In the Pendulum Dimension, Yuya and the others were at the Duel School.
"This new duel runner is pretty cool," said Yuya as everyone stood around the machine. It looked like the one he had used in the Friendship Cup, but with green streaks running down the sides.
"Leo Corp made it specifically for you," said Crow.
"Hey guys, look at our legs!" said Yuzu as they started to vanish.
"What's happening?!" asked Yuya as they all vanished, along with the duel runner. When they reappeared, everyone found themselves in an empty white room.
"Where are we?" asked Sora who was mad.
"Sorry about that," said a man in white robes as he walked into the room.
"I could not contact you beforehand to let you know that I was going to bring you here," said the man.
"Who are you, and why did you take us?" asked Sylvio.
"My name is Millennium, and I have brought all of you here so Yuya may duel in a large-scale tournament that I will be holding here in my dimension," said the man while motioning to the young duelist.
"That sounds cool," said Yuya. Everyone then moved into the next room where they found others waiting.
"Jack, what are you doing here?" asked Crow as he noticed Jack amongst the crowd.
"Better question what I'm doing over there," said another Crow who had been standing behind Jack and some others.
"I can explain this; you see, there are five different groups here from three different worlds, that is why there are two different Crows," said Millennium.
"And I can feel that this other Crow comes from the same timeline as two of the other groups meaning they're all from the same world," said Aura as she looked into her crystal ball.
"So your tournament is made up of these five different groups?" asked Yuzu.
"Correct, but not all of you will be competing which I will now explain to you all," said Millennium.
