Harry knew all too well how much it hurt when someone related to you, someone who should be there for you, acted meanly to you, how it felt to be ridiculed by people close to you. Harry could see the pain written on the young girls face, and he wanted to cheer her up.
Harry saw his chance to go talk to the young girl while her parents were occupied getting her brothers on the train, he knew he was in a hurry since he also had to go on the train, but this was his moment.
"Jump bunny jump" Ginny said, trying hard to hold back and not make aware of herself, she didn't notice Harry approaching her, before suddenly he was standing in front of her. "Hel… hello" Harry stuttered, he wasn't used to talking and his own voice felt strange to his ears. Ginny jumped back startled with a yelp, and started jerking her head violently to the side several times.
Ron was alerted to his sister's need for help by a yelp, he knew pretty much all her tics and this was not one of them. When Ron looked over at Ginny, he spotted an unfamiliar boy next to her, and in seconds he stood next to Ginny, shielding her from Harry
