"Bella, I bought us a cottage while we were having plans to go to college together" Edward said as they traveled through the forest.
" You did?" Oh I can't wait to see" Bella said.
" Want to head over there? you can make a call to the reservation after I showed you our room" Edward said.
"That would be great" Bella said and they traveled all the way to Washington by foot, It felt amazing, moving so fast, Bella couldn't feel more alive.
Bella looked at the cottage, they arrived just before sun rise, before the world wakes up.
Bella could hear the wild life further away, this would be the perfect area to stay,
"It's beautiful," Bella said and Edward opened the door.
there was an Open fire, and the walls were white, the furniture looks so nice, Small but nice, It reminded her of her fathers house back in Forks.
She could image herself being very happy here.
"You like our new cottage?" Edward asked, This was the house He and Alice were in to look after Bella in college.
"I do, I would like to see our room" Bella said.
"Edward this is beautiful" Bella said, the fake fur on the bed makes it more lovely. the balcony is towards the forest, Now with the gloomy weather It feels like a nice night to stay inside and read a book, It's strange now that she is a vampire she still feels a bit tired,
"Want to shower?" Edward asked,
"Yes, I think I should" Bella said, " Want to join?"
"I will hold on" Edward said and in a split second he had towels and picked an outfit for her.
It was nice, the warm water felt different on her skin and the sun peeked through the curtains, Bella looked at her own arm and his while she was washing his skin with soap.
" We look so beautiful" Bella said and hopped out of the shower to look into the bathroom mirror, she looked at her own breasts sparkling, and turned around to see her backside sparkle more, Edward wasn't kidding when he said that every part sparkles.
Bella went back in closing the shower curtain, She's finally like him, but admiring her new frame can wait, She wants to spend every second with Edward, for some reason it feels that now she's eternal time seems to be running out even faster.
Edward chose a very nice outfit for her, Alice never seems to head her plea to only buy things for her on a discount, Now that she's married their money is Bella's money as well and that gives Alice more reason to spend money on her.
But Bella didn't want to consume only, she wants to give something back, maybe a small business to generate money for the Cullen family, Alice could help her predict what will have the best chance for success, maybe her own brownie shop, or give foreigners English class.
Bella grabbed a red apple from a basket, It's not real, it's only there for the show but if she has her own bakery then how is she going to do a taste test?.
Edward came out of the dressing room wearing casual, but everything looks good on him. He looks much slimmer with dark colors on, and best of all they compliment each other.
"Edward what happens to food when you try to eat it?" Bella wonders.
"It evaporates as soon as it glides down your stomach," Edward said.
" I ask because I remember you eat a pepperoni slice on our date" Bella said.
"I wished we had one last dinner there" Edward said, still bummed that she couldn't end the chapter of her human life merrily.
"Well there is a restaurant that sell blood soup, I suppose we can try that" Bella said and she shivered, It still feels new drinking blood, unfortunate.. She wants more.. human blood, but is she going to talk about this without feeling like a monster?
Both Bella and Edward looked up when the front door opened, they went downstairs and Alice was there looking at them happy.
"Alice" It's so good to see you" Bella said.
"Happy 20th Birthday " Alice said.
"Uhm.. my birthday was like over a week ago" Bella said.
" I don't care we are still going to celebrate" Alice said, " We'll go house hunting,"
"This house is very nice" Bella said.
" You deserve better" Alice said not wanting to take no for an answer.
"I rather not do that now, I need to make sure I'm in control of the thirst" Bella said.
"How do you feel now?" Alice said.
"Thirsty but It can wait" Bella said. " I would like to have a tour around the house, It's been so long since I've been here " Bella said.
"Well if feeding can wait then you're in control" Alice said. "You're already doing great for a new born"
"Thank you" Bella said, " I would like to make a call, I need to let Jacob know that I'm alive" Bella said.
" The were wolf" Alice said.
"My Husband" Bella corrected
"Okay, but After that you're going" Alice said.
"I promise" Bella said. And dialed the number.
When Bella called to the reservation someone picked up right away,
"Who is there?" a tired voice said.
"Jacob, It's Bella" Bella said happy, "I know you might not believe it but I survived" Bella added.
" It's so good to hear your voice again" Bella said fondling with the telephone cord.
"Where are you?" Jacob asked angry.
Bella gasped, wondering what on Earth made Jacob so angry.
" Filthy blood sucker"
"Jae?" Bella shivered, Why does he hate her so?
"Tell me where you are so I can tear you apart" Jacob said.
"But why?, I will never hurt a soul Jacob" Bella said.
"How dare you! how dare you pretend that you are Bella!" Jacob said furious almost breaking the phone in his grip.
"But I am Bella, Jacob please I'm here" Bella said.
"I'll meet you at the treaty line, you can see for yourself I'm not lying" Bella said.
"I watched her getting buried, I held her hand before the coffin closed.. If this is a lie.." Jacob said venomous.
"It's not Jae, my sweet Jae.. allow me to prove it" Bella said, " Feel free to bring your whole pack to rip me apart but please.. I just want to see you" Bella said.
"where can I find you?" Jacob said,
"At the treaty line" Bella said.
Without a word further Jacob hanged up, she could feel his hurt and anger over the phone, Edward placed a hand on her shoulder,
"How did it go?" Edward asked.
" At first he thought I was a vampire playing tricks on him, but he seems to believe that I'm not dead, At least I think so" Bella said.
"My poor Jae, I hope things will not change between us" Bella said.
Edward wondered what she means by that,
"He hates vampires, I'll be sad if he hates me as well" Bella said.
"He shouldn't.. I did this to you" Edward said, "Tell him to hate me instead"
" Edward don't take the blame, You made an desperate attempt to save me" Bella said.
"At least I have my memories of my time with him as a human" Bella added.

Bella's pov
I ran back to Forks and then close to the treaty line to La push, my speed was like a lightning bolt, a blur was left of my frame as I went through the forest,
I deliberately ran as fast as I could to avoid catching the scent of hikers, I still couldn't trust myself that I'm in control.
I waited behind the treaty line, the bush ruffled and Jacob came out in wolf form, His fur smelled bad, like a wet dog.
But I tried not to make him notice my discomfort.
I saw him turn back into a human and the bad smell of him as a Were wolf faded, and a scent of and lavender took over,his blood smells so good.
Then I Looked away when he stood there wearing nothing.
"What Bells?" Jacob said. " We've seen each other naked many times before"
"I know but it's quite distracting, please put your trousers on before I jump you" I said.
and Jacob did what he was told despite finding her becoming aroused adorable.
"My Jae" I wish I could come near you," I said and Jacob took steps forward over the treaty line, I shivered wanting to protect him from myself but It was like he wasn't afraid and he held my cold frame so tight.
I felt like crying, Jacob felt warm like resting your back against a central warming.
"Bella I'm sorry I couldn't save you, You'll never be the Bella I once knew.. If only I knew you went to Forks" Jacob said.
" Jae don't feel guilty, none of this is your fault, I should have stayed with you" I said, " I would have been safe"
"I'm so happy to see you," I said, this could be the last moment together, Jacob might feel euphoric because I'm here still but when Jacob comes to his senses he'll start seeing me just like any other vampire.
"I wish I could kiss you Jae, but my venom could kill you, " I said.
"I'll gladly take the risk" Jacob said, coming close to m face and we both kissed, Jacob didn't have to hold back anymore, It was wonderful, then I felt the venom and I backed away keeping Jacob at arms length.
"Sorry," I said giving one last gentle smooch.
I stroked his cheek with my thumb, my Jae seems so troubled, like mixed emotions, I didn't want to know what he was thinking, or that he no longer loves me was at the tip of his tongue, so I changed the subject.
"Jacob do you know where Leah is?" I asked.
"I don't know, what about her?" Jacob asked.
" I only want to talk I will not hurt her but I just want to know why she helped Victoria" I asked.
"Excuse me?" Jacob said and fury rippled over him and it even gave me a fright,
"She assisted Victoria into hunting me down" I said.
"So.. It was her, I knew she was behind it. I should have killed that two faced maggot while I had the chance ! " Jacob said.
"Wait she didn't tell you anything about working with Victoria?" I asked.
Jacob clenched his fist when I said Victoria's name like he could burst with rage. Even I as a vampire felt intimidated.
"When I confronted her She said something vaguely that she attacked Victoria giving you a chance to escape." Jacob said.
"After Victoria turned on her, She wanted to get rid of me because she believes I'm pressuring you to reject her imprint" I said,
"That's the only reason why she helped the new borns and told them where the treaty lines are" I said.
"I knew she had a role in this, but I had no idea she actively participated in letting that leech form an army behind my back" Jacob.
"Jacob don't kill her, she redeemed herself by letting me escape" I said.
"That's not enough.. you're a vampire because of her, you turned into a being that I hate the most because of jealousy" Jacob said.
His words hurts more than I wanted to show, but then again I deserve to be hated, I'm part of a kind that antagonized many of Jacob's family.
I pressed my lips together taking some steps back.
Jacob piped down when he saw my reaction, " No Bella I didn't mean it like that" Jacob said
"It's okay Jae, I'll always love you though.." I shivered.
"No.. Bella I'll always love you.. but It's hard seeing you like this.." Jacob said.
"If you can look beyond vampirism and love me even like this, I'll gladly reclaim my title as your second wife.. I'll forgive your outburst but only if you can do me one favor." I said.
"Anything" Jacob said.
"Don't kill her Jae, I know there is nothing in the world that you would do more than give her a slow painful death but Leah did make sure I could buy myself time, If she didn't none of you arrived in time to save me" I said, It feels like nothing would stop Jacob from killing Leah, but I lowkey felt sorry for the only She-wolf.
"What do you expect me to do? just tolerate her, knowing that she assisted that leech?" Jacob said.
"Jacob I'm thinking of Sue, and Seth.. they wouldn't want to lose her, and I'm still alive.. well kind of" I said,
" So there is no need for revenge" I said.
"I can't promise anything right now" Jacob said.
And I got so frustrated, why can't I get through that thick head of his?
"If you won't stay put I will have to keep an eye on you the whole time" I said.
Jacob smiled, not seeming to mind being stalked by me.
"And I also have to cross the treaty line to make sure you won't hunt Leah, and I'll be killed off by the other wolves. I said.
" I won't let them" Jacob said.
"Jacob come on" I said.
"She can't harm me anymore, I have you.. Edward and I'm a lot more powerful now" I said. " Now that I'm barred from the reservation she doesn't have to see me again"
"It's not just you Bella, her actions should not remain unpunished, My whole pack came to try and save you, they could have gotten killed by the New borns.
" I wasn't even sure If I would make it out alive when I confronted their leader alone" Jacob said.
"But what will revenge solve now Jae?" I asked. "Nobody died" " She had a change of heart"
"You haven't lost me, unless It's impossible for you to love me this way" I said.
" I always will Bella, but It's heartbreaking that everyone you have ever known thinks you died" Jacob said.
"I'm sad about that too, but I'll be even more sad If you damage your packs trust for killing another were wolf," I said.
"Please I don't know what else I can say, but remember Jae.. I am happy to see you, I still want to be with you.. and now that I'm like this we can stay together for a life time " I said.
"I'm still going to kill her," Jacob said dismissive and I gulped. would groveling help?
" Not now..But I will If she ever says anything vile about you..even if she blames you for any of this or even get on my nerves I will not let her waste precious oxygen any longer" Jacob said looking away.
" I know I'm asking a lot, but thank you" I said, being at peace with being able to at least half persuaded him not to take revenge.
"Bella.. I need to be alone now.." Jacob said, I tensed up wondering if asking him to spare Leah caused him to lose his respect for me.
"You're upset with me?" I asked him questioning. But Jacob no longer responded, He just wanted to leave.. Jacob knows that Bella might be upset with him for going against her wishes but Leah needs to be dealt with. Maybe being apart from each other is for the best.
I watched him disappear " Jae don't leave" I requested.., Once again I ruined another moment,I should have stayed quiet about Leah, maybe we could still be here talking to each other.
Pressuring to get what I think is for the best probably got on Jacobs nerves, He probably feels misunderstood that his pain is misplaced. I do understand, And I'm not under mining his sorrow, If anyone even thinks about harming someone dear to my heart I would be furious too.
But as sad as I feel right now, Jae will get over this, Jacob has been angry with me before and always comes back, no matter how long you need, I'll wait for you Jae"

Jacob couldn't stay with Bella any longer, now that he knows who helped Victoria he can abandon his plan to force breed wolves and hunt down every vampire now that Bella is here on this Earth still. But there is one thing that is not solved, Working together with their sworn enemy is where Leah crossed the line. Jacob hurried to the reservation, Only his father Billy and a few Wolves accompanied him to go bird watching.
"Father.. I spoke to Bella" Jacob said and Billy wondered If Jacob means at the funeral.
"She's not dead, she's one of the cold ones" Jacob said,
" But.."
" The Venom has spread, I've seen her, she's different now, I'm torn between despising what she has become and loving her because none of this is her fault" Jacob said.
and Billy clutched the armchair of his wheelchair, Saddened that he couldn't save her from the Cullen's clutches.
"From day one I tried to prevent the Cullens from getting too close to her" Billy said. " She can't come here Jacob, as hard as it is"
"I know father, " Jacob said, " But I didn't come here to talk about Bella"
" I need to find Leah.. to talk" Jacob lied, he had no talk in mind, he would go straight to her throat and rip that treacherous tongue out before crushing her skull to the pavement.
Billy saw a murderous glint in Jacobs feature..
"What has she done?" Billy asked.
" She told the new borns where the treaty lines are.. she and that leech joined forces to kill Bella.. I want to have a word with Leah" Jacob said.
"She's in Sam's pack now," Billy said.
"Pack?" Jacob said.
"Sam broke free from the Alpha call, He doesn't agree with force breeding, so he made his own pack, Leah probably expected you very soon so she joined Sam" Billy said understanding now why Leah went with him.
"That Coward!" Jacob said angry,
"I told her that If I found out she was responsible for Bella's death I would kill her, She acted all big and strong when she helped hunt down a helpless woman, but can't even face me" Jacob said.
"Jacob don't do this," Billy said. " We can't afford to lose more Wolves, "
" She's unhinged!" Jacob said, " What if she turns against another human? A human I imprinted on then what Father?"
"I.. never would have thought Leah could do that to Bella .." Billy said, " Look I'll ban her from the reservation, If she still trespasses then do what you want,
But please Jacob, Killing Sam just to get to Leah is just going to make us more vulnerable to another Vampire attack,
"Where did Sam go to?" Hawaii? Canada? then I'll find him" Jacob said,
Billy remained silent for a moment, "He never said where he went, in case you would interrogate anyone here"
"She has put everyone in danger and he protects her, "Why?" Jacob said infuriated.
"You want to kill her" Billy said.
" And you don't think she deserves it?" Jacob asked.
"Jacob.. At least give her a chance to explain," Billy implored but Jacob moved away from his reach and stormed off, fury kept bulging with every step, how dare they shelter her like she's some kind of victim, Have they missed the part where she betrayed everyone? Jacob doesn't know what to do with the pending nuclear bomb of rage in his system.
Jacob went and sat close to the beach, Bella's favorite spot, The cold wind blew against him, letting his long hair dance with the motion of the breeze, the fog, the atmosphere, Bella could never come here,
Jacob thought about Bella as a human, How they went on dates, falling asleep in his embrace, driving the motor cycle over the beach, they were going to spend their whole life together, It was so wonderful.. his anger was still present but it slowly formed into distraught.
Jacob cried in silence, Bella will never be the woman he once knew, so in a way Leah did take Bella away from him. This was like a bereavement, but worse than the previous one.

Bella sat in front of the window at the Cullens house, her throat burns bit doesn't want to go hunting, Wondering If Jacob is a little less angry with her, maybe tomorrow she will go see him behind the treaty line, If he'll come, Bella thought maybe she spoke to him in a nagging way, right now she had more time to think on what to say. She's in no way or form on Leah's side.
"Bella, Alice and I will be hunting, please come with us" Edward said.
" Edward.. I don't know if the Vegetarian diet is sustainable for now" Bella said.
"It's okay, You're a new born still.. listen the thirst will go away, you just have to hang in there" Edward said.
"It's hard.. I really don't what I should do" Bella said and the phone started to ring, Bella seemed to be a bit happier as her spunk returned.
"Oh It must be Jae, silly wolf" Bella chuckled happy and stayed close to the phone in case it rings again.
Edward felt jealousy tugging at his heart seeing Bella forget about her thirst in a heartbeat as soon as she thinks about that annoying fur ball, and walked a bit further away,
"He's still her husband" Edward thought to himself.. sharing Bella with Black will never comes easy to him. Edward frustratingly paced around,
After a moment of talking Bella placed the phone down, She walked towards Edward looking a bit troubled,
"What did he say?" Edward asked.
" It wasn't Jacob, Leah called" Bella said.
"Why did she call here?" Edward asked.
To explain what happened during the new born invasion, I would like to speak to her alone since it's about me" Bella said.
"You're sure I don't have to come with you?"" Edward suggests.
"She's not here to hurt me.. just talk, Just give me a moment with her alone" Bella said.
" Talk to her where I can see you, and I promise I'll stay put" Edward said.
Bella nodded, briefly cupping his face as a thank you and went outside waiting for Leah to arrive.
Bella could sense her scent coming near, then the bushes rustled and She carefully walked towards Bella, Leah seemed to lost some weight but Bella eyed her expressionless.
"Bella.. I'm happy you are alive" Leah said.
" I feel so horrible and ashamed, that I took part in all of this" Leah said.
"Are you Happy that I survived or happy that Jacob might not kill you?" Bella said becoming a bit angry.
"No.. " Leah shivered.
" I know that you are furious with me, I deserve to be hated.. but I just felt unloved" Leah said.
" I blamed you for everything, having the vampire invade our village and I asked Billy so many times to keep you away from the reservation but he wouldn't budge, I was disgusted that you would hurt Jacob for a leech" Leah said.
"It all piled up and when Jacob rejected my imprint It was the final straw.. I wanted you gone" Leah said.
Bella holds in a snarl.. "That wasn't my doing, I didn't ask him to reject it, when you imprinted on him I was ready to leave him behind for good" Bella said.
"And why work together with Victoria?" Bella asked, " Do you really think she would have kept you in her coven? She hates humans and anyone who is a natural enemy to vampires" Bella said.
" You're truly naive to think that you could walk away from all of this after your usefulness has ended with her" Bella snaps.
"I wasn't planning to join her coven, I wanted to put my hatred aside to hunt you down" Leah said.
" But you didn't want to put your hatred aside and understand what you are doing is wrong? You're a Werewolf.. you are supposed to be protectors of humans.
" Ephraim would turn in his grave if he could see what you have been doing with your gift" Bella said.
Leah forced her tears back, Bella was right, the werewolves who came before her would be embarrassed for siding with Vampires.
" What I've done was horrible, but I didn't know what to do to make my sorrow stop, my whole has been nothing but doors in my face, and then you came making everything worse.
" I knew Victoria hated you for being the reason her mate died assuming that you cause problems everywhere, and as we spend time together planning I already know she is not my friend.. but I felt needed" Leah said.
Bella listened carefully, and turned around to see Edward, " I'm looking at my husband right now, so that I won't rip you apart" Bella said.
Edwards face was so sweet, watching her with kind observing eyes behind the window, it made Bella calm again.
" I don't need to hear your sob story, I just want to know what I have done that warrants being chased down, tortured and mutilated, left alone to die," Bella said.
" I begged you not to do this, But you were looking forward to see what Victoria would do to me" Bella said.
"Bella, I'm sorry about that, for what I have done to you, when I laid there I knew from that moment that you did not deserve this, I thought I was dying so I attacked Victoria so that my possible last act on Earth would be a good deed. And buy you enough time to get to safety, I wished I could have done more to stall Victoria.." Leah said.
Bella almost forgot about that moment, Leah did try to stop Victoria, not for turning on her but to let Bella escape.
"I'm glad my first assumption about you is correct, you acted out of a place of being fed up, being treated like an outcast, you're not inherently evil so for that I will let you go now" Bella said.
Leah expected to face Bella's wrath but she was willing to end this conversation and let her go like that. Even the things Bella said to Leah was very mild compared to what she thought Bella would say to her.
" You could form a new pack hopefully you'll imprint so that you can heal from all this" Bella said.
" I'm al ready part of a pack" Leah said. And Bella assumed it could be Sam who took her in, or Quil.
"Maybe I'm asking for something impossible but is there a possibility that I can be forgiven?" Leah asked.
"No" Bella shook her head, " You weren't threatened or blackmailed by Victoria.. She didn't torture you into submission"
"You went and look for her to plan my demise" Bella said with a soft voice like she's singing.
" So forgiveness is not an option, I can't continue to forgive actions of others because they are sorry, It's a shame because before all of this I always wanted us to be friends" Bella said.
" Head back to your pack, You're under Sam's leadership right?" Bella asked and Leah nodded.
"Yes.." Leah said.
" I implored Jacob begging him not to kill you, and I think he agreed.. because I survived,"
"I will try to see If I can convince my husband to do the same for me but In case I can't persuade him to leave you be, you need stay behind the treaty line outside of Forks to be safe" Bella said.
"And don't come near me again.." Bella added.
"But why would you tell Jacob not to rip me apart?" Leah asked, " You Finally have the change to get revenge for what I've done" Leah said.
"Because I'm certain that you'll see it as another excuse to come for me, what will stop you from seeking out other ways to hunt me down if there is a small chance that Jacob decides to spare your life for your treachery?" Bella said.
" I promise I'll never do such a thing again, even If you do decide to have your revenge, it's my fault" Leah said,
" I don't deserve mercy" Leah added.
"Don't promise anything," Bella said dismissive, because your promise means absolutely nothing" Bella said a bit firmer, " Promise Seth or your new pack that you will never turn on anyone ever again, especially if scorned jealousy is the motive" Bella said.
" I no longer want you to suffer.. head home now and I'll pretend we've never had this chat" Bella said.
" Thank you" Leah said as tears fell down, she's thankful that she doesn't have to fear being disowned or be hunted down by Jacob, he will not grand her mercy if he found out where she will be living, and Bella's willingness to do this made her feel worse, Billie was right about Bella all along, she's not a leech lover, she's too good for this world.
Leah turned into a wolf ready to leave, she looked over her shoulder at Bella one more time, like she wanted to say more, express her regret but it wouldn't mean much.
Both had their say, and now both of them can move on. Bella waited until Leah disappeared and decided to head home.
" So long Leah, I hope life will treat you kindly this time" Bella mused and after that Bella no longer looked back.

Bella went back to the house seconds before it started plashing outside with rain, Edward came to her and lifted her cheek when Bella seemed defeated.
She allowed Bella to hold her, It was hard, that unknowingly she was in danger the whole time while she was with Jacob, It caused a dent in her faith towards friendships.
Imagine if this happens again.
But with Edward she feels safe for now.
"Bella, what did she say to you?" Edward asked.
"Nothing special" Bella said backing away.
"We talked..
"Everything is settled now" Bella said.
"What did she want from you?" Edward asked.
" Just a talk" Bella said short.
"We no longer need to discuss this" Bella said when Edward wanted to protest.
"No!" Edward became frustrated.
"The only reason I didn't press any further at the forest is because you promised you'll tell me the truth.. "
"If you won't tell me I'll find out the truth elsewhere" Edward said.
"Okay, Leah came.. to apologize, I accepted her apology and we parted ways on good terms" Bella said.
"Why does she need forgiveness for?" Edward asked.
" She was behind the invasion" Bella said,
"The reason why Alice couldn't see Victoria form the new born army is because Leah covered their tracks, she was with Victoria and told her where the treaty line is" Bella said.
Edward lit up livid, Bella responded quick and grabbed him by the wrist preventing him from trying to hunt Leah down.
"No Edward, When Victoria turned against Leah she helped me escape, she attacked Victoria before she could give the final blow" Bella said but Edward still wanted to go to the forest and Bella firmed her grip.
"No" Edward I'm alive, I'm here safe with you.. we don't need another war, I don't want to lose you" Bella pleaded.
"Bella I don't want to hurt you, I'm warning you to let go of me now" Edward said becoming sincerely furious he was ready to break her hand off if she doesn't stop this.
Edward wasn't bluffing and Bella let go but still held up her arm stretched towards him like she wanted him to hold onto it.
Seeing Bella like this made his lust for revenge cease, chasing Leah down wouldn't be worth it if it will only disappoint Bella, it was the same desperate look she gave him when he left her behind. golden wary puppy dog eyes stared at him as she lowered her hand in defeat.
Edward sighed, "Stop looking at me like that Bella.. What do you expect me to do then? She almost took you from this world.. from me" Edward said feeling mostly guilty for the threat he made. He hates being restrained when he's furious, but he never ever wanted to become this furious with her.
"Almost" Bella said. " I'm still here, so there is no need to seek revenge"
"I know I can't stop you, If you still want to go I'll let you but you're just going to make things worse, I talked Jacob out of killing her because despite what she has done, it all came from a place of hurt, nobody wants her and she feels like an outsider in her own tribe, and with Victoria she felt needed, Something she never felt in her life time" Bella said.
"That's not a good excuse to harm you" Edward said angry.
" I know sweetheart, we all do things without a good excuse, What Leah has done was terrible but I'm here now" " All my limbs are attached" Bella said.
" That alone should remove all desire to get revenge on her" Bella said.
"Besides she feels guilty, so it's very unlikely she'll do this again" Bella added.
"But Bella, we were supposed to go to Darth mouth together, at least spend your last day as a human, she took that from you" Edward said.
" She took nothing, we can still go to college elsewhere.. I don't really look or sound like Bella Swan so I could easily get a new identity" Bella said.
"Please Edward, her living with this and being hated by Jacob is already a severe punishment" Bella said.
"I can't promise you that I will not attack her If we ever run into each other, If I see her or get a whiff of her scent she dies" Edward said and Bella could tell it's the truth.

" You could have had so many more human memories if everything went according to our plans together. I so wanted you to experience our first wedding anniversary together, or have a wonderful Christmas" Edward said.
"We can still have that" Bella said.
"But not in Forks, with your friends.. your mother.. all of them think you are dead, I wanted to close the chapter of your human life in a way that I could live with, give your friends a proper goodbye. " Edward said.
" I would have to say goodbye to them in the long run, and that would have made things a lot harder, they would assume I don't care about them anymore, I would have to lie and make excuses and I would have to ignore invitations to weddings, baby showers.. and a clean break such as my sudden death would have been so much better.
" At least they will remember me as a good friend, instead of a selfish rotten person who left everyone behind again" Bella said.
" I'm as good as dead because unless they find out about the vampire world themselves I can't be there for them like I should" Bella said.
"it's not the most ideal situation but I still have you Edward" Bella said sad that the thirst to consume Human blood gets worse and that Jacob still hasn't reached out.
