed coffee, this wasn't going to be easy. She had to investigate two powerful families, and both had teams of lawyers.

Later that night, Phoebe, Paige, and Piper were watching a bachelorette party taking place inside. All three were wearing black, they were undercover.

"You already took care of the cameras?" Phoebe whispered. Ian called and warned them that Sheridan was on the warpath.

"Already took care of it." Piper used her freezing powers while Paige put the security staff under a spell to be docile. "It won't last long."

"We just need proof. Then we'll have our answers." Phoebe tried not to smile hearing Piper's huff.

"That took hours!" Jade's special sandwiches. All were sitting untouched on the dresser in the bedroom. "I went out of my way to make sure salt wasn't in those!" She whispered angrily.

"Deadly to demons." Paige never heard of a salt allergy. But she did hear of water allergies.

"Or, she was busy waiting for the stripper." Phoebe couldn't help but check him out. "Phew. What a bod."

All three couldn't help but enjoy the show. But when they saw "Jade" turn into a demon, they watch helplessly as the stripper was torn apart.

"Guess you were right all along." Poor guy. They couldn't save him. Those particular demons were immune to witches' powers. Phoebe crossed her heart.

"Tempter Demons. Thought they were extinct." Piper read about them, they supposedly lived exclusively in the Underworld. Believed to be wiped out by The Source for being too unpredictable and wild, those demons were also rumored to be too strong for anyone to control. "I doubt our magic can destroy her." She whispered. "That explains why they won't eat food with salt in it." Piper felt better that her food wasn't personal.

"Forget that, how do we kill her and her friends." Paige forced down her nausea when the demons ate his body.

"The poignard." The dagger was beside the priest's body. "We could use that." Phoebe was kicking herself for not bringing it.

"Won't be easy. Only a knight can wield its power." Sam told her what it was. Forged by a swordmaster, it was made exclusively to vanquish true evil. "We have any spare knights?"

"I was a Guardian of the Holy Grail once."

"That wouldn't count. You would need to be Knighted by a Queen." Piper already thought of that.

"Then what do we do."

"Get the hell out of here!" Paige saw one of them turning around. They all disappeared before the demon saw them.

Sheridan was exhausted, she stayed up all night working. Her suspicions were right, Father Trask was dead when he was thrown out the window. But what she couldn't figure out is how he died. A broken neck was the unofficial cause of death, it wasn't legally official till he completed his autopsy. Then the window. Her investigation proves he was thrown out. But eight feet across? She saw the footage. He was definitely thrown out the window by something strong.

"No way did a small woman do this." Not even a team could easily throw a body that far. Especially a window with heavy glass. "The hell is going on in this town?"

"Sheridan. Boss wants to see you." Detective Bellard hands her a coffee.

"Thanks." She takes a much-needed sip. "What does he want?"

"I don't know. But go home, we got this." She was also working on this case. "You know he doesn't like to keep waiting." The Chief of Police wasn't a hardass, but he liked to play by the rules.

"I'll be right there." Sheridan finishes her coffee.

Diana knew why Ian wanted to see Sheridan. She was getting transferred. She sat down to look at the evidence.

'I'm staying out of this.' This was too big for her. Ian was sending Sheridan away for her own safety. She wished the witches luck. They needed it.

"Okay, how will we do this?" It was the day of the wedding, Paige was bringing along Bree, they found a loophole to defeat Hecate. Won't kill her, but the dagger can seal her away for two hundred years. All Bree had to do was kiss Mitchell and have him declare his love for her. They were doing their jobs as caterers, they had to remain undercover.

"We can't defeat them all by ourselves, we have to split them apart." Piper had to separate them. "Find the bride, distract her, and I'll lure the bridetribe." This was extremely dangerous, their ancestors had a hard time defeating them last time.

"I'll just have the bride sample her signature drink." They added holy water in every drink, alcoholic and virgin. "With her being sick, no honeymoon, no sex. No demon baby. Then we'll seal her ass away."

"For two centuries at least." Piper already left a note for her own descendants. Giving explicit instructions on how to spot her. "Go. I'll act suspicious, let them follow me." Hopefully they fell for her trap, Sam gave her special instructions on how to trap powerful demons.

"Good luck." Phoebe hoped this worked. "Dammit." She saw a bridesmaid guarding the door. "Should have brought two drinks." She smiled holding a martini glass on her tray. "Bonjour." She was smiling charmingly but was shaking like a leaf on the inside. "A drink for the bride. I want to make sure the drinks are perfect."

Kirsten gave Phoebe a dirty look.

"No one sees the bride before the wedding. Get lost."

"But this is her signature drink. Before we make the batch for the reception, I want her to sample this one."

"I said NO. Now leave. Or I'll have you fired."

Phoebe was about to argue when she saw Grace Coopersmith walking out of the next room.

"Is there a problem?"

"I just wanted the bride to sample her signature drink." To her dismay, Mrs Coopersmith downed it.

Grace smacked her lips.

"It's fine. But add more alcohol. It's a bit watery."

"As you wish." Damn. She nodded at Grace. "Congratulations on your son's wedding." Plan B then.

Grace wanted to scream for her to come back. But she was helpless. She couldn't help but tear up.

"Aw. Something blue? You're so sweet." Kirsten mocked. "I'll let Jade know about your blessing."

'Help Mitchell. Please. Anyone.' She'll gladly give everything up, but not her son. She went to her husband's study, she knew where he kept the hard stuff.

It was easy to lure the two bridesmaids. All she did was flash her jacket open with the dagger inside. She looked in the hallway mirror and saw them exchange looks.

'That's it. The wine cellar.' She had her trap ready. 'Come on ugly. Let's do this.' Piper told a passing waiter she was getting more wine from the basement.

Piper was terrified. But she hoped this worked. She hid behind some barrels. On cue, the two bridesmaids showed their true faces.

'Come on, just a few more feet.'

She knew her own powers won't work against them. But that didn't mean everything else was immune. Like the wine barrels. She closed her eyes and concentrated.

The two demons grunted as the barrels hit them, making both fly across the room. Piper took out her paper with Sam's instructions.

''These Evil Beings

Cast Them

Into Hard Casing."

The demons turned into gold statues.

'Huh. That worked.'

She knew it wouldn't last, Sam warned her the spell was flawed, plus his rhyming sucked. She had maybe less than an hour. She rushes upstairs, she had food to serve.

Sheridan couldn't believe it. She looked at her contract.

"It's a great opportunity." The LAPD wanted Sheridan as their new Chief for their SWAT Unit. "You always wanted to lead your own department. I would seriously think about it."

"I don't know what to say." Sheridan's positions in both Near York and San Francisco were both important to her. But this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. "What about the Halliwell Women?" She always had a suspicion that Ian knew more than he showed, but her investigations yielded nothing.

"I have my best detectives on the Coopersmith Case." Ian already cleared them, unlike Trudeau and Morris, he was always professional. "Father Trask. He had a few enemies." Ian read his past. Robbery, breaking and entering, then one day he stopped to join the priesthood before his twenty-first birthday when he witnessed a murder. "We'll find his killer." He smiled at her. "We'll miss you. LA. It needs a good officer on the force."

Sheridan thought about her past predecessors. Trudeau was killed on duty. Morris transferred to New York after he was almost killed on a case. The city being overrun by evil. Her dead wife.

"I'll miss you too." She smiled. Her bosses, she won't be under their thumb any more. "Give me the phone."

Ian pretended not to overhear her conversation, but he could hear her excitement. The girls owed him, he had to pull a lot of strings to get her where she was going. Once she hung up, he asked her what kind of cake she'll like for her going away party.

"Red velvet."

"I'll make the arrangements. Congratulations."

"Thank you." Maybe she should forget about her investigation. Everyone who came across them had nothing but bad luck.

"You have a lot of vacation time. I suggest you take it, that way you can get ready to move."

"In that case. I'm starting now. Have a good day." She wanted to celebrate, maybe have dinner at Holiday's. She went to her desk to pack up. Seeing Detective Ballard, she told her about her transfer.

"Los Angeles? Congrats. With you there, the city is in good hands." Diana saw Lieutenant Davis working across the room. With Sheridan gone, her position would be open. Maybe she should apply for lieutenant as well, she was tired of being a detective. She needed to study.

"Thanks." She was dreading her phone call, hopefully, she can convince them that Los Angeles needed a watcher. "Hope you can solve this case." Sheridan went to her desk to pack up. She was looking forward to a fresh start.

Piper was pacing up and down the kitchen. When Paige burst in with Bree.

"About time. The wedding already started." Phoebe's plan failed, but she was watching over the guests just in case.

"What do you want me to say?" Bree didn't know what to do. The voice in her head just told her to follow her heart.

"Declare your love. That will awaken Mitchell." They needed to get rid of the guests. ''Paige, can you do something?" Phoebe can only watch them for so long.

"I can call for an APP. That a suspect was seen at the wedding." Paige did her homework, that MoH Kirsten had several arrest warrants across the state. Los Angeles was looking for her as the main suspect in a double homicide at a different wedding ten years ago.

"Do it." Piper ordered. "C'mon. The wedding is about to end." She grabs Bree's arm.

"Is there any objections? Why these two shall not be married. Speak now. Or forever hold your peace."

Grace looked down. She wished her husband was here, but she sent him away on a work trip. She wished she never made that Deal. At least Mitchell was alive. That Deal she never regretted. She closed her eyes, she didn't want to see Mitchell marrying a demon.

"We object!" Everyone turned around at the voice. Piper was leading Bree down the aisle.

"Mitchell I love you. I always will. Now and always."

Mitchell blinked at her words. His heart awoken, he woke up from his slumber.

"Bree?" He looked around. "Where am I?"

"Why you little witch!" Hecate was furious. She started chanting.

"Hey!" How dare she insult them? Piper was tempted to rip off her dress to humiliate her in front of everyone.

"Per Asteria et Persen, Fac Tibi Pessimum!" (By Asteria and Perses, Do Your Worst!) She threw up her hands, summoning a huge storm. When thunder and wild winds appeared, everyone ran out in fear. "You're coming with me!" She grabs Mitchell.

Paige runs out to warn her sisters, that the police were on their way.

"We'll deal with them later. Bree! Take Grace and hide!" Piper, Phoebe, and Paige run to confront Hecate.

Hecate subdues Mitchell. She was running out of time. Hopefully, her child was her Master Belial, Lost Prince of Hell. She takes off her dress.

"Yikes!" The sisters ran in seeing her about to mate. "The poignard." Phoebe pushes her sisters in the room when she saw Kirsten leading her two minions who unfroze a few minutes ago running down the hall.

"Where is it?" Piper was looking through her jacket. "It's gone." She was about to throw furniture with her magic when she saw Mitchell picking up the weapon.

"Vinto te malum, nihilum reduco." Mitchell watches as all four demons blow up. He saw the blade glowing once the spell was chanted. "Thank you." He was freed.

The sisters watch as Bree and Mitchell embrace a few minutes later.

"Aww. I love happy endings." Phoebe never got tired of love. "Wonder what cupid set them up?" She thought about Coop, how he was curious about his background. Coopersmith? Coop? Nah.

"What are you going to tell your bosses?" The police were swarming around interviewing the stragglers who didn't run off. Piper was glad that their job was done, Hecate was gone forever. But she was annoyed that no one will taste her food.

"There were over a hundred witnesses. People are saying they saw Kirsten running out when that freak storm started. She is now on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted." Paige was willing to make a clone that would die of suicide in her jail cell, but this was better. "Heads up." She saw Sheridan walking up to them.

"Whoops. Gotta go. I have drinks to serve." Phoebe ran off.

"And I have thirty lobsters to distribute." Piper rushes after Phoebe.

Paige straightened herself. Remembering Harris' words Sheridan was a cop just like her. She keeps her face cool as Sheridan stops in front of her.

"Officer Matthews. Interesting way to find a wanted suspect." She was looking around.

"She ran when she saw me. I assume she figured out that I knew who she was. The storm was a good excuse to escape." It was the truth. Sort of.

"Interesting. But that's not why I'm here."

"Really? I mean. Ahem." She forced herself to cool down, she felt her face getting hot. "I will find her, and arrest her myself."

"That's good to hear. But I just wanted to let you know that I'm leaving town."

"Really? Why?" Sheridan saw Paige staring up at her with curiosity.

"Got a job offer down south. You don't have to worry about me anymore." Sheridan was relieved when her other bosses wished her well. They needed someone for the LA Division, saying another agent was getting transferred. "A lieutenant Davidson will be working this division."

"Well. Congrats." Paige shakes her hand. "You'll be missed." She didn't care about Sheridan, but she didn't want her hurt. Darryl and Andy paid very heavy prices working with them. "So what now?" Paige looked around the empty courtyard. All this food and no guests. Wait a moment. She had an idea. "If you excuse me. I need to talk to someone." Why not? Looks like her sisters' hard work won't be a waste.

Grace was sitting on a chair, she should be happy. The bitch was dead. She was free. But she knew, her deals were due. She looked up.

'Take me. Not Mitchell. He is innocent in all this.' Her husband, she hoped found someone. 'Before I go, let me see my son happy.' Her melancholy thoughts were interrupted by a police officer.

"Mrs Coopersmith?" Paige was smiling down at her.

"Yes?" What Paige asked her, for a favor for a friend, she eagerly agreed. "Of course. But on one condition. My son. He and Bree need to marry first."

"No problem. Wait here. I'll get everyone."

Bree didn't care about her ugly sweats, with Mitchell wearing his wedding suit. She was marrying her true love.

"I Bree Holcombe take you as my lawfully wedded husband."

Phoebe was shy performing the wedding, especially with police officers as the guests, but she was the only one that was an ordained minister. Although this was not the first wedding she did, this was the first one that wasn't a publicity stunt.

"Are there any objections?" She looked around, but no one said a word. "In that case, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Piper clapped with everyone else when they kissed. After Phoebe pronounced them Mr and Mrs, Grace stood up and surprised everyone with the news that the reception was also a celebration for Inspector Sheridan's new position as well.

"There's plenty to eat! Have anything you like! Those on duty, we have light meals with nonalcoholic beverages!"

"Alright!" Harris was on duty, but this was once of a lifetime opportunity, she never dined in a mansion before. She heard there was an opening for a detective opening up soon. With Sheridan leaving, Lieutenant Davidson was thinking of applying, which meant Diana Bullard was probably going to move up as well. "Matthews, you staying?" Paige was done early, she was working the late shift tomorrow.

"For a few minutes. I'm going to say goodbye to my sisters." Paige was tired, she wanted to sleep.

Grace was upstairs watching the guests eating and having a good time. Most of the cops already left, but a few of her own friends came back, especially Bree's parents who were startled to know that their daughter was a married woman.

"Hello Grace." Grace turned around at the voice. A handsome middle-aged man was standing by the doorway.

"I made my peace. Mitchell is happy." She saw him and Bree cutting open the wedding cake. A crude replica of the Coopersmith Mine Cake, she wished she appreciated the family tradition. "I just wished I could meet my future grandchild." Her real grandchildren would be human, not a monster.

"You still can." Crowley walked into the room. He didn't make his eyes glow, he wasn't associated with Hell anymore. "You did the world a favor." Belial was one of the earliest demons of Hell and rumored to be the original Prince of Hell. "Your actions saved the world." There was the matter of The Beast, but one thing at a time.

"How? I summoned that thing. I deserved to roast down there." She took another sip.

"One thing I never understood is guilt. What a useless emotion." Crowley took the glass out of her hand and took a sip. "Mmm. Not bad. Drink is smooth. What year?" He took another sip. "World War Two. Alcohol was hard to get back then." He hands her back her glass.

"What do you want?" She polishes off the whiskey, not caring Crowley took two sips out of it.

"To make you an offer."

"Another Deal? Forget it." Grace was done being selfish.

"An offer is different. It is a gift. No strings attached." The Coopersmiths were a very powerful family. He smiled charmingly at Grace. "You can avoid The Pit. Forever."

"I can?" Grace was staring at him now. "How?"

"Just work for me. You neutralized the threat on Earth by having the Charmed Ones vanquish Hecate. With her gone, the bastard is trapped forever in his prison cell." Crowley never met him but heard stories he was hated by his siblings for good reason. All four locked him up when he almost killed Lucifer. How? Crowley wished he knew. "You can start by giving me a neck rub." Earth wasn't the best place, but he saw Paradise in his dream. Feeling those hands, he closed his eyes and pretended Dean was rubbing his neck instead. "You didn't need to make that Deal, you and your husband were meant to be." Hmm. Dean. Crowley wondered why he was thinking about Squirrel so much these days. "Harder. Don't worry, you're not my type. As for your boy, he's a good kid. Reminds me of my own son."

Gavin. Crowley didn't give a shit about him, but he needed an heir. Maybe he should bring back Fiona as well so he could have her as his princess.

'Maybe later.' Crowley wanted to enjoy life. War was on Its way, and he needed all the power he could get. Senator Holcombe, made that Deal with Crowley almost ten years ago to win in politics.

Cole was exhausted keeping Coop away. But he knew Coop learned his lesson. He was waiting for Phoebe, Cole sent a text to her to meet Coop at the park.

"Phoebe!" Coop was so glad to see her. "How was your catering job?"

"Exhausting. I never want to see another dish ever again." She should have read the fine print, that the caterers were also responsible for cleaning. Her and Piper's hands were red and sore from washing and drying so many dishes. "I had to hire last-minute cleaners to help. Cost me my tips." She made a fat bonus, that she shared with her sisters, but she used her share to pay the cleaners, and Piper for her half. "Next time, I'll suggest pizza." She sighed. "I'm so tired."

"Poor baby. Let me give you a massage."

Cole had to squelch his jealousy, Phoebe was meant to be with Coop, not him. Cole forced himself to tell himself this was for her true love.

"You need to move on." Patience scolded.

"I am. That's why I'm pushing them so hard." Cole watches as they walk away holding hands. "She deserves everything."

Patience shook her head.

"And she will." She was the one that knighted Mitchell, it was the only way to keep Belial away from Earth. "It's good being Queen."

"Thirty miles hardly qualifies as a country."

"But as a witch, it counts. I have a few loyal subjects." The Old World, Patience knew there were unclaimed land deeds everywhere. She won one by playing dominoes.

"Enjoy your mud pit." Cole teased. Scotland was gorgeous, but there were lots of dried-up lakes.

"For now." Patience didn't care. "Let her be. Find your own happiness instead."

"She's gone." Cole knew he couldn't find anyone else like her.

"Then find your dad. You have a power of an avatar. With Michael keeping the angels busy you can say hi. Maybe stay for good. Gabriel, he can pardon you and you can finally rest."

"My father?" Benjamin Turner. Cole barely remembered him. But he loved him. "Will he accept me?"

"He died loving you. I'm sure his Heaven is seeing you as a baby. I bet he imagines you as a man."

Cole didn't know what his true happiness was. But the way he clung hard to Phoebe, he realized it was because he wanted a family.

"Dad." He didn't give a shit about Elizabeth, she only wanted Cole to be a status symbol for her selfish gain. "Maybe I can introduce him to some ladies." Cole knew every door to Heaven thanks to the avatars. "Maybe find someone of my own." Cole rarely dated, he was too busy trying to be a big shot. He was alive. Somewhat. He could finally move on.

"Sounds like a plan." Patience smiles as Cole fades away. She sighs.

'Piper.'

She didn't mean to fool Piper, but it was the only way to get her here. Prue was gone. Piper needed to accept that once and for all.

She called a cab to take her back to her hotel. Phoebe's college graduation was coming up in a few days. Patience promised Prue she'll watch over her sisters. They needed a guardian, with Leo gone, and Chris away on a case, they were vulnerable. At least Sheridan was leaving, Patience pulled a lot of strings to get rid of her.

"What's wrong?" Coop told Phoebe to forget about his favor, he didn't want to know anything about his past anymore. Seeing Phoebe made him realize something.

"I don't know." Phoebe felt like someone was watching her. But when she turned around, all she saw was a taxi driving away in the opposite direction. "Must be my imagination. Why are we stopping?" They were by the Harbor, the full moon was huge with the lunar eclipse.

"Coop?" No way. Coop was going down on one knee.

Coop was terrified, but he didn't need his ring to know what was in his heart. When he used his ring to pull a glass slipper out of thin air, Phoebe couldn't help but giggle.

"Really? Why a shoe?" She took off her loafer to let Coop put the glass slipper on her foot.

"A ring is too passé. Besides, this is how Charming proposed." They must have watched that trilogy several times with each other. "Cinderella will you dance with me forever?" Coop was holding his breath. "I'll get you a ring, but I'll need a job first."

''Of course. I mean yes." Phoebe allowed Prince Charming to hold her foot. The shoe was tight, but Phoebe wasn't about to complain. She kisses Coop. "Family tradition is keeping our family name." Penny Halliwell refused to change her last name, Allen Halliwell was the love of her life.

"Not a problem. Coop Halliwell. I like the sound of that." Coop kisses his future wife. "What kind of wedding would you like?"

"I don't know." She thought about the last wedding she went to. "Something small. Intimate." She wasn't going to put all that hard work on someone else. "Family only."

"My parents..." Coop sighed. "Phoebe."

"Tell me later. Just tonight. Let's just enjoy the moment." She kisses Coop under the full moon.

Cole was on the phone with his boss, unlike Sheridan and Sanchez, he knew them on a personal level, especially when he knew their true identity.

"The demons have been taken care of, they are gone for good." Cole nods. "Yes sir. Gabriel? Safe with me. Although I think he wants to leave. Oh, I think he's strong enough. Losing his sight is a minor inconvenience for him. Uh huh? Prue?" Cole sighed. How was he gonna say this? "I don't know. Andy will be easy to find, but Prue. She's most likely off-world." Cole hoped they bought it. "She knows every trick there is, Neena wasn't the only one with powerful magic. "Maybe she learned that spell from an arcane witch." Like demons, dark witches traded magic with one another. "Uh huh. Sure. Not an issue." Cole was sick of doing evil. "I don't know where to begin." The Nexus of The All? Just how many are they? "It may take me years."

"Cole?" Gabriel was calling for him. "Where're the donuts?"

"The fridge! I have to go. Enjoy your night."

Cole wished nothing but the best for Phoebe. He and Gabriel were going their separate ways, Gabriel was strong enough to take care of himself now. He was staying in this "bunker," he needed a place to live.

"So your dad huh? Don't be offended if he doesn't know who you are."

"We'll blame Elizabeth for ripping us apart. That's one thing we have in common."

Chris was wondering why he was sent here, Don Richardson and his wife Amelia were watching television together.

"Damn you Bianca." Can't believe he fell for her wild goose chase. He carefully sneaks away. This case wasn't a total loss, he stayed in Kermit hunting. He was on the way back to his motel when his phone buzzed. "Another dead soldier?" He looked back in the direction of the house. Don Richardson was an army veteran. Guess his goose chase wasn't a goose chase after all. He continued on the motel, he knew Don Richardson by reputation, that he led his armies against the wild chupacabras that hunted humans for food during the War. He just hoped Bianca stayed out of her parents' lives, they changed too many things already.

With nothing better to do, he went home.

"Rise of Dick?" Don laughs with his wife. "Politics." He shuts off the television. "Let's go to bed." One thing he was glad about being held as a prisoner in Afghanistan is that he was forced to be on a vegetarian diet. He was glad for that, after what he saw happen to his fellow soldiers, he never wanted to eat meat again. Especially after what happened to his commanding officer who turned into a monster in front of his eyes. Don shook the memory away, Matt was dead. Whatever was in those tombs, needed to be sealed forever. He takes Amelia in his arms and falls asleep.
