Driving down the street on a beautiful sunny day in Prideland City,was Anga who was wearing a magenta colored short sleeved shirt and shorts, as she was driving to meet her sister Celeste at her apartment for lunch as she had someone Anga needed to meet. After driving for about 4 minutes Anga arrived at a beautiful apartment building in a nice neighborhood, Anga got out of the car and walked over to the door and rang the apartment number 1 doorbell and seconds later the door opened to reveal a young adult female martial eagle that had blue and silver feathers and was wearing a cyan shirt and black jeans, "Hey sis."The female martial eagle said "Hey Celeste."Anga responded back.
"Come on in, there's someone I want you to meet."Celeste said as she and Anga walked into the apartment where Anga was immediately greeted by the sight of a young adult female blue jay that was wearing a blue sundress. "Anga this is Madison or Maddie, she's my girlfriend, Maddie this is my sister Anga."Celeste said introducing the birds to each other Maddie looked at Anga with the most friendly smile she has ever seen in her live "Hello Anga,it's so wonderful to meet you."Maddie said with the most adorable voice Anga has ever heard as she gently pulled Anga into a big warm hug surprising Anga but she welcomed it.
"It's wonderful to meet you too Madison..."Anga said rubbing Maddie's back then she looked at Celeste "She's adorable."Anga mouthed to Celeste pointing to Maddie "I know right,she's the cutest."Celeste mouthed in response "I die."Anga mouthed again as Maddie pulled away from Anga "You're even more beautiful than Celeste described you."Maddie said as she led her to the kitchen table where McDonald's was waiting they sat down at the table and began eating, "Where did you two meet?"Anga asked curiously.
"Remember that birthday party I got invited to?"Celeste asked Anga nodded "That's where I met this angel."Celeste said smiling at Maddie, "Maddie were you born here?"Anga asked.
"Oh no I'm actually from St Louis Missouri in the United States, I came to Prideland City to study Art at Mufasa University and I just graduated a couple of weeks ago."Maddie said proudly making Anga and Celeste smile "I had plans on going back but Missouri is boring and I decided I want to stay here with Celeste."Maddie said smiling at her while holding her hand "What about your parents won't you miss them and they you?"Anga asked curiously "My parents died in a car crash when I was 5, it's just me and my brother, and I never want to see him ever again "Maddie said with a serious tone of voice.
"Why not?"Anga asked with concern "Because he's a homophobic jerk,when I came out to him he just went crazy and tried to get me to convert to liking boys,but I put my foot down and stood firm,I love girls,and if he didn't like it,if he was going to treat me like I'm some monster instead of a person,then he can just kick rocks and eat shit."Maddie said with growing anger as Celeste put a comforting arm around her shoulder and began to hold her close, "Shhh, you're away from him pumpkin."Celeste said softly in a motherly voice.
Hearing this made Anga frown and anger and rage boiled Inside of her soul she remembered when Celeste came out as a lesbian to their parents,they both had different reactions their mother was supportive while their father was not,he threatened to disown Celeste if she didn't get her act right convert to heterosexuality,this caused a giant rift in their family that made their parents divorce,and they hadn't spoken to their father in a long while and don't plan on it for the foreseeable future.
"I'm sorry about that Maddie,our father wasn't so kind to Celeste when she came out,but he's out of our lives and he's not welcome back until he gets his act together."Anga said "I don't know Anga after the hurtful vile things he said to me,I never want to see him again I don't care if he changed."Celeste said with seriousness in her voice.
"Enough negativity and about me I want to learn about you Anga."Maddie said immediately putting a smile back on her face, "Ain't much to learn about me,I like reading books, playing video games, going on walks,exercising and whatnot."Anga said with a little shrug "Come on there's got to be more to Anga than that."Maddie pressured "There isn't Maddie I'm just a boring girl."Anga said with a dry chuckle Celeste snorted "sis please,you are tons of fun, and she can hold a grudge and she's violent,tell her about the time you got into a fight at our championship game."
Anga's eyes widened slightly as Maddie looked at Anga curiously "What?" "Anga was part of the cheerleading team but then was cut for some stupid reason,and she's been sore about it for a couple of weeks, and coming game night while the cheerleading squad was doing their thing,Anga went berserk and started punching the captain, because she what looked at you funny?"Celeste asked in confusion Anga "She looked at me mockingly,she was the reason I cut,and she looked directly at me and had this shit eating grin on her face."Anga said staring at the wooden texture of the table.
"Anga violence is never the answer and it never solves anything."Maddie said making Anga scoffed "it sure solved that,she never looked me again."Anga said proudly making Celeste roll her eyes "You got suspended for 4 days."she said with a deadpan expression making Anga shrug "Got anymore stories from Anga's past?"Maddie asked but Anga got a better idea.
"How about a story from Celeste's past,like the time you passed gas in front of a girl you liked."Anga said with a mischievous grin making Maddie look at Celeste with disgust and a rather amused smile "Ok fine,it was freshman year,I was a shy girl, with barely any friends,and my crush at the time this super cute girl,who hadn't noticed me before suddenly walks up to me in the hallway and says hello to me, and instead of saying hello back I instead...farted."Celeste said with complete embarrassment.
Maddie tried her best not to laugh at her girlfriend but she was struggling "Babe you and Anga are a mess."Maddie said with a giggle "Yeah."Anga and Celeste said in unison as they continued eating and talking.
